My Name is Ritesh Mishra . I had given my mobile Micromax A116 for repair to micromax service center. After 15 days I got a call stating that my mobile is repaired and I should come and collect it . When I went over there, theysaid it is not ready and it will take some time . Now whenever I call them they say they are wating for parts. It is almost two months and my mobile is not ready .       Hello, I bought micro max canvas gold smart ph for Rs 15300/- from Lotus Mobiles, no 18, 9th main, Jayanagar, Bangalore vide their bill no. 0001041 dtd 9/11/14. my product IMEI/ESN no: [protected]/[protected]. The product was defective and I Gave it for servicing at the Micro max service center called MSN Communication, No-164, Keshava Complex, Opp to yediyoor Bus stop, Bangalore. My service Receipt/Job sheet no: *S[protected]* dtd 20/11/14. This Servicing office informed me that the mother board is to be replaced as its defective and they took 2 weeks time to do. But its more than 45 days passed. There is no response from the company. We bought thee new phone and its damaged within 10 days and company do not take any responsibility to either replace the unit or refund the money nor give back repaired pc.         Dear Sir, Below is the mail conversation related to the problem I am facing with the mobile purchased from Micromax. The handset is having a problem and it is not yet resolved. They submit the handset &amp; then return having the same problem. The problems faced were auto reboot, applications hang, audibility problem.             micromax canvas2 plus was brought last year. it is not getting ON. I went to service centre and it was told that its mother board needs to be replaced and it will cost Rs4200. I have a complain that how come a mother board can become faulty within an year. if such complains remain there, I feel no body will buy micromax mobile. pl suggest the forward path for my mobile. i cant spend Rs4200 on such a mobile.

                  I have bought Micromax CG666 from Narang Mobiles Bahadurgarh on 29/8/2014. but then i faced some issue with my phone and i went to the service centre. then they told me to come after a week and when i came the service center got permanently closed. please guide me some solution how can i get my cell phone back.                   i had A99 micromax, there was a problem in phone motherboard, it was not charge properly. i submitted my set in april to MM Ludhiana office near new Quality kanda, new janta nagar. but after 2 months still no responce form MIcro max, its in warrenty.

                    If this is organised scam to sell faulty phones to customers and harass them through set guidelines, please confirm your actions.

                        Micromax canvas 2.2(A114) software update check says that the software is up to date this is a lie as my phone works on android 4.2.2 jelly bean and there is android 4.4 KitKat is available this is the worst company all other companies has provided software updates except micromax

                            I have given my micromax mobile A210 on 18/10/2014 it been 2 months and 5 days I have not received my mobile till now. It is the worst experience till now. I was a fan of micromax but after this instance is very disgusting. I have given the mobile to M/S S3 Communiacation in Jayanagar 3rd block. They don't receive the landline and all the time is busy. When I went there, the receiver was up. I went their office near abour 20 to 30 times but they always say it is with the main office, come on next week. But the next week never comes.                               I bought Micromax -X456 on 04/12/2013 but problems soon came to phone and the phone was sent to the nearest service centre on 12/04/2014 and I recived the phone back on 30/12/2014 but in even a worse condition from before sa now there was no display at all so i request you to look for my complain and take any convincing action as the phone was on warrenty and on warrenty card it is written that company will be responsible for not being able to repair the set

                                I A K SHOME DEPOSITED MY MOBILE SET TO MICROMAX CARE ' OPTIMAL SOLUTION, E 030457, 32/2 BARASAT ROAD.PO-NONA CHANDAN PUKUR. PIN-700122. WEST BENGAL. I RECEIVED THREE TIMES MASSAGES IN DIFFERENT DATES FROM-DM-MMXSER WHERE IT IS STATED THAT, YOUR DEVICE DEPOSITED WITH US UNDER JOBSHEET NO- E O[protected] HAS BEEN REPAIRED. PLEASE COLLECT IT FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE, REGARDS, MICROMAX SERVICE. IN THIS SITUATION WHEN I RASHED TO THAT SERVICE CENTRE ATLEAST 3 DAYS TO COLLECT MY DEVICE .I HAVE BEEN ASKED' NOT YET WE RECEIVED THE PARTS FROM OUR MAIN SERVICE CENTRE. YOU HAVE TO WAIT 3-4 DAYS MORE. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL SO THAT THE REPAIRED DEVICE HANDED OVER TO ME.AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

                                  Dear Team I have complained about this many times before also but have never received a reply from your end or ever got my query resolved. I have Micromax A310 on which most of the apps are pre-installed which is a pathetic move by you guys because most of them never work fine. I have been unable to update Truecaller and Kingsoft Office from the time I have bought this phone due to which the apps are not working satisfactorily. Also Opera Mini never works ans crashes all the time the moment i try to open it. MLive has never ever worked. It just crashes all the time. I want all these queries resolved asap as you guys are really unprofessional. You haven't addressed to my queries for so long. Hoping a quick reply for a change.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I bought Micromax Canvas Knight (A350) on date[protected] of about Rs. 20300/- (Image of the bill for the proof is attached) There was a problem in touch of the phone on date[protected], i went to micromax check point (sector 41d, chandigarh). They said it will take about 10 days, and you need to submit the phone and we will send it to Delhi.I submitted the phone, i went back after 10 days, 20 days, 30 days, 40days. But my phone was not returned to me. After 43 days i got a message that you phone is ready.i went to take my phone. The touch was ok.I came back to my home.But i found the receiver of the phone (from which we listen during the phone call) was not working properly.i went again they said you need to submit the phone for about 10 days.after 12-13 days i got a message, i went to take my phone.The receiver was ok, but the loud speaker of the phone was not working.They again submit it and said take your phone after 10 days.after 10-15 days i went back to them and the camera lens and back cover of the phone was broken (there were cracks). i could not see at that time.I got my phone back.When after 2 days i went back to them, they refused to accept that the camera lens and back cover is broken by them.I needed to pay for back cover and camera lens of about 700/- and 200/- respectively.They fixed it. But there is a problem in speaker again.This time they said you keep your phone with you. we will order your speaker, when speaker will be purchased, we ll call you and put the speaker into phone at a time.After 10-12 days i got a message that speaker is ready.i went there and they put the speaker but it did not start working, they said may be wrong speaker or wrong part is received.Again i waited for 10 days. and a new speaker was ordered by them from delhi care.i went back to service centre for the speaker, again they put the speaker in the phone but it did not work.This time in the process of opening the phone they broke the back cover again, and pretend that they did not break. I saw my phone at that time and found broken (back cover) then by repetitve saying to them they accepted that yes back cover is broken by them.and they gave me a slip to but the back cover without charges. ( image of the slip is attached for proof). For the speaker they said you need to submit your phone for about 30-35 days because they complete plate ( mother board ) will be replaced. ( Need to send Delhi).Then i said to them please arrange 1 phone for me to use within this period, how can i adjust without phone for more than a month.Then they said submit your phone next week, we ll fix your speaker and back cover.They asked a week time to arrange phone.. Now somebody told me what should i do.After buying such a costly phone, i used it less than a month in peace.and wondering here and there in care centres. from last 3 months.the care is about 20-30 kms from my place. I am a working person. how to go to care after every 10 days, and get nothing.I m fed up of all this, please help.

                                      Sir, I have submitted my micromax a77 to the micromax care civil lines Allahabad informing them about SWITCH ON/OFF problem.But as a result 1 month has gone but i didn't got my phone.Even your complains line are also too busy to query up there so in action please work on this.

                                        Respected sir. I m a soldier of BSF.. and presently posted at Distt- Koraput (odisha).. My micromax A93 mobile phone defective in touch pannel..(touch pannel not working) My nearest micromax care centre is in Jaypore (odisha)... i have deposited it in jaypore care centre on 15 Nov'2014 ... but till passing of too long time... the care centre not responding satisfactorily.. and i m facing lot of problem... Due to working in BSF ... i m unable to visit continuously on jaypore care centre... i m calling to them regurlarly.. but they not reply... kindly ... take action immediately...
