I HAD MICROMAX CANVAS 3D PHONE. SUDDENLY TOUCH DID NOT WORKING THEN I CANNOT ON THE PHONE. I GAVE IT MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER ON[protected] AT SHYAM INFO SYSTEM AT ORAGADAM ROAD, AMBATTUR, CHENNAI-600053. THEY CALLED ME THAT EVENING AND TOLD ME WE RECTIFY YOUR PHONE IT WILL TAKE 10 TO 15 DAYS THE COST WILL BE 2600/-. JOB SHEET NO :[protected]. I SAID OK. MY PHONE IS NOT READY TILL DATE, THEY SIMPLY SAID WE ORDER THE PARTS IT WILL BY NEXT WEEK YOUR PHIONE WILL BE READY NEXT WEEK. WHEN I CALLED THERE THE SAME ANSWER WILL COME EVERY TIME. WHAT IS HAPPENING ? IS THE RIGHT ANSWER FOR CUSTOMERS ? ALMOST 45 DAYS GONE. WHAT THE SERVICE PEOPLE DOING ? WHY YOU PEOPLE BEHAVING LIKE THIS?

        The power button of my canvas 4 went bad and as it was under warranty I gave it Jaya nagar service center on top of ICICI bank. I kept following up every weekend and after two I fought with them and got the phone back in an un repaired and dead condition. Later when i had another person open it in front of me I could literally see the sticker on the motherboard torn as if someone took if from another mother board and stuck it here. The mother board is totally dead and nothing could be done now. Hence I need someone to look into this issue and take necessary actions ASAP.

          Sir i had given my battery for replacement in micromax customer care on 10/03/2015. They said that you will get a new battery within one week and when i go to take my battery on16/03/2015. Your employees say that your battery will replaced next week . But my phone is switched off because of the battery. They are not listening to me and i wanna say that please give me battery as soon as possible. If your employees are not able to give the facility then you should close it . I had to travel to go to customer care but all in vain. They are not listening to me. So i just wanna say that you should take a strict action against it . They had wasted my time . I am facing lots of problem just because of the battery . My mobile is switched off from last 8 days.they are not providing a complementary battery so that i can on my phone.

            Dear Sir, I have purchased a micromax cell phone in 6000 rs. Which give me a lot of problem after 2 – 3 months of its buying while at that time it is Under warranty. And after giving it many times for repairing in micromax care center tikoniya, haldwani, nainital, uttarakhand in one year warranty period they take it from me at the end of warranty period and said that its charging point lost and pay 350 rs for it (as now its one year warranty period ends) and we will swap it with a new same model phone.But after one year of time period they return me an old, used and and other model {not mine model}. and when I objected for it they tell me that it is batter than than your and also we will replace its all parts in next on two weaks by newer one {as it is company said but when i said him for show me document they didnt show me} but after that I asked many times for it they didnt take interest in it. now after 8 months they are telling me that your this set also will go to company again and you will get your models hand set. for this they take this set also 15 days ago and now not giving a satisfactory reply of my calls.my nwest job card no is 15291170 which they gave me on 27/02/2015 and their contact no is[protected].Now this is more than half month time this time also, i have given our set.               Dear sir I purchase micromax A120 in July 2013 from starting it was creating some problem like net wok problem, Internet not run continuously and some time it was hang. From starting i m facing lot of problem and some time i found me in trouble due to this phone network setting. After that the mobile screen was damaged At last in January 2014 I was gone to micromax service centre bikaner. I told him all the problem now they take my phone from 20.feb 2014. first 10 days thy replace my phone as i gave to him. After another 10 days they are told we have no screen (touch pad) it was coming by courier, But when i give my phone they told with in 2 days it was repair. Now on 12. march 2014 my phone screen was changed and after that they told now we send your phone to our head office for solving your first (like network hang and about Internet problem) and it will take near about 25 days. During this all seen sir service centre not call me any time always i call him and taking tour to his service center.sir without my phone I am suffering so much and they are not given any other phone for using purpose only. Sir i am a normal person. please do something

                Sir; I had given my Micromax moblle (A106) to the above mentioned micromax service cetre on 19.02.2015 during the warrenty period. The problem is about the display. They told it willnot comes under the warrenty and I have to pay around 1000.00 rupees and it will take around one week for the repair. I agreed but till the date they have done nothing. The service center is about 50km away from my home, so normally i am inquiring over phone. But most of time they are not attending the phone, if they attend they will not give me clear answer. The behaviour of the staffs are very irritating. Please help me.

                  Hi Team, Need your help as, my brother have purchased micromax phone on 4/08/2014 and the problem was phone was getting switched off automatically, So we have approached malakpet service center team to fix the bug, As they have changed the motherboard and again it has the same bug issue, visited again to that show room he ask to go to paradise service center, we went there he says go that show room where the motherboard is changed as the details of IMEI number is not updated in the system.                           i gave my phone to a micromax service centre (SUN INFOSOLUTION, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, KOLKATA-700013 ) for servicing due to touch problem, space problem, sd card file shifting problem on 07.08.14. They assured me that i will get back phone in 7 days. i didn't get my phone yet. I called them last friday and they told me they will return it within 2 days. i called today they are making the same excuse that they didn't get the necessary part of my phone.i have MICROMAX CANVAS DOODLE 3 which has been launched last year. When i will get back my phone???

                            Respected sir i have bought a mobile unite 2 model A 106. but no apps could be downloaded due to insufficient space, as you know smart mobiles are known for latest apps like flipcart, mx player and so on.. but the main draw back of this mobile is insufficient space for downloading apps, even updates are not able to download because of apps. so how to use the mobile is not known and thought of contacting you before approaching press and consumer court. Pl resolve the issue, i felt that i was cheated. but there may be a sollutin for every thing hoping an immediate solution to keep up the reputation of micromax expecting an immediate resolution balram shekhar [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

                              Dear Sir, I have purchased a micromax smart phone model no.A120 canvas colors-2 on october 2014. After few days o[censored]se I discovered some chrging problem so on 2nd Jan 2015 I went to the service center to complain thry asked me deposit the phone and will be repaired. I deposited the phone and on 12th Jan 2015 I was called to collect my phone but after using it for 4-5 days the same problem occurred again. On 28th Jan 2015 I visited the same service center MAYUR MOBILE CARE here at ALLAHABAD I was told that it is mother board problem and needs to be changed for that the phone will be send to head office and will take a month I again submitted the phone via jobsheet no.[protected] on 25th Feb 2015 I received a message that I can collect my phone as it is repaired but to my surprise inspite of changing the mother board the charging problem was still there and also there were additional problems initially my phone had inbuilt memory of 8GB with android kitkat version but when I got my phone back it had inbuilt memory of mere 2GB and with degraded android jelybean version on 28th Feb 2015 I again went to the service center and was told that this is case of mismatch mother board and it will be send to head office once again. I ONCE AGAIN submitted my phone with them via jobsheet no.[protected] and till today I have not got my phone back it is disgusting that after being deposited thrice my problem is not yet resolved and got my phone degraded. kindly look forward into the matter and help me out.                                 Dear team l purchased micromax phone canvas knight a350 from online amazon on dated[protected] after two month i got some problem in phone in charge phone device not charged so i want to service center on dated[protected] and i deposited my phone with service center ganesh electronics in patiala after one month i received my phone but the device changed with old one they said to me this device changed from company and they refused to do any thing after that i mail to customer care and call but i not received any response from any person Please help me out for this and give me back my phone and this devaice which one i used totlly use less phone somanny probam in this phone

                                  Myself Mahesh Barange, have purchased a Micromax canvas Fun A76 mobile handset on 02nd May of 2014. Now during the month of feb-2015 my handset touch is not working properly, so I contacted micromax service center on[protected]. They told me that set is to be send to headoffice for repairing purpose and it will take 10 days time. Now, I have contacted them several time but they are constantly saying that headoffice have not yet desptach the mobile phone after repair. After almost 22 days they are not sure when they will return my handset. I am totally trapped with this behaviour of micromax service center. Please help me.                                     i took new a99 micromax, after seven days, battery is not charging, audio is not working, display is not workin g, battry drains very fast, i gave my phone to care in rajaji nagar, BANGALORE, took after 28 days, still the same problem is existing .                                       I had submitted my Micromax mobile model no A177 to micromax service centre in Santacruz (W), Mumbai - 500054 on 05/12/2014 and today 16/03/2015 has crossed more than 90 days and all the time the service centre people cook some story and avoid to provide the service causing lots of harrssment and loss of time. If the company is willing to improve their market value ; they should look in the matter seriously and resolve ASAP

                                        Before 4-5 month i bought micromax A290 smart phone, at first time it was continuously switching off, i put my smart phone in micromax care for more than one one month, but the problem doesn't get resolved but additionally it was unable to search network at every place even in micromax care but they told me that when u'll be outside the care there will be network on your device. i put the device again in micromax care after some days but the problem remains same. I received my smart phone before 2 days now the problem of continuous switch off is resolved but it is unable to search network in most of the places, this problem is not with specific SIM card. first time called micromax online help but care person replied me, that "how would you know that there is problem with network ic?" they suggest me to put phone in care, i did the same in second time, but still problem is unsolved. i told them about consumer forum but they replied you can. I am facing too much problems without my device, please hepl me! i am attaching mail conversation which i have done with micromax, it includes complaint number Nikhil Ravindra Gudadhe. [protected]
