I purchased Micromax Canvas Magnus A-117 on 01 May 2014 from Reliance Market, Ludhiana. Till the date the handset has been repaired more than 5 times during the 10 month. This is the sixth time where I again have to visit the service centre, which is patient testing.
I have tabulated all the servicing below, but one of my favorites that I would like to discuss is the incident of Chennai, my 4th repairing, highlighted below. When I went to nearest service centre and submitted my handset on 19th jan’2015, I was told that there is some problem which will be rectified at the earliest. However, even after repeated follow ups, I got call from service centre only on 07th Feb, 18 days after my submission. WHAT a “short notice” !! I was thinking that I may get some good news, but got to hear that my hand set is getting moved to Bangalore for some extra work, that can’t be done in Chennai. Test of Patience !! On 28th Jan, I was called to collect my mobile. Must have been corrected to the best, was my thinking, which never lasted too long when I received my hand set with display problem, as white patches on the display were crystal clear, and were even noticeable to the service persons( names mentioned in below table). Clever guys were able to persuade me by saying this problem will not persist and if, will be taken best care . WHAT an Smart ACT !!!
So, dear Micromax, this is the time to take the best care and I am been pampered with expectedly heavy service charges.

Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Still no one from Micromax care or Service Centre has assured me when my device will be ready to pick-up after fixing the issue.
If they can't fix the product/manufacturing defect then the should give me a new handset which they are refusing.
Please help me to resolve my problem, ASAP.
