      I bought a micromax X287 mobile three months ago through online. From the very first day It gave me trouble on charging. After 1.5 months it gave me more trouble so I took it the micromax care found at Tnagar, Chennai. They told me that the PCB should be changed and it would take maximum of 25 days. I had no other choice so I gave it to them on 03/12/14. My jobsheet number is S[protected]. They also told me that they will inform me once the PCB get replaced. But till 29/12/14 I didn't got any call from them. So I called the contact numbers provided in the job sheet. But both two numbers they have given were not in use. So I went to the service centre directly on 30/12/14 and asked them about my phone. A girl there said that PCB for my phone had ordered only on12/12/14 and not yet recieved so my phone is not ready. I asked her what they did for the past 27 days. At that time a guy came there and told me that it is a normal procedure that the PCB changing will take about 45 days and it is printed on terms and condition.I read the terms and conditions on the jobsheet loudly. There was no such terms there. He had no answers about that. At that time another guy came there and told that I shouldn't ask them about my mobile till they give me a call. And he also said, " you are not our only customer. So go out". He gave me a mob number and told me that is the service centre head's no. But that number is not answering. Till now I didn't get my mobile back. I really disappointed with the service of micromax. I noticed that in that service centre they give preference to out warranty service to collect money from customer. They don't even give respect to customers. With these type of service centres micromax will lose their hard gained name. Please do the needfull to get my mobile as soon as possible and to avoid these type of lack of service in future. Thank you

          Sir, my name is Suresh Deshmukh and my cell no is [protected].I had the worst experience at your Dadar center, Maharashtra 400 028.Your staff attending customers was very rude and arrogant to them.They never listened to me what I was saying and were busy in chit chanting .They were unsupportive and unwilling to talk modestly.I had heated argument with the lady on counter no 1 and 1 while lady on counter 3 came to my help.
          We buy such equipments through mouth publicity and I will never recommend your product to anyone because of worst aftersales service.
          I am planning to send a copy of this complaint to Consumers' Grievance Cell to let them know how the customers from middle clacc community are deceived.
          Hope you will reply this letter.

            I had submitted my Micromax canvas 4 mobile in-warranty ( IMET NO-[protected], JOB SHEET NO-S[protected]) to the Micromax service centre in bangalore on 29/09/2014 (NO.164 KESHAVA COMPLEX, FF, SHOP NO.-02 27TH CROSS, OPP YEDIYUR BUS STOP, NR BAJAJ POPULAR SHOWROOM, JAYANAGAR, 6TH BLOCK - 560082), due to touch screen problem. Earlier I got the response that it will be delivered in 2-3 days, But now they are saying that the whole handsets needs to be replaced . Today its been more than 3 months, still I haven't got my mobile back, I would like to know will I get to see my phone again?. Due to poor response from the service centre, I am planning to file a complaint against Micromax in the consumer forum.

              Hi Everybody I'm Using Micromax Canvas HD (A116) handset. I have given it for service in S3 communications Jayanagar as my handset fell down in water, they have charged 5000 for the hand set and took 15 days for repair. After 15days I went to collect my mobile and it is half done as they have changed new touch screen without properly cleaning it (lots of dust particles inside screen) when I asked the same they told me to come and collect again after two days. I collected after 2 days and again the same case, but this time I realized after taking my handset to home that they changed my battery and its horrible as its giving around 6 hrs of battery without using any Internet, I went again and blasted them then they changed the battery and after 3 days I found one more problem..this time it is front cam not working...I really frustrated and went again they told cam stock was not there...and they don't bother to send customer simply back for their silly mistakes...and today they fixed the cam problem and I went home with handset and again one more shock...as they made me to wait for almost 2 hrs to replace camera...I really frustrated and I simply checked whether the cam is working or not but later I realized that they have change the battery again. I have never ever seen this kind of service in my life and I request people pls don't go to this service center and waste your valuable time. Most of the people are useless over there in that office.

                Sir, I have purchased One Micromax Mobile Handset Model No A114(B) on 6th November 2014( IME/ESN No. [protected]/[protected]. On 24th December it become damaged, The On/Off switch does not work properly. The set given the Micromax authorized service centre, M/S World Wide Associates at Malappuram, Kerala State on 26th December. Till to day I don't get the Phone .                   I have a canvas gold which i have purchased on[protected]. the phone get got in problem of getting off automatically after 10days. i have submitted the phone in service centre on[protected]. They told me that there is a battery problem n they re issued me the cell on[protected]. After getting the cell i use it for an hour and then it again gets off. I again go to service centre they said its mother board its not working and then I re-submitted the cell on[protected]. From Since they are not giving me the repaired piece. I haven't used the phone. Please work on my complaint as i am very much frustrated from this.

                    my mobile micromax canvas 4 (A-210) was not working properly and was in warranty .it had some screen and battery problem.so i hand over it on 09-10-14 to care center of micromax in my city fazilka.the care center guy told me that set will be repair nd will be given to u after 20 days he gave me the job card.after 20days when i reached to care center they told me that ur mobile is not in repair condition, so the company has decided to give u a brand new mobile.u can recieve your mobile within ten days.aftewr ten days when i contact them they again told me that wait for ten days and after ten days they do the same . now its 2-1-2015 and still they are not giving my mobile back to me...

                            I had purchased Micomax A120 Canvas 2 Colours White on 9th August 2014, and now my phone is showing problems. When I visited service center, they were telling to drop my phone for 15 days to 1 Month. Please tell me, what would I do without my phone, as I am a Student.                                   this is the second time i am contacting you, i recieved my phone on 13/1/15 but it is still not in repaired state incoming call voice is too low, and your care cenre mobile solutions at canought place a'bad431001 had changed my original display, my front camera which was working good before repair is changed with duplicate vga camera, and you had spoiled all my handset, i am highly frustated with your companies fraud service and fake parts, i told your care executive about it but they told that again we have to sent it to the company, so i didn't actually know
                                  what compand had done in 45 days repair period, i am submitting the front camera photo which you said is 5 megapixel clearity, i will wait for 3 to 4 days for your reply, i want myhandset piece to piece be changed with new in conditioned piece, and now if you don't respond, i will file a petition
                                  to consumer court of giving me duplicate mobile of rs.20500=00, i will submit your jobsheet according to which you have said that phone is repaired,

                                      R/Sir, I have purchased micromax smart phone canvas color A120 on 16.06.2014 from Beawar (Rajasthan), which got damaged. I given that phone to dealer from where i purchase the phone on 19.10.2014, as the phone is under warranty period, the dealer send this phone to micromax service station at Ajmer (Sri Sai Mobile) on 13.11.2014 (Please be noted that after 23 days). The job sheet was booked on 17.11.2014 (vide no w[protected]. They informed that the phone will get repaired with in 20 days. After expiry of period when i called than they informed that normally repairing will be done in one month period, so please call on 17.12.2014. So as per their advice, i again make a call for phone on 17.12.2014, they told me that 15 days are more required. So again i call them on 02.01.2015, now they again told that still phone not got repaired, you may please contact to our Delhi office.Sir, this what your customer service, all things are beyond imagination that for a company like that micromax, getting a phone repaired will take more than 2.5 months. These all things will deprived a common customer.Now i am requested to please interfere in this matter, otherwise things are flowing me to go in consumer forum. Regards, Ashish Bharadia
