My mobile phone under warranty. I submitted my in authorised service centre M/s Parth Agencies c/o City Centre Ist floor inside Railway gate Kaithal-136027 Haryana vide job sheet no. N[protected] with the problem touch no working on dt.[protected]. They return it to me on dt.[protected] after 24 days) with this statement that now it is OK. When we receive it I shocked because the problem still stand. I am very harassed with this behave of company.

      I am facing network issue in my handset MicromaxA116. I have raised this issue to Tambaram sanatorium service center but no luck. Its almost 8 months every time they say that they have updated software but the issue has not been resolve... I have already sent an email to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com. Initial email has been sent on 29 Nov'15. I have sent 4 reminders to them till now no one has come back with the proper solution or justification.           I have given my Micromax A87 Mobile IMEI-[protected],[protected] for frequent On/Off problem. They told me your mother board may damage, lets send it to head office. Along with it they took my new battery-V[protected] on date 22/11/2014. On 20th january -15 they return the hand set telling Machine has no problem. And they misplace the my new battery.             dear sir my device is deposited with Micromax service center under jobsheet number - E[protected] before 80 days for repairing of front camera has not repair still . Whenever visits to service center they tells it will take 15 days more. Whenever I calls they don't receive my my call. this is happening with me before 80 days. kindly do somthing

              Canvas Tab bought in June 2014 thorugh Amazon India Given to Tamana Infotech, on 24/01/2015 for repairs. Tab was dead. They said its a mother board issue. Job Sheet number W[protected] Deepti Bhatia This is the 5th time we sent the tab for repairs since we bought it, and I must admit, i made the biggest mistake buying it for my parents and in-laws. The first problem came in 2 months of buying it. Very poor battery life and takes the longest to charge. Ideally I would like to be refunded for the purchase. Pls let me know when can I have the tab back and what can be done to rectify the issues. I need my money back.

                my smartphone Micromax A106 Unite2(8GB model) was submitted to service center M/S paradise telesoft pvt. Ltd. for following problems: 1. lock key not working 2. keypad crashing at various times. 3. calling problem. But when i received my phone after repair the above stated problems were not solved and another problem was created by delhi office.MY PHONE MEMORY OF 8GB STORAGE was DOWNGRADED to 4GB.I was asked to submit my phone to get my problems resolved, but i received my phone on[protected] with 3 problems resolved but the phone internal memory was still 4GB. so please kindly look into the matter as to why the internal memory of my phone was downgraded and kindly upgrade it 8GB as earlier or else replace it with a new phone of 8GB model of of the phone or else refund the cost of phone.                         Dear Customer Care Team, I address this Complaint to you for seeking good service for my Micromax Funbook Mini P410 Tab. I bought the tab in June last year at Mysore and it is in the warranty period. Due to technical problems, I took it to a Micromax mobile care center named R C Service Point at 33, East Cross, Mysore. Later when I tried contacting there, I learnt that the service center has been relocated I request you to provide me the new address of the same and also take the steps so that I get my tab back.                           I gave my Micromax knight cameo set in Marathalli Mcromax service center, Bangalore to repair my charging port which is in warranty period for last one month. After some days they messaged me continuously 3 days that the set is repaired and told to receive it from service center .But when I went there to receive my product, they told your set is not repaired yet after keeping 1 month long also. So forcefully I did not have other choice but to take my mobile back unrepaired. So kindly suggest me what should I do next.

                            hello, I have purchased a yureka phone last week through Amazen i have faced lots of problem with it i have called many time yureka care number, i have mailed also many time but no one respond me the service is so bad. It is advice to the new customer please dont purchase this phone, the service of this company is very bad and many problem with this phone like heating problem, display blinking, hang while play game and low battery backup

                            I purchased this handset in April 2015. Initially this set looked good in all ways. But problem started in a month of purchase and agrevated after upgrading the OS.
                            Frequently in touch with YU CCare. But many problem persisted.
                            In month of Oct 2015 when contacted YU CCare person told solution and at last said "Not to contact Again". I was literary Shocked, very disappointing..
                            GOOD:
                            1) Camera
                            2) Slick Design

                            BAD:
                            1) Battery. Without single min. use discharge fully in a day. With moderate usage discharges in 5 hrs.
                            2) Hanges many times.
                            3) Screen flickering.
                            4) Ups and Downs in volume in Mic, person on other phone hears us.
                            5) Initially Brightness automatic goes zero.
                            6) Many times SIM card fails(shoes SIM not available or failed).
                            7) Heating problem.
                            8) Last but not the least- 18/12/15 tried many time YU care toll free number since morning to evening but continuously "Number Busy"...
                            Camera not working on my yureka 5.1 lolly pop pls suggest in this regards

                              Dear Sir, The Processor was changed on 21/10/2014 vide bill no: 36 at Sai Infotech, Maninagar, Ahmedabad(Gujarat) and PAID RS. 3, 550.00. The phone is not able to charge within 4 months. The people at above service centre are charges again. there is no warantee within a short time, and why the phone is non functioning properly after getting processor repaired with new one. there is no meaning of spending that much money.                                 Sir, greetings of the day.I hv purchased a mb.A069 in oct. 2014 from bihar.IIn feb. 2015 i faced a problem that my .mb was not charging.so since i am in chatra(jharkhand).so i went to the service centre and deposited mt mb.i asked for the job sheet but i was told to collect it another day and my mb. Was given back to me after repairing but not the job sheet and also it was not sealed.after my complain they called me another day and cut a screw size cello tape and inserted it.after few days in march again the same problem happened .i again gave my mb. For repairing and again job sheet was not given and my mb. Was given back to me after repairing.ii asked them to connect it with pc as i had to se my files but it was not showing the files .they now said that it cannot be repaired as the nerves sort of thing is broken.they were supposed to inform me at the time of deposit abt the problem as i had given them in good condition.as i was using my phone with connecting to my laptop.now they are calling me on dates but not taking responsibility to repair it.i hv visited them 10 times since then.since the dead line is 6 months so i am afraid that the time will lapse and i won't get it repaired on time.after that.pls do the needful so soon.the imei number is [protected] & [protected] AND the date of purchase is 4/6/2014.my contact no- [protected]& [protected].my email- [protected]@gmail.com

We gave our phone to repair many times but not solved problem fully...last time i gave my mobile to repair at laxmi nagar service center...at 4 sep. 2014 .till now my phone not come...i went approx. 20 Times at service center but they always say abhi nahi aaya hai...15 days baad aana...abhi company gya hai...ye to wo to wo...har baar juthh bolte hai...par abhi tak phone nahi aaya sir. and also micromax customer care wale bhi hamesa same thing bolte hai...please help me sir...pls do something sir ...my job sheet no. is ...N[protected]. At the time handset working fine after 5 Days same problem are facing with our hand set such as ( Touch not working ) . Regarding this problem I am going to forth time your service center your Executive saying to me pls submit your handset after 01 – Apr -2015 this time is closing . My humble request to you pls suggest . As per trail mail First time Deposit Handset your Service center on 30-Oct-2015 complaint number is MMX[protected] Receive Handset on 25 – Dec-2015 . Second Time Deposit Handset your Service center on 10-Feb -2015 complaint number is MMX[protected]. Receive Handset on 22-Mar-2015 . And Again Handset facing same Problem third time .                                         I purchased Micromax A104 Mobile phone on 13/10/2014. After two month it started giving problem like Dailer fail & No Sim. So I submitted the mobile phone to Customer Care Service center at M/S. Allied Services. Dadar East, Mumbai as on Date : 30/12/2014 Old Jobsheet No. *W[protected]* then they gave me New Jobsheet No. *W[protected]* Every month I have been calling and visiting the service center and asking for when I will get the deliveryof the mobile phone. They say that my phone has been send to Delhi for replacement and you will get it soon. Till today date : 28/03/2015 I have not got the delivery of the mobile.
