      Dear Team Micromax, I had a weird incidence with my Bolt gc232 which was swapped with Bolt A27 due to its non-repairable dead motherboard(as said by ServiceCenter). I just collected the swapped device(Bolt A27) today from the service center which on first look seems old and used, also I didn't receive any device-issue-receipt from the service center. If you couldn't issue me my old device(bolt gc232), why shouldn't I receive New device(bolt A27) in return along with guarantee/warranty receipt? They just handed me over the device(bolt A27) only.?         sir, i have purchased canvas A104 fire, my phone is in warranty period. for some time, i was facing some sound problem so i gave it to the above mentioned service centre of yours on 12 feb. 2015 but till now, i didnt get back that. they even dont respond of our phone calls. i visited their, they were still asking for 15 more days for waiting. they said that they wil call themselves but there is no response from their side we are actually not satisfied with micromax services. pls refer the complaint and pls rivert back on my contacts mentioned below Murari lal Aggarwal [protected] MAil : [protected]@gmail.com..

          i bought micromax canvas a120 on 8 aug 2014. i was promised 8 gb rom on the box of the product but i got a phone of only 700mb the phone memory of the phone in which i can install apps of only 700 mb..please do some thing. i got a phone of 700mb

              This is to inform you, I had purchased mobile of Micromax A76 after 6 months i had problem of screen and later i had been to Micromax service centre in the month of 29th dec jayanagar service centre MSN communication.The service centre took my mobile for servicing and asked me to wait for 2 or three days finally got a call from service centre saying that my mobile is rectified and same visited to the place and checked the mobile in same conditions, again they took my mobile asked me to wait 1 week, later i did not received call from them, and i started calling to them no response from their end, afer waiting 45 days again i visited to their service center they promise me i will get my mobile in 2/3 days time but still after waiting 15 days i received courier of different model A177 mobile that was also a defective piece no battery was unavailable in the box piece. And tried to buy the battery in whole bangalore but still was un available. NOTE: THE JAYANANAGAR MICROMAX SERVICE CENTRE HAS MADE MY LIFE PATHETHIC AND HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SEVERE ACTION ON THOSE PEOPLE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT PLS GIVE ME HOPE OF TAKING ACTION ON THIS PEOPLE. AWAITING FOR YOUR PROMPT RESPONSE AND ACTION AGAINST THEM.                   Micromax and Google had advertised that the AndroidOne platform will get the updates from Google OTA soon after the release. It has been 4 months since the Lollipop update on the Android platform was released by Google and Micromax is yet to issue the OTA update to the Canvas One phones. The advertising for this phone was deceptive and tried to cheat the users into thinking they were going to get updates soon after releases which is not the case.

                    my mobile have some problems including display problem, range problem, cant able to switch on, sound problems. i have gone to a micromax care at Aarjay infotech, palarivattom, kochi after araising this problem .they had told me that they have repaired all the problems and give me the mobile back.next day the same problems arise then also i went there they have repaired and gave back my mobile.after a few days the problems is still there and i went there for the third time by 3rd march 2015.still now they dont repaired my mobile.they have told me that it have board problem, antenna complaint and display complaint.i have bought this phone before 3 months.they also told me that there is no provision to give a phone for using at the time of repairing.for buying a phone from micromax now i am get tottally disappointed?All the parts have to be replaced then why dont they give me a new one?so please tell me a suggestion for my phone replacement?inorder to get a new one.what should i had to do?

                      Hello, I am purchased a micromax set last year and most of the time set goes to dead or hang. After that i goes to the service center they fake repair my set after some day the same problem arise which i mentioned above. i am in the critical position want to replace my phone with the new one as soon as possible. i don't want to carry this stupid set anyhow. the service center of your company is not capable to fix the my problem. Please do this before the expire of my warranty other wise i take the serious action against u and i don't want to do this i just wanted to replace my set as soon as possible. Regards, Vishal Nigam

                          Dear Sir/Madam I am Ritu Thakur.I bought your LED TV (cost 7000/-)about three monts back through snapdeal. It has sound problems and sound cracks at even lower pitch. And now sound is totally gone . I registered complain for many times but of no use. Now ur customer care lines are busy all the time. My TV has become a big headache. I am a working girl and dont have so much time to break my head just to register my complain. Is this the way for ur customers to get a service ?.I found ur system pathetic.                             Hon'ble Sir / Madam It is humbly submitted to your good self that i bought the mobile Canvas Turbo in April 2014 but due to poor quality of mobile (although cost of mobile is 16, 000) touch stopped to work in August 2014 consequently i went to micromax service center situated at Ganpati Plaza, MI Road, Jaipur, to repair the mobile and the executive told me that they will return the mobile after repairing with in 5 days but unfortunately after approx 2 months time i could got my mobile set. That it is really miserable to inform you that again the display of mobile has been stopped working properly therefore i again delivered the set at Micromax Service Centre, Ganpati Plaza Jaipur on 25 February and the executive assured me to deliver the set with n 7 days but again the assurance proved false and malafide. So it is humble appeal from my side that please resolve my grievance as soon as possible. That this type of modus - operandi which is being followed by Micromax is purely violative of interest of Consumer as well as justice of human being.                               Hi, I bought a new Micro max Knight having an IMEI number as [protected]/[protected] in the month of Nov'14, within 2 month of purchase I started facing problem with the touch service of the phone.I was unable to unlock my phone since the touch never use to allow me to do so. I submitted my phone to Malad (W) service center M/s Swastik Telecom on 30th Jan'15 and they said that the phone will be repaired and returned back within 15 days of time .It has been more than a month since I submitted my phone and haven't received any status of my phone. Micro max claim to be number 2 manufacturer of mobile phones in India, whats the use of manufacturing so many mobile phones if you'll cannot manufacture it properly and to top dat your pathetic after sales service which put us in no mans land.This was the first time I bought a phone of your company and have such a bitter experience and I am regretting my decision now. I request a proper status of my phone and return it in proper working condition ASAP.I hope for a better reply from your side and not the standard reply that I am being getting through your customer service center and not to force me to visit consumer court for inconvenience and mental torcher I have been through after purchasing phone from your company.                                 Dear Sir, In reference to subject, I've purchased the Micromax 20'' LED TV on 28.12.2014 from M/s. Swaraj Electronics, Lodha Heaven, Dombivali (E) - 421 204. It was functioning well only for one month & later the problem starts occurring. First problem was the power button (red indicator) was stopped working in spite of on / off operation. Your service executive attained the problem on 28th evening of February'15. From that day the TV was functioning well but suddenly on 06th March again the TV failed to operate. The power indicator (red colour button) continuously blink when switch on the TV. Because of this problem I missed the world cup match as well as important TV programmes.                                   I have buy my phone from amazon.in and it shipped me on 30th january 2015. after a week i got problem in USB attachment.. so i have update the software from micromax care center.. then again the earphone problem occurs in 2 days.. and suddenly the display problem occurs... then i give phone and they take 7 days to solve my complain but still there was problem in software... so i again update software from micromax care center... till now i have update 5 to 6 time my software but still there is problem in google play store and hike messanger... I am an android developer so i can't take any more this kind of things any more as it disturbs my developing work i asked to replace my phone at micromax care but they said the piece can be replaced within 7 days only after it has been buy... plz help me I have attached a screen shot, that explains what happen when i want to start the application

                                    I was facing display problem on my micromaX canvas a100 so I went to their service centre in sagar mp They submit my phone & said it will take 15 days to repair & after 15 days they asked for one more month Now its been more then three n half month since they submitted my phone still ignoring By saying take one more month.. So I wanna to complaint about their irreponsible behaviour

                                      Sir almost 2 years back we bought canvas hd few days back it showed stripes on screen which i got repaired from shop6 pear palace ghumar mandi ludhiana from your service centre but when i recieved device i saw to my surprise that wifi was not catching proper signal as earlier it was catching moreover screen touch lights got partially lit i reported it immediately but personals got offensive andi had visited them many times but all efforts went in vain now i am facing lot of troubles using it now I m not able to use it in another room which I earlier use to (I mean wifi) I had immense faith before buying but now I am regretting about my decision. I hope you will understand my problem and try to solve it as fast as possible I shall be highly indebted to you

                                        I have purchased Micromax A350 Canvas knight model last year.A few days ago, I kept my phone on charging at night and slept.When i woke up in the morning and took out the charger i noticed that the touch screen of the phone was not functioning properly. Keypad buttons are getting pressed by themselves and apps are opening and closing by themselves. So, since the product is still under warranty, i took the device to the nearest service center(Swastika Telecom-Malad West).I have been using the touchscreen cellphones from last 7-8 years, and I know very well that The touch has gone bad because of the power fluctuations.Its not that big problem honestly.Before taking it to the service center I even took some consultations from people who had also suffered with the same technical problem.Everyone I consulted told me the same thing that it has happened because of the power fluctuations and it can be solved.Since the product is still under warranty I took it to the service center where i was told that I have somehow dropped the phone and that is why its touch has been broken.Added..that "The whole touch panel etc has to be replaced and I have to pay Rs 10, 000/- for it since the phone has been physically damaged by me" I don't know from where they have come with this idea.Maybe they were completely out of clue as to what to do so they decided to blame everything on me.They took out the "proofs" over the device and started to show me that I am the one who did it.They told me that i have somehow dropped the phone and that is the reason behind it.Like I am a fool or what.My god, Even a local mobile shop owner, within seconds holding my cellphone, told me that it is an internal problem with the device that has happened because of the power fluctuations.He was laughing over the service center staff and told me that this is what you people always do. I do not know how you people are recruiting these people as your staff but they do not know anything at all.Instead of solving the issue the manager their started a fight and told me to take it to another service center as She is not going to do it.If even within warranty you people are so useless, i am wondering what you are going to do when its warranty is expired. Please help me, I have paid too much for the device and i am not going to pay even a single penny on it since its something i have not created. Its a common problem and if your service centers are unable to do anything then instead of fooling the people you better shut them down.I am sick of you people and i am done with argumentation.If you people have even a little bit of decency then help solving the issue instead of giving stupid excuses to avoid the trouble.I am eagerly waiting for your response.Lets see what you have to say.
