contact no [protected] i purchased Micromax A94 mobile on 2nd April 2014 with imei [protected], [protected] there are some signal problem i noticed in 10 days and gave to service center in vizianagaran they replaced the mobile after 25 days. with imei :[protected], [protected] and again faced signal and battery issue and gave it in visakhapatnam service center after 4 months they told mother board complaint and wait for 30 days to replacement they changed the mother board [protected], [protected] but sill the problem is there again i gave them on 11th march 2015 they told mother board problem wait for some days. they replace the mother board again.( i don't know the imei as i didn't notice them) and gave to me on 23 march then at the time of giving some options not worked they told software problem wait for a while we'll clear it they re install software and gave by that time the key pad is not working. they told it may be touch problem give us 5-7 days we will work on it and give u now the mobile is with service center only. after giving if i face the problem the warrenty will end if the replace best quality product on the first complaintonly i would have no tsuffered help me

    Hello sir/madam, I bought Micro max bolt A35 for my younger brother through flipkart.com bearing IMEI no. [protected].And after few days it started creating problems firstly it started hanging so i took it local micro max service center and he told to update the OS in order to function it properly and asked for Rs 150 as service fee when the phone was just 15 days and on asking for bill I didn't got any bill and he told that we don't issue bills for software up gradation and the boss is out of town for a week.Then after few months the navigation keys of the phone stopped working and now from last 2 months the phone is dead and when we took it again to the service center they told that phone could not be repaired and when i showed the phone to a shop(not service center) he told that it is a hardware problem and could be fixed and if the phone is under warranty company's service center could help.Please help me as the phone is 10 months old

      Dear Sir I have purchased one Micromax Mobile Phone Model No. A290 at Delhi on 06.02.2015. My Instrument S.No.[protected]. I hereby inform you that the phone switched off often within one month p eriod and also receiving voice problem. The same instrument handed over to your authorized service centre ABU COMMUNICATION at Tirunelveli Junction, Tamilnadu on 14.03.2015. After that I have called them somany times regarding this issue. Always they are saying that they are not getting Spares so far. Sir Is this your product quality and service performance?           hello sir/ maam, i have submitted my micromax canvas 4 a210 with micromax service center on january 3 2015 and i have not got the phone yet..as of dated[protected]. What should i do? Please resolve this issue as soon as possible...once they gave me a canvas 4 a210 with the same imei number as my phone's, but its body was excessively damaged and also its cover colour changed. they told me that its my phone and so i took it home..used it for a week then its touch stopped working. i submitted it back and now i m again without any phone..

            my phone was problem in volume up and down button not working i given to the mobile to the service center they said the mother board is problem in that mobile i given to the mobile 30 days ago now i call the service center they said today onwards to one month to solve the problem so i request to give me a new handset instead of my fault mobile

              Dear Sir/Madam, I was bought a Micromax CDMA mobile, Model no-(SERM0B0288) from M/S Shree telecom Mumbai Mira Road around two & half month ago. I was facing some hanging related issue in this device after 20 days of purchasing, so i was submitted this device to M/S Shree telecom Mumbai Mira Raod. Shree telecom submitted this device to Micromax authorized service center (M/S AASHTHA ENTERPRISES) Mira road and given me a job sheet Job sheet No-(W[protected]) date 6th February 2015. After waiting for 40 days on 16th March, Micromax deliver a GSM phone instead of CDMA to M/S AASHTHA ENTERPRISES without my conformation. Then they requesting to me to take GSM mobile instead to CDMA and i was denied for the same because i need only CDMA phone. M/S AASHTHA ENTERPRISES( Micromax authorized service center) suggest me if you don't required this GSM phone then you have to log a new complaint against this issue and we will short out this issue as soon as possible. Then i said OK. ( New complaint No-W[protected], Dated- 16th March 2015). Sir After completing 8 days i don't receive any response from Micromax company or Authorized service center.                 I purchased micromax mobile A-106 on 01/07/2014 from Saharanpur U.P. But, i am facing the charging issue for last 3 months and also now i was having the problem since 7 days in my mobile related to speaker. So, i had submitted the phone in Ghaziabad (Old bus stand) service center on 18/03/2015 and they had committed that we will check the issue and you will get your phone at evening. But now as i was calling on their number i.e.[protected] and they informed me that they have sent the mobile to main office for problem resolution. So, my complaint is regarding the delay in service and not responding properly. also they are telling me now that my all contact numbers will be deleted. So please help me for the same. micromax service is very poor and i want my mobile back within 1 or 2 days other wise i will lodge a complaint for my money back. and no contact number should be deleted from my mobile.

But now this problems is showing it parmemently. I have 1 years warranty. I bought from Amazon. I think sold me a defected pc. So I request you for replacement ASAP. Many of my friend are using the same micromax mobile but with the updated operating system lolipop.but am still using kitkat..it had created feeling of regreet ness in me ...                               After purchase of my new Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 in the end of January 2015, its battery start degrading very fast. For solution I went to costumer care center of Haldwani ( Date(04/03/15), where they took my battery and placed order for new battery. So my phone was useless for period of time. After my consistent calling and visit to customer care center they told that they haven't received battery from Company. But when I angrily asked about battery, they told me that " battery is consumed" so they placed another order on 13/03/2015. But after placing order of that I haven't received my new battery till now. My brand new model of Canvas Nitro A311 is waste for me without its battery. If I will not received my battery in short period then I have to make complain in consumer court or higer authority.                                 Hello I purchased a micromax A250 Turbo last year May 2014, and from the very first month, I am raising a complaint of the battery draining out in 1 hour and now a days there is quite a unique issue. The battery temperature raises to 60 degree and battery drains out in 1-2 minutes. It takes 30 minutes to calm down the heating issue and have to switch off the phone for the duration. Error message "Your battery is out of temperature range(Too high or too low) Please remove the battery" However the battery is non removable component in this model. Please suggest me what to do as I am a businessman and can not afford to submit the phone to Micromax care and wait for 1 month(This is what the center says) to get it checked and then they will decide what can be done. This is highly unacceptable as any one who is paying 14250 to get a high end model to avoid such issue, but still same issues are there. Please help me sort out for a resolution, or I would have to take the cell to consumer court with bill (1 year manufacturer warranty) and seek refund for the complete payment.                                 It is close to 20 days now, however the Escalation team from Micromax straight away refused to refund the money although this is a manufacturing fault. Please guide me how can I suit a file at consumer court at chandigarh.
                                There is no discussion as the representative refused to refund the money. this is a manufacturing fault and I am looking forward to get the refund from consumer court.

                                    My phone is not working now.Yesterday I had went to service center (Near Sector18, Vinayak hospital, Noida), they said due to Moisture now it is not in Warranty then after some hours they said mother board will be change with cost of arround 4k.They had said same for my old phone.So it appears Your Service is trying make Us FOOL, which is Not Good. 03/22/15 is last warranty day.By the way here is my phone detail- Model - 114 IMEI - [protected] Please help me out.                                         sir, Myself Shahbaz khan resident of laxmi nagar (east delhi). I have a micromax mobile model A65(bolt) it works OK at starting but after 11 months of its usage its stop working so that i went to micromax service centre (laxmi nagar) on 03/09/2014 they told me that it have a display problem and make a jobsheet of billing amount Rs 1888/-. and told me that it will repair maximum in 15 days . But they cannot do the same in 15 days infact now today almost 7 months of time they cannot repair my phone. At last week the person from your service centre called me to collect my phone but when i went to collect my phone than i saw that thats phone is not mine infact they also create a fake jobsheet.which feels me that they lost my phone. infact the staff of the service centre talk me in very rude voice which feels me uncomfortable.Kindly Take some strict action against them and help me to collect my phone.
