I got my Tablet Phone deposited at Micromax Service Centre, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi on 23.12.2014 Vide Job sheet No.N[protected]. But i have not been returned or given any replacement so far despite my repeated visits. Each time I am told to come next week.

      Hi, I gave my mobile micromax Canvas4(A210) to a service center in Hyderabad(S.V Communications Address – Sri Sai Vikram towers (First Floor), Above Reliance World, Behind BUS Stop, Balaji nagar, Kukatpally . PIN – 500072) for lock and unlock problem with my phone. Service center guy took my phone for checking purpose, but after some time(10 mins later) he came and said it is mother board problem and water damage( Actually my phone is working properly before I went to service center). He said there is warranty will not for water damage and asked 700Rs for repair and 7days time. But after 7 days when I went to service center, he said mother board is damaged and it will be repair only in Delhi along with he asked 80% money of mobile cost(around 8500Rs). Actually my doubt is, before going to service center my mobile is working fine. But he took my mobile inside service room, said that it is mother board problem due to water damage. it's not true. But in other service centers like Samsung and Nokia, those people will check the issue infront o[censored]s and explain the problem (how much cost it will take to solve the issue). But these micromax service center's are totally wrong and they are speaking rudely when we asked them. I bought my mobile for 15000(last year April 2014). Now what should I do with this. can anyone suggest me how to take action on them. raghavendra.[protected]@gmail.com

        Dear Sir, I am Vijay Agrawal from Nagpur & having an issue with Nagpur Micromax AL RAZA service center because of below reason 1st time, I have given my A114 mobile for repairing KEYPAD KEY - DO NOT WORK issue and below are the details . Date Submitted - 6 Dec 2014, IMEI Number - [protected], Job Sheet Number - W[protected] They returned my mobile after a month after too many visits and telephone calls with KEYPAD KEY - DO NOT WORK problem fixed. But when I went to home, it introduced new bigger issue (Mobile getting switched off/on automatically continuously). after that I again submitted my mobile and below are the details Date Submitted - 10 Jan 2015, Job Sheet Number - W[protected] After 1 month i got my mobile phone but it was not working again. My warranty expired this time but they extended and created another job sheet number which i don't have copy but after a month again i got my mobile and it was not working. Again 4th time i was submitted my mobile with different job sheet - W[protected]-15523004 and now they are saying its not under warranty and i did not discuss any charges during Job sheet creation and i was in impression it was covering under warranty because of their fault. Now they are calling and saying it will be chargeable and your mobile has been repaired outside which is 100% false. I need your help on getting my mobile in working condition. Please help me.           Sumit Kumar Jain (JOBSHEET No. N[protected]) I purchased micromax canvas knight A350 in November 2014. on 19 feb 2015 its touch screen stops working, when i went to service center they assured me of repair ( JOBSHEET No. N[protected]) after more than 15 days i received my phone. phone was not in good condition, touch was not properly pasted, its sim doesn't get signals, battery don't last even half a day. Seems like battery and other parts replaced by older ones. When i went to service center again they jus took my phone and no time given for replacement. Around 1 month has passed my phone is with service center. i want my phone to be replaced as soon as possible or i have to move to consumer court as i have not buy my phone for service center. Just 3 months and so many problems.

            i had purchase a handset A-210 Canvas 4 in 4/4/2014 after 7 days My handset face problem of hardware then i submit my handset to the service center after lots of follow up & Harrasment with service center i get my handset after 15 days.                 Dear Micromax Team I Bought a MICROMAX MOBLE MODEL NO A106 Dated 17/09/2014.. I had a complate that my mobile is not charging. I went to your service center dated 16/03/2015 for rapier that said to me that your MOBLE CHARGING SHOCKED is Some where is break so u have to pay for it so I pay 450/- rs there for repair...but my mobile is not repair properly. I went to the service center again next day Dated 17/03/2015.. Now these people say that your mobile MOTHER BOARD had some problem so we have to change it then they asking me 3500 for repairing I said that its under warranty becoz its not more then 6 month old. They people told me that yours warranty is voided becoz y repair is yesterday ii 16/03/2015 ...                   Hi Micromax Team, I have purchased micromax knight A350 on dated 24th OCT.2014. After using this phone for 2months, the screen has stopped responding & it has charging problem too. The experience I had with you related to service is a . I am very ashamed to see that you are proving the perception that everyone have that Indian Brands compromise on quality and give poor service as compared to International brands. I have given my cell phone to get repaired at service center on 5th FEB’15 (M/S MAA BHAGWATI ENTERPRISES), I was shocked to hear that it takes 7 days to get it repaired. I waited, however even after 10days today he said that the part has not yet arrived please contact the call center. Job code : N[protected] Date : 5th Feb Mobile # : [protected] I called call center, it does not connect, I tired, tried, tried…….. and then finally it got connected. I gave my details to him he said it will take 30 days to get your phone repaired. What the hell is this. How can you be without a phone even for a single hour you are talking about days. I am now repenting to buy this phone, I would have either opted for other brands like Samsung or Lumia. Now Even after those 30 days you guys do not have any status of my phone.What the hell is this. I will never opt for micromax or any brands like you all guys. Nokia is an example in front of you, if customers can make you they can break you as well. Learn from them. You need to change your Slogan to “Good for Nothing”. I will be posting this to all the social media and all shopping websites, this will help other not to fall in the trap that I am into. I need a replacement of my phone or I will lodge an FIR against Micromax and will go to consumer court.

                      As earlier complained but there is no respone from micromax customer so kindly draw attention and Mobile is not working properly so kindly change the new mobile and replaced it at earliest and we came to know that while it was given for repair so there is no response ccome from micromax gallery so far please do the needful in this regard and change it at earliest and it is unbelievable that after a few months how the mobile is not worked lodge our complained and take necessary action in this matter.

I have discovered that the phone has the following problem * Camera not working * Battery gone Falty So given Phone to Service center ( Gallexy service chitoor Road Ernakulam), (on[protected] they are attempts to resolve the problem have not been satisfactory, Because your Engineer said that service will take more than one Month, So can't wait that long time, I would request that to Replace my phone to another model then i am ready to extra payment if not ready to agree my condition, to require confirm whether will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it. and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next 7 days.                             Hi, I am having a network problem in phone since the last six months, I have taken it to the service station several times but unfortunately unable to resolve my problem. The services centers from micromax just refuse to understand my problem and simply do a software update and give it back to me. It is quite unfortunate that they don't understand that it is hardware problem because of which it doesnot detect any network signals. It has just become a obsolete piece for me having paid so much for it but not able to use it for last 6 months. I wish I can replace this phone and will never go back to buying micromax product anymore. Please suggest. Regards Swagat [protected]

                                dear sir, i visited micromax service center on 23 feb since my phone A106 ''s camera was not working propely. they told me that it will take 10 days for reparing. i gave them phone with battery . after 10 days they told me it will take 10 days more . after 10 days they gave me phone without battery . io told them for battery but they refused to give battery. they told that battery was not given. i told them to show camera recording, but they refused. so my phone's battery is at micromax service center . i can not use my phone without battery . please return my battery as soon as possible. thanks (here they means micromax service center)

                                  Dear Sir, I bought micromax nitro A310 phone from chroma centre cannught place new delhi on 30 30/11/2014. After 15 days purchasing of this phone it has major problem of battery backup, camera and video player so for that i submitted my phone bhikaji cama plcae micromax service centre and i got back it after 25 days but there was no improvement in that phone so again i had to submit it on 25/02/2015 lajpat nagar micromax service centre and they given me 7 days time but still i couldnt get my phone i am suffering with this phone since i have purchased it so i have to complaint to consumer court and my refrence no is 580557. please take some neccessary action

                                    Hi, My mobile fell down and the display got damaged, I took my cell to an authorized service center in Tambaram, Chennai.They told that Display has to be changed, which will take 10-15 days.Since it is within warranty period, the replacement will be done free of cost.So i agreed and they gave me the Job sheet.This happened on Feb 13, 2015 and the job sheet number is S[protected] [number below the barcode]. I waited for 3 weeks and called them, then they told that it has been dispatched for the replacement process and will take another week. So i waited and called last week, then they told the replacement is not yet complete, they will call me, once it is complete. Today, i went in person and checked with them and they are saying the replacement is in the last stage and will take another 10-15 days to get it. I am having a real-bad experience with Micromax and i never expected that their service is so worse like this. I will not recommend this brand to any of my friends/colleagues. Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated. I am using another mobile, but since all my contacts are there in the other mobile, given for repairing, i am having a real-bad time.

                                      Dear All I have Purchased Micromax canvas turbo 250 4 months back, i believe becouse of moisture only its display got blanked, showed it to care centre, told me that it is water logged problem, need to replaced motherboard, which cost 7000 rs.I am shocked the mobile proce is 9500rs and motherboard cost 7000rs ...How this is possible ? are this customer care people cheating us ? please help me find out motherboard price and want to replace it appreciate your help regards Sohan [protected]
