Dear Team, This is manoj sharma i have purchased new micomax smartphone a350 knight. and when i used it i suffer the heating and hang problem. i have to go micromax service center(M/s Tirupati Infotech) which have situated at (G-72, B Block, Ganpati Plaza, Near Pizza Hut, MI Road JAIPUR ) and tell us my phone problem they can take my phone and reset it and handover me.but the after i suffer same problem it observed into my phone. then i have to go again and talk to micmomax employee. that have to give me job sheet it has been on date 04.03.2015 and take over my mobile. and said to me its will be here 10-15 days.but on the date 04.03.2015 and till now they nobody answer me what is status of my phone and how what is invoice is processing or not. i have to contact the head office (Micromax House, 90B, Sector-18, Gurgaon) nobody can accept my phone. i have to contact the following number that nobody can answer me- Micromax House, 90B, Sector-18, Gurgaon Pin Code - 122015 Tel: +[protected]/[protected] Fax: +[protected] Email: [protected]@micromaxinfo.com Now i have to very unconscious about the micromax service of my phone related issue.i have to suffer my business last ten days due to my phone. I want to refund my total cost of mobile and also suffer my business time and cost with interest. I m informed micromax team kindly check it and revert me hopefully ASAP. i am very unsatisfiable about your worst services. my phone under warranty The phone has only taken me 5 Months. finally i hope team looking this matter very seriously. Thank for responding but you are not understanding the problem and replying the mail mechanically the brief history of case is as under:- 1.Believing on presties of micromax i purchased micromax canvas knight black and gold. 2.The phone was having problem right from beginning therefore i visited your service center (G-72, B Block, Ganpati Plaza, Near Pizza Hut, MI Road JAIPUR ) on the varies third day of purchase at your service center some software updation was done by your so called technically expert and for this no job card was opened. 3.I am regularly in touch with your service center because the problem for which i had visited your services center in first week of purchase was continuing for your reference i was in touch with Mr.Ibrahim and Mr.Ravi. 4.After my regular follow up your technical experts decided to finally open the job card on 04.03.2015 for my phone and take my phone for repair assuring me that the phone will be repaired and return back to me within 3 days. 5.Till today i have not receive my phone and also not getting satisfactory reply from your local service center. Sir as you can understand form the above description that i m facing the problem with phone from the date of purchase and your local services center staff never opened job card for my phone and they always negligent to hear and solved my problem. Reasons for asking replacement of phone:- 1.The phone is creating problem right first day of purchase as describe above. 2.when your expert technicians cannot manage to repair/rectify the problem within committed time frame reflects that some major problems exits in my phone therefore i m entitled to get replacement of the above phone. Sir selling me a defective phone and the act of your local service center comes under the definition of deficiency of service center. kindly deal the problem with full understanding not mechanically. It Who May your services and I feel quite unhappy about that and also think future connect with micromax mobile and services When i go takeover my phone at your local service center :- 1.When i have go service center that can takeover me another mobile headset micomax canvas (A300) old mobile. 2.In my previous Job sheet(Job sheet no:W[protected] on date:04.03.2015) i have to handover micomax canvas knight(A350 black and gold). 3.Nobody can give me any hopefully revert. 4.I have started mailing conversation on the date of 05- your official website and also your service request id.but anybody can give me hopefully revert. 5.second job sheet no( W[protected]) on the date 30.03.2015. Then what can hope its service those you provide customer.can i hope getting my micromax canvas knight (A350 Black & gold). its negative impression about service of outside. How to get your concern/management team its matter anybody not getting satisfactory reply & arrange the con-call (senior and concern team) that would be give satisfactory reply. And i have suffer this problem last 30 day i have suffer my business who are responsible for that those play with me. And also told me when you provide me my/new smart phone(a350 black and gold) TAT date and time frame limit. if in this phone you find manufacturing defect kindly provide me select choosing the same configuration mobile phone series as in micromax. dear akosha team, kindly resolve my Concern as soon as possible of your best effort.         I had purchased Micromax canvas nitro a 311 on Feb 2015 from the starting facfacifacing many problem 1. Mobile become hit when is use it or when charge it. 2.in night Camera picture quality is very bad. I have 2 times in service center for these reson both time they update mobile software but problem is still same..3 time when I had gone there they told me that "you have to submitt your mobile for one month" And I have any other mobile phone to use Please do something or change my mobile phone as soon as possible.           Sir I have Micromax Unite 2 cell phone which I have bought in September 2014. My problem is that whenever I insert a sim card of any telecom service it immediately deducts Rs. 25 from the balance. I want to know why this happens? Please reply me as soon as possible because till now it has deducted about Rs. 200 from my various sim. Otherwise I will take serious action against you.

And my job sheet number is N[protected]. please understand my problems.they are don't take any action against my problems . I was submitted my complain timely to micromax service center. Customer executives told me when I call that your phone will get back after ten days. So please take action against Micromax survice center.

You people changed my phone to old phone which touch camera and other feature is not working... I m giving you Detail of micromax service centre who playing cheap game with me. "M/S SATGURU COMMUNICATION NOIDA, SHOP NO -1, GF, DHARAMPALI PLACE, NEAR VINAYAK HOSPITAL, SECTOR 27, NOIDA, UTTAR PRADESH - 201301 CONTACT NO[protected]" MY JOB SHEET NO - N[protected] MY MOBILE IMEI -- [protected]/[protected] MY MOBILE NUMBER - [protected] Now look i purchase my phone in aug-2014 ...but after 1 month battery not storing power problem occur. Now i went to service center which i mentioned Satguru communication noida. But the dummy people they failed to detect the problem. they replace my charger as well as my battery. Now my original charger they replace by a cheap class charger. But no issue of charger...problem is this they always failed to detect he problem. What type of dumb people is working there they have't skill to resolve the solution also you head department they also failed to detect the issue ... I submitted my phone on 18 feb...I also visited on Saturday 28th of march 15... But the manager said your phone is still not repaired...means what i m fool or i have lots of time for the stupid service centre. He wrote my detail in your micromax promise book...and said come after 3 days...but you promise have not value...because you failed 6 time. Now I will do a complain in consumer forum against micromax as well as your service center.

                I have submit my phone 4 months before in dead condition they said mother board problem i waked twelve times they said not ready.on 3:04;2015 i got call your mobile ready i asked to check they gave me in bad condition with other data some one using then back side network sheet had broken.i asked to verify they said its not a problem.they i asked for warranty that lady shouted at me a lot. customer support is to help not hurt others word worst things are happen in micromax Brands customer support only.They Behaviour is not at all a humanity.i just ask for warranty cover that lady shouted at me i was frustrated.customer care at sanatorium. kindly take care for this mater.

                  Dear Sir, I have purchase Micromax canvas HD Model No. A116 I (B), IMEI No.[protected], on the date of 18/4/2014 from New Mobile Care, J. M. Road, Pune 411 005. After some days this handset is very well and good condition. But last six months from the date of today hand set is not working properly and hence I submitting this handset to our Customer Service Center i.e. M.S. Annu Services Agencies, Agra Road, Dhule, Tel. No.[protected] and service center owners Mob. No. [protected], [protected] for the purpose of repairing of handset. Then I received my handset after 3 months. At that time my handset problem is not solve. Handset display showing only first window of canvas HD name. Nothing any option showing and hence mobile handset was resubmitting to our service center. I got it new job sheet No. than after one month my handset received from service center. handset is not working properly. Handset automatically switched off 5 to 6 times and battery level is so loss. Then I re-submitted dated 13/2/2015 my mobile to our service center, Dhule. Till today my mobile is not received. So plz. solve my problem if any queries plz. call me this number [protected].                     Please approach the district consumer redressal forum and lodge a complaint. Before going there, please keep a expenditure sheet detailing the amount of money you have spent on buying the device, the number of times you had to run around the service center - bus/auto charges for the same, the amount of hours you lost at work / business and the money lost in the process etc. Dont stop. Just sue them.

                        I purchased a router MMX440W from Micoromax which I deposited at Micromax Authorised Service Centre Royal Services, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi on 28-Feb-2015 wide Job Sheet # N[protected] dated 28/02/2015. I was advised by the service centre that the device will be replaced in next 2 weeks which didn't happended. After that I lodged complaint on Micromax Head office on 12-Mar-2015 and followed up with them on mails and calls numerous time. They gave me a standard response every time "We apologies for the inconvenience caused due to delay in services and would like to inform you that we are re-forwarding your concern to our concerned team.                           Sir, I have visited three times on above service centre regarding a complain in mobile phone model-A-27, purchase through online. I have original bill and guarantee card but service had refused to repair to mobile. He saying that I want sticker which is pasted on Box. Then after giving sticker with bill he say that I will not deposit your phone due to " I have find error in system" regarding my phone. Pl tell me if a customer come to service centre 3 times, what he think about your service and how he think for purchsing any mobile of Micromax in future. Pl see the above matter a try to resolve.                                   Hi, I bought a micromax canvas knight A 350 few months back but after working 1 month its display touch was not working. For this, I have submitted it to micromax service centre at M/S B.R Services, E-84 (GF), krishna market, near kangra sweet, new delhi, lajpat nagar-1, PIN- 110024 on 04/03/2015. my complaint no. is - N[protected] but issue is not resolved till date. after calling number of times i am not getting a positive response. they are continuously avoiding my work and my calls even. today as i called them, they told me that they don't have display part of my phone but as per the government norms, company must have accessories of the phone for 5 years after completion of final manufacturing with phone.it is expensive phone and i was not bought this phone to keep it to service center.if my issue is not resolve in 2 day then i surely go to consumer court and a file a case against ur company..seriously i heart so much to the service center ansering..so pls resolve my issue as soon as possible..

                                      I stay in bangalore. I bought a micromax canvas 4 mobile on June 2nd, 2014. It worked properly for 7 months, then in January 2015 my mobile had a signal problem. I called the customer care and asked about the issue they asked me to show it in the micromax repair center, then i went to Marathahalli repair center and showed my mobile. They updated the software and gave me back the mobile it worked fine for that day and the next day it gave me the same problem. I took it back to the center and this time they asked me to submit the mobile to send it to company for repair. I was initially communicated that i will receive it within 40 days. After that there was no communication for 20 days. The i called the customer care [protected] and registered a complaint on 11th of February comp no.[protected], then the customer care executive said from 11th February onwards it will take 30 days to resolve the issue. I recalled the customer care on 1st March and asked about the status. Every time i call them they say we are taking this on priority and forwarding it to the concerned department, again he took it as a complaint and gave a new complaint number.[protected]. For a simple problem of signal issue its been two months i have been waiting for the mobile. I lost two months warranty. If it is so big problem then since the mobile is under warranty it would have been replaced. Its very disappointing that its been close to two months and don't know when it will be resolved. Micromax is coming up with good affordable mobiles in all price segments, which is very appreciable but after purchase service also should be improved. Please do the needful. Service is pathetic. I visited the micromax care center in marathahalli and the manager named Joseph was very irresponsible and was laughing at me when i was complaining. He dont know how to talk to customers also. There is no proper communication channel as such to inquire about the status of the mobile. When ever i call the customer care they say till its in progress 30 more days it will take from then on wards. Its been 3 months and till now no proper response.                                         My mobile screen was broken so i visited to nearest service center. They told me that it will cost me Rs. 1100/- as it was not in warranty. i agreed with them but since last couple of days when i tried to know my status they they tell me the same thing that this part is not in stock we have demanded it so it will take some time.Sixteen days has been passed but no response from their side. Go through the attachment for details and take some necessary action as soon as possible.

                                        Sir I have purchased Micromax canvas A1 (AQ4501)Feb 2015 last week worked good for 1month after that power button doest work display blinking .I gave my mobile to nearest micromax service center they gave me job sheet and said it takes 10days after that I went to get my phone they gave my phone without knowing problem they returned again they said 10days I went after 10 day then they said motherboard issue it takes 15 days and they gave new job sheet I went after 15 days they said again 10 days and I took the help the help of customer care he said on 15th of may you mobile will be given if now replaced with new phone now when I called on 20th the same customer care said again 25 days what the hell they were playing this is the cause then why do we buy phone to give it to you the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NOT ADVICE MY SURROUNDING PEOPLE NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT OF MICROMAX . My job sheet no S[protected] please help to solve my issue other wise I will file complaint in customer coart .
