i purchase micromax a120. after 28 day fault occur. when i opn lock and whtever i opn in menu its still on disply even menu close or lock the ph but menu app display on screen. whtever i opn its continues display. and also rear camera not work proper. also in display red colour disapper. black replace by red. i give phone to customer care on 10-12-14. they told me to give 10-15 day to day is 20day complete still no solution. bed in company service or bed in customer service. what should i do?? i see that every 10 phone out of 100 is faulty phone after 2 or 3 mnth must be goes to customer care very bed on product every phone has fault

    Micromax A121 the worst mobile and the worst service center i have ever seen. The phone automatically restarts even while the on the desk. The phone automatically restarts even while the call is on. The phone automatically restarts even when the WiFi is turned on. The phone automatically restarts even when the Bluetooth is turned on .I have faced the situation thrice in 3 months. 1st Time when i wen to service center the just updated the OS and told us that the phone is repaired but the problem persist. 2nd time when i went to service center they took my phone for repair and told me that we will have to send it to Banglore for further processing.and the phone will come back after 25 days.after 25 days when my phone came back, the same problem was still there. 2nd time i went to the same service center they told again the same thing so in 2 months of gap 50 days my mobile was in service center.Now after 25 days my phone came back and the same problem persist.I just want the refund of my cell phone and dont want any product or service from you people the worst service center and the worst mobile company have ever seen.

      Recently one week ago I have bought Canvas Turbo A250 through eBay. Yesterday some kind of fault arise in the touch screen and automatically went dark and the mobile became very hot. Some how I shutdown it and take it to near by authorise service centre. They informed me that the touch screen is completely burnt out and need to replace after checking. I contact eBay, they advice me to collect DOA and send it personallyi.e. own expense to the seller for replacement. Now the question is, most of the people have bad experience with Micromax; is it true?

        I purchased Micro max Canvas 2.2 on[protected], After six month mobile phone started hanging, Not getting charged etc. I took the mobile to the shop from where purchased, they directed me to go to Service Centre. I went to service centre and gave the phone for repairing. After one week i.e. on[protected] they gave me back at 2.43PM, but again after 4 hours the mobile stopped working/ functioning. This time Touch screen of the phone is not working Since, it is under warranty, I request you to replace immediately

          sir i bought a canvas colors phone from micromax...within 1 month its rear camera stopped working within the warranty period..i handed over the phone to the nerarest service centre on 31 october 2014..now it have been 2 months till now but i havent got back my phone yet..the company replies that parts are not available ...please do something in this regard...my jobsheet no is N[protected]..MY PHONE NO IS [protected].

            Sir\mam i have bought canvas knight last month n approx after 3 weeks it fell down n its screen was broken so i gave it to the service center for its repair at that time its back camera was ok, working properly with full clearity but after its repair when i received the phone from service center, its camera was changed by them as its clearity was less than a 2MP camera although canvas Knight is having 16MP back camera so i went again to the service center n they told "no problem" n registered a camplaint bearing camplaint no. 1214_14081257 n will change the camera approx after 8 days whenever its available to them but now when i called they repeated the same thing, so may i know when my phone camera will be replaced, as it was the only reason i bought canvas knight.

                ON 25.12.2014 I ORDERED THE MICROMAX CANVAS A120 FLIP COVER, IT WAS DELIVERED ON 27.12.2014 MORNING. I CHECKED THE PRODUCT WITH MY SMART PHONE BUT IT IS NOT MATCHING AND THE PRODUCT DETIALS ON THE BOX IT WAS MICROMAX CANVAS A210. SO KINDLY REPLACE THE SAME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                  Dear Sir/ Madam, The above mobile was purchased in the month of September'14 in Goa, from the time I used it had a touch problem & couldn't understand. this worked with me for one & a half month. November 1st week I had given to the shop cell world in margoa goa for repair. the cell was almost kept for two weeks and returned to me as repaired, at the time of collection, when checked the problem was not resolved so returned back to M/s.Unique services again for repairs. they kept with them for one more week and returned it with the problem not solved. Accordingly this I gave it personally to M/s.Unique Services in magoa Goa..[protected] on 16/12/2014, details of the same are mentioned below.. JOB Sheet Num :*W[protected]* Dt: 16/12/14. The service centre told me that some board will be changed & since there was some despatch problems from your end I would get it within 10-15 days. I am sure you wouldn't like your customer to be dis-satisfied and will do something. Unfortunately, MY CELL is out of my hands from last 2 Months now & they have no proper answer for the same Request you kindly look into this matter and would look forward to a replacement of a new set A66 Bolt.                     Dear sir, I gave my phone for repair under warranty in the laxmi nagar service center near v3s mall. They said it would take around 10 days. I left my phone on 15/12/2014. As i am having a short stay in delhi, i am leaving on 4th january. But the service center is delaying the delivery of my phone saying it would tae much more time. As i thought my phone would be repaired during my stay here but it is not likely now. But they are not returning my phone even unrepaired because after leaving from here it would be difficult for me to get back here and receive my phone as i live in patna. So, despite many requests to return my phone unrepaired they are not ready to return by time. My job sheet no. is N[protected]. It has already been more than 15 days. The service center has been very unhelpful. Please help me on this.

                      Hi, Its been over TWO MONTHS i have not received my phone & ever time Service center is saying that the phone is with company and After 2 months I received the OLD replaced phone from your center. you will be shocked to know that the phone already had some BLUE FILM in it and they are saying that this is the new phone they are giving me. I am not sure what would have the reaction of a female if the phone have given to her. Also I am more then sure this is not new phone as it already giving me some kind of charging problem. How could company can provide me a phone (A121) that is old and have Charging problem. After waiting for 60 days company is giving me a defected phone which is not working. I have returned the A121 phone back to the service center, I will only take new seal pack phone not any old phone. Request you to please help me as it been over 2 months now

N[protected] at M/S Expert Communication solution, Rewari, Haryana, which is not solved upto dated 17.11.2014 and care employee suggest me to close this job sheet and new Job sheet given to me. New Job sheet no. N[protected] dated 17.11.2014 BY NAME OF anup kumar for replacement of set but till dated 09.12.2014 not any reposnse given by care and they respond, this is company fault, we can't do any thing. When company provide us I will inform you. This is very poor response by your care. I am a consumer who suffer from 04.10.2014, and compnay and care has not any responsibility for it. I also done complain on toll free no. [protected], dated 17.10.2014 vide complain no. [protected] and also dated 21.11.2014 complain no. [protected], both the complain not resolve till date. This is very poor service by Micromax. I request that solve my problem asap which is replacement of complete set along with battery.

                            Hi, We got Micromax A290 on[protected]. It has been working very good. All of a sudden, the device does not get charged. I tried with the charger and also the USB charging using laptop. It does not work. I am saddened to see that other users of this device are also facing the same issue. I would want this fixed as soon as possible. Invoice #: [protected] Store #:1128 Store name: The Mobile Store, Anna Nagar, Chennai. I got this device to my Dad to prove against the speculations of my relatives that Micromax is not a quality phone. I would like to get this resolved at the earliest. The more time this device is down, the more we all would lose credibility over Micromax.

                              It was almost 1 and half months when i complained about the non functioning of my A76 and submitted it to the service centre Dhanbad. The complain no. is[protected] of my phone, it was submitted to the service centre on 15/11/2014 but till now no action has been taken. Every day the service centre says that the part is not available with the company. This type of ignorance will hamper the company reputation and the customer will not buy the products of Micromax.                                     I had heard about the poor service by micromax service center, but still i bought the phone as its indian company. but my experience was very bad. The service center in pune pimpri kharal wadi is so unmanaged and guys handling just making full to the customers. here is senario - i boutght micormax phone it got keypad issue. hence i contacted service center. they kept my phone and battery. asked me to contact after 4 days. didnt received reply even after 7 day..not even after 2 weeks. then i contacted service center asked for mobile the guy told me that phone is not yet repaired. and it is sent to the company ...he was making me full. it was minor problem. after later 2 weeks again. i contacted back to service center, he gave me phone and said its repaired and didnt provided me battery. he said battery was not with phone..i asked him to check the job sheet then he gave me fake job sheet edited one. then i insisted for original signed by me...he took half an hour to find it intentionally and give it to me and battery was mentioned there in the sheet. after this whole drama...he gave me battery of anohter customer which is 1100 mAh mine was 1800 mAh . Now he is not ready to give me my orignal back... this is pathetic.. i want to but would not suggest to micromax for poor service.. its total ..loss of money... I would give rating would be (Minus)-4 out of ten..

                                      Job sheet no. N[protected] have not been repaired by the engineer deposited to Kotla Mubarakpur Service center and not getting any response from them. When can i get it done. They told me when it will be done they will inform me, but they are unable to tell me the exact problem in my phone and how much time it will take to be repaired. I will not suggest any one to purchase A96 Micromax because of its hanging & service. Regards Subhendu Mandal

                                        Sir I am using canvas a121 so far i don't find any problem except the low storage space please fix this issue through any software update you are making great new phones but please don't forget about the older one which also gave good name to your company
