Hi, I have been using the Micromax Canvas HD for more than One year now.Recently, I see an issue with Wifi and Bluetooth not turning ON. When I go to settings and click on Wifi, it says "turning Wi-Fi on", but never turns On, same is the case with bloutooth also. I have tried all the possible ways to resolve the issue but no luck.Please let me the steps to resolve the issue. Thanks, venkat. [protected]

    i have micromax canvas 4, its been 2 years am using micromax canvas 4 A210, till date am not getting any update regarding android operating system, am using android 4.2.2, and android platform is on 5.0, latest micromax phone are also coming on 4.4 android platform, from my point of view now i wont buy any micromax products and will suggest any person not to buy ur products, ur all accesssories are all cheap, everything is just crap, Resolve my problem ASAP .

      Dear Sir/Mam, I have given my Micromax Smartphone A300 for service on 10/02/2015 to M/s V Care Mobitron, Ghatkopar (E), Mumbai-400077 and my job sheet no is W[protected]. Today is 24/02/2015 and I have still not received any conformation about my mobile phone and thy are still not receiving any call. I have got the call on 17/02/2015 to receive my ph from your servicecenter but when I got there half service was done and I have to return it back. Today I lodged a complaint no [protected] on your help line no and they say said that this process can take 30 days more means I have to wait for 45 days that is 15 days which are gone and 30 days more. So now I feel some kind of jerk that I relied on your company and its services and purchased the mobile. Please do the needful as I have to do all my company mail work on it and I am very disappointed with the support I got from you.

        Sir, I given my micromax A111 in pondicherry service centre for board problem 2 months before .Cell is in warranty period so they take my cell and replace new cell they say to me but so for they not issue my cell they extending the time day by day .           i tried calling customer care for the issue wid newly bought Yu phone. but m nt getting any response neither through mail nor through calls. if this matter is not sorted at this level may be I will have to go and report this to national consumer helpline. plz reply soonest. hope that you look into this matter. thank you

              Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this mail as I am fed up with the quality of service from the service center of Micromax mobile. I have purchased micromax doodle 2 phone but after using it for two months only the phone is malfunctioning. I have submitted it to the laxmi ngr division taken two months for repair & then after 10 days it again stopped working again it is submitted to your service center. I am damn sure there is a manufacturing defect in the handset hence require from your side to please issue new phone against it. The Job sheet is attached for your reference. Micromax old job sheet no-N[protected] for which the phone is kept for two months & now once again the same is repeated.                 i have given my handset A120 docket no N[protected] at 31/10/14 due to power on problem in the Nashik customer care but when i call them, they always says that your phone is under process. Sir i am facing very problem. I have spent more than 5000 rupee to ask them, please take necessary action on top priority.

                  I m Rahul choudhary from delhi.. i bought 1 mobile from your micromax showroom mobile model "micromax AE90" In that mobile gone to fault and getting hanged or heat up also.so i thought it may be a minor fault and gave to micromax service centre.after i recieved the phone it was totally dead, then again i gave my phone on 23/12/2014 to micromax service centre they verified kept at observation for 1 month.after one month when i visited to micromax service centre they said to me that u have to coordinate with you after that they give me a phone, i m totally upset about this problem the phone is in warranty period, if i have these problems in this costly purchase i have no hope to further purchase or to recommend other purchase.i gave my mobile phone on 23/12/2014 and today is 22/02/2015 please solve my problem as soon as possible...(invoice attached of job sheet)

                    I have given my mobile, Micromax Canvas Night A350, to the service center, S3 Communications, Jayanagar 3rd Block, Bangalore on 22nd January, 2015. Job Sheet no. for the same is S[protected]. I have been calling them to track the status related to my complaints, but they keep on postponing the delivery date. Recently they said that it may take more than 1 months. I request you to take necessary action so that i will get my mobile back as soon as possible.

                      Hello Sir I submitted my mobile 21/07/2014 for service. Just 2 months old mobile and got the problems and after submitted to service centre there is not received yet. I always contact to customer care they replied it is under process and gone for high priority for service and always gave me 20 working days. First of all 1800 ... toll free number is not a toll free number it is paid and i always spend 50-60/- Rs for one time call so i already spend for calling around 5000/- Rs but it is in under process yet. Very low quality of service and 3rd class mobile. i will go for consumer court now. Mobile cost = 8000/- Spend for calling 5000/- for my mobile ph so you can think how is the service.                             Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased micromax Bolt A62 after 9 months. display show lines. I give it to Micromax Service centre with bill(under Warrenty) they told me that Display is not under warrenty. I told ok I pay him 750 in cash. after few days screen show blue. I give to Micromax service Centre Paonta Sahib again. they told him that it has software problem & we will give it to back tommorow evening. I call him but they not pick the phone. after two days he give it another land line no. I call that no it is Lava Service Centre he told me this is display problem. after two days that it has another hardware problem. I cant repaired it. Kindly do the needful and provide my phone in ok condition. Thank you for your kind co-operation

                              i rajendra dixit want to say that i have given my micromax mobile handset to the service centre nagpur for repairing my jobsheet no - w[protected] but when i went to the service centre for receiving my handset they said that they did not fixed the handset and give me two days time after two days they took my jobsheet by giving reason that they would find it and gave me but after that they started telling that someone else received my handset . after complaining they only giving time of two to three days for resolving my problem every time i went to receive my handset and its already more than one month from the receving date, finally i registersd my complaint in the consumer help line.                                     Dear Sir/Madam, with due respect that i buy a micromax headset model mad A94 Dated 12/6/14 his IMEI NO is [protected].when i call to someone else he did not connected to person which i want to call. some times he is automatically switced off. i visit micromax care center ambala cantt.and tell the problem of my hedset. he suggest to me his battery is not good.he will change and issue some charges to me such as 500rs.and one problem is also in this headset he did not connect to headphones.please solve this problem. i will be very thankful to you.                                       From last two months my micromax a 63 was run very slowly and do not operates any games, it close automatically and goes to main screen. So I went to micromax care center vadodara gujarat at 2/2/2015. They update the software but problem not solved and is get another problem is that front camera not shown. So again I went to service centre on 6/2/2015 they received my mobile to solve my problem till 18/2/2015 but not solved. Then they send my mobile into the micromax company. I don't get my mobile back itll date 22/2/2015. So I want solution otherwise I going to take some legal action on that.

                                        I purchased micromax x335 on 25 Nov 2012. Recently its inner display screen and touch screen broken. I went to your authorized service centre i.e. shiv telecom old Faridabad in first week of Dec 2014.They replaced both screen and charged Rs. 800/- without any bill even asking for that. Now 0n 10th Feb 2015, Touchscreen have stopped working and once again I went to Shiv Telecom. They said that Touchscreen have got failed and it will be replaced again with charges. I told them to replaced without charges since It was replaced only two months before by them. But they refused to do so without charges. Please take necessary action in the matter.
