My mobile fell down and the display got damaged, I took my cell to an authorized service center in Tambaram, Chennai.They told that Display has to be changed, which will take 10-15 days.Since it is within warranty period, the replacement will be done free of cost.So i agreed and they gave me the Job sheet.This happened on Feb 13, 2015 and the job sheet number is S[protected] [number below the barcode]. I waited for 3 weeks and called them, then they told that it has been dispatched for the replacement process and will take another week. So i waited and called last week, then they told the replacement is not yet complete, they will call me, once it is complete. Today, i went in person and checked with them and they are saying the replacement is in the last stage and will take another 10-15 days to get it. I am having a real-bad experience with Micromax and i never expected that their service is so worse like this. I will not recommend this brand to any of my friends/colleagues.
Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated. I am using another mobile, but since all my contacts are there in the other mobile, given for repairing, i am having a real-bad time.
