    I have bought a Mad A94, it was suddenly switched off and turned on, then i went to Micromax service center Ongole Andhra pradesh in the month Nov.2014 but it in not rectified yet, when I contacted service center ongole several time, they are responding in time barring manner, did not handed over my mobile set till today, the guarantee period of 4 months over in it life. Hence Micromax is showing gross negligence in after sales. Who is the responsible for laps 4 months guarantee period. my email ID is [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile no. [protected]

      now I am using micromax A106 smartphone since September 2014 good performance but now its microphone is not working the caller can't listen my voice mobile is in under warranty but in service center they told me he keep my phone for 10-12 days why so many days for this minor problem??? and how i will adjust those 10-12 days ?? i[censored] can't handle customers minor problem in few days please close the company Thank you

          I've bought micromax canvas knight...it is been just two months and the phones suddenly switched off...its not switching on...I thought the battery is exhausted ... Then I kept the mobile for charging ... But it's not working ... What to do?

            I have bought Micromax 20B22HD-A 20 inches LED through flipkart dated 01 Jun 2014 and delivered on 2nd Jun 2014 vide flipkart order number OD[protected] ( Invoice attached).While this LED is still under warranty period and suddenly stopped functioning. As I have relocated to Mumbai and then I got my complaint registered in your customer care center and got ticket with Complaint # MH[protected].I was told an engineer representative will visit me and he did and took the necessary details. The visitor Mr Rohit have been found to be very helpful and assured me replacement of motherboard. I even spoke to one Mr Abdul who was able to contacted after a lot of efforts and he promised to give me update but all efforts are in drain. Thier customer care support is pathetic which never answers calls. Pl assist in reaching out my voice to the concrened officials of Micromax Thanks Nirmal [protected]

              I have purchased a Micromax A290 mobile handset on 28th August and its started to create a charging issue in the month of October 2014. Handset was sent to your Gurgaon factory for repair by your service center with the job Sheet # N[protected] & N[protected]. After two months it has been sent back without getting repaired. Now I have resubmitted the same handset to in below mentioned service center with job sheet # N[protected]. They have updated me that it will sent to the company again and this process will take 10 to 15 days. Kindly give me the status of my mobile. If the problem is not resolved then issue me a DOA.                       This is to inform you that i purchase Micromax Mobile A120 Model IMEI/ESN NO. [protected]/[protected] two months back. My earphone stopped working. As my phone is under warranty I went to MS Prince Comm Service Centre located in lalbagh, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. and lock the complaint regarding this on 29th Jan'15. My complaint No. was N[protected]. I was told to com 7th of feb'15. When I reached there on 7th Feb'15, they gave me A106 Model earphone whose quality was very bad. I told them to give me my A120 model's earphone. they told me to again lock the complaint.So again on 7th Feb'15 I locked the complaint with complaint no. N[protected] regarding the same. After then, I called two times to customer care for the earphone, but neither they are giving me proper timeline nor giving me my Micrmax A120 earphone.

                        Dear All, Good Day! First of all micromax service centers service is worst and worst. Now about my complaint. i bought micromax canvas knight a290 and after four days battery got puffed. i went to service center and they were refusing to repair because their system was not updated with this phone as it was new model launched but and unfortunately they repaired it. After one month again got battery problem raised again in my phone. i was not able to charge it. then i went again to service center and they deposited mobile for around 2 weeks. after i received it all was working fine. but still it was not charging might they not did quality checking test. then i told them to repair it again. Now its third time within third month from its purchasing date that again battery issue raised. i cannot charge my phone. whenever i try to charge it sucking all the power. Hardly i used this phone but as this gets every time sick i need to take it service center. i cannot do this anymore. and i am mad on this phone and really frustrated. i spend more money on this to take it every time to service center. that's the reason i am complaining to consumer court. i want my money back and better they keep this phone. Really have to take strict action.

                          Dear Team, This is to inform regarding bad quality manufacturing defect in Mobile x253 in outgoing voice disturbance (some stupid humming sound) . I had purchased my Micromax x253 on 23/06/2014, it started problem in outgoing voice with in a week. when i showed it to service center (M/S. Devanshu cellcom ) they replaced mic. but after one week same problem of humming in outgoing voice call. they again replaced mic. But problem remained same. they replaced mic more than 4 times and update phone software 2 times. but humming sound problem not resolved. So, they submit my phone for a month and replaced my phone with new x253. but hight of stupidity of MICROMAX not ends here, new replaced phone also have same stupid humming sound in outgoing voice call. So, Again service center change mic two times but problem remained same. According to Devanshu Cellcom all handset of x253 has same problem and problem is unresolved. So, i asked Micromax to replace my handset x253 with another model handset. I also ask to compensate the inconvenience caused due to this stupid model. Please take an urgent action to resolve the issue on top priority as issue is already running from last two months and change phone MODEL ASAP. Kindly find the attached documents for your refernce

From that day onwards my Head Phones was working properly.But, Now it's not working perfectly and sound is coming slowly and some sound Noise is also coming.Kindly give the Suggestions towards to repair or Replacements of my Head Phones, because while purchasing this Product, it has given 1 Year of Warrenty. Even after replacement of camera at Micromax Service centre of Dhanbad, it gives the same bad quality pictures as it was before. I have other cell phones of Micromax having camera of 5MP, which gives much clear imager than this phone. I have already mailed this issue to Micromax Customer Support but has not got any reply.
