Respective sir, I am Rajesh Kumar Singh, I am facing on very Bad response and repair service from Micromax care service center. Which is located at nagpur(M.H). I have claimed on warranty for my Mobile Handset {Model No.;-A210(Grey), Model Code;-SERMOB0299, } on Date 19/01/2015 that concern person had said that they required Max.24 days to solve my Mobile handset problem . The issue were my mobile handset was dead ., I have called on date 11/02/2015 to that number what ever they have mentioned in The JOB SHEET{W[protected]} to some person said your mobile handset is not repair on till date and given next Max. Target date 25/02/2015(13 Days) ( complain resisted no.[protected] given me), I have called on date 26/02/2015 to Mcromax care service center and asked again they said your mobile not repair on till date and no any target date given ' I have called on date 02/03/2015 and asked again they said given same response(your mobile not repair till date and No any target given) ' So finally I have called on date04/03/2015 to Mcromax care service center and asked again they said same response(your mobile not repair till date and No any target given) I am very disappointed and I am facing a very atrocious and terrible service from Micromax care Details:-JOBSHEET No.;-W[protected] IMEI/ESN No.;-[protected]/[protected] Model ;-A210(Grey) Model code:-SERMOB0299 MICROMAX CARE;- M/S Anurag Enterprises, 1st/2nd floor wade bhavan agresen squre gandhibagh, Nagpur (Maharashtra) Pin no.;-440001, contact no.;-[protected] TIN no.;-[protected] other no.-[protected] my mobile No.;-[protected]

I am called to micromax customer care on date 11/03/14 and asked again they said given same response(your mobile not repair till date )
NOTE:- no any progress found for repairing my mobile handset

      Respective Sir I am A.Jai kiran kumar I am facing an Very bad Response & Service From Your Micromax Care (MobileSeva) Which is Located at Marathahalli Bangalore . I Have claimed an Warranty for my Mobile (Model A121) On 13/2/2015. That concern person had said that They Required Max 15days to Solve my Mobile Problem. The issue were My mobile touch pad was automatically Operating & My Hand free was not working properly, and my USB cable was not working.On 28/2/2015 I have Called to that number what ever they have mentioned in the JOBSHEET Tel(080 [protected] Mobile ([protected]) only some times rarely that Tel number gets connected and that mobile number never works at all. On that day i spoke to some lady she said that systems are not working so she will give a call back!!! She had never keep up her words she dint gave a call to me.. So Finally i went on 29/2/2015 i went to that MICROMAX CARE and i checked up for my mobile status but MR JOSEPH said that the order has been placed some how i will manage to get your mobile ready by Saturday (2Days). and on Saturday i went and asked again they said that my mobile has been went to HEAD OFFICE? Later on a day after i went and asked about my mobile? They showed me my mobile it was with them only inside the cabin?? So Finally i want to conclude that weather will i be able to get my mobile repaired or not? Those people lies a lot!! further i cant be able to believe their words!!! My First Job sheet number is this[protected] and now again those people have took a complaint on 4/3/2015 stating that i have never gave a complaint on 13/2/2015 for my mobile!!! So i really dont know what your staffs doing or they trying to fool around me...I am very Disappointed and I am facing a very atrocious and terrible Service for you all people...I HOPE SO AT LEAST I WILL GET ANY KIND OF RESPONSE FROM YOU ALL PEOPLE!!!

      More than 1 and month got over still I dint get my mobile the head office person asks me about the issue but they are not responding again next day they repeat the same question! ! If I visit the service center they are telling that due to some technical problem we have closed the shop so kindly please help me I don't know what to do now ?

      i don't like your service at all. i has given my phone last month to service center because my front camera was not working and after getting my phone back their was a new problem in my phones now my phone is not working properly and the volume buttons is not working and because of this i had send my phone again...

      [protected],[protected].i submitted my mobile one month back.after submitted my mobile to your srvice centre, next day they called me and said that my mobile problem had been solved, but after recived my mobile at the same date the problem was not solved.so i again submitted my mobile at the same date.but after one month that is[protected].i recieved my mobile from them after i called to service centrer to know my service status.but when i recieved my mobile i had face the same problem.the service centre not yet solved my problem or they failed to solved my problem.so regarding this i am mailing you sir.please kindly solve my problem.

      I buy new mobile but 3 days later I feel it's battery is not working properly it take 6_7hours in complete charging but discharge fastly
      I think it was my mistake I purchased micromax cellphone to my sister. Within 6 month display problem. Okay it will happen sometime. Okay no problem. But what the hell your providing services. When job sheet raised they told 20days now it is more than 20 days, when my sister called to Service center their saying it will take more days It has to come from some place they told I forgot. I am thinking now... If I purchase Micromax Mobile I have to purchase one more cellphone like spare. Because for your cellphone there is guarantee.

      We are happy with the Micromax service care. And it's very good to use and handle the mobile... We are satisfied with service people. They gave in time when I gave my mobile to repair...
      I bought a micromax canvass 6 E485 phone from flipcart services.But within few days it had to be replaced due to problems related to battery, restart. But the new replaced phone faced problem in 3 months. Barrackpore service center has solved problem but it seems that my mobile phone was not repaired properly.
      My Yureka mobile set had recently a problem and hence self have visited Micromax service centre at Dadar, Mumbai. The set was repaired within 30 minutes and handed over to me. The mobile charging port was replaced, I believe. Though a sum of Rs.750/- was paid to them, the set is working satisfactorily and I am very happy.

      I am happy with the Micromax service care. And it's very good to use and handle the mobile... I am satisfied with service people. They gave in time when I gave my mobile to repair...
      I have used a micro max hand set (various model) last many years, and i have full of trust on its. A latest experience was interesting, I had bought one model of Micro max hand set, It became some critical problem and i had visited a customer care at MANINAGAR ( AHMEDABAD - GUJARAT), I have talk with them and they were hear me carefully and take good solution, it's fine experience with customer care staff and micro max company.

      Few days back I went to your local micromax centre in YASHWANT PLAZA for repair or change of charging socket of my mbl. It was done nicely. I am happy with the service provided.The cash reciept is with me no. 2393 dtd.[protected].
      There was continuously message on my mbl which I could not respond since I do not operate net on it. Now I got time so writing this message through my PC.

        I bought a Micromax MMX219W wi-fi modem on 14/9/2014. It started giving me problem after one month. I submitted it to Raebareli Micromax check point on 27/10/2014. After submitting the representative told me that modem never repair its changed with a new one. but till date they did not provide me any modem just telling me its pending in status. & they also wasted 4 months of warranty i want them to extend it also. cause its their fault not mine.

            Dear Team, I have a Micromax colors 2 A120 m phone. My screen was damaged before one month in road accident. I was repair my phone at your service center for paying amt.rs 1700/- for new screen.But the screen is not properly fitted by your service center and there is too much dust inside the screen i.e giving bad impact on clarity of screen and camera. Today i visited at your service center to resolve this issue but they refuse to resolve this problem. It all against the rules and regulations of consumer.               Sir i submitted my phone at micromax service center on last 26.because my canvas power A96 was henging still after 3 time sofware updation in short perioud of ten month.on 26 feb service center worker told me that we will dispatch your handset to company and please collect it afer 18 to25 days later .but next day they told me by phone call your phone is ok when i call back they din't picked my phone call .when i visited to service center the service center manager told me there is no reason to send it for company.i was surprised yesterday they are ready to send .so customer is chutiya .and there is another reson of shock there is no nut in mobile

                Hi Sir, I bought the Micromax Knight A350 Mobile on 27/11/2014. and due to screen Blank issue I submitted my mobile in east delhi Laxmi nagar repairing Center on 11/02/2015 . The told me it will take around 7 to 10 days to get repaired .I went after 10 days and I got to know from there it will take again 10 days because the parts not available But there is no surety . I send the mail in Gurgaon head office regarding the matter on 26 feb 2015, and i got the complain number (Your complaint number is MMX[protected]) in mail. But Turn around time is not mentioned . then i called to customer care they told me it will take 1 month . but they are not giving the surety .                       Bought a new micromax A240 Doodle on 6/06/14 and since then the phone has had major problem of power supply 4 times. Went back to the dealer but everytime he says there was power problem and gives back. Such high end phone from your company and people don't have a clue. I'm terribly upset with your product.                         Hi I bought a Micromax Fire 2 moble phone 2 months back. The phone is not booting and took it to customer service center at Hyderabad. Service Center people identified that PCB is gone and need to send it to Delhi for servicing. Also they told me that warranty is only for 7 days from the date of purchase. But dealer (Bajaj Electronics, Madhapur) told me that 1 year warranty on this phone. Service Center people are advised me to go to consumer court to get a new phone in place of PCB damaged phone and also told me that servicing the damaged phone will take about a month.                           i had purchased a mobile hand set in the month of novemebr 2014 A 300 cavas gold. last one month i m facing very big problem due to the phone. it runs automatically and and switch off automatically. it gets very hot. i fear it can be blast. i complaint many times but no action. if any causalty may happen due to phone in future. only company will responsible.

                            Hi I have purchased Micromax Canvas A350 in Oct'14 and after only 2 months of purchase my touch got disabled. I contacted service center in Pune on 19th Jan'15. Service center guy told me it will take 7 days to repair. I called them up on 27th January and they confirmed company doesn't have parts of this model and don't know how much time it will take. Suddenly I called customer care an they logged complain MMX[protected]. They said it will take 30 working days to resolve this. My question is why company is selling mobile when you don't have parts available to repair. do you think a buyer has to wait 40 working days (8 weeks) to get his mobile repaired. this is pathetic service. Apart from this when i asked status couple of days back, there is no clear tracking. It says in process but where my mobile is no one knows. I must say I won't recommend anyone to buy micromax after having such a disaster experience with service. I am going to consumer court for filing case against company.

                              why can not i access net through reliance 3g sim, whereas i can access it nicely through bsnl 3g sim..i went to reliance care & they checked thoroughly & found no problem in sim & said me to check the handset.then i went to micromax care but got zero help because they said they have not got any letter from micromax to give any support.one more thing is that, when i am using it as a hotspot there is no problem at all.so what is the problem.please solve soon.

                                      I had given my handset for repair on Jan 17, 2015 with Job Sheet number N[protected] after a month I got a message that your handset is repaired and you can collect it from service center but when I went there, they said the handset was not repaired correctly and we had to send it again to the company. They had given me another job sheet number N[protected] and told me that your handset will be repaired within February 2015 but still its with company and now its almost one and half month and I didn't receive my handset.                                         My father had purchased Micromax Model-A-290/M-IMEI/[protected] mobile on[protected]. &S-ESN NO-[protected] . Unfortunately it is totally defective piece as could not be repaired by their service stations despite their repeated efforts since last five and half months .Just after two weeks of purchase device starts abnormal function i.e.battery consumes power much faster it requires frequent charging at every 25-30 minutes.on repeatedly approaching their service centre they agreed to replace battery on 01/11/2014 and finally replaced it on 15/11/2014 after two weeks device again starts showing misfunctioning power does not switch on. again device goes to service station 3-4 december, 14.they assured us that device will be sent to delhi service station for changing its block than device will be ok .again i take back set after a month on 12/01/2015..when I tried to charge the device at home, no charging it charge upto 10-15 only and on switch on it go down to 0..battery back up totaly failed.Again device was put to service centre with a request to replace it immediately. Their service centre personnels neither diagnose problems/repaire device nor they agree to replace the set, thus causing me great loss, financial and valuable time since five and half months long time.In above circumstances, please look into the matter seriously and arrange for replacement of defective set with new one.otherwise My father is 58 years old working in bank and do travelling above 100 km daily to & fro. He works for 6 days in a week and also a diabetic patient . Now how he will manage without phone If you people take 45 days repair time in every one or two months. He had taken smart phone for doing share trading . Due this problem he incurred loss due non -availablity of moblie when there is requirement. I request you to please arrange for replacement of mobile with new one immediately as within 5 months it is creating charging problem on continuous basis and also not having patience to give it to service center again and again. Please consider my request and take action immediately. Expecting positive reply soon . If they do not provide new mobile please arrange refund of price paid to them I have escalated matter to them through mail and customer care. They only replied that mobile will be repaired soon. Now you tell me how many times he will give mobile to service center and get back within 5 months of purchase.
