I purchase a micromax unit 2 before 4 months but now i am facing lot of problem call dropping and continuas error showing wile app downloading. In micromax inbuilt apps takes 80% of space only 20% space only we have on that what are all apps we can use so not satisfied in this also. Regarding above issues i give my mobile to micromax service center at my location tirupur but the service worst the complaints are as it is.Then how in future we will support to micromax. I need solution for this complaints and ask your service center to care yours customers.

      I have a micro max unit 2 mobile and it is continuously showing error of low memory . I have remove unnecessary appps also moved to External storage. It says email service stopped due to low space memory. I have brought this phone with 8 GB internal storage now the company says that for app there is only 0.89 GB space allotted. then what is the use of 8 GB internal storage ? I need minimum 4 GB for apps.

        A94 mobile get automatically switch-off after some time and there is need to again switch -On the mobile. I opened the mobile and put the battery out and again assembled the battery but the same problem. Please suggest what will be the problem and what should be done?

          i am not getting my mobile repaired since 27/12/2014. i think they are not able to repair my mobile. i am facing a lot of difficulty without mobile. i am suffering a lot of loss due to it.i want my mobile repaired or replaced along with the cost i have already incurred behind this stuff.if they are repairing or replacing it by today i also want the extended guarantee for this period.

          On 2/2/15 but till now. It is not get repaired. It is very difficult for me to not having
          phone for so long. It is warrant phone. I have taken Micromax phone, because I thought
          of better service.

            i had bought a Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 A102 via online booking service the link is provided at the end.               Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that the problem in above mentioned set was continuing and on 19th Jan, 2015 I deposited the set to the SSS Communication, Patna vide Job Sheet No. E[protected]. They declared the set dead and told me that the set would be sent to Company and it would take one month minimum to be replaced with new one or rectified. Since November, 2014 the set is with service centre with the above reason and after almost one month I could not get my set. This is great thing of this company that I spent more that Rs. 14000 for the mobile set and I am any how not using for more than thee months.I contacted the customer care executive on various dates, i.e. vide Compl. No. MMX-[protected] dated 14.01.2015 and MMX[protected] dated 16.02.2015 and they assured me that my issue would be dealt quickly.In this situation, I have no optioned but to go consumer forum for my grievance to be addressed properly. Since, my last communication vide email dtd. 15.01.2015 and customer care dtd. 14.01.2015, did nothing concrete outcome to my problem. Kindly look into the matter, please and make arrangement to provide me the mobile either replaced with New One as quickly as possible.

It is showing one message after every 2 to 3 seconds though i give ok it appears again and again. I did factory reset several time still when i switch on it blinks that message again.                     I have purchased Micromax A190 hand set Invoice No:885 Invoice Date 24th Aug 2014 for Rupees 11, 500/- from, Nambi mobiles and laptops, #139, T.H.Road, Thirumazhisai, Chennai-124, Tamilnadu. And it was having multi-problem like hanging, abnormal heating near speaker, battery low, not working during charging time, low network signal etc., and it has been sent for service through Micromax care, T.nagar. At the same night it was again got troubled. When I approached the service center for the second time, I was directed to another service center in West Mambalam. When I tried to approach the center, they didn't accepted my request due to lack of available facility. And now I am suffering without a proper mobile phone to use. This is because of your product and service center. Hence i'm I AM FORCED TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT TO GET JUSTICE. So I kindly request you to give me replacement with newest with another new window model or arrange to refund my money with in fifteen days from the date of this letter. If I go to consumer court you are also liable to pay sum of Rupees 20, 000/- and a new handset of another model as required by me towards the deformation act and compensation act

                      Sir, I had purchased a Micromax Canvas A1 mobile phone on October, 2014 for Rs.6500.00 through Amazone.in . Before that I was using Gionee mobile which often hanging, hence i opted to buy Micromax mobile. Once I received the phone, I had inserted the existing SIM(BSNL), but showed no sign of 3G data connection, even the area where full 3G signals are available. So I changed the SIM and put another SIM(IDEA). Evenafter I was showing the weak signals of 3G data. Only supporting 2G and some times it was very slow comparing to other mobile sets . When I contacted the authorised service centre of Micromax at Kollam, they after checked the set, informed that the set carrying some defects and it should be sent back. As i had purchased the item through online, they informed that they can't do anything. I was surprised, the authorised serivice centre was in such mood to reject the set once they detected some complaint. As i had no idea about how to send the mobile set back, I didn't do anything. But now the set showing so much trouble. I cannot even to browse the important sites, for which I actually purchased the set. Since then I had sent several complaint through your customer care site requesting to solve my plea, but no response. I am actually desp and cursing the time I felt to purchase the Micromax mobile through online. It is pathetic the service you offered, even file a complaint through your site. When there was a problem detected in the Gionee phone which I used early, placed a complaint through their site, the personal sales manager himself contacted me and helped to solve the problem. My phone model is - Micromax unite2 (grey) Job sheet no - W[protected] I gave my phone for repairing at Micromax repairing center ghatkoper (m/science v care mobitron) Its now 30 days passed. They are not repairing my phone neither giving it back. I am not having alternative phone to use. After mailing them I am getting same reply but no constructive answer from them.                           I have given my mobile for repairing to micromax care (M/S Mobileseva Marathalli Bangalore, receipt no S[protected]) as its in warranty periond but its now about 2 months over still they have not returned my mobile.Daily I am going to their office and they are saying it will take 1 week more time.This is very ridiculous service by micromax and I will not recommend to take micromax mobile if they continue to torture me like this.

I gave it on 14/1/2015, but still they say i have to wait for another 25 days. It has been more than a month now. No one in the service centre is able to answer when will i get my phone back.                                     I had purchased a Micromax Unite 2 A106 with 8 GB Rom in September . But ever since I started using the second SIm card, the phone gets disconnected within a minute of receiving a call, While making a call the same things happen with the message ' call ended ' . I had taken the phone to their service centre in Karkadooma in Delhi where they upgraded the software but my problem was not solved .                                       HI, Got my new doodle in Nov 14, just after 2 weeks it went dead, submitted my phone to lajpat nagar-Delhi service center. 1) they took 2 months to get the phone rectified & that is with so my hassles. 2) Finally got my phone again now 2.1) It doesn't display the caller credentials. 2.2) Whenever gets off takes 1hours to get started. 2.3) the Charger makes sounds while charging the phone. 2.4) today since morning it is off & not getting started. At customer care they kept on chanting that the phone will be replaced with new one but ultimately they gave me the rectified one. My request to you is kindy help in getting the justice in this regard.
