Complaint Log No: S[protected] Date of Handover the hand set - 02/02/2015 Address of Service Centre: M/s ABU Communications, Madurai Road, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu - 627001 I hand over my hand set on 02/02/2015 to the above your service centre for automatic switch off problem. They told that they didn't rectify the problem and they sent the hand set to the Head service centre on 05/02/1025. Till date i called many times, they told that the hand set service is in process. It is more than 70 days in process. Without hand set, every time i am going to browsing centre for seeking my mail and others. I also complainted to their toll free numbers 2 times respectively on 02/04/2015 & 15/04/2015 (Complaint No. MMS[protected]). They told every time, it will take another 30 days. I faced many problem without my hand set. Please take immediate action. Thanks

    Hi, I bought a Micromax A350 in October 2014, it worked fine until 20th of February 2015 when it suddenly stopped working and went dead. I gave it to Service centre in Shadipur- M/s The Delight Services, Plot no.34, Metro Pillar no.232, Near Shadipur Metro Station, New Delhi-110008. I got the phone back on 9th March 2015, after long wait of 20 days. The phone got started, but there was no network coming, the service centre guys suggested me to get my Sim replaced from the Service provider, I got the same done and still no network. I finally gave the phone back to the same service centre on 21st of March 2015 via Jobsheet no, N[protected]. Its been about 25 days since, and still the service centre guys have the audacity to tell me to wait for another 10 days before I could get my phone back. I want to understand Is the company not capable of repairing their own phone within the guarantee period? Do they understand that a consumer's phone which is lying at the service centre is of no use to us and the problem it causes due to lack of it.       I was having a very minor problem in my phone (Micro max Canvas 4 A210) The side lock of my phone was not working properly so i went to the service centre (Abacus System SCO-824, FF, above Indian Bank, NAC, Manimajra). They assure me that its a very minute problem and will be rectify within 15 minutes but after repairing when i connect wi fi my phone gets dead. Now the service centre took my phone for repairing and delaying in delivery. No response from there side. They further damaged my phone. Now i am repenting why i have chosen micromax having such kind of poor service. The receipt of the serving centre is attached below.         I have submitted my Micromax Mobile Handset Model No.A102 (Doodle 3), Job Sheet No.N[protected], at M/s Perfect Solutions E-3, Lower Ground Floor, Kalkaji New Delhi-19, Contact No.[protected],[protected] for repair, problem reported no. 4911 Display touch screen not working on 30.03.2015. The Manager of M/s Perfect Solutions, Mr. Islam (Mob.[protected]) who told me that the phone will repair within 5-7 days, after 5 days when i contact to the above mentioned repair centre (Mr. Islam) i was told that my handset will be hand over to me after 2-3 days, and this was repeated again and again till now. i have complained to the customer care also. Comp. Ref No.[protected] dated 7, 9 & 11 of April, 2015, but they could not give me a satisfied answer and failed to tell me the delivery of my handset.           To whom it may concern. I have Micromax 106 mobile. Its IMEI no. is [protected] and [protected] three month back, it started heating, flash light and camera stopped working I gave the mobile to your service center in Noida for repair. After receiving the phone I found that they repaired the Flash light and camera but did not solve the hover heating problem. So, I took the phone to service center in March 2015 again. and submitted the phone repair. after 25 days I received the phone without repairing. I found that your after sales service and customer care is very poor. I am totally feel cheated and haressed. I hope you will look into the matter and do something about my complaint.             Dear Sir, I had purchased a micromax canvas 4 A210 (IMEI: [protected]/ [protected]) mobile on[protected] which is referred by my friend. I have already 3 other Micromax mobile which work well & i thought micromax is the best indian mobile company. But after buying A210, i feel like i am cheated by micromax, because after just a month it stop working. Then i visited to your service centre 4 to 5 times, but my problem never rectified.After 15 Dec 2014, my mobile was submitted many time in your different service centre without using continuously a week. In the last week i visited to your service centre Satguru Communication, Sec 27. But after seeing their great behaviour with customer treated like as animal, i decided to visit any different service centre & find Galore Services, Sec 22, Noida & move there. They check my mobile & tell me, we are transferring your mobile to company level for repairing. It will take 10 to 15 days for repairing. I said ok & then they give me the jobcard no. N[protected]. Now my concern is that I'm cheated by you again and again after paying the handsome money for mobile. My bussiness is hamperring due to your poor service. I'm wasting my time to visiting your service centre again and again from last 4 month. I'm totally harassed and mentaly torture by your poor service. I'm also wasting my money to visiting your service centre again and again. i write a mail on Micromax seniours also. But they don't want to resolve my problem. They again and again want to cheat me. They are neither ready to replace my handset with new handset nor for refund. So kindly help me and resolve it asap.

              This is very ridiculous service I ever had with the Micromax. I purchased the handset on 1/aug/14, its not even 8 months properly, I had a big issue with the dust in the screen. I have Micro max Canvas colours A120, With the IMEI no- [protected], in just 8 months I had given my handset to the service center 3 to 4 times, just to remove the dust in the handset. Most frustrating issue I am facing with the micromax handset.

                dear sir, i am writing to you to complaint about mobile i brought from lamio mobiles on 22nd NOV 2014 . After two days mobile touch was complaint .i consult with alleppy micromax customer care .They where agree that with 7 days to repair or replace mobile. But i totaly feed up with customer servies center .                   I have given my mob handset of micromax A190 on 19th of Feb 15 to AKS Care, service centre, Alambagh, Lucknow. But till date i have not received It back.Mob was under warranty . My two months approx has gone without using set under warranty. Even After regular followup till i have not received my set. Now centre is giving statement that battery is not available . Last 20 days i am running for battery followup. As a Service centre the condition of the centre is very poor. During my followup visit Two of the customer was taking a fighting and shouting because of service issue. It seems to a very bad experiance to buy a mob like micromax and pethetic condition of service centre. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                    Hi, I purchased canvas knight a350 phone for Rs16500 and this phone started restarting couple of times on its own. This phone would head up so much that it would become difficult to hold. But this would still work fine, can make calls or browse Internet. Finally this started happening more often and one day it was just turning and shutting down immediately. I went to Micromax service center and they opened the phone and broke back cover of it and finally said that they can fix it as it appears to them that there has been water gone inside. I argued with them and told that it never ever been exposed to rain or water. They simple denied the support. Phone is absolutely dry and there is no way that it has ever gotten exposed to rain. Now, I am not sure how we would get this issue fixed. Phone is heating up and not restarting and they completely turned that issue to something else. I have bought this phone a few months back from Amazon with invoice number TN-SMAA[protected]. Please help, my cell number [protected]

                      I own a Micromax Canvas Doodle 2 A240. My battery went weak after a year. I ordered a new battery at Micromax Service centre at Bhagalpur. They asked me to deposit 750 INR for the battery. They delivered me the battery almost after two weeks and that too without guarantee.When they called me and said that my battery had come, they kept my phone for a day to replace the battery. My friend had asked the same battery price in Kolkata and it was priced at 500 INR and had a six months guarantee. A day after receiving my phone my battery has again gone dead and a new problem of auto reboot has started every minute. I went back to the service centre and now they are asking me to pay 3500 INR for repairing the phone. Though with the weaker battery (which needed continuous charging) my phone was working perfectly. I am attaching the bill of the amount paid for the battery.

                        Hello This is regarding Ticket no :YU73722 even after 6 days their no service as they promised . Please take immediate action on YUYREKA(MICROMAX), They started doing fraud business after changing the name.I brought mobile just only 15 days back, mobile screen starting breaking .YU YREKA people saying that they are having only door step service for that i called to them 10 times and sent 10 e-mails and 10 facebook message but non of them responded .Need immediate action on 420 YUYREKA(MICROMAX)

                            Sir i have bought miX242 mobile from snapdeal and its now the third day itself which i have seen it completely dead.We dont even let it to any physical damage also.And i am the regular customer of you i bough my micromacmx canvas A114 and another android mobile also.So please do me favour of getting new piece in less span.

Why is Micromax ignoring & not replying on my emails? Why is Customer Care representative not talking or answering properly? What have you done in 40 days? Why is Micromax giving me a option of a used handset in replacement & that to of a lower version( Canvas A300 Glod Black )Youhave completely failed in repairing my Handset & also you have failed in giving me a adequate service. If you cant give service atleast don't play with customers emotions, valuable time & money by selling your product. .My Options to Micromax I Want Refund Against Micromax Canvas Knight A350 Or I want a New Box Packed Piece of Micromax Canvas Knight A350 (Full Black) In addition to it i also Want Warranty extension. Now I can not tolerate this any more.I am really frustrated & I don't need any of your poor / bad/ pathetic/ disgusting/ annoying options. I have used cell only for 3.5 months & you guys have given me horrible service, false commitments, unacceptable reasons & options.                               Today is 50th day in which 7 To 8 times i have Visited the
                              Service center & 8-10 Email Conversations we had & uncountable
                              phone calls at ur call centers. But you guys are horrible, pathetic,
                              unbelievalble u havent taken any decision yet. Now I can not tolerate
                              this any more. I am really frustrated & I don't need any of your
                              poor / bad/ pathetic/ disgusting/ annoying options. I have used cell
                              only for 3.5 months & you guys have given me horrible service, false
                              commitments, unacceptable reasons & options. I have lost my
                              business due to communication problem because i don't have a handset to
                              use. You guys have to pay me compensation for my business which be around INR 25000. & INR 20000 of my Handset. Total Compensation would amount to INR 45000.
                              Its a total Mental harassment i have gone through during this phase...u
                              guys have made me go out of my mind. Now i don't want any replacement

But your serive provider has left / closed their center without any information. Now i am not able to get my mobile and no call recieved yet to me regarding this from your side.                                     Dear Sir/Mam I, Kamal Kumar Mehra from Bhopalgarh, Jodhpur (Rajasthan), I buy two Micromax Canvas A104 Mobile phone for me and my friend from a shop, but one set have a problem of memory card slot. When I ask shopkeer regarding this problem he kept one phone with him for a month and then he give the phone back and refuse to repair or replace the mobile phone. And my another phone have charging problem and shopkeeper is not replace or repairing the charger. Please help me in this regard. Thanks Kamal Kumar Mehra

                                      Dear Team, I had purchased Micromax A-290 Black Micromax in September 13, 2014 from Magnet shop based in Magnet Mall in Vile Parle West, Opposite Irla. Within 4 days of purchase of the mobile, the mobile started giving problems with respect to charging. Inspite of keeping the mobile on charging for hours the mobile phone was not charging. The problem was with the charger socket and the mobile could not be charged. Since the Magnet store had a policy of replacing defective mobile handset with a new one, if the defective handset is returned to the store within 7 days of purchase of the handset. In my case, since I had returned the handset within 7 days, I was provided with a replacement mobile handset. With this I thought my misery and hardship were done away with, but how wrong I was. The new mobile handset initially worked fine for a period of 1 to 2 months, however thereafter my misery with the handset started with the same problem of the charger socket not working properly due to which my mobile handset was not charging. The mobile handset was given to the shop from where I had purchased the mobile. After a few days, my mobile handset was handed over to me after servicing. The mobile worked fine for a couple of weeks and thereafter again the same problem occurred. Again this time I handed over the mobile to the Magnet shop for servicing. To my surprise, after three days I received a message from the shop that the mobile set has been serviced. I collected the mobile and to my utter shock the mobile set was not charging again within a day of collecting it from the shop. I handed over the mobile set to the Magnet shop for the third time. After approx couple of weeks I received my mobile which lasted for barely a month and again the problem resurfaced. This was the fourth time when I handed over my mobile set to the shop and I was losing my patience with the mobile set. This time the experience was so painful and since I had pointed out that I have been having repeated problems inspite of servicing, I was told that due to repeated problems my mobile set was sent to Micromax’s Delhi ‘s service centre. After much follow up I was told that my mobile set had motherboard issues and hence sent to Delhi for servicing. After frustrating wait for approx three weeks, I received my mobile set which lasted for another two months. Thereafter the problem again resurfaced and this is the fourth time, I have given my mobile handset for servicing since September 2014 when I had purchased my mobile and I am yet to receive a satisfactory reply from Magnet mall. I have been a loyal customer of Micromax and even my earlier phone was a Microx model, unfortunately this experience has left me stifling and I seem to have lost faith in the brand and the company Micromax. In short I had go to the shop five times since September 2014 (once for the handset and 4 times for the existing handset). I request you and the company, Micromax to kindly look into this matter and rectify the same immediately before you lose a customer permanently. Regards, Ramanathan
