With reference to the above, I beg to inform you that my Micromax Canvas Juice A177 mobile getting problem within six month (Under Warranty Period ) and I have submitted my mobile in your customer Service Centre M/s Arcade India, G.S. Road, Guwahati (Assam) Jobsheet Date.14/03/2015, Sl No. E[protected]. But Service Centre didn’t solve my mobile problem. They are reply (by Phone Call) me that mobile parts don’t give your Company, which are they want for you. Dear Customer Care Team, I address this Complaint to you for seeking good service for my Micromax Funbook Mini P410 Tab. I bought the tab in June last year at Mysore and it is in the warranty period. Due to technical problems, I took it to a Micromax mobile care center named R C Service Point at 33, East Cross, Mysore. Later when I tried contacting there, I learnt that the service center has been relocated I request you to provide me the new address of the same and also take the steps so that I get my tab back. I gave my Micromax knight cameo set in Marathalli Mcromax service center, Bangalore to repair my charging port which is in warranty period for last one month. After some days they messaged me continuously 3 days that the set is repaired and told to receive it from service center .But when I went there to receive my product, they told your set is not repaired yet after keeping 1 month long also. So forcefully I did not have other choice but to take my mobile back unrepaired. So kindly suggest me what should I do next.

DEAR SIR/MADAM, I HAVE BOUGHT YUREKA MOBILE ON 22 JAN-2015 FROM ONLINE SALE OF AMAZON.IN. AFTER GETTING THIS PHONE I AM FACING A PROBLEM HEATING AT NEAR EAR PIECE JUST AFTER PLAYING A GAME OR OTHER ACTIVITY IN PHONE. IT COME SO HOT THAT I CAN'T TAKE CALL. Dear Sir, The Processor was changed on 21/10/2014 vide bill no: 36 at Sai Infotech, Maninagar, Ahmedabad(Gujarat) and PAID RS. 3, 550.00. The phone is not able to charge within 4 months. The people at above service centre are charges again. there is no warantee within a short time, and why the phone is non functioning properly after getting processor repaired with new one. there is no meaning of spending that much money. Sir, greetings of the day.I hv purchased a mb.A069 in oct. 2014 from bihar.IIn feb. 2015 i faced a problem that my .mb was not charging.so since i am in chatra(jharkhand).so i went to the service centre and deposited mt mb.i asked for the job sheet but i was told to collect it another day and my mb. Was given back to me after repairing but not the job sheet and also it was not sealed.after my complain they called me another day and cut a screw size cello tape and inserted it.after few days in march again the same problem happened .i again gave my mb. For repairing and again job sheet was not given and my mb. Was given back to me after repairing.ii asked them to connect it with pc as i had to se my files but it was not showing the files .they now said that it cannot be repaired as the nerves sort of thing is broken.they were supposed to inform me at the time of deposit abt the problem as i had given them in good condition.as i was using my phone with connecting to my laptop.now they are calling me on dates but not taking responsibility to repair it.i hv visited them 10 times since then.since the dead line is 6 months so i am afraid that the time will lapse and i won't get it repaired on time.after that.pls do the needful so soon.the imei number is [protected] & [protected] AND the date of purchase is 4/6/2014.my contact no- [protected]& [protected].my email- [protected]@gmail.com

facing problem in mobile again &again, first i have changed display, speaker problem, from your service center. Now i am facing mobile is sudden switch off & Hanging problem . Hello sir i am sanjay...i purchased canvas 4 mobile ...in fb. 2014. We gave our phone to repair many times but not solved problem fully...last time i gave my mobile to repair at laxmi nagar service center...at 4 sep. 2014 .till now my phone not come...i went approx. 20 Times at service center but they always say abhi nahi aaya hai...15 days baad aana...abhi company gya hai...ye to wo to wo...har baar juthh bolte hai...par abhi tak phone nahi aaya sir. and also micromax customer care wale bhi hamesa same thing bolte hai...please help me sir...pls do something sir ...my job sheet no. is ...N[protected]. Dear Team, Sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused I am collect our handset your service center on 22-Mar-2015 . At the time handset working fine after 5 Days same problem are facing with our hand set such as ( Touch not working ) . Regarding this problem I am going to forth time your service center your Executive saying to me pls submit your handset after 01 – Apr -2015 this time is closing . I purchased Micromax A104 Mobile phone on 13/10/2014. After two month it started giving problem like Dailer fail & No Sim. So I submitted the mobile phone to Customer Care Service center at M/S. Allied Services. Dadar East, Mumbai as on Date : 30/12/2014 Old Jobsheet No. *W[protected]* then they gave me New Jobsheet No. *W[protected]* Every month I have been calling and visiting the service center and asking for when I will get the deliveryof the mobile phone. They say that my phone has been send to Delhi for replacement and you will get it soon. Till today date : 28/03/2015 I have not got the delivery of the mobile. Dear Sir, I purchased Micromax A106 in Jan 2015(end of the Month). One day use new mobile, next day mobile hanging prolem then sent purchase shop he is replace OS but after three days charging problem then sent micromax service center in Trichy(Sri Balaji Electronics), He is replaced again OS but 8 hr i charged mobile but after 1/2 hr battery is low, Then sent micromax service center in Trichy(Sri Balaji Electronics), He is told Board problem sent company on 18/03/2015 but still in mobile in micromax company. I have bought a Micromax 350 in the month of November 2014, its not even been 3 months, the phones touch panel stopped working in the middle of a tour. I went to Micromax service center, it took them 15 days to repair the phones, again due to mishandling of the phone by the service centers people my phone back glass cover also got broken and they took some more time to change it. and its been hardly a week, I am again facing problems with the speakers, I believe the phone is faulty & I demand a replacement for the phone.

I HAVE GIVEN MY MICROMAX A065 FOR DISPLAY COLOUR ISSUE TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AT ALLAHABAD, WHICH WAS UNDER WARRANTY AS IT WAS ONLY A 2 DAYS SET, AND THE SERVICE CENTRE SENT THE MOBILE TO COMPANY ON 09/12/2014 AND YET TO PRESENT TIME THEY ARE NOT GIVING THE MOBILE BACK TO ME AND WHENEVER I CONTACT THEM THE THEN THE RESPONSE IS NOT AS PER SATISFACTION. AND SAYING A NEW THING TO ME BY SAYING THAT IT WILL TAKE 30 MORE DAYS OR 10 MORE DAYS AS ALREADY 120 DAYS HAVE GONE.

dear sir/madam, I brought this mobile on 12th jun 2014. after 2 months touch not working. and I give to service center. then I get my mobile 15 days (nearly) later. then again 1 month later touch not working. again I give it service center. then after 70 days(nearly) get my mobile. in a warranty period 85 days for service only. now again touch is not working... please exchange me a new mobile or same futures other mobile or refund me a amount or else take my mobile as good rate to exchange a other micromax mobile. do needful AS SOON AS POSIBILE... thanks by Anandhajothi A mobile:[protected]

Dear Sir, i have bought a Micromax unite 2 a 106 on 29/10/2014 from hisar.The set is going smoothly but it giving me trouble just after three months of purchase.Earlier on first week of February i've deposited the mobile on your micromax care hisar.Thet gave me back the mobile after 15 days of deposition and even charge me for the replacement of the parts. Now, it is noit even a month it gave me trouble again.When i complained again they told me to replace the mother board of the mobile which will take 15-20 days.They gave me your Customer Care no.[protected], but when i called there only computer's recorded voice is heard after few minutes call disconnects. Now, i just want to replace my mobile with new one or refund my money at the earliest.I don't even think that you have any value of consumer satisfaction in your policy.you only make fool of your customers. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this mail because I am very dissatisfied with the quality of service from the service centre of Micromax mobile. I had purchased micromax doodle A102 phone on dated 17/11/2014 from SHUNTY BHATIA INFOCOM, FARIDABAD but after using it for one week this phone has started complaining .The ongoing call is cutting continuously while calling .I had submitted my phone to SIMRAN COMMUNICATION, FARIDABD(service centre) for checking and they had taken 1 month for repairing the same but after repairing, the problem was continued and again I had submitted my phone to service centre for four times but my problem is unresolved. Micromax service centre has been submitted my phone for around 2 months but problem has not been resolved .i think this is manufacturing defect in the phone .and also they replaced my set with the some old used phone but again in this second phone I m facing the same problem of cutting calls and also radio is not working .Sir these people of Micromax are making fool and phone.I am very frustrated with this phones of micromax and the very bad service fromservice centre. hlo sir my name is atinder pal singh my mob micromax unit is software problem. then i call 3 service center in candigarh but all number switch off last 2 day try to connect service senter but no respons sir call me plzzz short out my mob problem, , , , my mob with gratni.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have submitted my Micromax A120 mobile to Micromax Service Centre, Velachery regarding phone touch and display problem. I have submitted my mobile on 2 February 2015, and they asked me to collect my mobile that evening. When I went to the service centre they said it will take 5 more days and when I went after 5 days they again said me to come after 10 days and they were not lifting the call when I am calling and even when they lift the call I didn't get the proper response from them and still now I didn't get my phone repaired about 60 days have been over but they were not returning my mobile. For the past 2 months I am not using my mobile. With my experience I have to tell that Micromax is the POOR service centre and they don't even know how to speak with their customer. Whenever I go they made me wait for about 2 hours and they were not giving proper response. So please take the necessary action against the service center and do the possible steps to return or replace my mobile
