Dear Sir/Madam I have Purchased Micro max A120 last 3 months before(14/01/2015 Billed date), now its changing full battery after 4 to 5 Hours and also heating with charging on your logo Place behind phone(where your handset M logo Situated.) I was checked it your micro max nearest service center (Near Petrol Pump Jokan bagh, Jhansi 284001) but they was not taking this seriously and not giving me satisfactory solution and their behaviour was so rood such a helpless person.       sir i provided my micromax handset a110q to alpanah service center sangamner ahmednagar on 1 december 2014 and then service centre told that he will send my handset to company for further checkups and they will provide my handset after 45 days and then they gave back handset on 7 april 2014 means totally after 4 months later and now they ur handset is out of warrenty and they cant repair it without money when i provide them handset my handset was in warrenty period so please help me they are not giving me replacement for my mobile

        Respected Sir/Madam, This is to notify you that i purchased a Micromax smartphone AQ4501 from Snapdeal.com on 17/11/2014. Before updating it to the latest software which came recently, my handset was working smoothly and gave no problem but after updating it, within2 days it started giving touble. The sound/volume of the device became very low that it was hardly audible. As it was a technical default in the device So, i contacted the the micromax support center ADITI INFOCOM situated in SOUTH PATEL NAGAR for help. the technician checked the handset, formatted it, and it replaced its speakers and again downloaded the latest software update.But after doing so the speakers stopped working at all, the sound was not audible at all.So he gave me a month time to fix the problem(jobsheet no-*N[protected]*). As it was a technical default i requested the company to replace the phone with a new one. On 9/4/2015 i got a call from ADITI INFOCOM and i was told that company has replaced the device and i can collect the same from the center and bring the battery of the old device. But when i went to collect the device they handed me an old second hand repaired device that too a white color which was very dirty. Mine was of black colour phone and in a very good condition but they were giving me a white colour used phone(photos enclosed). So i refused to collect a second hand phone and the provided me a new jobsheet no - *N[protected]* . So i kindly request the company to either repair my handset asap or provide me a new handset.         I tried to contact Micromax Customer Care ([protected]) on 11th April 2015 and 17th April 2015 but they are not giving any satisfactory solution. Each time I tried to contact them, each time they doesn't response to it seriously. Either they disconnect the call or say that we will response to it sooner. Please see the matter asap and do the needful.

          Sir, I was purchased a micromax CDMA Mobile CG666. But after some day i have faced blank display problem in mobile. than i contact the costume care and leave mobile for repairing. Than after 40 days i was received my mobile from service centre. Than after 10 day i was faced same problem. When i contact to service center in raipur they was told me leave you mobile again. Than again i leave my mobile on date 10/12/2014. But still my problem was not solved. and they told me please take another mobile from your company but different model of GSM. But my mobile is CDMA and in warranty period. SO please help me for my problem. Otherwise i will going consumer foram for justice. Thankyou

            I have bought Canvas Knight last May 2014.IMEI No.[protected] In the month of September I have faced the display problem so I given the handset Micromax Service center Virar East. They have taken more than 70 days to repair the handset. Now again I was facing the screen problem so I have given the handset Sri Sai Enterprises kopar Khairane. After 10 days they are saying it will take 20 days more. Very bad service by Micromax.

                Sir, I have purchased may 2014 micromax A089 Bolt cell phone. covered this mobile warranty. I take Trichy Authorised Service Center. get the mobile our staff and waiting for 3 hours after say this mobile charging connecter not available so do not service my mobile. Also I say ok you are a authorised service center so order spare after service my mobile. Staff no responsible and say go outside. TRICHY SERVICE CENTER, SRI BALAJI ELECTRONICS, TRICHY, is very lazy and un responsible customer, 95 % reject and say no warranty.                       I bought Micromax canvas gold A300 on 23/11/2014 and 1 month back my main camera stopped working. Even the option of rear camera was not available so i took it micromax service center. i submitted the phone and was returned to me the next day and camera as working fine but now 15 days back the camera stopped working again. It's been just over 4 months and i am already facing so much trouble with the device and today i have submitted it to service center and was told it would take 10days for it to be repaired. My complaint form number is N[protected]. I have attached retail invoice copy for your reference. I bought it with hard earned money and already facing so much problems. It is kindly requested to replace the faulty device with the good one urgently. I look forward to your positive response with reference to my above request being a loyal Micromax Customer.                         I am thank full for the reply from you I would like to share my experience with you that company had provided me with the other service centre i have made a visit there but they had not taken my mobile by giving the reason that this mobile is been tampered by some where alse i have provided the old job sheet also but they have not taken my mobile so i have submitted my mobile to the same service centre they have taken my mobile now there more problem battery not charging battery getting decreased quickly and many more i would request you to interfere in this matter.                               I purchased s-114 in nov 2014 by online shopping through amazon . After few days earphone not worked. The warranty period for this is 06 months. When i went on micromax service centre jammu tawi, they refused to accept as stated thay only be accepted purchased through shops and not be accepted purchased through online. Pl clatify how the faulty earphone be functional. If not repaired/replaced i will never purchese your product.

                                Respected Sir I have made so many complaints to replace my mobile which was in warranty period but no body wants to hear me. Now 4-5 days before they have issued a fresh complaint receipt. It is requested kindly to resolve my problem at the earliest because I am suffering since more four months and provide me the replacement of a new mobile of same specification which currently available in the market in the cost of Rs.7, 600 which I paid. An early action and issue of instructions to the Indoe customer care is requested please Thanks, (Rajendra Bargal) mail id [protected]@yahoo.co.in [protected], [protected] Sirs, I have purchased Canvas fun A 74 mobile from M/s Asha Collection, 64 10 Nos Shop Bhopal vide Cash Memo No. 40403 Dated[protected] for Rs.7600=00. (IMEI No.[protected]) The mobile was faulty within one month from the date of purchase and got repaired from M/s Puoojya Customer Care Bhopal again it was faulty two times, but not repaired properly. Suddenly it was stopped the working and the same has been given to M/s Ayushi Electronics, M-115 Yeshwant Plaza, Indore to repair on[protected] vide receipt No.*N[protected]*. After 40 days repeated approach they informed that the mobile has been sent head office for replacement. Before 10 days they informed that your mobile has been received duly replaced and take delievery. When I reached the shop to take mobile I surprised to see the replaced mobile which was Microwamax BLING which is outdated in the market they told that A 74 is discontinued and ultimately I refused to take the delievery of replaced one. In the matter, it is requested kindly to replace either new one micromax A 74 or any Canvas Series of the higher category mobile or A 74 ( NEW MOBILE) or refund my amount of Rs.7600= immediately, because I am without mobile since two months. Question is only replacement of my mobile A 74 which was technically faulty and under warranty, it should be replace with new one A 74 or with the any latest model for which difference cost will be paid by me that's all. In the matter, it is requested that I am ready to purchase the any latest mobile of Micromax, the amount of Rs.7600 may be adjusted from the cost and difference amount will be paid by me. Suitable instructions may kindly be issued to the M/s Ayushi Indore at the earliest because two months have already been passed. Otherwise I will be free to take legal action against the Company.                                         Dear Sir, With reference to the above stated subject, I, Ashish Zaveri has bought Micromax A94 on 22/04/2014. (Copy of Retail Invoice is attached herewith) However, after purchasing I have been facing multiple failure / problems with instrument which is under warranty. I had handed over my instrument on 14/03/2015 to service centre for camera related issue, which was given back to me on 21/03/2015. However, the instrument run smoothly for 2 days only. Later, I again handed over my instrument on 24/03/2015 to service centre for camera as well as Network related issued, which was received back to me on 05/04/2015. However, the instrument work smoothly for 1 day. Again there was failure in camera and network. Lastly, I have handed over the faulty instrument to service centre today 08/04/2015, which as i am informed, instrument will be forwarded to Ahmedabad Service centre. I have also registered complaint online. Complaint no. is MMX[protected]. In this regards, It is kindly request to replace me the faulty instrument with the good one urgently.                                         Dear Sir, With the reference to the above stated subject, I Sahil seth bought a Micromax Canvas Gold A300 with MRP of Rs.24000 on 23/11/2014. I have attached the copy of Retail invoice. However, after barely 4 months of purchase i am facing so much trouble with the device. I have handed over my phone to service center twice in the span of 1 month. It&#039;s main camera has stopped working completely. First time i gave, it was returned to me after 1 day but only after 15days of it, the camera stopped working again. I have again handed it to service center on 8/4/2015 and was told that it will be given to me after 10days. This is a prove that i was given a faulty device with the fault on company&#039;s part and would like to request to replace the faulty device with a new one urgently. My complaint number as provided on the receipt i got when i submitted my phone to service center is N[protected].
