Dear Sir,
I purchased a Micromax Canvas Nitro A-310 handset in the month of October-2014.
Since then, I am facing severe problems. The phone is getting restarted at least 7-8 times in a day. For this reason, I had visited your Micromax Care Center at Panvel, Navi Mumbai. After that there was an audio issue while on call.
During the period from November-2014 till date, 3 times software up gradation was done. Again, I had submitted my handset at your Micromax Care Center, Panvel, Navi Mumbai on 16-Feb-2015. Today, on 11-Mar-2015, I received my handset.
The audio issue has been resolved but the handset is getting restarted 3-4 times in a day.
Kindly resolve this as soon as possible.
