Dear Sir, With reference to the above stated subject, I, Ashish Zaveri has bought Micromax A94 on 22/04/2014. (Copy of Retail Invoice is attached herewith) However, after purchasing I have been facing multiple failure / problems with instrument which is under warranty. I had handed over my instrument on 14/03/2015 to service centre for camera related issue, which was given back to me on 21/03/2015. However, the instrument run smoothly for 2 days only. Later, I again handed over my instrument on 24/03/2015 to service centre for camera as well as Network related issued, which was received back to me on 05/04/2015. However, the instrument work smoothly for 1 day. Again there was failure in camera and network. Lastly, I have handed over the faulty instrument to service centre today 08/04/2015, which as i am informed, instrument will be forwarded to Ahmedabad Service centre. I have also registered complaint online. Complaint no. is MMX[protected]. In this regards, It is kindly request to replace me the faulty instrument with the good one urgently. Dear Sir, With the reference to the above stated subject, I Sahil seth bought a Micromax Canvas Gold A300 with MRP of Rs.24000 on 23/11/2014. I have attached the copy of Retail invoice. However, after barely 4 months of purchase i am facing so much trouble with the device. I have handed over my phone to service center twice in the span of 1 month. It's main camera has stopped working completely. First time i gave, it was returned to me after 1 day but only after 15days of it, the camera stopped working again. I have again handed it to service center on 8/4/2015 and was told that it will be given to me after 10days. This is a prove that i was given a faulty device with the fault on company's part and would like to request to replace the faulty device with a new one urgently. My complaint number as provided on the receipt i got when i submitted my phone to service center is N[protected].

      no ota update of unite 2 even after due date

      Sir i am from jammu and kashmir kathua city i went to micromax care center to update my phone to android 5.0 and they said you are a fool android never update otherwise how will we sell new phones and now when micromax has promised ota even they are not giving that today is already 8 ...you promises on seven were you just making fools o[censored]s all...

        Dear Sir I ordered Micromax Canvas Gold A300 (White-Gold) on 14 Jan'15 from Amazon.in via Order Id:[protected] Sold by Cloudtail for Rs. 13, 859.00. I must say that this is a pathetic mobile. Initially I found it very good but slowly just after a month the battery started draining super fast. And now the situation is that I have to charge my phone 7-8 times a day. The battery drains as if a countdown has been set to conk off the phone. And the worst part is even if the battery shows a decent %, all of a sudden the phone is dead. All in all a very very bad experience and the faith for a brand and low cost phones has been a shock. My constraint is that I stay in Tanzania and cannot reach any service center or expedite my grievance. If anyone can help it would be great.             I bought a Micromax A99 and after just 10 days o[censored]se, the phone got repaired.It did not even switch on.I had given my phone on jan-30th to the service center.The people in the service center had told me they cannot repair it and they will replace a new phone for that.It is april-7th now and still i have not got my phone.I have been calling and backing up day in and day out.Still no proper response.Please help me out on the same.

              Micromax Make in India and Made in India but spares you will get in 15 days. Samsung and other foreign brands sold in India spares readily available at all mobile spares selling shops in all cities. I have my p666 for 11000/- and back side cover broke now I'm running for spare, pity on me I selected an Indian product.                 I purchased Canvas 4 A210, an year ago. Feb 2015 it used to get hung and later its failed to switch on. Took it to service center in Richmond road, Bangalore. After 20 days, when I didnt get any reply from them, I went there and got to know motherboard needs to be replaced. They told that they dont have stock for that and wont be getting it in around 2-3 months and asked me to try somewhere else. Then I tried at its Marathahalli centre. Since march they are saying they will get the stock for the motherboard in 10 days. I dont get any reply from them. Everytime there landline number provided in the website responds as busy. I really dont know what to do at this poiint of time. Despite purchasing a phone worth 19k, its of no use to me. Please provide me any information on how to get it repaired or take the phone back, as I will not be able to sell it over OLX as well.

I purchase a new Micromax Mobile A121 on 06 dec 2014. after i use few months the mobile have problems. i give it to service center, rourkela in 25 feb 2015 with jobsheet no-E[protected]. they say this mobile is not repaire here, so we send to company service centre for 20-22 days. i recive the mobile on 17 march 2015. after few days i use the problem has been same. Then again i give the mobile to service center on 27 march 2015. They say the mobile has been again send to Company for 20-22 days. The jobsheet no-E[protected]. And they say We forward the mail to company for New one. When I talk to Micromax care they say it take time upto 30 days. I ask to you Why i wait for these days, i also wait for 20 days then after why i wait for 30 days bcz o[censored]r fault, why i face the problem. So i need a New one or exchange the mobile immediately.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a MICROMAX SMARTPHONE AQ4501 from SNAPDEAL.COM on 27/11/2014 for Rs. 6125. Before updating it to the latest software it was working fine but after updating the software, within 2 days the volume of the speakers got very low. I visited the nearest service center situated in Patel Nagar to seek a solution to the problem. The technician replaced the speaker of the handset but then also the volume was not audible, he then formatted the device and updated it to the latest version but after updating it, the speakers stopped working. He then gave a month’s time to resolve the issue and my JOBSHEET NO-*N[protected]*. Kindly replace the handset with a new one and oblige. Thanking you in anticipation.                             I have purchased Micromax canvas A114 from amazon on June 2014... After one month usage phone goes switch off when it work and on little shake ... I have contacted customer care and they told me to change the battery.. Then after changing the battery it showed the same problem again. I went service center and they changed software, after one week the phone showed the problem again. Then i again went to service center and told them to change the board. They are not ready for that. What I have to do?? MICROMAX PROVIDES THE WORST SERVICE EVERE...

                                  Dear Sir I am a old user of micromax mobiles, use many mobile set of Micromax company. In past i donot facing any problems with micromax handset. but now i have many problems with micromax canvas Gold A300 handset. Service centre not give proper service. I would not suggest this mobile for anyone. I had purchased Micromax canvas GOLD A300 on Dec 2014 from the starting facing many problem. 1st Mobile gets heated in the back even when it 10 min phone call, 10 mins browsing or when charge it. 2nd Wi-Fi not working properly, automatically get off its wifi and again i have to go to near my modem to connect again. 3rd phone is switched off or Not reachable. My friends are unable to call me. Whenever they call they are getting the message as either phone is switched off or not rechable even though the phone is switched on and i can see the full strength of the network. I have 1st times in service center for these reson both time they update mobile software but problem is still same.. 2nd time when I had gone there they told me that "you have to submitt your mobile for one week" And I have any other mobile phone to use. I m not that much free that i will visit the service centre again n again n get my phone repaired. 3rd time I had gone this Saturday (6th April 2015 ) they told me motherboard problem your mobile gone to micromax you have to submit your mobile for 15 day..                                     I have submitted my handset to micromax authorised service center before 8 months due to non working of touch panel. People from service center have lost or sold my mobile and now they are trying to give me tempered handset. They replaced the IMEI sticker of a handset. When I checked the handset, IMEI on handset sticker was different then IIMEI showing on screen IMEI. Higher authorities are not resporespondiresponding properly. Please do needful.

                                      Sir, I have purchased a micromax X249 phone on 19.10.2014 in Jaipur. After few months, battery of the phone was not working properly. I went to NEW SANGANER ROAD SODALA JAIPUR service centre & deposited my phone's battery and they told me that as the battery is under warranty so battery will be replaced in 15 days.Job sheet dt 10.02.2015 has given to me. After 15 days, I went to service centre they again told me to come after 15 days and it was repeated again and again. After that they told that battery will be sent via courier but i did't get my phone's battery till now. Now if I call service centre they do not give me satisfied answer. What should i do in this case ?
