I have purchased micromax smart phone canvas color A120 on 16.06.2014 from Beawar (Rajasthan), which got damaged. I given that phone to dealer from where i purchase the phone on 19.10.2014, as the phone is under warranty period, the dealer send this phone to micromax service station at Ajmer (Sri Sai Mobile) on 13.11.2014 (Please be noted that after 23 days). The job sheet was booked on 17.11.2014 (vide no w[protected]. They informed that the phone will get repaired with in 20 days. After expiry of period when i called than they informed that normally repairing will be done in one month period, so please call on 17.12.2014. So as per their advice, i again make a call for phone on 17.12.2014, they told me that 15 days are more required. So again i call them on 02.01.2015, now they again told that still phone not got repaired, you may please contact to our Delhi office.Sir, this what your customer service, all things are beyond imagination that for a company like that micromax, getting a phone repaired will take more than 2.5 months. These all things will deprived a common customer.Now i am requested to please interfere in this matter, otherwise things are flowing me to go in consumer forum.
