I HAD GIVEN MY MOBILE MICROMAX AII6 FOR REPAIR ON JANUARY 2014 TO AUTHARISED SERVICE CENTRE, TECH BEAM, 2 FLOOR, AMK COMPLEX, NEAR PRINTER CARE, POTHOLE ROAD, THRISSUR PIN-680004.THOUGH THE PRODUCT WAS WITH IN WARRANTY PERIOD I HAD TO PAY RS4850.BUT THE PRODUCT WAS NOT WORKING.SO I RETURNED IT TO THEM FOR SERVICE.ITS BEEN I YEAR THEY HAVENT RETURNED THE PRODUT YET.I CONTACTED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES. I am lalchandagarwal who bought micromax canvas nitro 311 before 20 days since I started using that, the phone gets heated in the back even when it is not used, gets heated more on using continuouslyalso.Kindly provide me a solution for this. I would like to inform you that I had purchase Micro max company mobile A290 in the month of 13th December 2014 and I am not satisfied with the working of the mobile there was a problem of battery charging so I have submitted my mobile in your service centre at dadar w. the job sheet no. was *W[protected]* i had received my mobile for 15 day it was working properly but from last week it is giving me the same problem so i m going to submit my mobile once again because i dont have any other option i had purchased a 3rd class mobile of Micromax company and after servicing from micromax service center the same problem i am facing so i dont know what useless service company provides. I had made a clomplaint against the model also on the email provided by the service centre. I had came to know that the Model is giving the same problem of battery to one of my frd also and the review from e commerce site are also negative. I would like to tell you to take some important steps against this other wise i need to take help off consumer court. i have purchased my mobile on 13th december 2014.

I’d purchased Micromax Canvas Knight Cameo on 6th Jan’15 from Mobile World, Vile Parle, Mumbai. The problem persisted just after one month I.e. on 23rd Feb’15, it was not getting charged. I tried charging it with two-three different chargers, but nothing worked. When kept on charging, the battery was just draining. After two-three days my husband visited your service centre M/S Swastik Telecom, Malad, Mumbai. After checking the piece they gave him a new charging pin, and asked to check if it worked. In case if it din’t work, they asked him to get back the mobile for repairing. The new charging pin worked only for a day, again same problem. On 3rd Mar’15, he again went to the same service centre and submitted the mobile. They again checked the mobile and asked him to collect it within 8-10 days. On 11th Mar’15, they asked him to collect the mobile as the issue was resolved. The mobile din’t even complete one month of repairing and on 4th Apr’15, the same problem was raised for the second time. Again the battery started draining, when kept for charging. I visited your same service centre, where they checked the phone and asked me to submit it for repairing. This is absolutely frustrating, it is quite difficult to take out time from work and get the phone to the service centre as its open from 10 am to 6:30 pm. For the first time it was completely understandable. But it is not at all acceptable if the same problem arises twice in less than 3 months. Top of it neither your call centre executive are helpful nor the service centre executive, both lack professionalism. The call centre executive is not at all helpful, while the service centre executive need to be trained on politeness and how to handle the phone. For both the time when I gave my phone for checking at your centre they returned back with bad condition, the edges of the phones were spoiled. I’ve used various other brands like Nokia, LG, Samsung, never ever I’ve come across such issue with mobile wherein I’d to run to the service centre. I have seen N number of complaints in terms of ‘charging’ for the same model. So I hereby come to a conclusion wherein you give me a “Replacement Mobile” (same colour : Black/Gold, along with proper bill)

hlo sir\mam i m using micromax canvas knight A350 from last few months. i was having the problem of its battery backup which was just 5-6 hours when in use n 15-16 hours when left idle and due to this i registered a complaint in the service centre bearing complaint no.[protected] and i got it repaired yesterday but the problem is still the same as if they havn't put on a new battery instead exchanged it with other older one. i m not that much free that i will visit the service centre again n again n get my phone repaired. kindly submit my complaint again and help me ragarding this.

my phone is not working properly. last time when i visit to repare my phone it takes 5 months . not problem is same but afraid to give my phone to service center because they take 4-5 months to repare a handset. usually in lakshmi nagar service center people have to fight . i have seen 5 major fights over there

I am using micromax canvas hd 2 . I have reset my factory settings after that "Congratulations on purchasing micromax handset press continue to register with us for warranty services and updates and more standard sms charges apply" like that its showing. Hello Micromax, This is my humble request that i bought a micromax cdma phone CG666 PHONE from my locality ( jhunjhunu, RAJASTHAN) IN the month of october. It was defective so I took it to care center in SIKAR. THEY replied that it will be replaced soon. But now it more than 6 months but i havent received my phone, even the warranty period of 6 months has been wasted. Kindly do some favour in this matter.

In Micromax Unite2 which was purchased in oct 2014. Touch of the mobile worked just below wherwhere you touch and some touch not work untill you reunlock the phone. 2) Pre install Hike messanger is not allowed to update by Google play store.

Due to technical fault it was deposited to your authorized service center for repairing under warranty on 19/01/15 at M/S Attar Services, Shop no-CG/06, Rajiv Plaza, Bilaspur-495001. I have been told that this set has been provided by Micromax HQ against my set. My set was not physically damaged Hence, I want my set back in working condition under warranty. Please do needful to get my original set back instead of a 02-years old, different color, physically distorted back cover set.

When we went at service center and collect the phone. i trying to using the phone but mobile is same condition. we told that same. They said to me that the mobile is damage its will not repair. Now they have again generate job sheet and send to micromax center. I don't understate. what i do for that. I want to replace my Mobile because mobile is under warranty. Dear all I have purchased a new mobile of micro max x337 when launched newly and after using 15 days the touch pad is gone.I had given for repair on 03/11/2014 complaint no: 13115582 in hyderabad. They keep saying the company send the cheaper mobile by mistake and send it back to company.NOw past 4 months they keep on saying it is on transit past 3 months. When i contacted them through mail they are not even bother to reply. Guys my sincere advice is by visiting many time for one mobile for 6 months i have observed that they are selling for cheaper rates and getting repaired in month.Many people are having same issue.Any how i do not have any hope that i will get my mobile back now but my sincere advise is plz do not buy micro max mobiles once it gets repaired u have to through it out only & you will not get it back. contact me at [protected]

My name is chandra prakash i bought a micromax canvas A350 model. after few month i face touch problem, touch was not working. i went to dwarka, tilak nagar services center they did not took the phone and asked me to visit jwala heri services center I went there and submit the phone now after one month i went their they said company replaised the handset with other model. I am not agree to take another model. I Request to you that please give me the same model or else Provide me DOA cirtificte. otherwise i have to knock the consumer court door. mera phone x090 hai, jisme msg del nhi ho rhe the use thik krvane ke liye apke service center nagpur me diya gaya hai. us samy unhone kha ki mobile 2 hours me le jao baad me kha 2 day me le jao baad me kahte hai ki 30dino ke baad le jana. ye bataiye ki apka service center hai ya dalao ka adda becouse sabse pahale to baate thik se nhi ki jaati hai or baad me jhoot pe jhoot kha jata hai. yadi apko mobile repair nhi karna aata hai to mobile banate kyu ho. mai apse sidhe se kh rha hu ki yadi mere phone ke bare me shi jankari nhi mili to mai cunsumer fourm jauga so pls mere phone banakar kr louta dijiye

I had ordered for a Micromax A065 from an online shop on the14th of January 2015. My IMEI number is [protected] of the current Phone hand set. the 1st one i got was inoperative when I recieved it. After it was exchanged by the company, this second handset's touch screen stopped working in a couple of day. I then complained to the service center in Mumbai - Sai Mobile Shoppe, Dadar West and they kept the mobile saying that they will fix the issue and get back...it has been more that 20 days now since they have reached out. Its a big dissappointment as i have always used Micromax since the time it has been launched and never had any issues at all..but the after sales service is a pain to deal with as I see..Please get back to me regarding my complaint
