I bought the micromax mobile model no:a26 from flipkart.com. The
Warranty given for the mobile is 1yr. And there was a problem in my
Mobile that it wasn’t switched on during the 7th month after purchasing
The micromax mobile. Hence i submitted my mobile (By hand) in micromax
Authorized service center (M / s deprosys technologies, t. Nagar, chennai)
Before the warranty period dated on 12 / 11 / 2014. They promised me to ready
My android mobile without any problem with extra warranty within the
Period (20 - 25days) . Nearly 100 days were over, my mobile didn’t returned
To me as they promised before. Since, i went to the mobile service center &
Also contact by telephone many more times they didn’t gave the proper reply in
Returning of my mobile. Till i don’t have any spare mobile to use, i
Suffer major problem for communication. I request you to retrieve my
Mobile phone without any problem within a week immediately. Due to the
Negligence of providing the proper service of my mobile phone, i feel so
Hurt & disturbed heavily. I request you to take action against the
Poor micromax service center & also i seek the compensation of
Rs. 10, 000 for their negligence in providing the better mobile service.
