Dear Sir, I had purchased a 40 inch LED tv before 1-1/2 month. After purchasing this LED tv, there was a problem in it. For that, i had complaint to Micromax Customer Care on 15/01/2015 and they told me that within 48 hours, the complaint would be resolved. But still, no one has come to solve the problem. I am continuously calling to the engineer but he is only giving me a promise from 1 month, but not interested to come to my house. So, i have decided to lodge a complaint against the service.     My phone model no CG666 with complain of numbers not saving to phone book and voice call not supported when cdma call is made was deposited on 13/12015 with job sheet no[protected] at M/S RIXXIM SERVICE CENTRE. The phone was returned to me on 14/2/2015. First on being delivery of my phone I found my phone was used for quite a few days as it had call logs of more than One week. Secondly I found all the previous problems remaining with it even after one month of repair. This phone was repaired four times before as well for the same problem in 3 months. I want to ask is it only fooling customers by service centre personal. The reputation off micromax is being dented.

      Micromax Canvas Juice a77 (white) model was submitted to the Micromax authorised Service center at Shalimar Bagh, Delhi on 21/01/2015 vide Job sheet N[protected] due to change the motherboard of the handset. As informed by the service engineer form Shalimar Bagh, Delhi the phone is sent to company for repairing as they could not resolve the problem. But till now I have not received any information from the local service center.Further the warranty period of the phone has been expired on 16 February 2015.         to the company office and they will send me new mobile.I am very much
        surprised to see the after sales service of INDIA, S NO. 1MOBILE
        COMPANY.I am suffering from last more than one month and still I have
        not received my mobile.Please send my mobile immediately in working condition

          on 18th november, 2014.I have given my tab in bhikaji cama place micromax service center .i got my my tab without repaired and in bad condition from the service center and they have broken the screen also and internal parts are also dead of the tab . Again i submitted tab in the same service center but they are roaming me from last 4 month.so please take some action against the service center so that i can get my tab as soon as possible.my jobsheet no is NO[protected].

            I have deposit my handset to micromax care centre before 15 days. Till now they dont have any information about my handset to get back to me.I just purchase Micromax A350 before 2 months. This company is just .You should be banned.I purchased your most expensive handset 7 you people dont value your coustmor.

              i am having micromax mt500 phone was not working properly so i gave it for repair under warranty on 14 feb at micromax authorised service center(novelty enterprices) for the 3 time till the date company is not giving my phone back in the duration of 1 year warranty phone was kept by company for 3 months who will give my 3 months warranty back i have already make a complaint on akosha.com but they also not replied

                HI Team, I bought micromax canvas A210 on January 2014 and by September 2014 its power off button was not working. I have given it for service at Deprosys technologies chennai for warranty service. They told like it will take maximum 45 days to complete the service. But when I called after 45 days, service center people told like the phone is at company. The same drama went for above 90days. By January 2015 mid they have provided me a hand set and told like its a new one. But when I checked, that handset had some videos and photos of some other person, so confirms that it is not new and it belongs to some other person. Also when I tried to charge it it was not charging. And again I submitted same phone in service center and this time also they told like phone is having motherboard issue. I talked to head of micromax service center chennai and demanded for replacement of handset. But the company is not willing to provide new handset and they are compelling me to receive that second hand set. I am pasting the mail chain happened in between me and company below this mail.                   Dear Sir/Madam

                  I visited your service centre for repair of my handset(Micromax A106 Unite II). The display panel of handset is damaged and i am ready to pay the complete charges.

                  However, the executive available there told me to deposit the handset for 5-7 days as the display panel was not available with them.
                  I requested them to call me or i will call them to confirm the availability of display panel and then i wil get my handset to the centre for repair.
                  To my shock, they told me that they will only get the display panel once the handset is deposited to them.

                  I could not understand, this is the after sales service which micromax is offering to the customer. I suppose i visited an authorized service centre and not any road side shop who does not have the spares available for the latest phone, and they can only get the spares if customer deposits his/her cellphone for a week.

                  If this the kind of service is provided by micromax, then i am sure this was the last product from the company and i am sorry to say that the foreign companies like samsung etc are much better. There is no point supporting the Indian company by buying their products.

                  To whomever it is concern, i was submitted micro max max mobile model no. A106( Grey ) to customer care at M/s. Swastik Telecom malad west, after that your service executive give me commitment for 15 days but after commitment days l was again visited same branch and your executive said it is not ready, required more 7 days.

                  Today i visited to customer care, your branch service executive said we required more 15 days becuase dead mobile received from delhi service center, still i am not getting my mobile it is more than 2 months gone.

                  This is very pathetic service from micro max first job sheet no w.[protected] & told that me that job sheet has been closed how it is possible with out giving the mobile Job sheet has been closed & today again given new job sheet no w[protected] this way your service it will bad reputation for your product & for your company i am saring this mail with face book this will give bad impression to your company & again no response from your side than i will look for any other way to make your company bad reputation my number is [protected]

                  My phone Micromax A94 was overheating. I had given my phone to service center on 17th April in Mangalore and i was promised that i will get it back within 15 days. Now it's been more than 1 month still i did not get my phone back. When i call service center in Mangalore they tell, phone has been sent to Delhi so it's taking time. When i asked them to tell the status they said we don't know about it. Well, i wonder what their job is! when they can't give the required information to the customer. After that i called up customer service at Gurgaon[protected]. Again poor response from them too. Whenever i called them they always gave same reply saying "our system into upgradation we cannot give the information, sorry, call us after three hours when the system is up". Even after calling the very next day the system was still under upgradation.
                  I Mailed them more than 10 times they only give one reply"we apologies for the delay in regards to the repair of your handset.
                  We would be able to resolve the issue with your handset in a short span as it is been taken care on priority by our repair team." I have mailed them the screenshot of jobsheet too. Well, somebody should explain them the meaning of priority and short span.
                  I am fed up with their bad and pathetic service. So i did not find any other way than register a complaint against them. I have attached the screen shot of my job sheet (kindly see the date it was issued to me) and also screen shots of their response to mail.

                  I have mmx canvas colors A120 with IMEI number : [protected]. I have this phone since July 31, 2014 and facing issues since first day I bought. I ignored as its a hardware we cannot guarantee how long it can work.. Now finally Its more than 1 month the service centers are making me roam here and there and I am without phone.

                  On june 2, 2015 there was some problem with the touch which they told me will take around 7 days. They returned the phone in 12 days and instead of changing the components the changed the screen (display) does it makes sense??

                  As expected in 3-4 days the same problem occurred then I visited a different service center and they told all the touch components are damaged for the phone and phone cannot be covered under warranty. Who damaged these components?? And if they were damaged earlier why the other service centers saw that?

                  Then I visited the same center again and they told me nothing about the issue and said don''t worry we will make it working in 7 days and submitted the phone on June 23, 2015. Till today there is no response from them. No one up the phone and when I visited their office they said It will take another 12-15 days. What the hell is going on man...???

                    I am a well-wisher and brand promoter
                    for Micromax mobiles since 3 years. I have started using canvas2 than upgraded
                    to canvas4 now bought Canvas Knight.

                    My first experience with canvas 2 and
                    canvas4 was really good, I was so happy made at least 88-22 of friends to by
                    Micromax brand.


                    But my recent experience with Canvas
                    Knight was really horrible. I bought it in the month of May'2014.Since than
                    I have formatted at least 6-8 times(average every 1.5months).Below mentioned
                    are my night mare experience.


                    *early morning it started to auto switch
                    on continuously. Nor able to switch off nor able to switch on. Finally ended up
                    Formatting the mobile (lost my all data).


                    *even after using just 5 -10 mins
                    consciously for gaming the mobile will be in dead case- you can’t event hold it
                    gets so hot.


                    *And the most problematic issue is
                    the mobile signals of both the sim disappearance and until you don't reboot it
                    won’t come back.


                    *sometimes even you restart the mobile
                    the signals will be visible on mobile but if someone call, it would respond as
                    not reachable.


                    *The internet signal will show but
                    will not be able to connect the net and again reboot.


                    * even though I set the 3G service with
                    one sim it automatically shifts to other sim.


                    *every 1 - 2 hours it will show sim not
                    detected.


                    *and many more such irritating
                    experiences.


                    Thought by paying higher price I would
                    get good quality product, But I was wrong.


                    The product been given at service
                    centre with this issue they format the mobile and say the issue is
                    resolved.


                    NOW I HAD ENOUGH NON SENSE WITH THIS
                    HANDSET.I NEED A REPLACEMENT FOR THE SAME.I HAVE GIVEN THE HANDSET AT THE
                    SERVICE CENTER YESTERDAY(DOC ATTACHED FOR DETAILS).I AM SURPRISES THEY DONT
                    EVEN GIVE A STANDBY HANDSET NOR THEY ARE READY TO TELL ME THAT IN HOW MANY DAYS
                    I WOULD GET MY HANDSET.


                    WHEN ASKED FOR THE SAME THEY SAY CALL
                    THE CUSOMTER CARE DEPT FOR DETAILS.WE CANT HELP.


                    I NEED A REVERT FOR THIS EMAIL IN NEXT
                    24 HOURS AND REPLACEMENT OF MY HANDSET WITHIN 3DAYS.

                      Hello sir this S.Ramyapriya from vellore. I brought a micromax canvas knight A350 from 14th jan 2015. That store room retailer told me 2 month 2G 2gb u will get Mam nu. Then i was put Vodafone Sim. They are give me first month 1gb still February 14th 2015. I was use still February 10th my mb was over. So i was put 45rs pack 3g. Then February 14th i was not get another 2gb 2g pack. Then i was call Vodafone customers care they are told man your put pack 45rs inter middle so the net pack was not renewal. They are not informing me before that. They are told me means i am not put that 45rs pack or otherwise i am not complaint like this. So please advance them inform before. I am not satisfaction with Vodafone answers so please take action. Then This phone was superbbb thanks. :-)

                        A76 (blue) model micromax phone was submitted to the authorised Service center at Agartala on 14/01/2015 vide Job sheet E[protected] due to power boot failure. As informed by the service engineer form Agartala the phone is sent to Gurgao for repairing as they could not resolve the problem. But till now I have not received any information from the local service center.Further the warranty period of the phone is going to be expired on March 2015.                             maine 30 march 2014 ko micromax bolt a075 via homeshop 18 se buy kia thaa and after one month uske spesker mein problem ho gyi and i send it to service center of micromax kapurthala in punjab they give back it to me after 30 days and i use it but after 1 month it creates problem of charging the phone was full charged in 5 minand when i m using itthe phone was dead after 10 minutes i gave it to service center again and they give back me after one moth again it creates same problem i m totaly disappointed i wana my money back

                              i had buyied canvas knight a350 in oct and its touch crashed with in 15 days i went to service center and they took my set for 10 days and said they had changed touch and returned me but again after 2months it again crashed and same problem now again 10 days gone still no satisfied answer when will i get my phone...i am totally fed up and irritated not to buy again micromax as i buying set frm 3years and recomending but not will not ever and will go for another company...and service center in patel nagar staff is very cheap and say there is no diffrence between u who buy 20000 set and who buy 1000 rs set so why should we go for so costly phone we should buy only cheap sets only...i[censored] can do any thing in this plz... saurabh mehta [protected]

                                I have purchased Micromax canvas A1 4-5 months back and it got crashed last week i.e. not starting. When I took it to service center in Kukatpalli Hyderabad they said motherboard is crashed and they said they will not have this part and you have to leave my mobile with them for one month (around 21 working days). This is the worst service of micromax, how can I leave mobile for a month. I have to buy new mobile. I will never recommend any one to buy any micromax product due to their worst service.

                                    Since I have been a loyal customer of Micromax Company for last four years. The company has given excellent service to me for all these years. I received a Minor screen problem on January 22, 2015. It was unexpected as I am using Micromax brand since long time but this was first problem in my recently purchased handset. I went to the local branch of Micromax Company in Borivali west, Mumbai to solve it on the day it arrived. Given period of my mobile repair was 25 days it has been completed by service center now again 1 month time again is given by service cener hence, dissappointed please cooperate & do it as earlier as possible Since it was my very bad and unexpected experience. If Not having the parts of mobile please provide me another handset. Very very very bad experience. I'm sure that you will take it in your concern.The company's local branch is unnecessarily giving the umwanted reson & service of the such a single handset. This is wrong and I can sue the company in consumer court as per The Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982. I don't want to go that extent. Therefore, I'm writing this letter to tell you. I'm sending it to higher division complaint with this letter. As since me & my family members are using this company's handset & further we will be in choisy in selecting brand with this experience. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
