Tv delivered on 05/03/15 but for wall mounting none of the technician came yet. Called many time for this issue in call center but they didn't response completely. I'm really disappointed with this. What the heck customer service you have..

    8 Month Ago I Have Purchased A Mobile Brand Name Micromax Bolt A46 Dual Sim. After using 5 Month I Found the there was some problem in the phone display on screen is blank. The Warranty Period Of 12 Months Was Not Completed Hence I Contacted The Micromax Service Center (AKS CARE LUCKNOW-226005,[protected]. The Service Engineer Asked Me To Deposit My Mobile Handset To Service Center And Will Be Received Back Repaired Within A Period Of 7 Days. Accordingly I Deposited The Hand Set To Service Center And Get Proper Receipt Of That.The Service Center Has Not repair the Mobile Handset now thry demanded For rs 2200/- for reparing .Now Even After 3.5 Months Neither I Am Getting new mobile Nor My Repaired Mobile. I called service center Of The Micromax but they are not treated me as warranty holder customer . However, after lot of argument they did not gave my mobile.I have necessary document with me and I will File A Complaint In Consumer Court. if they will not provide me my repair phone or new mobile.

      sir/mam, I have found a problem of micromax canvas nitro a310.i have visited nearby service centre named Techno World here in Guwahati, they told me it is display problem and need to replace it.they also told me that it takes 7 to 10 days to bring the display from delhi...sir pls tell me that todays most quick trasportation ...why .it take 10 days? without the phone i become lamb...so pls do quickly

          I purchased Micromax 32T2820HD81CM(32IN) Online vide Invoice no: HRDEL2/[protected]/825140 on 13/02/2015 Since that day I am requesting for its installation nobody came till now after my first complaint some 3 weeks back one person called me from his phone no: +[protected] and promised he will come but he did not come and when I called him he made 3-4 promises but never came. He wasted my 4 days. Now I request you to take the TV, it is useless item lying just like a dustbin in one corner of my room. Shiban Bhatt [protected]

            My Canvas Micromax A290 stopped working exactly one week after I bought it. Micromax Care Centre at Bangalore said that the motherboard had crashed and it was to be sent to Delhi to replace and it would take 40 days. When I got sms saying handset was ready to be picked up, I went to the Service Centre to realise it wasn't sent to Delhi and as per service staff had an issue with touch screen and had been rectified. But unfortunately when I tested, it would not switch on. They promised to send the handset to Delhi. Again after 10/14 days when i went to service centre to pick up teh handset (since I wa sgetting sms), the handset wasn't ready and not even sent to Delhi. Till date I have not received an update from Micromax Service Centre inspite of they having promise dto call back in 2 days. What is even more unfortunate, I have written 3 mails to Chief Marketing Officer Micromax and still not received a reply. The handset is with the Service Centre. I have hardly used the handset for a week. It is money wasted and let me tell after sales service suck. Never will I touch this brand again.

              To whomsoever it may concern, Complaint number: MMX[protected] This is ridiculous, I just had a word with your customer care representative name “Preeti Gupta” and she said that it will take 30 days to get repair. I need to know who keeps the product for repair for 30days. Seems like Micromax has the worst service center and servicing facility. I got the same problem soon after buying (bought on September 2014) the product last year in November 2014 and your people kept for 30 odd days. During this time also I called them day in day out. I need to know what a customer suppose to do when they are without handset due to fault in product bought. Samsung or any other brand takes at max 7 working days to fix their any product. I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and returned my phone in ideal working condition. If I don’t get to hear the reply for this email, I will feel that there is no higher management who is looking after sales support. You people are only sitting to rip customers with providing value for money phone but with very inferior product quality.                 I have purchase Micromax C210 on 17/01/15 with your deal Golden Lime, Masjit Bunder West Mumbai, For Rs 1700/- at end of Feb 2015 my mobile was automatically get switch off. I went to ur vendor Golden Lime, they told me go to Micromax Gallery. I went ot V Care Telecom Services at Homi Modi Cross Lane Fort, Mumbai. on 05/03/2015, they gave me Job Sheet No 2601, after i pay Rs 50/- to them. They told me u have to kept ur mobile handset with us, with in two days we will contact u about ur mobile handset. But the didn't contact me, After three or four days waiting I am again visit to that Gallery and ask about my mobile handset, they told me that ur mobile handset was damage due water inside the handset and u have to Pay Rs 1000/- for repairs. Sir, I my mobile was not fall any were in water from my side for sure. And for Handset of Rs 1700/- i have to pay Rs 1000/- for repairs and that was not my any fault. Sir please look into matter and please try to replace my mobile handset. Waiting for ur anticipation.

                  Good morning sir!!! My name is Deepika and i am from hyderbad. I have purchased micromax knight 2 months back. And from last 1 month i am facing touch problem with my cell. I gave my cell in service center which is at dilsukhnagar. They said to give 10 days for clearing problem. They are in a worst case that after 10 days also they couldnt detect problem with my cell and when ever i do call to care center they not even attending my cell and few times cell is getting switch off. When i went on 10th day to get my cell they were very irresponsible in giving me answer. Now they said that my cell is having mother board problem and cell is sent to head office. Almost 1 month completed but i couldnt get my cell status. I want to know my cell status. I am suffering alot with this problem so as soon as possible please solve my problem. And if this is case further also i am going to give complient in consumer forum.

                        11 Month Ago I Have Purchased A Mobile Brand Name Micromax. After 5-6 Month I Found the there was some problem in the phone and people at other end are not able to hear me. The Warranty Period Of 12 Months Was Not Completed Hence I Contacted The Micromax Service Center. The Service Engineer Asked Me To Deposit My Mobile Handset To Service Center And Will Be Received Back Repaired Within A Period Of 7 Days. Accordingly I Deposited The Hand Set To Service Center And Get Proper Receipt Of That.The Service Center Has Not Bothered To Provided Any Service Mobile Handset For Customer Convenience.Now Even After 1 Months Neither I Am Getting Any Feedback Nor My Repaired Mobile. I called Customer Care Of The Micromax but I never heard back from them. However, after lot of argument I got my mobile. But now there is some problem with my battery and I have to again deposit my mobile but it is since a month I have not heard from them. I have necessary document with me and I will File A Complaint In Consumer Court.
                        Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                        I am also reading lot of bad reviews about Micromax.

                                Dear Sir, I purchased a Micromax Canvas Nitro A-310 handset in the month of October-2014. Since then, I am facing severe problems. The phone is getting restarted at least 7-8 times in a day. For this reason, I had visited your Micromax Care Center at Panvel, Navi Mumbai. After that there was an audio issue while on call. During the period from November-2014 till date, 3 times software up gradation was done. Again, I had submitted my handset at your Micromax Care Center, Panvel, Navi Mumbai on 16-Feb-2015. Today, on 11-Mar-2015, I received my handset. The audio issue has been resolved but the handset is getting restarted 3-4 times in a day. Kindly resolve this as soon as possible.                                   Customer care executive agreed that they are not able to pick call or reply mail because of less staff in marrathaali Bangalore. all numbers are wrong and not connected i live too far from service just to know the status i have to go 30 km and dont know what will be response it s very shameful and pathetic that indian mobile brand company dont have mobile for their customer care shame on you micromax a very big shame
