I submit my phone and its almost 1-1/2 month and there is no progress regarding my phone .. I used to call there and they just reply (kal aa jayega aapaka phone) i put up the service center name under. Micromax Service Centre Allahabad Address Address : Meena Bazar Building-10, S.p.marg, Civil Lines City : Allahabad Uttar Pradesh, India. Pincode : 211001.

I bought Micromax Canvas A1- AQ4501 mobile, Build Number "LMY470" 4 month before, when I bought the mobile have a power button problem, I gave to Micromax service center in Pollachi (Tamilnadu), they had more than 20 days and return back same condescend, they not response properly. I don't know what can i do without working power button, access new my mobile

my name is kapil darak and my mobile nos is [protected] email id [protected]@gmail.com...my mobile model nos is A310...my mobile is automatically restarting..i have given my mobile to customer care for atleast 5 times..but the same problem is still persisting in my mobile...when i tried to call micromax customer care toll free number [protected] they are not recieving the call and my balnce is also deducting...so plz kindly register my complaint and get solve as soon as possible

Purchased above mobile thru AMAZON.in on 2.11.14( delivered on 3.11.14) vide invoice no.MH- BOM[protected] Shipping address k 602 iscon habitat new alkapuri gotri vadodara, gujarat 390021).in the second week of nov 14, display of mobile went off. approched vadodara micromax service centre at DANDIA BAZAAR who have repaired and gave it on 18.12.2014. further, within 2 days the display went off, and some call comes, sometime the display comes and goes ... .we could not take it to shop in time, but thereafter, the screen glass was broken ( a slight diognal line on glass from inside, you cannot fee the crack from outside) when touched on door. we approched again the micromax centre at vadodara, and they said since mobile front display glass screen has a crack ( even minor) they will not entertain for repair unless we pay 13000 to 14000. its purchased only 5 months now, through credit card ( shop mentioned on the amzon bill is : sold by: arihand stationery and xerox, bhiwandi, maharashtra 421302). original cost of mobile is Rs13499 and they are asking 14000. for repair. if a slight line/crack seen on disply screen/glass, WHY entire warrantee is CANCELLED. whether repair cost comes more than cost of mobile. who will purchase mobile from these brands/companies what is the solution now? if this is the situation, we will never purchase/recommend micromax products. Till today I havent received my phone n there is no proper response from customer care regarding to my problem. Hi, I bought new Macromax A-290 model on 26/09/2014. from New mobile city, kondhwa. Invoice no- 675. (m)[protected][protected] I had problem in mobile so submitted it tomacromax service centre M/s S4 Telecom patil plaza, pune (m)[protected] also talked with Mr Bharat Sarmaji (m)[protected] delhi head office. I had submitted this phone 3 times for this problem to service centre at pune and they are asking me to wait more 30 days from today. 1st complaint reference no MMX [protected] W[protected] on 4/12/2014 they give me back my phone on 22/12/2014 2nd complaint no MMX [protected] W[protected]-15262627 on 26/02/2015 they give me back my phone on 28/02/2015 3rd complaint no MMX [protected] W[protected] on 25/03/2015 and phone is still with them currently. Dear Sir I am a old user of micromax mobiles, use many mobile set of Micromax company. In past i donot facing any problems with micromax handset. but now i have many problems with micromax canvas doodle 3 handset. Your service centre not give proper service. I gave two time my handset to service centre and after one month i got my set with out solving problem and now i gave third time and your employee said he sent handset delhi and retrun my after 25 days. He broken my mobile body and flip cover and fix with feviquick.

I have submitted my phone 4 times in the service center (M/S. SABSONIC, RGM-170, VIP Road, Teghoria, Kolkata-700059 ) with same display problem and it takes more or less 20 to 30 days every time to resolve my problem. After some days again I have to deposit my phone to the service center to rectify the same problems. I don’t know how many times it will continue like this and when will I get my modified phone or New Replacement???? Request you to look into this matter and extend your co-operation immediately. I had purchased micromax A96 on dated 19/07/2014 . last two months it has started giving problem.it is not swithing on, neither it is charging. it was given to the authorised service station and they sent to your H.O.but all in vain, they simply applied fresh software and nothing else.yesterday on 31/03/15 again i have given to yhe service centre.will it be repaired?or, i will get a fresh one

Hi, I am really disappointment by the Micromax service center Mysore .My charge sheet number is so[protected] and I am without my smart phone since December .Even after repetitive follow ups I see no response and I regret buying a Micromax Handset .It’s been more than 4 months and I continue to hear madam still 10 more days . I would request you to refund my cell amount so that I can be assured that my Micromax Canvas Knight A350 is not worth waiting .I fail to understand even for Handset replacement you people take 3 long months it was diagnosed in January that handset has issues new handset shall be delivered but I am now tired and I give up my hope .This time Manger of the service center replied the product is coming from Bangalore I had not expected this kind of response from MICROMAX

But after Six months the handset was not working properly then i contact with your service centre namely Digital Mobile Service near Markazi jamia masjid Bandipora on[protected] Vide job Card No. 452 But from till date i cannot recive my handset so i request you to shutout the problem as soon as possible other wise i will complaint agianist you at consumer court.

Dear sir, this is to bring to your kind notice that Micromax Service Center has kept my phone for servicing for almost period of two months, and still i am getting the same reply that it has been send to their head office (Delhi) for servicing, this is also to inform you that this has not happened for single time because last time also i gave my phone for servicing, they kept it for one month i faced same type of harassment, what i have been facing now. how long they will keep my phone with them for servicing, they asked me to mail and call to head office and i did both but nobody respond me neither any kind of call or mail i have received from their end. . So please help out from this harassment . i have bought my phone for my use, not for service center, my phone is under warranty period so if they are not able to resolve my phone problem so they should replace it with the new one, or for the time being they should provide a alternate phone for my use, I want Justice in this regards and your intervention into this matter is highly solicited.

Dear Sir /Mam. on Date 30/01/2015 I purchased one above said model mobile from Dilsukh Electronics in Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad. Invoice No.SI/3655 Sir Afterpurchasing it we put mobile in charging up to three hours eventhough its not showing full. it's remain showing in charging condition for that we went to the nearest Micromax care at Dilsukhnagar their also people are not caring and they behaving irresponsible.
