Dear Concerned, I have purchased a micromax phone thinking that try and see. My first experience is very bad. I have nearly 1100 contacts in my previous phone Nokia Lumia 510. After purchasing only I came to know that the contacts cannot be trnasfered from other phone to Micromax. The shop keeper agreed that he can do this . However after making payment etc. he tried for half an hour and said He cannot do the transfer. I have taken to several places nobody could o this. Why you make such devices that is not user friendly. This is a very bad and cheating to the public. I am a person never buy un branded, however, I thought I will try Micromax because of the add etc, Now I found that it is frustrationg and being cheated. K.C.Thomas [protected]

Sir/madam I had purcahse micromax cell phone on 21.06.2014 from M/s Mobile Galary at Angul. I have facing problem after one month. Its left side key was work properly, then I had given at Talcher, Angul Customer Care to repair. They repair it but I found that the display of screen not functioning it doesn't look. Again I had given for repair of display of screen. Thenafter I again facing the same problem. I again takes at Angul Customer Care but they have refused to take. My EMI Nos. As Given period of my mobile repair was 25 days and almost above 1 month time has been completed by service center now again 1 month time is given by center hence disappointed please co-operate & do it as earlier as possible. it is a matter of great surprise that nothing has been done till today inspite of number of visits to your service center m/s Aditi info com at south patel nagar and letter and its reminder sent to your office on 23rd jan .15 &16th feb .15 through speed post and your service center is demanding huge amount for repairing the handset which was given to them on 5th of jan .15 vide jobsheet no[protected]-14310017 for my handset doodle 1 micromax A111 -sermobo271, Whereas your center of paschim vihar demanding Rs 700/- and Rs 1800 demanded by shadipur service center when visited there place for repairing the set which is against the b/s ethics as the device is under warranty period because it was purchased on 25th of mar 2014 from spice hotspot punjabi bagh vide their cash memo no[protected] for Rs 10, 200/- and customer id is[protected]. futher it is also pointed out that i also received the msg on 9-01-15 on my mobile at 11:29 am that my set has been repaired and collect from the service center which proves that your company has adopted a tractics to harass the consumer and deprive them for their rights. you are now again requested to replace/repair the set in question in order to maintain your goodwill failing which i shall be forced to go to the apropriate legal forums at your risk and cost which may please be noted. thanks MAHENDER PAL -[protected], [protected] R/O mig flat punjabibagh enclave opp arihant nagar gate no 1 flat no 8 third floor, New Delhi 63

My Headphone was not working, hence i gave it to ur Official service care centre on 19.12.2014 and call back after 2 days they showed some local headphone, i asked why ur were given it to me. Then he said headphones were not available now and call back after i get it headphone. Still they are not given or replace my headphone. My job sheet no : S[protected]. Kindly do needful. I[censored]r make it possibleas eraly, i will be make to suit legally for ur company and customer service centre.

A-106 phone not function well I have bought the A-106 phone last six month back and its given worst experience for the same it was damage for panel so i have buy the panel for 800/-i have order black panel but received the white but i said let it be because after waiting for 10 days we received it then why should more wait but after changing the panel my phone is not functioning well it is restart and auto shut down then again i was visited to your service center for thrice but still am not getting solution is this your phone are resulted after spending 7k????? kindly do some quick action on this issue i need my phone to be repair ASAP

Hi Sir/Ma'am, I purchased micromax (Model A250) mobile in may 2014. Now my camera/FM and Wi-fi is not working I went to service centre. They told us that there is a problem in mother board and ask for 4500 Rs. If my mobile is under warranty then why should I pay this amount. Very poor service of MM Just for your information most of the time its mobille network gone away from very starting. For sure I will complain every where.

I have purchased Micromax A1 phone on[protected] it worked finr for 50 days than many problems started occurring, I wrote mail to company regarding same 8 days back but no reply till date. I took the phone to service center thrice & they kept it for 4 days with them but still the problems not solved. WIFI is not working even after today's repair. I want a replacement now & if not done I will move to Consumer forum as no other way left for me.

I bought the micromax mobile model no:a26 from flipkart.com. The
Warranty given for the mobile is 1yr. And there was a problem in my
Mobile that it wasn’t switched on during the 7th month after purchasing
The micromax mobile. Hence i submitted my mobile (By hand) in micromax
Authorized service center (M / s deprosys technologies, t. Nagar, chennai)
Before the warranty period dated on 12 / 11 / 2014. They promised me to ready
My android mobile without any problem with extra warranty within the
Period (20 - 25days) . Nearly 100 days were over, my mobile didn’t returned
To me as they promised before. Since, i went to the mobile service center &
Also contact by telephone many more times they didn’t gave the proper reply in
Returning of my mobile. Till i don’t have any spare mobile to use, i
Suffer major problem for communication. I request you to retrieve my
Mobile phone without any problem within a week immediately. Due to the
Negligence of providing the proper service of my mobile phone, i feel so
Hurt & disturbed heavily. I request you to take action against the
Poor micromax service center & also i seek the compensation of
Rs. 10, 000 for their negligence in providing the better mobile service.

Hello Boss, I Purchased a Phone Micromax Knight A350 in Nov.2014 from Snapdeal. It was working well initially when I used only one SIM, but when I inserted second SIM after few weeks it starts getting shutdown regularly. and when we make a call phone gets switched off even if we have battery more than 80%. I took this phone in Varanasi service centre and they make format and re install the software again but my problem still remains unsolved. Then I went to Allahabad service centre they keep my phone for more than 10 days but when I received the phone again the situation is same. I don't know what to do.. I thought this is one of your best model in smart phone but now I regret on my decision to purchase this phone. Please let me know if you can help me because it is not good for the image of company. "Dear Micromax Team,
My name is Jibindas and i want to register one of my probles to you because of buying your smartphone.i had given my MICROMAX MAGNUS A117(blue) to the nearby micromax service center because of broken display and touchpad.The shopmen told the phone will be repaired within 20 working days since it is given.I had already paid the amount for touchpad and display as they told me, there is warrenty for such part.I had given my phone on[protected] and now its been[protected].That is nearly 2 months.I am really iriitated and frustrated by this.Whenever i used to contact the service center, they used to say it will be ready next week and now many weeks have been over.And now they used to say that they havn't received the spair part for it.And it will take again many more days from today to get it repaired.Recently about 2 weeks ago i had received a message from the MICROMAX team that my phone is repaired and i can collect it from the service center.And when i went to the service center they are saying the same thing that still it is not repaired.They are really making fun of me.Kindly take necessary actions against this issue.

I was very much satisfied by the phones performance and i really appreciate micromax for such good phones and i had suggested many of my friend to use micromax handset.But sorry to say now i am really disturbed and very much ashamed for buying a MICROMAX smart phone only because of your... your poor servicing.Maybe your smartphones are good but these poor servicing are making you to be in the blacklist while comparing with other phones.Please sir this a hamble request to Look into this matter ...
