I purchased Wi-Fi Router Model-MMX440W on 01/12/2014 and started using it.On 19/02/2015, It stopped working and gave it to Cell Point, Ambala City, Haryana for repair.They told me to come after 10 days.They gave me another old wi-fi router in bad condition and i refused to accept it and asked either to repair my device or gave me new device.Then they kept it and asked to come after another 10 days so they can send it back to micromax and ask for my device to get repaired.After 10 days they told me to come after next 10 days because problem is taking time.Then i gone after another 10 days they again told me that problem is still not resolved and wait for some days.I called micromax customer care and they asked me to give my jobsheet number.I was standing in cell point and asked them whats my jobsheet number.They told me that they didnt gave me any jobsheet instead they just gave me visting card with problem mentioned on back.Then that time they gave me jobsheet on request.I submitted my complaint on micromax customer care complaint number : [protected] and they asked me to wait for some other days.Today on 26/03/2015 I called them and they are still saying to wait for another 10 days.In total from 19/02/2015 till 26/03/2015 i.e nearly 35 days and asking me to wait another 10 days.I think they are not going to solve my problem as its nearly one and half month and they didnt gave me my device back.I lost hope on micromax and will think to purchase any device in future from micromax.I just want my wifi datacard back and i dont know when i will get it from micromax as i cannot do anything just putting complaint here.Thank you.

    I have purchase a MICROMAX A 109 mobile (IMEI : 9LL37 [protected], [protected]) from Classic mobile Shop THUSHARA BUI LDI NG, PULAMON. P.O, KOTTARAKARA (TIN 3202L452985) on[protected]invoice No 16286). Now my mobile was not working, I contact the shop and return the mobile for claim my warranty. But today itself complaint ratified mobile was not return to me. Please take necessary direction to the agency the compliant ratified mobile or new one return to me without delay.

      Dear Team My name is Ravi Kumar K I have purchased Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 Device on 22/01/15 with Poorvika Mobiles Private Limited B.O.No-45, 17-th cross.M.C.Layout Vijayanagar Bangalore[protected] And My Device IMEI Number : [protected], After purchasing my Device i went out of station due to my personal work so i am unable to Concentrate on my mobile when i come back after 20days i come to know my Mobile having charging problem, Problems :1) After keeping charge for mobile it will take more then 4 to 5 hour to get 100% Charge. 2) Within 3hour it will get charge 95% then for completing 100% menace for 5% it will get 1 Hour time. 3) And from 100% to till 50% batter will get down immediate. Informing this issue i have contacted your customer care service they ask me to visit Service center, As per they are suggestion i have visited your service center They people said keep your mobile with us we will check and we will call back, I have waited 2 days i have not get any calls they i have visited your service center in Carepoint | Micromax Service Center, Richmond Circle, Bangalore, They said thay don't have Stock for mobile parts so they need 1month time to get mobile ready. Now my Question is 1) After paying 13500rs why i have to wait for 1month time, 2) Device have Motherboard problem that your company issue not mine, 3) If you don't have Stock for mobile parts why you people are keeping Service center, 4) Instead of waiting for 1month why cant you replace mobile Hopping ASAP your reply, Regards Ravi Kumar K [protected]

          Respected Sir, I had bought a Mmx Canvas Knight Cameo 5months ago through Flipkart. After use of a month, the handset was not charging properly, I went to Mmx Service Centre in Hubli.They keep it for two months and returned it saying that, it has been repaired. But the handset started with same problem few days inspite of giving it thrice to Service Centre.And the best thing is I have not used it in these 5months, 3months it was in Service centre only.And I have given it thrice to Service centre, but still they are not able to solve the problem neither replace it. I kindly request you to REPLACE the HANDSET

Service Station which known as Shubham Info tech. Where told me its the normal problem come after a week and take your mobile, but after 2 days there i receive a call from SC and say your mobile is now OK, Give Rs.-1200/ and take it. But till now no response of my complain And giving me suggetion agai and again for wait atleast 15days, 10 days, 7 days, 2 days, bla bla bla. But After all there is no response giving them. I am Going Consumer Forum. And i have some proof like a letter which is given by Administrator of Micromax Service Centre, AKHIL TRADER, Indore (MP) in this letter a promise is written That "In 7 Days Handset Will Be given To customer before 24/2/2015 with signature" Jobsheet No. N[protected] Mobile No. [protected]

                    Called customer helpline and had a word with Faizal he asked me to call again. Had purchased a MT 500 on 08/04/2014 and had submitted for repair on 02/02/2015 ---- old job sheet number W[protected], handset returned on 26/02/2015 but fault still remains 27/02/2014 ---- new job sheet number W[protected], resubmitted handset for repair and again they informed it will take 20-25 days for repair. imei number [protected], esn number [protected]b PROBLEM REPORTED 1) Data Communication for CDMA does not work. 2) Problem with headphone -- only one earpiece working. 3) Problem with Camera --- can't even take a simple picture, appears foggy. Not repaired Pathetic service, no response, no customer satisfaction. I can be reached on [protected]@yahoo.com or [protected].The Mobile was submitted in Mahavir electronics authorised service center for Micromax at Mulund west, near Railway station contact number 25911299, they are informing that the camera problem can not be repaired under warranty and are demanding charges for repair which is unacceptable as there is no physical damage which has occured.no replacement provided and there is no means to get an update or track progress Had sent a mail to customer service on 1st March 2015 still not received any response.Even after asking no escalation matrix provided.When checked with service center they informed me that they will still need 7 days which is not acceptable.Such a pathetic Company no response :(.Such a pathetic service, the mobile was submitted on 02/02/2015 and still is at service centre and I am informed that they are yet to receive the replacement part even after approximately 2 months

                    as per process this case is now over one month (actually 2 months) hence this should go as escalation but no one cares to respond to mails sent to their email address. Even senior management who has been marked on the email don't pay any attention.

Service center says that mobile will be repaired until 02/03/2015. Today i visited service center for getting my mobile but i am very shocking to listening that mobile has motherboard problem and he could be repaired until 15-20 days.I wanna just say that please repair my mobile asap.                         Respected Sir, I had purchased Micromax canvas A117 mobile phone on dt 05/04/2014 . I was facing hanging problem after 6 months while Wi-Fi switched ON. I had submitted the mobile to their service center AKS Telecom Sector-20 Chandigarh on 3rd Feb 2015. They had sent my phone to Micromax HO Delhi for the repair. I have received my phone back after repair through courier On 26th Feb 2015 (after 25 days) the problem was still same as it was. Then I informed via e-mail and called Micromax they assure me that dispatch it again we will take your problem at priority. I had again submitted it for the second time on 27 Feb 2015 (Next Day to receiving) and now received back my phone and found the faults is as it is (i.e hanging problem is as it was) on 21 March 2015.but nothing had been done by them even second attempt and they also damaged ON/OFF button. Now for the third time I again submitted it to the same service center on 24th march, 2015 Again on mailing/calling Micromax they assure that we will take your problem at priority but I got disappointed responses by the company. When I asked them "what problems your Engineers had found in 2 visits" they only feel sorry and don't provide any satisfactory answer also they are not providing the mail or call details of responsible person whom I can ask and discuss about my problems. in all the intervals, I request to them for refund me the billing amount i.e Rs 12890/- Because of their carelessness myself have to compel to buy new one phone of Rs10.000/- Aprox Micromax wasted my 2 months without any solution.                             Unfortunately my touch screen not working properly from last 2 days. I Immediately rushed to the micromax authorized service centre at erode. After opened the device by the service operator, he told me that sweating water was oozed to the mobile & rust was formed on the IC connected to the touch screen operation. I wonder what makes sweating oozed into the mobile? Is it not properly manufactured to sweating obsorbtion? or oozing water into the mobile. My mobile is the newly purchased one & that too I using it sparingly. So kindly look into my complaint & proper replacement or service is to be done to my mobile. Your service people told me that water oozing will not come under warranty & I have to pay Rs.6500/-(approx) to rectify the complaint. I have not slipped it into water or water was not connected to my mobile what so ever. How can i hear such huge expense to repair? in the warranty period. I have purchased micromax costly mobile to avoid such new-senses. So do the needful & render justice to me. Still I believe micromax is one amound the top good mobiles.
                            Same problem for me. Please replace the device

                              i have Purchase a micromax mobile 16/03/2014 canvas 4 ( A210) IMEI no. [protected], [protected] from flip kart .com throw online shopping . Bot after few month i ma phase some issue in my handset & visit center for issue resolving he submitted my hand set 08/12/2014 with job sheet no. N[protected] & after 2 month receive my hand set from service center Date 09/02/2015 I have check my hand set on service center my handset problem is not resolve same issue automatic restart. than service center submitted my set by hand with job sheet no. N[protected] & after 1 month Date 05/03/2015 my mobile is back in service center & issue not resolve & by hand again submitted my set With job sheet no. N[protected] & after 20days i have receive my set but issue is same not resolve & service center again Submitted my Mobile by hand with job sheet no. N[protected] & say please wait for 30 days i am not any help to you . So i am not trust that after 30 days i have receive my set in ok condition .

                                Hi I bought one canvas 2 model mobile from poorvika mobile store at Trichy chathiram bus stand branch on 17.03.14 at 7.00PM... after that purchase my mobile working fine, but starting touch screen issue from 17.03.15 and from 18.03.15 touch screen fully not working, At that time, i thought some network issue or apps issue, so i can't imagine this is service issue, after that i try my friends and collgues for this issue related, all are given some suggestion, but not use to resolve, then i have arrange alternative mobile through my colleague for manage the situation, because i was out of station at that problem time and i plan to visit service centre after reaching trichy, but service guys told your warranty closed from 18.03.15...and if you want to service, you have to pay Rs.2500/- for replacing touch screen.. I was shocked, because last one year not happened anything in my mobile, but the same purchase date comes and started issue and your service guys also not co-operating to solve the issue, because your warranty time was finished, I don't know your product working with in your warranty time only ? and next issue starting exactly completed one year, but difficult to trace your service show room, because i digest this is service issue on after 3 days of warranty closing. Pls help us to solve this touch screen issue with warranty...based on problem arrise on exactly one completion.

                                      Even I am facing the same kind of problem as respected sai sindhuri was facing. My old sim card is getting detected but as i tried to use new sim cards none of them worked. My email address is ishan2001.[protected]@gmail.com. Kindly help me as soon as you can.

                                        I bought MIcromax Canvas Elanza A93 an year ago. Its good, but the most biggest problem with it is its not getting any system update. IT has 4.2.2 in built but neith it gets an update for 4.4.4 nor for 5.0.0. PLease inform me are you going to send any software (system) update or i have to throw the phone away. Because many phones with same specifications got the update but i didnt. And the worst thing is no one have developed custom roms for it. Really i think buying micromax canvas was a mistake. Everyone is getting an update but not me. Do something for it because u r kinda lossing customers due to all the reviews about the other phones. And next time try giving system update atleast once.

                                        i continoue go 8 to 10 days, for my handset micromax canvas a74, for software update, but micromax care executive continoue tell no software available come next day, but today he tell your handset software not avillable no time peroid for software avilable, i am very disipointed for micromax service, i live in pathankot, punjab pin-145001.plzz solve my problem, otherwise i take restrict action..
