    Dear Sir,

    This is Pradeep Mishra, an IT Professional from Bangalore, I have purchased Micromax Canvas
    Nitro in September 2014 from Snapdeal.com in 12990/- Rs.

    The phone's Touch screen was not working hence submitted at "Marathalli, Bangalore" service center on 28th December 2014, they took 2 month and replaced screen but they handovered Phone to me without properly fixing the device, then It was not getting charged, again I given it for servicing, they are not able to fix my issue, they are not supporting me and rarely pick my call, and always replying it is still not ready.

    Feeling nervous, frustrated, tensed and left cheated, the SERVICE
    experience was so horrible for me.

    Could you please take this up and get my Canvas repaired ASAP as I have to
    leave to USA next weekend.

    Hi,

    Still no one from Micromax care or Service Centre has assured me when my device will be ready to pick-up after fixing the issue.
    If they can't fix the product/manufacturing defect then the should give me a new handset which they are refusing.

    Please help me to resolve my problem, ASAP.

          Dear sir/madam, Almost 8 months ago I bought a micromax A106.After 4 months the lock(on/off) button didn't work well.I went to my nearest service centre at gandhi nagar, berhampur, odisha.Due to improper repair of your executive I went to that service centre THRICE.Till now I am facing the same problem.So it is humble request to repair my mobile in proper way as soon as possible.Here's the copy first complain.

            On 04/07/2014, I bought a Micromax handset Bolt A089 at barkhera Bhopal(M.P.). Unfortunately, your product has disappointed me because within a year its battery swells up and due to this uneven size it has effected screen also. And also its dial pad is not working properly. I would appreciate your action(if taken) of repair or exchange of battery.

              Sir In my mobile Micromax A77 bluetooth & wifi not working.So service centre told me that motherboard is faulty & need to be replaced, which will take minimum 30 days. When, I asked them that will I get any other headset for use during this time, they denied. So kindly let me know if customer's mobile is with service centre for more than some specific period should'nt customer get other headset for use i[censored]nder warranty period.                 I purchased a Micromax unite 2 A 106 through Flipkart. The touch screen is not at all prompt gets hanged very often. The inst. was delivered to me on 17.2.2015 and I started using it from 22.2.15. It is not even a month but the performance is not sharp.

                  I have given my phone for repair on the date 2-3-2015 but till now I didn't get my phone repaired and if I call service centre then the employee said the repair parts have not come yet . What is the service if any body is in emergency and yo are taking 2 weeks for repairing the display of the phone

                    Indian Consumer Complaints Forum Dated : 10th March, 2015 Dear Sir / Madam, I purchased a "Micromax A-26 mobile from my nearby dealer on dated 30th August, 2013 but later I found out that the set was not working properly (touch problem & 2nd slot for sim) for which I submitted my phone to a Micromax Service Centre for resolution of the error & they returned the set after few days. But even after service it was again not working properly so again I submitted to the same Micromax Centre & this time they took the phone for almost 28 days & returned. After few days again there was this same problem with the phone, so I again submitted the phone (meanwhile they didn't give any standby handset).This process continued for few more times & finally I again submitted my set on 13th August 2014 as they said they would replace my phone(they declared the phone as deffective piece) but since then its been almost 6 months & I haven't been notified by them about my handset. I wrote several mails to them but never got any satisfactory reply. In so much frustration I had to buy another phone. Now, I request you to kindly look into the matter as I demand a compensation for my money & time lost from this company.                       I purchased Micromax Canvas Magnus A-117 on 01 May 2014 from Reliance Market, Ludhiana. Till the date the handset has been repaired more than 5 times during the 10 month. This is the sixth time where I again have to visit the service centre, which is patient testing. I have tabulated all the servicing below, but one of my favorites that I would like to discuss is the incident of Chennai, my 4th repairing, highlighted below. When I went to nearest service centre and submitted my handset on 19th jan’2015, I was told that there is some problem which will be rectified at the earliest. However, even after repeated follow ups, I got call from service centre only on 07th Feb, 18 days after my submission. WHAT a “short notice” !!  I was thinking that I may get some good news, but got to hear that my hand set is getting moved to Bangalore for some extra work, that can’t be done in Chennai. Test of Patience !! On 28th Jan, I was called to collect my mobile. Must have been corrected to the best, was my thinking, which never lasted too long when I received my hand set with display problem, as white patches on the display were crystal clear, and were even noticeable to the service persons( names mentioned in below table). Clever guys were able to persuade me by saying this problem will not persist and if, will be taken best care . WHAT an Smart ACT !!! So, dear Micromax, this is the time to take the best care and I am been pampered with expectedly heavy service charges. I hope, I am writing to the correct people, if not please ignore this mail, and do a favor by suggesting more accurate address 

                        I bought a canvass tab P666 yesterday and it is a defected piece.the charger got stuck in the pin point .it is missing a pin key(an ejecting tool for sim)and when i complained d service center and retailer is now making me suffer.according to them there is no defect

                          Dear Micromax team, i have purchased Yureka and i face following problems 1. a drastic problem of dialing, when ever i call any no from my mobile the screen goes dark and then further operations are impossible except ending the call pressing the switch on/off button. the problem with the software is such a bad that i can't find any solution. 2. i can't connect it with my pc. once only the pc could have the connection, but then it fails to recognize the phone, though the drivers are properly installed. the usb connection is not working properly, which has disheartened me. 3. i tried to call on the micromax care phone no provided in phone but the answer is the no does not exists. on dialing the yu care no the phone is kept on a long hold, which cost a lot. When once i could connect to a call center person i received the answer that there will be soon a update available for your phone. after nearly 4 weeks i have yet not received any update (OTA) 3. i mailed on the given email address in the Yu yureka phone but no answer is still received. I earnestly request to do something useful for my phone. i request you to give me answer for my mail suggesting what can be done for my phone. my email id is ([protected]@gmail.com). it is my humble entreaty that you respond positively to my mail. i want to play god with YU YUREKA but how let my know in such a down situation.

                              This is Pravin Kumar having Micromax Product A114 of IMEI Number [protected], [protected].
                              I gave my mobile for repairing under warranty at Barmer Service center Sandeep Enterprises on 11-Feb-2015.
                              He gives my time of 20-25 Days to process for repairing as he forwarded the same to Delhi HQ.

                              Today he called me to collect the mobile, but as I check its accruing same problem& not working properly.

                              My question is that Micromax is a wide range brand of India & having such kind of service…….? Is not acceptable ………. !! I am very disappointed………Can’t say more than….!!!

                              This is my humble request to you kindly take an appropriate action &arrange to Repair/Replace my mobile As soon as possible.

                              Its hampering my business & creating financial loss for me. Could be trouble. L

                                I hearty very upset for the solution by your concerned team as i say you every thing about my problem but i think you cant understand my problem as i say that the handset give by service center is not only have scratched it tampered and damaged from outer body then after they replaced it body so i cant take this and today i go to service the give me same hand set and i check it not working good have same problem as in my old handset

                                  sir i have submitted my micromax canvas hd a116i on 06/02/2015 in a micromax authorized service center( avj communication shop no 20, 2nd floor hudson lane, kingsway camp near gtb metro station, new delhi 110033).they give me a job sheet with a jobsheet no is N[protected].but till date i have no received any kind of message or call from service center regarding my cell phone .many time i call in service center and they said that your case in a pending so whenever your problem will shortout we will inform you soon. but till date my phone problem is not resolved by micromax . so i requested to you please resolved my problem as soon as possible and please give my jobsheet status on my mail id ([protected]@gmail.com).

                                    Dear sir, This is to inform you of the affairs of the companies service center in Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, Aminabad. I Experienced software problems in the cell phone and took the cell phone to the service center, after examining the phone the employee told me to leave the phone for an hour and the problem would be fixed, till then both the sim slots were working.I paid Rs200/- and took thew phone. After leaving i found the sim slots were not working, i returned after a day, because of my busy schedule. But due to Holi Holidays, the employee told me to return on the 9th of march 2015, which is today, now again he asks to leave the phone for an hour and so i did. After returning he claims the phone requires a hardware change, because the antenna is broken.(It wasn't when i left the phone the first time) And he claims that the phone was opened by someone else and hence additional expenditure will be incurred, which is not true, i took the phone to the service center . i am disgusted by such behavior, after some argument i returned . I made it sure i am gonna report this theft, and customer exploitation but i believe you will help me in addressing this inconvenience .

                                      Sir/Madam j.c no.-N[protected] I sent my Micromax A250 for repair on 9/2/2015 in Chandigarh Micromax care Sec 20. 8 days ago they told me that the repaired product has been dispatched to H.no- 2341 Arya Samaj Road, Rajpura ( MY house) but i havnt received it yet. The courier service Delhivery-- Parcel no.[protected]. I called Delhivery they told me that they have sent it back to Chandigarh ( Micromax care) and the Micromax People in chandigarh say that they haven't received any parcel regarding my product and they dont even attend the calls regularly. I am really FED UP of this kind of behaviour. Please Help!!
