sir, i am ARVIND KUMAR SINGH from jaipur.i brought my micromax canvas hue (AQ 5000) mobile phone from shree mobile store, ganpati plaza, jaipur just 2 months before on 25 january, 2015. 4 days before my phone fallen down and the display damaged. i went to micromax authorized service center "Arihant enterprises" at new sanganer road, jaipur to fix my problem.they told that the estimating cost would be 5200/- INR, and it will take 7-8 days to repair, i agreed as i wanted my phone back.yesterday[protected] i got call from center and they said to collect my phone as they repaired the phone. i went to collect my phone, i paid them 5200/- as they demanded. but thereafter i seen my phone picture quality, it become so poor as compared to earlier.i told them also but they said they ordered for display from micromax and pasted in phone rather they could not help. sir, i brought this phone due to its picture quality which was amoled hd .but it doesn't seem as earlier. i am really very much up-set with this kind of servicing. after paying 5200 my phone's total cost becoming 16700/-, which is so much for me, thereafter i am not getting the values of the phone for which i brought this phone. it is my humbled request to you that kindly take my request effectively and change my handset if possible, and check the service center whether they are working properly or not as micromax has a brand value now and still this kind of servicing makes differece from others, we belief on you that you will take it serious. i will be great full to you.my email-id is [protected]@gmail.com and my contact no- is [protected]/[protected]. i am attaching the scan copy of service center that they provided me. thank you

    Hello sir ... I bought micomax a74. There is a some technical fault. I gave this phone in service center on 24/03/2015 and he said he give new phone but he shut off his service center and he got run away. So plzz... Give me new phone in 1 week I shift in my village ... And have no money to bought new phone ... Jobsheet date :- 24/03/2015 Jobsheet no. N[protected] IEMi no.       I have raised a concern with Micromax Service Center located in Bangalore. My Mobile touch got damaged and asked for replacement of touch and a Job sheet created on[protected] for the same. They told, they need to place order and get the part..I asked whether I can take my handset and get it back to the center once the part is available. Also, I told I will pay money to assure that I will come and replace it once the part is ready. For that Relationship Manager Rafiq in the Service center told they cannot continue with the job sheet if my mobile is not given in the center. He Promised that my mobile will be ready in 4 days and I can get it by Saturday. I tried calling the contact numbers provided in the job sheet which is not successful as the number is not reachable most of the times. I tried both landline and Mobile number and its not successful most of the times. Finally, I got to connect with one of the employee through landline on Saturday[protected] and asked for the status. She told handset is ready and i can come and collect by evening 05:00 PM. I went to the center at 04:50 PM and asked for the device, they kept me wait for almost 50 minutes and at 05:45 PM Manager Rafiq cooly told touch problem is still pending . I asked that was the only concern raised by me, then what fault correction was done, He told he placed for old handsets and my device touch will be ordered on monday and replaced on tuesday. I asked then why there is false promise and wrong information provided to me and he answered casually that wrong information given to me.. I am not sure what he is thinking of the customers.. whether they wont have work and they will keep coming to the service centers whenever they have been asked to ? Also, He is not even polite in responding to the customers. I saw around every 3 out of 5 customers are scolding that Manager (As per my Observation on Day 1 and Day 4) for not providing proper service and proper response to the customers. I am not sure how micromax team is recruiting such people and running their centers. I agree there will be lot of issues with all brands of mobile, But the way they treat their customers definitely varies. Manager's work is to handle all the customers as per their needs and give correct information to them.But this person is neither giving true information nor polite to the customers. He is not even good in communication. Being an Indian make, I am proud to use MicroMax handset, But few people in customer centers definitely bringing the brand value down. Micromax team needs to address this issue on priority if at all they need to be genuine competitor for its rival brands., Its not about selling your product but its about how satisfied your customers are post sales. I am not sure if my complaint is atleast known to Micromax, But this will be a fact remains true among most of the customers.         I purchased my new Micromax nitro A-310, on 24october 2014 ffrom authorized dealer of Micromax showroom in shahdara delhi. After 4 months my phone is nt wrrking properly and its battery draining very fast and heat a lot while using watsapp and faceboook. Tell me wat to do nw its my first time I purchase Micromax handset but I am dis satisfy from the product

            To, The CEO/M.D./Nodal Officer/Manager Micromax, India Subject: Mental Harassment as a result of imporper service & disgusting behaviour at Micromax Care service centre, Bhawanipatna, District: Kalahandi, Odisha, India. Sir, This is to inform you that I Jitendra Kumar Behera currently living in Kesinga town, District:Kalahandi, State:Odisha, India purchased a Micromax Mobile hand set (Model-A-069, M_IMEI:[protected], S_IMEI:[protected]) from Ajit Electronics, Kesinga as on[protected]. I was very much impressed with my new handset till its dispaly not worked automatically from[protected] evening. As it was very important for my official use & it was within its warranty period I consulted with Ajit Electronics from where I had purchased the mobile phone. The shopkeeper advised me to go to the Service centre personally to solve the issue otherwise if they will hand over the set to the customer care then it will took 15 days to 1 month to return. As the mobile was so important for me be workable again, by not finding any other ways I borrowed one of my friend's bike from Kesinga & went to the nearest Service centre (SOM EMTERPRISES, Phone:[protected] at Bhawanipatna town about 35 kms distance from Kesinga as on[protected] & handed over them the mobile. They assured me of resolving the problem within 3-4 days. I then returned home. After 4 days I myself called them to know the status & they replied to keep the mobile for another 3-4 days. Since then till[protected] I was not able to got any call from them. On the same day few hours after my query I got a call from them, that my mobile repairing was done. On[protected] despite of many difficulties faced I again went to the service centre at Bhawanipatna by borrowing one of my friend's bike & they returned my mobile to me. I did not checked the mobile phone as it was evening time & have to returned again 35 kms. As soon I reached my town I got to know that the mobile was as it is when I handed over at service centre. Again I called the service center same day against this issue but they did not replied me properly & misbehaved. I just want to know that is this your service with your customers?, I deeply shocked after this incident & now the mobile is with me in faulty condition. I never expected such poor & disgusting service from a world brand of India. I am fraustrated now with the service of your customer care at Bhawanipatna Town & want to take legal action against them & also against you people. I lost my mobile, lost money travellng 35 kms for service & finally faced a rough situation. Therefore, I may request you to kindly took strict action against the service centre of Micromax at Bhawanipatna & order them to got my issue resolved soon otherwise I will bound to take legal action at the earliest.               I have purchased micromax 39"" tv 5 months ago and now the hd panel has automatically damaged .we have raised a complaint to micromax customer service last Monday 6 Apr 2015 complaint id is MH[protected]. After that d company engineer came and said that we need to pay 16000 rupees for replacement however it is automatically damaged. The tv has 1 YR warranty. The customer service is also not good. Whenever we are calling to their service head (Sunil palande). He just ignore us and cuts the call. And also cuts the call between the conversation.

                Sir, . I have purchase my mobile 1 month 18 days ago . My mobile is not working properly last 1 & more days .                     My phone is Micromax yureka. Just one month before I bought the phone. The phone is getting heated whenever I use it. The phone is also getting heated while charging. It will take more than three hours for charging. Please resolve my problems.

                      i buy a micromax canvas fire 4 A107, booked through ebay.com from SUVANS SOFTO retailer on dated 28/03/2015 and received date 02/04/2015. this hand set has savior touch screen problem. this problem detected on the second day of receiving. please try to resolve my problem by replacing this hand set by a new one. order detail: paisapay id - [protected] and my contact no - [protected] email id - jitan.[protected]@gmail.com

                      This phone (A107) does not deserve even single star. One of the worst phone I have used in my life. I have exchanged the phone once but still facing the same touch problem. Earlier phone was having proximity sensor and touch problem. I am repelling by purchasing this phone.

                        ATTENTION TO ALL PUBLIC PLZ DONT BUY ANY MICROMAX MOBILE '' ALL MOBILE MICROMAX IS BAD THEY NOT WORKING AFTER FEW DAYS AND MANY BAD SERVICE AND TACHNICALY PROBLEMS .ALSO ...i m tired that i trust on ur company and buy mobile a290 just before to 5 days and i m really tried of issue that without wifie with use internet 3g data not working skype and not any video call site and also not working whatsaap...i gone to shope keeper and he suggest me for go service center .in service center i visited they reinstaled softwear but problis still is same ..nobody care there and i dissided to go in consumer foram ..i will go in counsumer foram soon .

                          I bought canvas knight a350 for 5 months ago, only 2 months it works great. after that it sucks. The major issues are heating issue, battery backup is not good, and now the touch of the mobile is not working completly .I have submitted my mobile at HARIHARA ELECTRONICS(authorized Micromax service center Ameerpet, Hyderabad) on[protected] The problem was not yet resolved and they not even gave us possitive response .Here i am attaching JOBSHEET.First they said that the service for this mobile is not available here then i was very much disappointed and called to shop keeper where i bought my mobile, then he had a conversation with the receptionist then only they recieved my complaint.but they didnt gave me any kind of hope like replacement or repair. Im not yet received any call from them regarding this.it is not fair, not at all fair from your people.Earlier also i used Micromax canvas HD mobile.now i am feeling very much disappointed with Micromax .please help me by resolving this issue as earliest and bring my phone back.                             I would line to inform you My name is Vishal Chandra .I am customer of micromax data card my model number is-X354 xtra .in my data card error occur red light flash when data card is inserted in laptop after that your service center taken the data card and told me your data card is dead.it will be replaced with in 45 to 60 day kindly come tomorrow and take your receiving of data card . After that i go again tomorrow then he said my computer is not working so come tomorrow then i will give you receiving after that i again go then he will told my staff is not come so kindly call in evening after call you come.when i call in evening then he will again give some rascal excuse and misbehave with me on telephone and told me go and complaint when wherever you want to complaint i will not give the receiving .After that when i call today then he told me physical damage occur in your Data card so your data card cannot be replaced kindly come and take your data card.Your Gaya service center is damage my data card and give all allegation on me Kindly instruct your Gaya service center to replace my data card asap.he shall verify my data card before receive and give receiving on rough paper at a time of receiving he doesn't tols about damage .after 3 days he told me about damage .my contact number is -[protected].

                                Dear Sir, With the reference to the above stated subject, I Sahil seth bought a Micromax Canvas Gold A300 with MRP of Rs.24000 on 23/11/2014. I have attached the copy of Retail invoice. However, after barely 4 months of purchase i am facing so much trouble with the device. I have handed over my phone to service center twice in the span of 1 month. It's main camera has stopped working completely. First time i gave, it was returned to me after 1 day but only after 15days of it, the camera stopped working again. I have again handed it to service center on 8/4/2015 and was told that it will be given to me after 10days. This is a prove that i was given a faulty device with the fault on company's part and would like to request to replace the faulty device with a new one urgently. My complaint number as provided on the receipt i got when i submitted my phone to service center is N[protected]. I look forward to your positive response.                                       I was placed an order dated 1-Feb-2014 for buying the mobile set namely Micromax Canvas Full HD A166i white and received the same on 2-Feb-2014 through Flipkart. The copy of invoice is annexed herein That the above mentioned mobile set was initially working well for 10 month. And after wards there was defect in storage of battery I went to the service center at nawada on 2-Jan-2015 for repairing of the said problem but the person at service center told to me that battery was not working and suggested for the replacement of battery by buying new one i had has given 1050 rupees for replacing the battery with new one.That on next day that is 3-Jan-2015 got back the mobile set with new battery and then put the same for charring but same problem still subsist. Then i am again visited to service center with same problem but shocked know from the executive that there is problem in the mother board of the mobile set. It is pertinent here that without checking the mobile, the above named addressee no 2 changed the battery. That on their instruction i have handover the mobile set for repairing of mother board and also told by them that it would be rectified with 30-45 days. After 30 days i went to the service center for the receipt of the mobile set After receiving the mobile set, and i am checked the same at home but the same problem still there in the in mobile set. i had again visited the service center for removal of the set problem but the executive told to me that the warranty has expired. It is pertinent to mention here that when the mobile set was given for repairing it was within warranty and it was known to the both the addressee That the executive of the service center told to me that warranty would extended for one month and also repaired the same within 2-3 days.i had on believing the advise of the serivce center left the mobile set with them That i had 2-Mar-2015 after 1 week called up the service center for enquiring about the status of the condition of my mobile set but in return they have not replied satisfactorily. i have been harassed for last 3 month and not solution either given by the company or service center.Due to defect, i could not commnicate or contact any body as this phone is only available for the purpose. 1050 rupees for replacing the battery with new one, 3000 for buy new mobile set plus bussiness loss and mental harasment (50000)

                                        IMEI no [protected] submitted on your service centre 824, Manimajra, chandigarh on 04.04.2015 to rectify the switch only, but still now we are not getting phone back from service centre after repair and facing so many problem without phone set . Kindly suggest how and when i get my phone? Kindly requesting you to take strict action on priority basis for customer support. Waiting for your reply.
