I have purchased Micromaxx Canvas Juice A177 from a mobile shop on 2nd August 2014 . From Jan 2015 I am get problem of power SHOKET (charging IC) the problem was resolved in 3 days but again the same problem is repeated in May 15 i have submited my mobile handset since a week ago the person is saying it will require more 10 days for service. After getting connect with micromaxx customer care they are saying more 30 days are require for service the time is wasted and problem is increases in communication . So I think that a branded company micromaxx should not take so much time and do not lead a bad impression towards the customers.

    dear sir i have purchases one micromax canvas a177 on[protected], sir 1 st one month this mobile was go smooth, after one month this mobile not working, this mobile problem is in day many times hang & also not dial to any person, i have give this mobile 2 times in micormax service station but not solve problem, also i have 3rd time give to service station, this service station job sheet no. w[protected] dt.[protected] this mobile he was observed in next two days, after two days he say this mobile send to company for problem solve. sir in one month this problem was came in mobile. so i request you to change this mobile give me new mobile, i was not satisfied this moible., so immediate action on that my mobile complaint .

      I purchased Micromax knight A350 in 2014. I faced some charging problem, due to it is in Warranty period so I give it to M/S Arihant Enterprises for repairing on[protected]service job no. is W[protected]). But today 20-4-15 they are telling me that your set has been sent to company for repair because it has mother board problem. The problem of delaying is that company has no mother board with them???. It will took 15 days more. Earlier I have Micromax A110Q. When I got problem in that set, I give it for repair center but they return me the another rough used old set, one sim working & No battery backup. At the time of receive the set I lost the warranty period So the quality of the service of Micromax is the worst in the world. No customer feedback, No proper service scheduled. They believe in to left the customers after selling the goods.

        Respected sir / Madam I Rasik Krishnanath Patil at Pen Dist. Raigad 402107 purchase mobile from Purohit store micromax mobile X1850 that mobile get suddenly switch off. i deliver that mobile for service to service center at pen but they give some unbilivable answers like we dont no what happen?, contact to customer care? we are not laible for your problem? i[censored] want complaint to consumer court? we dont no when your mobile will be ready? micromax company will call you we are not here for that. I am one of reputed person that mobile is costing just Rs. 800 /- but answer given by your service advisors are not respectable. Please teach them how to speak. I am sending this personaly but if i dont get that mobile within one week i will publish this msg in public media, This will affect your sell.               Dear Sir, On September 1, 2014 I bought a Micromax Unite 2 from YEH BAZAR.COM with INVOICE NO. S03566/14-15/19027 Regret to inform you that approx one month ago, suddenly it was stopped/dead. I given for checking to service center at Paschim Vihar Micromax care, they asked me for 3 weeks. I waited and I received my micromax unite 2. But after 12-15 day It is still creating problem like suddenly got switched off/ restart and all.                       I purchased one Mobile Micromax Company model Bolt-A66 on 01.06.14 from A.C.Teleshoppe. But after around 2 months it started giving problem, I deposited the handset for repair, they repaired it and returned to me . But again after 3 weeks it started giving problem. This time the service and micromax took their own sweet time, I followed up desperately with them only to receive one downgraded faulty handset as replacement of my handset. which I again returned to the service center next day, since then one month has gone but they stopped responding to my mails, no response over the phone in service center Micro Max and their service centre has kept my phone for almost 4 months with them but still not bothered to give me replacement handset or money back. Moreover their customer care is giving strange reply that Micro Max liability to replace the faulty handset is limited to only 5 days from purchase date. They are not telling me what is to be done if the phone goes defective during warranty period. I am sure they are waiting for the warranty period to get over which ends on 31.05.14. After which there is no scope of getting handset from them.Request you to kindly help me. I am middle class person and this money matters a lot to me. I will highly great full to CNBC Pehredar team to get my this issue resolved. I am attaching the 2 job sheet . one dated 13.02.15 which they closed by giving defective handset to me, 2 nd sheet dated 06.04.15 vide which i again deposited the faulty handset which is still pending with them. regards mahendra jain [protected]

                          I have submitted my Micromax A240 to Micromax Service Center Vashi on 2nd May they have informed me that I will get my phone back in 30 Days. After 15 working days when I called Micromax Customer Care they have told me my phone is under process . I asked whats mean of that, he told me it is not yet repared, I asked I wanted to talk to TL he told me no one is available, you will get back a call from our side. Whenever I call them they told me to call next week. I have recording of all calls, now I am planning to go to court. My job sheet number is - W[protected]

                            I am Tarun kumar Dash and this is regarding the delay service of micromax service center in bangalore. I had some functional problem in the power and the volume up/dwn button and hence I submitted my phone to a micromax srevice center at jayanagr for repairing. It was on 4th April 2015 and I was assured that I shall get my phone repaired within 4-5 working days. They gave me a job-sheet receipt and I was done for the day. I waited for 6-7 days and then I called the service center number to verify the status. But they did not pick my call up and I had to reach them the very next day. I was told that my mobilr is undergoing some L2 level repairing and hence it may take one more week to come back. So, I came back and waited one more week. Even after that they did not pick my call and I had to go to the service center again regarding the status. Same thing as before was told and I was given a head-office number to call and mail-ID to get the ststus of the phone. I sent some mails to the mail-Id, but there was no regular response from them. Then I called that number on 4th May 2015 and some agent said the phone will take 2 weeks more to get repaired. He assured me that my phone is given to the operational team on a priority basis and I will get it very soon. I waitied for 2 weeks and I called back on 16th May 2015 to get the status. This time an agent named Kuldeep picked up the phone and said that the phone is undergoing repairing and it will take more 30 working days means more 1 and half months to be repaired. He also said that he will arrange a call back for me within 2 days, but that came out to be to be a fake promise. So, now I am at a stage where i don't know what happened to my phone, when will get iot back if in case they are planning to give it back to me. They are simply playing with me and giving me a new date each time I call. The service center at jayanagr is not receiving the call at all. Now I don't knoe what to do ? Below are the details of the service center and documents. ADDRESS OF SERVICE CENTER: M/s S3 Communications No 76/11-1 (Ff), Jayanagar, 3rd Block, Elephant Rock Road, Opposite Rr Gold Palace. I send my phone at Wardha service center. and my city pin code is(442001). since there was a problem in charging slot. but after giving a phone to the service center. the problem is solved. but another problem was created. my back side cemera is not working. service center guys harass the many people in such way always. And service center name is Nawaz mobile ward no.14 Near Mahadev mandir Mahadev pura, wardha-442001.

                                  I have given my Micromax canvas knight a350 mobile for battery replacement to Bangalore Jayanagar service center on 4-April'15. But, till date, i have not got my phone serviced and whenever I call the Service Center, they are saying it will be available this week...but I haven't got any updates from them till now. Why the battery replacement will take 2 months, I fail to understand. Please get this serviced immediately or else replace my handset. My jobsheet no is - S[protected]. Thank you.                                         Hi, I am Tarun kumar Dash and this is regarding the delay in service by micromax service center. I had some functional problem in the power and volume up/down button of my newly bought micromax unite 2 mobile. So, I went to the service center of micromax near Jayanagar on 4th April 2015. They received the mobile, gave me a job-sheet receipt and said it will be repaired within 4-5 days. I will get a call from them once it is done and then I can get back the phone by showing that job-sheet receipt. So, I agreed to the condition and came back on that day. I waited for 7-8 days and then I called the service center to get the status. But nobody picked my call up or there was no call back from them. Finally, I went to the service center to find out what happened. There they said that for some L2 level issue, they have sent the phone to the company repairing center and it has not come back. They also said I will get back my phone within one week following to the previous statement. But even after three weeks I did not get my phone back. Even after I told them to at least pick up the call, they are not receiving the calls afer I had submitted the phone. Then I started mailing the head-micromax office (number and email provided by the service center). They responded that for my phone is sent to the operational team on the prior basis and I will get it back very soon. But they never mentioned a particular range even after I insisted. On, 4th May I got a call back from micromax saying sorry for delay. They said within 2 weeks I will get my phone starting from 4th may 2015. I trusted them and waited. On 16th may 2015, I again called them regarding the status. An agent named Kuldeep told me that it will take more 30 working days from today for the phone to be repaired. Now, what should I do ? They have been playing with me like this since one and half month but not doing anything. I am not sure when I will get back my phone or even get it back. Neither the service center nor the micromax head-office is giving me the status or deadline regarding the phone. Even they are not replying to all mails. Kuldeep (The agent) assured on 16th may2015 me that I will get call back from them regarding the status of the phone in 2 days but till now there is no response from there side. They are simply playing with me saying more 15/30 days every time I call them. Finally, I have to report this issue in consumer complaint which is the last option I have. I am giving the details those are needed.
