Dear sir,
My name is Supratim Biswas .My contact no is [protected].my Micromax phone Doodle A111 (IMEI-[protected], [protected]) was deposited in the month of NOV 2014 for the problem in speaker(A111), but my phone is fully OK condition. my phone is within warranty period.I deposited my phone (A111) in “M/S OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS, 195 BARASAT ROAD, NONACHANDAN PUKUR, BARRACKPORE, KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL, PIN NO-700122, MOB-[protected], TIN NO-[protected]”. Which is I think a authorized service centre of MICROMAX. My job sheet no is-E[protected].At the date of[protected] they called me and told me they repaired my phone and recieve as soon as possible .then I went to the service center to collect my phone. Then I saw that they change my total phone means that they give me my original facial but the internal mother bord means IMEI was changed .Then I did not receive it and try to convince them to give my original phone with original IMEI mother board. First they denied, and after much quarrelling they accepted to give me my original IMEI phone within 2 or 3 days .They take my job sheet and give me a normal hand made job sheet which have no job sheet no. After some days I went to the service centre and they can not give my phone at the date of 24/11/2014.Then they convince me that my phone is now not working, power dose not switch on (4101). So they send my hand set to the Delhi head office to replace my phone with a new seal pack phone with in 20 days .They send that phone with out my permission. Now my new job sheet no is E[protected]
{In between 15/11/14 to 21/11/14 a call coming from Delhi head office to ensure the services related to their speaker is good /bad. I told it is good because of at the time when the call was coming to me I was still going to the service center, the call coming to me in before time, so I cant response properly }
From the date 24/11/2014 to 31/12/2014 I went to the service centre minimum 5 to 8 times and they return me. In 31 dec 2014 M/S OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS call me to collect a new doodle A111handset.So I went to the service centre to collect that one, then I saw that they gave me a totally old phone which have much scratches in the screen open the back cover and saw that the screw seal is open also all the screws are not available in the phone, , means that front cover is old, and back cover is new and all the screws are not available in the phone. I think before giving me the handset they just then again the new mother board with a old repaired one .Then I told them I did not receive that handset which have fully scratched and with out screw and seal . Then they take the phone from my hand and went to the inner office, after few minutes a madam came with that same phone in her hand, now they change the front facial with a new one and get screwed and give in to me. I told them I want a new hone which is totally sealed, then they told me that “I CAN’T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. IF YOU INTERESTD TO TAKE IT THEN TAKE OTHERWISE WE CAN’T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU ”
So, then I am not receiving that phone and came back with my job sheet, their behavior is not so good, so I request you to take any fruitful step as soon as possible. I shall be highly thanked and waiting for your positive response.
