I submitted my phone Micromax A 250 on date 14/11/14 job sheet no ( 5309). My phone was not getting on so i submitted at service centre in gurgaon for warrenty claim. After submission executive gave me time frame of 15 to 20 days to get it done, after 20 days i contacted the service centre again they told me it will take 2 to 3 days more as it has to be replaced and i will get the new phone. Again when i contacted them there was no satisfactory answer. I am really disappointed from this kind of service. Please do something needfull. Awaiting your reply. Jitendra gupta [protected]

    I have Micromax Elanza A121 which I had bought in July from flipkart, it started problem in charging from September, when showed they detected charger problem at first replaced the charger, still problem persisted then I was told port got damaged & I had to submit it for 15 days in jadavpur Service center on 15th October, tried to contact over phone & visiting by person I did not get the phone in my hand till date almost 2.5 months, what kind of service is this? My complaint no is E[protected] and IMEI is [protected].I want new phone now or full refund or I have to take some severe actions.Contact me at [protected]/[protected]

      sir my micromax a67 was causing sm problems in its software like while switching it on it used to in long vibration n never switch on secondly network were not catching... i submited my phone to service center on 19 of nov n now its almost gonna be 2 months m not getting it back ...though i received the msg that i can collect my phone from centre bt still they have not given me... i got the msg on 22 of dec ... i could not wait much as i have to leave this place n will be shifting to lucknow so i request u to file my problem n i want a replacement of my mobile set as it is under warranty nd in correct situation .. i can take this any more

I am purchase a200 phone on Jun 2014, fist month the phone ok .But starting scone month the phone internal & external memory automatically add and remove I am tell to customer care and serviced there time, forth time sent to head office on 15/11/2014. Still no reply.Tamil nadu tirupur customer care serves center Orbit telesystem in very poor for customer service. job sheet no *s[protected]*. I am not satisfied for choose micro max. The phone under service fist time 5 days, scone time 15 days, there'd time 1 week. Fourth time 40 days still no reply . the phone flashing 5 times.

          My Micromax Mobile is under warranty and taken back by micromax comapany for repair under warranty proceducer. They said me that the mobile will be back within 2 weeks but it gone almost two months and still I did not get my mobile back and also not getting any favorable response from them. Service center M/S Krishna enterprise Siliguri (WB).My job sheet no E[protected]. date 10 Dec 2014.Handset A94.(MAD) Phone no of of M/S Krshna enterprises is[protected] Sir they give two phone no +[protected], +[protected] and said call at those phone nos. Those phone are not pick by nobody and also told me that my handset parts not deliver from company. Last time they repair handset in 35 days what a rubbish thing they do i don't know. In 8 month of service you will take 60 days for repair. tell me This your company policy. Ok i know any electronics item got faulty but for during repair company should must give another handset for 60 days. In these days if any body can leave without phone for 60 days is it possible. |

                Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased Micro max A092 on 17th October from a shop in Ernakulam, Kerala. After 2 weeks there is a problem occurred that I can't charge my mobile using the specified charger provided for it. On 13th November I sent my mobile to the servicing centre in Ernakulam, Kerala.They told me that change the hardware of my mobile and it will take 1 month time. My job sheet Number is s[protected]. After 1 month I contacted the service centre they told me to my service status is 'pending' .I want my phone as soon as possible.so please take necessary action for that.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Micromax A94 canvas mad bearing no [protected] in LOT mobiles pvt ltd on 29/09/2014 bearing invoice no SI/GNT1/9555 with FLIP POUCH and Insurance for Rs. 6, 750/- after one week it was getting problem that swith offing at any time don't know when it was happening? after I removed and insert the Battery then it will start. I met Vasavi service centre in guntur they repaired it. I gone Secunderabad on 26/12/14 but from 28/12/14 it was facing same problem don't know when it was going to switch offing mode, every time i have to open battery and inserting to on the mobile. so I won't continue with this mobile plz replace new mobile in this place. thanks & regards Koteswara Rao Guntur

                    i purchased my phone on 25.01.2014 and so far i had to sent my phone to the service center 3 times. first time they took around 20 days to fix the problem. second time they took around 2 months and then replaced my phone. this time i sent my phone again on 05/11/2014 and till now i didnt get back my phone. the warranty service is for one year and my phone was at the service center for around 5 months. the local service center seldom picks up the phone and when they do they tell me to wait for another 2 weeks. first of all they should extend my warranty another 5 months and gave me back my phone asap. i am attaching the cash memo and the jobsheet they gave me with this complaint.

                      Dear Sir / Madam I was having problem for Hanging issue in MicroMax A114 mobile phone (JOB SHEET NO: 13110638 AJAY SINGH) and I deposited my phone at your authorized service Centre (PRINCE COMMUNICATION, Ahlu Wali bulding, Lalbagh, Lucknow 226001) on 3rd Nov 14. I was communicated that the phone was sent to MicroMax head office for further repairs and it will approximately take maximum 30 to 40 days. Now it’s been passed almost 2 months of my phone still under repairing and no update as of now when it will be deliver. I tried 2-3 times the given customer care number but it keeps in long hold and calls dropped every time. Now I really gave up my patience. This is really very bad experience for me having MicroMax phone. I ever never ask anyone to buy the MicroMax phone. How MicroMax will justify…..2 months warranty??? Customer Satisfaction???

                      Now It’s been passing 68 Days for my Micromax A114 Mobile phone which is still
                      under repairing with Micromax Head office Mumbai.
                      It was conveyed to me yesterday when I’m tracking the status of phone with
                      local service partner (PRINCE COMMUNICATION, Ahlu

                      From the reception desk of Prince communication, they are still
                      saying that my phone
                      is in HO and pending to receive and once phone is received they let me know. When
                      I asked to prince communication if my phone is beyond repair or take this much
                      of time you should give me the replacement of phone or give standby then the
                      answer is “this is not the shop where will give you standby or replacement”….see
                      this is the way of dealing with customer who suffered with very very poor
                      services and response of Micromax.


                      Inspite of repeated communication on mails and two times had a
                      communication with Micromax customer support they only ask for the patience and
                      committed to resolve the issue on priority basis. …. My question is this is the
                      priority given by Micromax to customers??? How much the time frame decided for the repairs
                      of small electronic items?? In my case more than 2 months passed away and still
                      more to come…..


                      This is now ridiculous services which mentally harassed me which
                      forced me to go in consumer forum.

                          I have bought the micromax colours mobile phone in May 2014month but I came to know that it isdefected piece after 15 days only when it caused lot of problems sometime its camerawas not working or sometimes other functions were not working. It was insured for any kind of issues. So I gave it toMicromax’s service centre but till now I have not received my phone back fromthem even after so many reminders to them. They closed their service centrefrom Neta ji Subash place and now they are not entertaining their clients. Now it is three months when we are not having our phone fromthem. Please help on this..                             Dear Sir, Myself Sweta Kumari, purchased one new handset micromax mobile on 28.06.2014 bearing IMEI No. [protected]/[protected], Item No. X279i. After two month due to some fault I have given it for repair o your auhorised service centre, M/s Nirmala Enterprises, Dhanbad (Jharkhand), Proprietor Sri Niraj Kumar Sinha. On 07.10.2014 I got my complain registered and on 13.11.2014 I received a message confirming the repair of my mobile vide job sheet No.E[protected] dtd. 12.11.2014. When I approached the service centre to get back my repaired mobile, they were returning me the unrepaired mobile stating that the mobile can't be repaired. It is disheartening to inform you that considering one of he reputed brand in the mobile sector, I had purchased the Micromax mobile and expected the prompt service under warranty period but after purchase of Micromax mobile I have not only suffered for last 4 months but also not yet received my repaire mobile which is under warranty.                               Dear Sir i m sick and tired of facing new new problems every now and then, it has not been even six months for my MICROMAX TURBO and i m facing drastic problem like 1. No output from device. 2. automatic sim card failed and detection (very major issue) 2. Frequently hangs 4. No music played when connected handsfree. i don't understand what kind of device you people are trying to make. i was always in support of your company and your devices but it seems you people are just no difference then pain. I had been so many times at service center but thats totally annoying too. It seems i should shift my house to your service center, because i need that twice a week.                                   I had submitted unite 2 on 15 Nov 2014 . Still the problem has not been resolved . On calling to customer care number they keep on hold for more than 10 mins and not attend the call also they do not reply to emails properly( delayed) .I will never suggest any micromax phones to anyone due to worst customer service .

                                        Sir i had give my mobile model no A120 in M/S LN'S MOBILE CARE, IN FRONT OF JYOTI VIDEO, RAJANAHAR CHOWK, MAIN ROAD, jeypore- 764001 ORISSA for servicing on 10/11/2014. But after one month they are told mobile not ok after mobile ok will give and again after two month they are told same thing. So i request you to please check and feedback me. Thank you sir
