Dear Sir/Madam,
I was bought a Micromax CDMA mobile, Model no-(SERM0B0288) from M/S Shree telecom Mumbai Mira Road around two & half month ago. I was facing some hanging related issue in this device after 20 days of purchasing, so i was submitted this device to M/S Shree telecom Mumbai Mira Raod. Shree telecom submitted this device to Micromax authorized service center (M/S AASHTHA ENTERPRISES) Mira road and given me a job sheet Job sheet No-(W[protected]) date 6th February 2015. After waiting for 40 days on 16th March, Micromax deliver a GSM phone instead of CDMA to M/S AASHTHA ENTERPRISES without my conformation. Then they requesting to me to take GSM mobile instead to CDMA and i was denied for the same because i need only CDMA phone. M/S AASHTHA ENTERPRISES( Micromax authorized service center) suggest me if you don't required this GSM phone then you have to log a new complaint against this issue and we will short out this issue as soon as possible. Then i said OK. ( New complaint No-W[protected], Dated- 16th March 2015). Sir After completing 8 days i don't receive any response from Micromax company or Authorized service center. Sir please intervene this matter and short out the issue ASAP.

i continoue go 8 to 10 days, for my handset micromax canvas a74, for software update, but micromax care executive continoue tell no software available come next day, but today he tell your handset software not avillable no time peroid for software avilable, i am very disipointed for micromax service, i live in pathankot, punjab pin-145001.plzz solve my problem, otherwise i take restrict action..
