I have purchased one micromax led tv 43 inch
(New serial number alloted by co. Is:- sch[protected]) from flipkart
From which i have extended warranty for more two years.
I have launched complaint on 18th july 2017 for no power connectivity in led.

After that one execuitve from local services center of jamnagar i. E. Ketan electronics
Mr. Suhag (+[protected] has detected that there is problem in power board.. After two days he said that part is not available at jamnagar so he has ordered from h. O., after many follow ups he said that 'now it is not in my hand do a mail to customer care or call on [protected]
Till date no update is there from anybody.. I have called that eng. A lot and also at micromax customer care number also
(If required call log will be provided) but really fed of all this customer care sticky replies (We will arrange call back soon & resolve your problem)

Very worst service experience with micromax.. 07/08/2018 on the date i had given my yu5010a to your authorized service center.. I did't received my job sheet.. Reason they told was server error... Today only i got job sheet after so many calls and mails.. The store manager (Ocean care velachery, chennai) is threatening me that i[censored] want job sheet means i will delay your delivery..

The phone canvas 4g is one of the worst i have ever seen. Since the day i bought it i hsd to the service centre every alternate day and still after 4 months i had to give up as nothing was done. Your product don't deserve to be called a smartphone. Other than me 99 out of 100 customers were there to complain against canvas 4g only. You should have taken it back, as samsung did in case of edge. The customer has to go each time to the service centre where his phone is sent and returned without any repairs. The shopkeeper demands 1000rs bribe to get it replaced and that bribe too was for micromax employee. This handset and such unresponsible behaviour should not be allowed.

Pin rusted and stop working then i cleaned after few days rusting get worst now my mobile is also hang problem software problem
So much other quality issues

I have contacted there sales man
Also

They are saying this is not our responsibilty
So being a consumer if they are not responsible
So who will be responsible

Due to all i will never purchase micromax
Product i will go for other brands

Being indian brand they should take care about us and our money

I am complaining about micromax serivce center staff behaviour and his very late service whic is intolorence for a consumer, the took 15 days to order a battery for my mobile and they didin't give the right resoluation and take a wrong complaint from me to resolve this and misbehave me, i want my mobile repaired very soon,

Above is the address and contact detail of micromax's service centre, when i contacted on the above no. [protected] and asked them for fully body housing of my phone (Micromax canvas xpress 4g) they said that it will cost
About 1200 to 1500, when i visited the store on the same day (Within an hr) for service they refused to serve saying they don't have phone model's body (Which they claimed over the phone that they have the same) and when said i will provide you with model's body they again said that they won't serve for the above model (Micromax canvas xpress 4g) & something may happened which may cause phone to non functional.

In conclusion:- if you don't wish to serve then don't operate a micromax service centre.

Hi this is sudipta adak from pimpri. Pune. Maharashtrian. I had brought a micromax mobile. Micromax canvas 4+a315. On 20 th of june 2017 from shop cj. Mobile has delivered after 5days. The mobile has suddenly stopped working fter 13 days i complained to shop cj. The informed to me to contact micromax costumer care rrpetedly i do the same i was quite busy on my work so i register my mobile at new tirupati cellular on 26 july. At pimpri. Pune. They told me that mobile has to given to the care for repaired it's gonna be take 7days to return back. Accordingly i do that. After few days on 2 nd of august i call at tirupati cellular they informed me that my mobile gonna take another 5days to repair. Than i contact micromax costomar care on 9 th of august someone of your costumer executive checked my job sheets and informed me that my mobile gonna take another 5days to repair it's on process. So accordingly i call your care boys what is my mobile status. They told to today on 16of august that it's gonna take another 5days to get ready than it will be delivered to the tirupati cellular... So that was the story till now i can't get my mobile today it's cross 22 days. Micromax has such a bad service centre like tirupati cellular. Try to do the best costomer service.

I have a micromax company mobile phone micromax q491. Ge gave headphone and lcd display have a sopt. I submitted set in micromax authorised serivice staion but after 3 days when i ask my handset status he ans me your handset have not a warranty period and if you want him respired you have charged. But my mobile warranty is valid on 15.10.2017.

Kamal babu, i have purchased micromax 32 led at 2015, at that time i have taken amc for 2years, so still i have warranty, so i got problem of my led, i have given complaint this is complaint reference no:[protected], but still no body attend to my house, so i have doubted, so i called again to customer care, he told me ur complaint closed, what is the this sir, this is not fare, very bad service, really hopes to ur micromax

Hi guys,

I bought micromax bolt supreme 4 from flipkart a month ago, this mobile was really slow all these days from day 1 it was responding slow to commands and some app never use to work.

Now from this evening my mobile is not switching on... It actually show some "android start up 1. Of 2"

And it will restart again it is being repeated continuously, please help me in fixing this issue.

Must be some software issue from manufacturing end.

I am nandu. I bought micromax doodle a102 in mid 2014. This phone repaired not on.in your service centre guy informed for its software problems. Now mechanic says its motherboard is gone and it is of no use to repair it.in any case the cost of repair would be around 4000/-. The phone is not even switching on. I am worried about my data in the phone. The worst experience i have faced the micromax phone.

How to resolve this issue either buying mother board or rectifying software issue

I purchased a hand set yureka 5510 a from pakshi gift collection brij vihar on 14th january 2017.. start facing some problem in it frm july 1st week. i went to laxmi nagar (The mobile care) authorised service center of micromax or yureka. I submitted my mobile there on 17th july. They told me that my mobile will be repaired within 7 days. So collect it after 7 days frm there. Once i called them after 7 days. They told me it is repaired n dispatched frm upper center (Gurgaon) so it will be there after 2 days. N they asked me to share my service experience. I told them i was busy that time so she asked for the last six digit of the link i got frm micromax. N they also asked for otp. after that i have 2 collect after 2 or 3 days. Again i call them after 3 days. On monday 31st july. I asked them about my phone is repaired or not. They said that we already told u to call on wednesday. I again call them on wednesday on 2nd august. But still i got same reply. Once i want to track my phone online

I have purchased a new battery(BAR CODE- N[protected])&(ASC CODE- N03066) for yu yureka AO5510, But they gave me Duplicate battery, they all cheated me. First of all they gave the battery on duration of 20 days and the battery was not packed in original or company rapper. thus battery is not on use. it not catch charging. So, m not satisfied with it. They also not honest to payment. They have charged to me Rs.1080, But for another customer, they have charged different cost for same matter. So, i complain against them that they are fraud and making fool people. so i want to refund my amount and they should been treated legal process for their blunder fraud.

Company's product and company is 420 (Fraud) handset q465 jab se liya tab se aaj take kaafi complaints maine service center, call center par e_mail, ragistry post aadi bibhinn tarike se km kintu mere handset me as rahi kamiyo km koi samadhan nahi had hai. Isko lagbhag 9 maah se adhik km samay ho gaya hai. Sabhi jhoot bolkar baat ko talne ka kaam kar rahe hain.

I have a very poor experience with micromax mobile. My hand set is micromax q465 and job sheet bar code is n[protected] dated on 26/07/2017 still i am without my phone. I had baught it in feb in june i had given my phone in shimla care center and they updated its software two times and after that they send it to delhi customer care. After 20 days they call me for my mobile. And i get my phone back but within 5 days same problem arises now i am strictly demanded for replacement because ths all because o[censored]r poor quality.

मै KULWERN SINGH मैंने[protected] को MICROMAX q424 मोबाइल लिया था जिसमे 4.7.2017 को बैटरी चार्जिंग की प्रॉब्लम आयी जो मैंने मिक्रोमक्स केयर सेण्टर में दिखाई और बैटरी चेंज करवा ली कैश देकर लेकिन नई बैटरी भी चार्ज नहीं हुई जबकि केयर सेण्टर वालों ने जाँच करके तब कहा की आपका मोबाइल ओके है लेकिन वो प्रॉब्लम उसकी हल नहीं हुई तो मैंने डीलर को 5-7-2017 बताया और डीलर ने मोबाइल केयर सेंटर भेजा उन्होंने मुझे 15.7.2017 को बताया की मेरा मोबाइल बिलकुल डेमेज है उसका MOTHERBOARD COSTLY चेंज होगा जबकि वो चल रहा था सिर्फ बेटरी चार्जिंग की ही प्रॉब्लम थी। मुझे गुमराह किया गया और मेरा समय और पैसा भी बर्बाद किया गया।मेरा मोबाइल नंबर [protected] है । कृपा करके इस समस्या का हल किया जाए।

I had purchased a micromax mobile on 25th dec 2016.in april we went to the service center at uttam nagar as the charger was not working. One young lady miss khan had checked the charger & said that yes it is not working it has to be changed pls come next week our stock will come & we will change. After one week also they denied we have not received the same like this they completed 2 months. Today when we went to get the charger changed the staff misbehave with us saying that u should have gone to the shopkeeper from where u purchased why u came here to which i replied that he has sold it & if there is any complaints we will come to u or the shopkeeper. This is a very big issue and u have to take action otherwise i will take the matter to court as i am a member of consumer court. Thanks

[protected] and others it was not there in the cash memo, stolen from my house on 6th August 2017, I lodged a FIR but it seems useless, after giving IMEI no. also they r not tracing out my mobile. so I request your kind authority to help me out to find out the theif, theif may be using other no. so pliz updates me the new no. he is using
