Hardware specs are ok but seriously this phone has issues... firstly the big one... Proximity sensor malfunctioning, this bug is present in all the YU phones, customer supports claim that it is solved after the new software update, I even had given compliant yu customer care first they are given me compaient no tt32265 and told that they are replecd mobile within 8 to 10 day but after they are refuse to repleced

    I just want to complaint against Micromax Company. On 8/9/2014, I purchased a dual SIM Micromax unite 2 A106 mobile phone model code(SERMOB0467) from the mobile store. At the beginning I was using only one SIM and the phone was working well but, when I inserted second SIM into it, then it was not showing the second SIM. After that, I visited a Micromax service center in SEC 20D Chandigarh so that they can resolve this problem.After a few days, when I got my mobile phone back from them then, I found a lot of problems like internet problem, switching off after a few minutes and others in it. The dual SIM issue was resolved, but along with that I faced a lot of problems. It is not working properly at all. Now again, I have submitted my phone to them and they are saying that they will return it backafter 20-25 days.Now, I have received my phone from them. It has been 3 days since I received my phone from the service center and again it is showing problem. It is switching off after sometime. I am totally frustrated with their product and service. If I have to submit my phone again to the service center then, when will I use it. So, kindly take a proper action against them. I have emailed them several times, at the beginning they have replied me, but now they are not responding me. Please ask them to provide me a new phone or return my money back. I have already submitted my phone to the service center two times and now I can't submit it for the third time. I hope you will take an appropriate action against them.

        i just gave my fone to replace the touch pannel when it waz in warenty nly ! guess wht they didnt pack the screen properly and now my screen is full of dust and now the service guys are like we cant do anything may cost charges ! ...i waz like wht the hell ..it waz there fault and again they are on us! u knw such a shame on this comapny service y to hire such ppl who cant do the work with accuracy ! And now i hav to use my fone with tht dusty screen rest of my life !

          My Name is Maneer Rastogi, i've a Micromax Canvas L A108 phone, i faced a Problem in its touch so i submitted it to my nearest service center M/s The Mobile Care, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi Jobsheet no. is- N[protected] on[protected] and till today i didn't get my phone back when i contact them they always say that it will take more time approx 10-15 days. My contact no. [protected]
          Complaint marked as Resolved 
          After complaining next day i received a call from micromax and he said as soon as possible u'll get your phone or otherwise company will pay you your purchasing amount of phone according to bill. and after 6 days i received a call from micromax that my phone is replaced by company and i can take it... i got my phone.. Thanks Indian consumer complaints forum for help

            सर मेने 17/02/2014 को MICROMAX A93 मोबाइल 9300 Rs. का लिया था तब से अभी तक उसमे 4-5 बार खराबी आ चुकी है जिसकी वजह से वह कई बार SERVICE SENTER पर जा चूका है अभी लास्ट बार वो मोबाइल जबसे SERVICE CENTER पर गया है तब से 3 महीने हो गए हे अभी तक मोबाइल मुझे प्राप्त नहीं हुआ हे इसीलिए में आपसे गुजारिस करता हू की मुझे अपना मोबाइल नहीं चाहिए क्यों की यदि वह दोबारा ख़राब हो गया तो में कहा से सही कराऊंगा इसीलिए में आपसे गुजारिश करता हू की मुझे मेरे मोबाइल के साथ साथ एक साल की EXTRA GUARANTEE या 10000 Rs जुर्माने के रूप में दिए जाये आपकी अति कृपा होगी सर

              I have purchased Micromax Canvas L A108 6 months back. Now it is now working fine. Some ketys are stop working. I have to switch off the mobile sometime to work on it. Also sometimes many keys work automatically, which is very shocking. Help me out.

                Respected sir/madam, i have purchased Micromax mad a94 mobile from flipkart on 5/6/2014. So after 2 months..my mobile switched off and now not even power oning. I tried charging my mobile...its not power on So i searched some solutions in google and i saw ...one person has got this type of same problem same mobile...he went to serive centre for replacing motherboard as warranty was still valid. So the service centre took more than a month and till now they dint replace itseems and also they dint repair at all. if try to call no response nly itseems. I CAN CALIM WARANNTY FOR MY MOBILE AS STILL 2 MONTHS ARE THERE. MY QUESTION IS IF I GO TO SERVCIE CENTRE AND I TELL MY PROBLEMS..SO THEY WILL JUST TAKE MY MOBILE AND BE TELLING THAT WE WILL REPLACE IT AND SO MANY MONTHS WILL PASS... SO NOW WHAT SHLD I DO??? BAD COMPANY ... I CAN GO TO PRESS AND WOULD ALSO FIGHT FOR MY PROBLEMS... BADEST WORST COMANY EVER I HAVE SEEN... PLZZ GIVE ME SUGGESTIONS AS QUICKLY..                   good afternoon sir!!! my name is deepika. i have purchased micromax knight cell on 19th oct, 2014. not even 1 year completed but i am facing touch problem with that. i have gave my cell for repair in moosarambagh care center. but those care center workers took 10 days to find problem in it. when i sent my brother to get my cell they gave irritating answer to my brother. my brother said to detect problem as soon as possible. later they called me and said that mother board problem is there in my cell so they need to send my cell to head office of micromax and said cell will be returned after working 25 days.i said ok. when i called after 25 days about my cell. they were very rude towards me saying that it may take more time. since many days i was contuniously calling them to know my cell status but they are not saying any specific dates. i am suffering also without my cell. so please kindly help me out in my problem. thank you.

                    I have given my Micromax canvas A116i for repair in miceromax service centre named M/s Aashtvinayak mobiservices, shop no 07/08/09, OPP Archies apt near kalyan station kalyan west. phone [protected] on 6th December 2014 and still i have not received my phone.Whenever i ask them they are saying phone is in micromax company at delhi so it will take time this is 4th month but then also they are saying wait for 20 days.Job sheet no is W[protected] and i have raised complaint in micromax no is [protected]. Micromax call centre also not helping me.In last month they said that micromax dont have parts of this phone so they will send you new phone but still not received it. Please help me. BR, Sunil Garje

                    Thanks for your reply.Please find attached Job sheet
                    which I got from Micromax service center. I am not asking for replacement your
                    service center guys told me that company don’t have spare parts of A116i so
                    company decided to give new phone. This job sheet policy I don’t know, I have
                    only one physical copy of job sheet which I have attached in this mail also
                    submitted bill copy to your service center only..


                    Micromax
                    service center employee told me that they will give me new phone. On last
                    Saturday i.e. on 21st March 2015 they called me and told that your phone
                    is here in center please come to receive it. I went there after that they had
                    given me some other old phone which have some other defects. Is this way you
                    provide service to your customer? your service is very third class. I want my
                    phone only or else give me new phone. I will not accept old phone because old
                    phone will later on have some other problem and then it's waste of my 11, 000/-
                    rs which i paid for my phone. Let me know when i will get my phone back.

                    4 months completed and I am still waiting for a phone now can you please tell
                    how much days you require to resolve my complaint?

                    raised complaint in micromax no is [protected]. Micromax call centre also not
                    helping me. In last month they said that micromax don’t have parts of this
                    phone so they will send you new phone but still not received it.

                    mmx[protected].


                    Can
                    you tell do you need 4 months to replace one touch pad ? how bad service your
                    providing….very cheap service…due to this incident I will not recommend
                    micromax to anyone.


                    II
                    want my phone/ new phone within 2 days otherwise I am going to file complaint
                    against micromax in CONSUMER COURT.


                    Don’t test common man patients.

                      Hi, I have purchased a Micromax A104 mobile (IMEI:[protected]) from My Phone shop (Goregaon W) on 17th Oct 2014 billed no 7044. My camera wasn't working, so I had visited D. R. Telecom (Borivali W) which is your official customer service center on 10th Feb 2015 jobsheet number W[protected]. They had kept my mobile for 20 days in the service center and then sent that to Company in first week of March. I had again visited your outlet on 16th March and got the phone, camera was working fine but there was a problem in touch screen. They told me that they will again send that phone to Company outlet and it will take 20 more days to rectify that problem. Now, you can Imagine my situation, since last 1 month I can not contact anybody because of your pathetic service. It has stressed me a lot and had created lot of problems. For these inconvenieces, I want the company to look into the matter and replaced my mobile as it is still under warranty. Let's hope you will understand the frastration of being micromax loyal consumer.

                        I purchased Micromax TV 32T2820HD81CM(32IN) Online vide Invoice no: HRDEL2/[protected]/825140 which was delivered at my residence on 13/02/2015, same day I called customer care @ [protected] and requested for the installation of the T V, I was given reference no: DEL[protected] DATED: 13/02/2015. Today it is 19/03/2015, and I am still waiting for its installation but nobody is responding, one person called me one day that he will come to install, but he never came and never called me back. As of now Instead of my dozen of complaints there is no response from their side. As the T V is lying uninstalled, has no value for me, so I want the company to take their TV back and pay me the cost I have already paid. Shiban Bhatt [protected].

                          Today I visited with my Micromax Mobile model code No.SERM0b0517 in the above ASC. They issued job sheet dt 19.3.15 and informed that to repair the mobile spare parts such as Mic is required which is not available and it may require a weeks time to rectify the problem. It is requested to intervene the matter and expedite the issue.

                              sir i am samresh from bijapur dakshin bastar chattisgarh i purchase micromax canvas gold a300 in 2 months ago ot is a good feature phone but in my handset and my bijapur is rare network area i have two more micromax phone micromax nitro and micromax bolt a58 this two set is working greate with good signal strength amd best wifi signal but in canvas a300 it was too low and sometimes it not shown any signal in phone this is not only a one problem it has touch problem when ttpe msg and in setting when i change display then i got error that unfotunetly live wallpaper picker has been stopped and launcher 3 has been stopoed it will not show usb mass storage option to copy data with phone to pc so many problem has been Presented here then i submit my useless phone a300 its imei is- [protected] [protected] if you cant repare this problem then plz refund me my money other wise i get complane in consumer forum

As i have said it seems & i have paid the advance... Know what to do.
