Dear Sir, I purchased Micromax A106 in Jan 2015(end of the Month). One day use new mobile, next day mobile hanging prolem then sent purchase shop he is replace OS but after three days charging problem then sent micromax service center in Trichy(Sri Balaji Electronics), He is replaced again OS but 8 hr i charged mobile but after 1/2 hr battery is low, Then sent micromax service center in Trichy(Sri Balaji Electronics), He is told Board problem sent company on 18/03/2015 but still in mobile in micromax company. Again Again Problem is coming this phone. So Kindly replace NEW MOBILE IMMEDIATELY. Regards, N.Jayakumar [protected]

    I have bought a Micromax 350 in the month of November 2014, its not even been 3 months, the phones touch panel stopped working in the middle of a tour. I went to Micromax service center, it took them 15 days to repair the phones, again due to mishandling of the phone by the service centers people my phone back glass cover also got broken and they took some more time to change it. and its been hardly a week, I am again facing problems with the speakers, I believe the phone is faulty & I demand a replacement for the phone.

      I HAVE GIVEN MY MICROMAX A065 FOR DISPLAY COLOUR ISSUE TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AT ALLAHABAD, WHICH WAS UNDER WARRANTY AS IT WAS ONLY A 2 DAYS SET, AND THE SERVICE CENTRE SENT THE MOBILE TO COMPANY ON 09/12/2014 AND YET TO PRESENT TIME THEY ARE NOT GIVING THE MOBILE BACK TO ME AND WHENEVER I CONTACT THEM THE THEN THE RESPONSE IS NOT AS PER SATISFACTION. AND SAYING A NEW THING TO ME BY SAYING THAT IT WILL TAKE 30 MORE DAYS OR 10 MORE DAYS AS ALREADY 120 DAYS HAVE GONE.

        dear sir/madam, I brought this mobile on 12th jun 2014. after 2 months touch not working. and I give to service center. then I get my mobile 15 days (nearly) later. then again 1 month later touch not working. again I give it service center. then after 70 days(nearly) get my mobile. in a warranty period 85 days for service only. now again touch is not working... please exchange me a new mobile or same futures other mobile or refund me a amount or else take my mobile as good rate to exchange a other micromax mobile. do needful AS SOON AS POSIBILE... thanks by Anandhajothi A mobile:[protected]

          Sim not detecting, overheating, poor battery back up

          Dear Sir, i have bought a Micromax unite 2 a 106 on 29/10/2014 from hisar.The set is going smoothly but it giving me trouble just after three months of purchase.Earlier on first week of February i've deposited the mobile on your micromax care hisar.Thet gave me back the mobile after 15 days of deposition and even charge me for the replacement of the parts. Now, it is noit even a month it gave me trouble again.When i complained again they told me to replace the mother board of the mobile which will take 15-20 days.They gave me your Customer Care no.[protected], but when i called there only computer's recorded voice is heard after few minutes call disconnects. Now, i just want to replace my mobile with new one or refund my money at the earliest.I don't even think that you have any value of consumer satisfaction in your policy.you only make fool of your customers.             Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this mail because I am very dissatisfied with the quality of service from the service centre of Micromax mobile. I had purchased micromax doodle A102 phone on dated 17/11/2014 from SHUNTY BHATIA INFOCOM, FARIDABAD but after using it for one week this phone has started complaining .The ongoing call is cutting continuously while calling .I had submitted my phone to SIMRAN COMMUNICATION, FARIDABD(service centre) for checking and they had taken 1 month for repairing the same but after repairing, the problem was continued and again I had submitted my phone to service centre for four times but my problem is unresolved. Micromax service centre has been submitted my phone for around 2 months but problem has not been resolved .i think this is manufacturing defect in the phone .and also they replaced my set with the some old used phone but again in this second phone I m facing the same problem of cutting calls and also radio is not working .Sir these people of Micromax are making fool and phone.I am very frustrated with this phones of micromax and the very bad service fromservice centre.                 Dear Sir/Madam, I have submitted my Micromax A120 mobile to Micromax Service Centre, Velachery regarding phone touch and display problem. I have submitted my mobile on 2 February 2015, and they asked me to collect my mobile that evening. When I went to the service centre they said it will take 5 more days and when I went after 5 days they again said me to come after 10 days and they were not lifting the call when I am calling and even when they lift the call I didn't get the proper response from them and still now I didn't get my phone repaired about 60 days have been over but they were not returning my mobile. For the past 2 months I am not using my mobile. With my experience I have to tell that Micromax is the POOR service centre and they don't even know how to speak with their customer. Whenever I go they made me wait for about 2 hours and they were not giving proper response. So please take the necessary action against the service center and do the possible steps to return or replace my mobile

                      I gave my "white" hands free in local customer care for replacement because of mic fault on[protected] and i am asked to come after 7 to 10 days. Today i visited there and they said hands free is only available/supplied in black colour. But if i purchased phone in white colour and gave white hands free to replace how can u give me in black this is purely unprofessional.                         Hi, I had submitted my phone on march 10 2015 to the micromax center in bangalore located at Malleswaram because my phone touch screen was not working, just 6 months back only i purchased, they told me you will get a call within 3-4 days but till now i had been to the center twice, but till now not yet to repair. they told part is not yet received from head office. more then 15 days is finished, i am realy sad on this micromax brand. service is very worst in micromax.

                          Dear Sir, Old Job sheet No- W[protected] I had give my phone for repairing to your service centre in the month of January 2015 as the keypad of my phone was not working. They did some internal check and repaired my phone. But within a day or two the same problem started again.I, went again to the service centre for repairing the phone, they said the phone will be sent to Delhi for repairing and the phone will be back in 45 days max. The guy at the service center was very rude and also said that do not come unless we from the service center call you for taking delivery of the phone, even if you get a message that your phone is delivered to the service center from Micromax. I did not get any updates on my phone for almost 30 days after which i spoke to your customer service team. The executive said that he cannot share any details on the status of the phone but said that the phone will be delivered to the service center after repair latest by 26th March, 2015. i subsequently did another 2-3 calls with your team in the month of March 2015.Somewhere around 21st March to 24th March, 2015, i made a call to your team asking them about the updates on my phone. The executive from your customer service team informed me that the phone has been repaired and has also being delivered to the service center. I also asked him what if the phone gets repaired again with the same problem. He said "Sir, you dont need to worry, you wont have any problems with the phone". I waited for a call from the service center so as to when can i come and collect the same. Further i dint receive any message from Micromax about the delivery of my phone.I sort of got worried and decided to go to the service center. When i reached there the representive told me the phone has come back but it has come back without repairs. When i asked him how is that possible as the executive told me that the phone has been repaired and sent back.He told me sir i am not authorised to show you our screen but you yourself can read it .It stated RWR (Return without repair). I was shocked when i got to see it.The service guy said please give me time till afternoon ill call you and let you know the reason of the same.But unfortunately i did not get any calls. I called you customer service team also. They told me that sir you again go to service center and call, and we will talk with them. What kind of customer service is this sir/madam?Your people lie through the teeth. If this is not enough, since i put in my hard earned money for the phone, i again went to the service center where the representive first said sir you talk to our manager and he went inside and came back and said our manager is not there. Further i called your customer care executive again and made her talk with the service center guy. The service center guy told her that i have already issued a new job sheet no on my request and the phone will again go for repairs. But i dint talk with the service center guy on this regards. And i dint have a job sheet no as my old job sheet no was closed. Your customer care executive took my mobile number and said our concerned department will call you in the next 24 hours, which has still not happened. Sir/Madam, I have purchased the phone in the month of August-Sept 2014. After barely using it for 4-5 months i am facing these problems.The phone is with your guys for the last 60 days or so. I request you to kindly refund the money i put in to buy the micromax canvas knight A 350(i.e 20, 000) or you kindly arrange a new replaced phone for me in a couple of days.                               I have a Micromax Mobile phone A94 in October 2014 .And from last month my front and rear cameras are not working. So I went one of your service centre K S Mobile service central market, Ghaziabad. I submitted my mobile on 17 March 2015 and they asked me to collect my mobile that evening. When I went to your service centre they said it will take 5 more days and when I went after 5 days they again said me to come after 2 days giving reason that spare parts are not available in the company then again after 2 days they gave me same reason then I called at your customer care number [protected] dated 25 March 2015 and they gave a complaint number MMX[protected] saying that they will forward my complaint to higher authorities then on 26 March when I went the service centre they said it will take 10 more days with same reason i.e. spare parts are not available in company then again I called customer care and got a complaint number MMX[protected] then one call came from your office telephone number [protected] at 12:23 PM and he promised me to swap my mobile set and same person called me in evening from number [protected] at 5:52 PM your mobile is ready so you can collect your mobile from service centre then again when I went to your service centre they said your mobile is not ready and we have closed your complaint and you can take your mobile back in same condition then when I said I had a call from your company. he said I don’t know anything just take your mobile back we have closed your complaint. So this is a direct complaint to you that your service centre and customer care people are playing fraud with me and so I request you to look into the matter as this is a very serious matter as it amounts to cheating and fraud with the customer so all I ask for my mobile repaired in proper condition or arrange for its replacement within 1 or 2 days as my work is suffering badly due to malfunctioning of your company and service centre Arun Kumar Singh Ghaziabad Mob- [protected], [protected]

                                Hi, I had submitted my phone on march 4 2015 to the micromax center in bangalore located at marathalli because my phone was restarting in between calls and auto rotation was not working plus handsfree was creating a problem so i submitted all of them at the center they told me you will get a call within 3-4 days but till now i had been to the center twice, First they dont pick calls and then they told me your phone is about to come from delhi within a day and gave me a new number saying that they will respond to it and deliver it to me by themself, but till now no response

                                  I BOUGHT MICROMAX CANVAS KNIGHT CAMEO. Specifications on the bacl of the box says the expandable memory is upto 32gb. But when i inserted my sandisk 32gb memory card which was working fine with other phones, its automatically unmounted. M really confused and infuriated. I need my card to work. Pls help me out with the same.

                                    Dear Sir, I, ankita, doing B.Tech and staying in hostel of MDU, Rohtak. I purchased micromax mobile Unite-2 on -12/08/14(IMEI-A106-[protected]/[protected]). I was facing the following problem since few months 1) play store does not work 2) Downloading problems 3) signal problems 4) slow processor speed and hanging up. Rest other functions like calling etc were OK. I rushed to micromax service centre (Shri Hari Computer solutions.mob-[protected]/[protected]) at Rohtak (Haryana). The told to come another day..On my 2nd visit they told that Software Updating required. While updating the software another problem arises related to IMEI . and told that come tomorrow. On my 3rd visit, they created Job sheet on 24/03/15 and told it will take 25 days’ time as your mobile have been send to main office for problem resolution. So, my complaint is that 1) they have not responded/behaved me properly and feeling exploited as being a girl student visited 3 times for same problems. 2) Request you to please deliver my mobile (after repairing) at the earliest because I am staying alone at hostel and feeling difficulty as I don’t have any mobile in spare for 25 days.                                       I have given my Micromax E111 phone for repair on[protected]. It's been more than 4 months and still they are not returning the set, stating lame excuses. I have been trying to call them many times but they are not even picking up the phone. Please take necessary action against them.
