Dear Sir/Madam, I am Vijaykumar from hyderabad. I purchased micro max 108 large mobile on 20th Sep'14 with in two days I am facing touch problem. I reported in Secunderabad service center. They told to me part is not available. Then I gone to Ameerpet service center on 11th Sep'14, they also told same thing and they taken my mobile and ask me to wait 4 to 7 days for repairing the same. Job Sheet Date: 10/11/2014 Job Sheet No: S[protected] Now 3 months completed Still not solved and not given my mobile. I am waiting for my mobile. I am very disappointed with your service.     i submitted my phone ( micromax A089) in the micromax service centre E-84, krishna market for some charging problem and to change the screen as it was broken on 28 october 2013.Its been more than 2 months .Each time i go to the service centre, i am told that it will take 5-10 days more . Its been so long .Each time i go, i see 15-20 angry people shouting at the micromax service centre staff .But i know its not their fault .The company does not provide them with parts ..! I am so disgusted with the service that i am never going to buy any micromax product ever again and will recommend the same to anyone who will listen .My phone was 4 months old when i gave it for repair .       Hi, This is Chetan, a Physically Challenged person from small city Bhavnagar. My Micromax A94 was damanged (within warranty period) and submitted the phone to Service Center M/s Maruti Enterprise, Bhavnagar vide Job No. W[protected] It has been more than 20 days, the service center is not responding. They inform that certain parts are required from company and company is not responding. Without checking phone problem, they simple suggest to format the phone. After formatting they decide whether there is any problem or not and inform you to submit phone for 10 days. Then after every 10 days, they come out with some fancy replies... One of my relative has the same problem... I have visiting 3-4 times out of all difficulties for reaching service center and problem is not resolved. Micromax has been absolutely dumb company. The phone lines are not working... Even you wait for One hour, no one receives your call. I urge this forum to help on this issue. Regards, Chetan [protected] - Bhavnagar - Gujarat

            Dear sir, My name is Supratim Biswas .My contact no is [protected].my Micromax phone Doodle A111 (IMEI-[protected], [protected]) was deposited in the month of NOV 2014 for the problem in speaker(A111), but my phone is fully OK condition. my phone is within warranty period.I deposited my phone (A111) in “M/S OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS, 195 BARASAT ROAD, NONACHANDAN PUKUR, BARRACKPORE, KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL, PIN NO-700122, MOB-[protected], TIN NO-[protected]”. Which is I think a authorized service centre of MICROMAX. My job sheet no is-E[protected].At the date of[protected] they called me and told me they repaired my phone and recieve as soon as possible .then I went to the service center to collect my phone. Then I saw that they change my total phone means that they give me my original facial but the internal mother bord means IMEI was changed .Then I did not receive it and try to convince them to give my original phone with original IMEI mother board. First they denied, and after much quarrelling they accepted to give me my original IMEI phone within 2 or 3 days .They take my job sheet and give me a normal hand made job sheet which have no job sheet no. After some days I went to the service centre and they can not give my phone at the date of 24/11/2014.Then they convince me that my phone is now not working, power dose not switch on (4101). So they send my hand set to the Delhi head office to replace my phone with a new seal pack phone with in 20 days .They send that phone with out my permission. Now my new job sheet no is E[protected] {In between 15/11/14 to 21/11/14 a call coming from Delhi head office to ensure the services related to their speaker is good /bad. I told it is good because of at the time when the call was coming to me I was still going to the service center, the call coming to me in before time, so I cant response properly } From the date 24/11/2014 to 31/12/2014 I went to the service centre minimum 5 to 8 times and they return me. In 31 dec 2014 M/S OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS call me to collect a new doodle A111handset.So I went to the service centre to collect that one, then I saw that they gave me a totally old phone which have much scratches in the screen open the back cover and saw that the screw seal is open also all the screws are not available in the phone, , means that front cover is old, and back cover is new and all the screws are not available in the phone. I think before giving me the handset they just then again the new mother board with a old repaired one .Then I told them I did not receive that handset which have fully scratched and with out screw and seal . Then they take the phone from my hand and went to the inner office, after few minutes a madam came with that same phone in her hand, now they change the front facial with a new one and get screwed and give in to me. I told them I want a new hone which is totally sealed, then they told me that “I CAN’T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. IF YOU INTERESTD TO TAKE IT THEN TAKE OTHERWISE WE CAN’T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU ” So, then I am not receiving that phone and came back with my job sheet, their behavior is not so good, so I request you to take any fruitful step as soon as possible. I shall be highly thanked and waiting for your positive response.

              sir/mam Micromax mobile (canvas A-114) purchased on april 2014 from laxmi nagar after using 4 month this mobile creats lots of problem like suddenly switch off, hang and display is freez . i am submitted it to the sevice center 4 times and phone was repair in one month and after using it for 2 to 3 hour the same problem issue found . Every time i am submitted the mobile at sevice center the service tell me phone is repaired but actully it will note repaire they was doing only factory reset and return it to me after one month .they also told me mother board will change but actully mother board is not change they just resset my mobile sir/mam i am every time submitted to service center last 4 month now mobile will show invalid IMEI NO: . sir please solve my problem and replace my mobile and give me new mobile ...

                Respected sir I am Karanjit, First of all i would like to say that i am totally dissatisfied with company micromax and your service centre 9 (M/s Simran Enterprises) at Amritsar, Punjab, I will elaborate the whole incidence in the following lines, But first of all i would like to say that this incidence supported me to make a decision that not to buy any Micromax Mobile in Future Actually I bought the headset A064(B), After a couple of days it developed the problem of Ringer and Mike, then i visited the service centre on 14/11/2014, ( JOB CHEET NO. N[protected] and gave then headset to repair it, Then I received the message on 24/12/2014 from the company that, My set has been repaired when i want to the service centre. They told me that it would take an hour to fix it. After an hour I called then back, but they asked me headset has not been repaired. Now after a week, they still are saying the headset has not fixed up. It is 1/01/2015 when I am sending you this email. I observed that my handset's bettery is not performing in proper way, (Discharge quicky sometime after full charge time) I am using Micromax provided Mobile Handset charger rcvd along with the device at time of buying. Please help me to get out of this problem as Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 is expensive & best device in the market.thats Why I choose the same in front of other leading brand mobiles which are famous in the market, but after this kind of problem within in a year of buying not expecting from Micromax.                       1) We have purchased micromax A94 handset on 27/7/2014 from new digital mobile, Pune. 2) On 30/11/2014 the on/off key had suddenly became in-operational.(within a short span of 4 months of its purchase. . 3) We gave the instrument on 01.12.2014 to one of the authorized service centers of Micromax namely 'Infinity Solutions' located at 406 Narayan Peth, Pune - 411030. 4) On 22/12/2014, service center handed us the handset by repairing the above mentioned fault . On testing the handset we found that speaker of that handset was not working . Same fault did not exist at the time of giving the instrument to service center on 30/11/2014 i.e. at the time of giving it to service center . On the same day, Service Center repaired the handset and again 'created' another fault - damaged mike due to which audio was not transferred from that handset while call. 5) We feel that above faults have been created by the service center - Infinity Solution . 6) Why we should unnecessarily face the consequences without our fault and fault of service center? 7) Now, service center has given us job sheet stating orally that instrument has to be sent to Micromax main office at Delhi and which will take one and half month or more . 8) We are very much disappointed by the handset & service given by Micromax Company 9) It is our request to replace the above handset.We are not having handset from 01.12.2014, We are very much disturbed by the service given by the Service Center. I have submitted my mobile phone (micromax) with the problem noted as 4911 Display Touch Screen Not Working on 27th May 2015 at M/S Infinity solutions Sane Aaertments shop number 2, 406 Narayan Peth Opp Bhanuvillas talkies Pune Maharashtra 411030. 3 of the contact phone numbers on the receipt they gave me have been OUT O[censored]SE for quite some time. Only one phone number [protected] seems to be working ie the phone rings but no one picks up the phone.
                        I went to the center mentioned above half an hour ago and told them that they had told me that the phone would be repaired within a week to 10 days and today being the day 10, I would expect my phone to be delivered to me. To my astonishment, a person called Yogesh told me that the spare parts are in scarcity hence it would take another 10 days. I asked him to give me a spare phone in the interim period to whihc he refused.
                        First of all I am dissatisfied about the fact that the phone's touch screen is not working within not even 10 months after purchase and the DELAY IN IT'S REPAIR AND NO CARE ATTITUDE OF THE repair center.

                            I have micromax canvas2.2 A114 mobile. Even though the mobile is six months old, touch screen is not working now and also facing problem with the battery. I went to near by Micromax service center in velachery to give it servicing. They did not accepted to service it and asking me to come next week, they told that site is down(they told since due to some problem they willing made the site down) and it will be taken for the repair only after a week and will be given after two weeks of submission(Totally 3 weeks). Very worst service provided wasting my valuable time.

                                I am to state that I have purchased one mobile ref. above from manchanda Telecom on 4/5/2014 vide bill no 8103 book no 163 ( copy enclosed ) suddenly it was seen that the battery of the mobile discharged without use i.e if it was 100% at night then it was 40% in the morning . I went to the dealer he said to take the phone at service center at shop no 83A Ist floor, Radhey puri ext jagat puri . I went to the service center they took my phone for nessecry action and asked me come next week the phone for necessary action and asked me to come after 10days.I went after 10days the mobile was not ready next week .I went next week and collected the phone as service center said t that the defect have been rectified . Then suddenly few day it later was observed that same defect was still there . I again went to the service center on 1.11.2011 they took the mobile vide job card no NO31598.1114.13089266 dt 1.11.2011 (copy enclosed ). On their direction i made visit to the service center every week but They were stating that the part is not available request for the same is lying with the company. I also made the complain on toll free No vide complaint no [protected] dt 22/11/2014 at12:15 PM but all in vain. Afetr one month on enquiry from the service center owner Mr. Rohit Chandhary it was stated that the mobile has been sent to the company for replacement . Every weak I was making visit to the service center to collect the mobile. At last on 28.12.2014 they said mobile has been received come and collect .I went to the service center to collect the mobile but I was surprised to see that I was handed over the other old mobile which was in very bad condition whose touch was also not working. I asked them to give either my phone or any new but they said we have received this old phone from the company in replacement of your phone. I asked them to show the document showing that company has sent this mobile in replacement of my mobile. Instead of showing any documents Mr Rohit said I have this old phone if you want to take it them take I have no other phone . I told him how can I take this old mobile phone against my new phone which is lying since 1.11.2014 for the last more than two month with you from the above your good self can see that how the service center and dealer an authorities are harassing me mentally physically and financially In view of the above your good self is requested to the do needful with in one week for my mobile and compensation for the harassment caused to me in the absence of said mobile .Other wise I will the compelled to go for legal action

At last on 28.12.2014 they said mobile has been received come and collect .I went to the service center to collect the mobile but I was surprised to see that I was handed over the other old mobile which was in very bad condition whose touch was also not working. I asked them to give either my phone or any new but they said we have received this old phone from the company in replacement of your phone. I asked them to show the document showing that company has sent this mobile in replacement of my mobile. Instead of showing any documents Mr Rohit said I have this old phone if you want to take it them take I have no other phone . I told him how can I take this old mobile phone against my new phone which is lying since 1.11.2014 for the last more than two month with you from the above your good self can see that how the service center and dealer an authorities are harassing me mentally physically and financially
                                In view of the above your good self is requested to the do needful with in one week for my mobile and compensation for the harassment caused to me in the absence of said mobile .Other wise I will the compelled to go for legal action.

                                I am to state that I have purchased one mobile ref. above from manchanda Telecom on 4/5/2014 vide bill no 8103 book no 163 ( copy enclosed ) suddenly it was seen that the battery of the mobile discharged without use i.e if it was 100% at night then it was 40% in the morning . I went to the dealer he said to take the phone at service center at shop no 83A Ist floor, Radhey puri ext jagat puri . I went to the service center they took my phone for nessecry action and asked me come next week the phone for necessary action and asked me to come after 10days.I went after 10days the mobile was not ready next week .I went next week and collected the phone as service center said t that the defect have been rectified . Then suddenly few day it later was observed that same defect was still there . I again went to the service center on 1.11.2011 they took the mobile vide job card no NO31598.1114.13089266 dt 1.11.2011 (copy enclosed ). On their direction i made visit to the service center every week but They were stating that the part is not available request for the same is lying with the company. I also made the complain on toll free No vide complaint no [protected] dt 22/11/2014 at12:15 PM but all in vain. Afetr one month on enquiry from the service center owner Mr. Rohit Chandhary it was stated that the mobile has been sent to the company for replacement . Every weak I was making visit to the service center to collect the mobile.                                   I have purchased Bolt A 62 on 28.08.13 and it had one year warranty . But within year phone got issues with touchpad and charging. Charger used to get connected on mobile. Still phone showing no charging. We gave thrice to borivali service center for repair. But the issue was not resolved. The phone used to just operate in borivali center and after we reach home from service center. The phone never used to get started. I want reimbursement from the company.

                                    To competent authorities, You are hereby informed that I’m Dr. Alok Singh the customer of Micromax from raebareli. I have bought a brand new phone i.e. a110q canvas 2 plus in January 2014 but it had charging problem. So I gave it to your Micromax service checkpoint in raebareli (Diti enterprises Raebareli) with job sheet no. N[protected]. They took about 2 months to rectify and repair it. I got the phone on 9th September 2014 but the same problem occurred on 10th September, 2014 so once again I gave it to the Micromax checkpoint Raebareli with same job sheet no. N[protected]. They took about 3 or more months to repair and rectify the problem and yesterday i.e. 23rd November 2014 I got it from Micromax checkpoint raebareli. But it was damaged and looked very old and when I asked from the Caretaker of micromax checkpoint raebareli (Sonali) she told me that it is yours and when I have checked m_imei and S-imei number. It was totally different from my own Micromax phone imei number. It is case of cheating. • Phone given by Sonali (Micromax checkpoint) t – (M _imei- [protected] & S_ imei-[protected]) • My phone’s- (M_ imei no. [protected] & S_imei- [protected]) On 24th of December, 2014, Caretaker of Micromax Checkpoint Raebareli has mentioned that on December 29th, 2014 I will get my own mobile. Today I have called her on [protected] and [protected] but she has not picked up the phones. This kind of act will never be accepted and It is unethical. It gives a very bad impression towards your company and your service and it shows that Caretaker of M/S DITI ENTERPRISES and Micromax, both are not authentic. Basically the Micromax Check point, Raebareli is only meant for cheating the customers. I would like to mention if your company is not able to give my own mobile so please give me the fresh piece.                                         my micromax a177 has a broken charging connector. I take it to a micromax service center. They says that the whole motherboard will change as the charging connector is broken and make a charge of rs. 2650. My phone is in warranty but micromax service center charges me rs.2650.
