My father had purchased Micromax Model-A-290/M-IMEI/[protected] mobile on[protected]. &S-ESN NO-[protected] . Unfortunately it is totally defective piece as could not be repaired by their service stations despite their repeated efforts since last five and half months .Just after two weeks of purchase device starts abnormal function i.e.battery consumes power much faster it requires frequent charging at every 25-30 minutes.on repeatedly approaching their service centre they agreed to replace battery on 01/11/2014 and finally replaced it on 15/11/2014 after two weeks device again starts showing misfunctioning power does not switch on. again device goes to service station 3-4 december, 14.they assured us that device will be sent to delhi service station for changing its block than device will be ok .again i take back set after a month on 12/01/2015..when I tried to charge the device at home, no charging it charge upto 10-15 only and on switch on it go down to 0..battery back up totaly failed.Again device was put to service centre with a request to replace it immediately. Their service centre personnels neither diagnose problems/repaire device nor they agree to replace the set, thus causing me great loss, financial and valuable time since five and half months long time.In above circumstances, please look into the matter seriously and arrange for replacement of defective set with new one.otherwise My father is 58 years old working in bank and do travelling above 100 km daily to & fro. He works for 6 days in a week and also a diabetic patient . Now how he will manage without phone If you people take 45 days repair time in every one or two months. He had taken smart phone for doing share trading . Due this problem he incurred loss due non -availablity of moblie when there is requirement. I request you to please arrange for replacement of mobile with new one immediately as within 5 months it is creating charging problem on continuous basis and also not having patience to give it to service center again and again. Please consider my request and take action immediately. Expecting positive reply soon . If they do not provide new mobile please arrange refund of price paid to them I have escalated matter to them through mail and customer care. They only replied that mobile will be repaired soon. Now you tell me how many times he will give mobile to service center and get back within 5 months of purchase.

    This is the 12 month I have bought my micromax A58 handset. And as a punishment of buying micromax I had to go to the service centre10 times for different issues related to hardware and software. Everytime they kept it 2-3 week. First time I submit the phone for repairing at SABSONIC micromax service centre which is at Teghoria, Kolkata. Next time when again some problem occurs then I go to another service centre of Micromax as my address had changed. At that time they told as I submitted it previously in another service centre they wont receive my phone. I had to go to the old service centre again. Anyway Last time I submitted my Phone on 8 february, they told me they'll inform but no responce from their side and they dont pick the phone also. When I go to service centre they told another month is required. Though micromax is the highest seller in India now I dont think in near future it'll have any existence.

          micromax a350, it is in warranty, display issue, i give it to sevice center and they told me that they will repair it in 30 days but after 45 days they told me that they will give a new one but after many days ( 70 ) they give me the old mobile, and now its touch is not working and this phone is not working properly so i need help to get a new mobile. imei no [protected], [protected] and when i gave my handsate first time there jobsheet no is N[protected] Date- 25/8/2014 and after that repairing face touchpad problem then i contact sarvice center but they told me this is software problem and they reset my handset and return to me.But problem not solve then i forse to sarvice center to create jobsheet and i gave my mobile to sarvice center there jobshhet no is N[protected] Date- 03/02/2015 My expectation is my cell is under warranty period & why shall I face the product related issue and my handset half warrant has been spend in sarvice center so i need help to replace my handset and comapny give to me a new handset.             I am having micromax canvas 2.2 A114 smart phone, I purchased it on 15- Feb-2014, it has 1 year warranty, but after some days unfortunately it made some problems. The mobile was unable to work properly. I submit that mobile to service center in vidisha (m.p.) on 02-Jan-2015 under warranty. But till now i got no response from service center. Two months have passed, i have no information about my mobile. I am attaching softcopy of my id, cashmemo of mobile & worksheet that is provided by service center at the time of submission.               I had a Micromax mobile A121.He got out of order last January. Then I submit it to care. The micromax officer said to me, we will give your mobile after one month. When I went to care after one month then they said to me you’re mobile haven’t repaired yet. Then I called to micromax care and I speak with consumer care officer and he said to me your mobile will take one month and after one month we provide to you your mobile. After one month again I went to care and they said again your mobile haven’t repaired. They had given me time for one more month. I can’t trust on them anymore. I want my mobile repaired and provide to me earlier. Because of this I had to tolerate many difficulties.

                My mobile A315 damaged in accident. I have full coverage insurance of 'Daily app'. When I went to MSC Patel Nagar they refused to admit my claim only because on the bill my name is written in initial letter of my name G C Parihar. Whereas I have ID proof that reads my name as 'Gemeshwar Chhabilal Parihar'. The Receptionist argued with heated words even she suggested me wrong method to correct that bill. Thanx to daily app cust_care receptionist, he told me write way of making affidavit. They haven't mentioned anywhere in T&C that claims will not be accepted if bill are in initial letters. The misbehave is not ended here before four days she called me to collect mobile but everyday I go there they say 'abhi banne ka he kal aana'. when I asked them why don't they tell me definite time as im lossing money & time to travel upto Patel Nagar. The receptionist and her head continues in their tune of misbehavior. I swear no Micromax product anymore. Its not about my inconvenience Its about all customers who suffered their atrocity. I am shocked that how could private firm (spl. Micromax) hires such rude, uncivilized peoples.

                      Hello After a long time today i received my mobile but it is now very bad situation, only one fault in my mobile but now it is not working at all. Existing issue ia still and so many new issues in the mobile, speaker and mike is not working, Audio jeck not working, dont know what the company do with my mobile in the last 50 days. Today i again submitted my mobile in service center. Please see if you can do anything. Me and my any friend will never buy any item of micromax in future. Tomorrow i will file my case in consumer court because i know still no chance to resolve my issue. Thank you so much micromax one of the wrost experience of my life.                           I bought a yureka YU in 5th flash sale.In my mobile I have noted a complaint the complaint was at the time of making a call the display is turned off automatically. Today I contacted your authorised service centre in dindigul(tamilnadu).they said to me we can't make a service this.I want to know where I have to give a service? If you are not rectify this means surely I going to make a complaint in consumer court.

                            My micromax canvas juice a177 phone stopped working only after 3 months of purchase. So i submitted my phone for repairing at Sun Mobiles, Dimapur which is an authorised servicing center for Micromax on 19th December 2014. However, till date my phone hasn't been repaired. If i call the people working there to enquire about the status of my phone. They stall by giving one reason or the other. It is so frustrating that companies scam people out of their hard earned money. Its been more than 2 months now. But no news at all!. Scammers! If they can't repair their own products than they should stop manufacturing one! They even gave me a complaint id.

                              Called customer helpline and had a word with Faizal he asked me to call again. Had purchased a MT 500 on 08/04/2014 and had submitted for repair on 02/02/2015 ---- old job sheet number W[protected], handset returned on 26/02/2015 but fault still remains 27/02/2014 ---- new job sheet number W[protected], resubmitted handset for repair and again they informed it will take 20-25 days for repair. imei number [protected], esn number [protected]b PROBLEM REPORTED 1) Data Communication for CDMA does not work. 2) Problem with headphone -- only one earpiece working. 3) Problem with Camera --- can't even take a simple picture, appears foggy.                               The Mobile was submitted in Mahavir electronics authorised service center for Micromax at Mulund west, near Railway station contact number 25911299, they are informing that the camera problem can not be repaired under warranty and are demanding charges for repair which is unacceptable as there is no physical damage which has occured.

                              Had sent a mail to customer service on 1st March 2015 still not received any response.

                              Even after asking no escalation matrix provided.

                              When checked with service center they informed me that they will still need 7 days which is not acceptable.

                              Such a pathetic Company no response :(

                              as per process this case is now over one month (actually 2 months) hence this should go as escalation but no one cares to respond to mails sent to their email address. Even senior management who has been marked on the email don't pay any attention.

                                  Micromax A94 IMEI: [protected] bought on 17.4.2014 was submitted at Micromax check point at Kollam, Kerala (name of checkpoint is Cosmocell). The date on which handset given for repair was 03/02/2015 and the date on which they have returned the set is 26/02/2015. When I tried for charging the battery immediately after getting the set back, it is seen that charging is only possible up to 72%. Moreover this 72% charge depletes within minutes. Further charging is not possible. This problem is surely created due to the 24 days of non-charging of the battery, which is due to the delay made from your part. Take kind actions to issue me a new battery as it was a mistake from your side. Thanking you Sabari Prasanth A.S

                                    Hi, I have Purchased a new Micromax A350 night handset ( IMEI: [protected] / [protected]) . I Hardly used for 15 days, I had charging & Battery back up issues with the phone. .I have deposited phone in service centre (M/S S K Technology, Ambernath) on 24th Dec 2014 (Job Sheet- *W[protected]*). they informed me that this phone will go to factory for repair and will take 20 Days. Once the phone came back but the issue is still not resolve after replacing mother board, my phone is still in the service centre (almost from last 2 Months).I don’t know what is quality testing department doing in micromax. when i called to cust care, i got to know about a newJob Sheet, was being created without informing me & also about TAT 30 days. After that i told him to transfer a call to his Supervisor, the ans is transfer facility is not available, to communicate with the seniors only 1 way i have to mail them. Please look in to the same, and resolve my issue on priority. Who is responsible for harassment where a user is without phone for 3 Months(as the phone was having microsim this can not be used in available handsets at home) Any reason why a legal case should not be filed in consumer forum Please refund my money as I don’t want any association with this “Worst” Brand so called “Make in INDIA”.. THIS IS REALLY VERY SHAMEFUL THAT WE HAVE SUCH BRANDS OF INDIAN ORIGIN WHO ONLY BELIEVE IN SALES AND ABSOLUTELY ZERO % IN CUSTOMER SERVICES. Regard's Abhimanyu [protected]

                                      I had purchased the Micromax A94 Mobile in Feb, 14 from Sethi Mobile Centre, Than Singh Chowk, Ludhiana. I got the problem of no display in Jan, 15 and gave the same to your Service Station at Gill Road, Ludhiana and it was given back after 2-3 days saying the same has been repaired. The same day when I got back the mobile, it again stopped working. No display. I again reached to your above service station and submitted the same with Job Card No. IMIE number [protected] & [protected] dated 20.01.15. I was told it would be repaired in 3-4 days time. After lot of follow ups & number of compalints/visits, the set came back today i.e. 26.02.15 i.e. almost 37 days. Such a poor service of Micromax. It just ran ok for about half an hour and again stopped working. Its such a poor quality of Mobile & on above of that such a poor service by Micromax, I'm really annoyed and thinking of filing a case in Consumer Forum if I don't get the set replaced in a day or two. I'm going to take this issue very seriously that Micromax does not understand the pain & annoyance of the customers and will be forced to file a case against them.                                         I am Hari. My Handset battery was burnt and this mobile was taken in the month of August 2014 and on Jan2015 mobile batter was burn. I have given my handset model A092 forservicing to Micromax Care Authorised Service Centre, Jayanagar, Bangalore - 560011 on 24/01/2015. Service agent promised that I will get my handset with in 15 days but now 1 month over I have not received any call from them and whenever I called to the numbers 41204141, 41214141 always these numbers were busy. I dont want service from you and I have not ever seen service like this any where, and I have do not have any words to say for this poor and negligent service
