We purchased a Micromax A102 Canvas mobile phone in July 2014. In October 2014 it was having charging and wi-Fi issues. We sent it for repair. Even after more than one month mobile is not yet repaired. This forced us to by new mobile. Job sheet no. is N90387C, 1114, 13500378. How Micromax proposes to compensate us?

    Hi Why micromax is installing apps with out my approval? I see many apps including app center, saavn, snapdeal and many more installed on my canvas elanga A121 model. They keep reoccurring even though i un-install them. these apps occupy more memory.

        New purchased phone android one . not working M!live . Comment is coming version is outdated. need to Upgrade to latest. I have searched on net but not found any clue for the same. Its very frustrating. new phone but can not use any media. 1st time moved from samsung to micromax but very bad experiance. no service station or call centres are answering. all no are fake. Not getting dial calls also. sent mails to various micromax Ids but not received a single reply.

          Hello, I had bought A46 model on 10 Aug 2014 from Real Mobile Store @ Pune. Within 4 months I am facing issue with the related to screen lock button|(whenever I lock the screen it will not open again longer time and if open not lock again immediately). So I had visited micromax serive center last week dated 20th Dec 2014 I had visited below service centre and they answer me that the button was not working fine and it need to be replace, which will take 20 days for the replacement of this part due to shortage in material and this material came from Delhi office only. Service center name: KAVYA ENTERPRISES Shop no. 51, Patil plaza, mitra mandal chowk, swargate Pune 411009 Tel: [protected] Since that day I am trying to call cust care no.[protected] which is giving engage tone between 10.00 AM - 6.00 PM not only cust care number but the above mention service center number is not in service. Do I expect good service from micromax within warranty period and is it make sense to keep my mobile in service center for 20 days for single part.             Ref. No. Job Card / Sheet No.[protected], My Complaint No. with MicroMax for not receiving the set till date - MMX[protected] On 15 May 2014, I had given my TAB to the authorized Micromax service center as said above, to fix the problem of battery getting discharged and blue tooth doesn't work. To fix this the local dealer took one month time but the TAB was handed over to me saying new battery was put by MicroMax and software up-gradation was done to take care of Blue tooth issues. I could see only Blue tooth issue got resolved and the first problem of battery discharging turned to new problem that now it's " NOT Charging". This set was again given back to them post proper discussion with the Unique proprietor Mr. Sharab - [protected]. Again after three weeks I've been called to say that the TAB is repaired by MicroMax with the reason that the new battery is put. While checking this set at Service station, I found it's same problem that it's not charging and handed over TAB to Service station. Later there were no calls from UNIQUE, for atleast two weeks. When I called the center, I understand from the reception that the TAB is still in the center and waiting for MicroMax decision. After a weeks time when I called Service center, I understand the TAB has been sent to MicroMax service center and then they asked me to follow with Micromax. For which I called on 9/9/2014. One lady on the call assured me the TAB will be delivered to me in next fifteen days. Few days back I got a call from Sharab - Unique Services asking for some no. (sr. No. ??) as it's not legible on the sticker and said me that the TAB is sent back by Micromax without repairing. Simultaneously on the same day I got multiple SMS from Micromax saying that the TAB is repaired and to collect from Service centre. Bit confused rather frustrated to understand such services. Till date the TAB is hanging between service station and Micromax and no one is giving clarity and returning the equipment. I had many discussions with Micromax no. [protected] (helpline) but everytime I meet new persons and no one is responding. I have send lot many mails but no reply. This particular TAB was given during Warranty period. Kindly Help. I've sent lot of communications to micromax they are not reverting. On continuous follow up with micromax, after six months they had offered repaired Mobile set in place of my TAB which I've not agreed for. For last eight months I'm not using my Tab. Equipment is used roughly at service station, I'm not sure that the tablet is working as it was working earlier ( All features are working or not). Problem with the set was only battery was not giving enough backup. Now they are offering me repaired mobile in place of TAB. Which is not acceptable. Request to help me. The local service centre is so rude and has denied to do anything and asked me to deal with Micromax directly. Kindly help.

              I have given my micromax doodle 2 for servicing and been waiting for 2 months now.The worst part is that every time we call the customer care or servicing center they keep telling the same stories. Micromax service center people do not even bother to call us and update the status. And they are still asking me to wait for 15 more days. They are either replacing my handset nor getting it repaired. Every time I call them they tell my phone is been given to their head office. I am disappointed. Will never suggest any one for Micromax products. They are the worst. Hate micromax [protected]@gmail.com

                सर मैंने 09/07/14 को micromax का मोबाइल unite 2 मॉडल न० A106 जिसका IMEI NO [protected] है, मोबाइल खरीदने के एक महीने बाद ही बेटरी ख़राब होने के वजह से सर्विस सेंटर भेजना पढ़ा उसके एक महीने बाद बेटरी रिप्लेस करके मुझे दिया गया |इसके बाद फिर मेरा मोबाइल में कुछ प्रोब्लम आने लगा जेसे नेटवर्क, मोबाइल हिट हो रहा था, टच कम नही कर रहा था Etc., इसके बाद मेने आसनसोल में स्थित सर्विस सेंटर में जा के मोबाइल को 24/11/14 को बनाने दिए | उसने मुझे एक महीने बाद आने को कहा | मेने जब एक महीने बाद कोल किया तो उसने मुझे कहा की आप का मोबाइल बन गया है 20/12/14 को आके ले जाये | जब में आसनसोल के सर्विस सेंटर पंहुचा तो उसने मुझे कहा की अभी आप का फ़ोन नहीं बना है 15 दिन बाद आये | जब कोल करते है तो कहता है की 7 दिन बाद आये| सर मेरा घर निरसा में स्थित है यहाँ से आसनसोल 40 KM दूर है आने जाने में आधा दिन बित जाता है | जब से मेने मोबाइल लिया है 3 बार सर्विस सेंटर जा चुके है | सर चार महीने में मेरा हेंड सेट ढाइ महिना सर्विस सेंटर में ही रहा है, | सर सर्विस सेंटर से कोई रिस्पोंस नहीं दे रहा है बोलता है की कोल सेंटर में कोल करे कोल सेंटर में कोल करने से कोल नहीं लगता है | कृपया मुझे कांटेक्ट करे [protected] / [protected]

                  This is regarding the job sheet no. N[protected], I have submitted my Micromax A63 at Mobile Zone, Manish link road plaza 1, Sec5, Dwarka, New Delhi on 20th October 2014 and today is 27th Dec 2014 and my phone is still with Micromax service center they are saying contact service centre customer care ([protected]), Micromax is not delivering my mobile. I request you to please help me this issue, because it seems that they are doing nothing to solve the issue.

                  I had gave my phone model no. "Canvas L A108" to micromax care vashi sector-17 on 26th April because the touch & back camera was not working. Then i got that phone after 10 days means on 6th may, again on 6th may i gave them back because the outgoing audio was damaged, now its 13th may, 8 day past I didn't got my mobile

                  Proper Quality Testing is not available in your service centre because while solving my 1 problem they created other problem, (they repaired my display & camera, and outgoing audio was damaged) without checking he gave me.

                  About 18 days my phone is with micromax care

                  What type of quality of cell phone is it within 7 months the phone is in such a bad condition.

                  Either give proper service or I want a new cell of same model

Service center M/S Krishna enterprise Siliguri (WB).My job sheet no E[protected]. date 10 Dec 2014.Handset A94.(MAD) Phone no of of M/S Krshna enterprises is[protected] Sir they give two phone no and said call at those phone nos. Those phone are not pick by nobody and also told me that my handset parts not deliver from company. Last time they repair handset in 35 days what a rubbish thing they do i don't know. In 8 month of service you will take 60 days for repair. tell me This your company policy. Ok i know any electronics item got faulty but for during repair company should must give another handset for 60 days. In these days if any body can leave without phone for 60 days is it possible.

                      My phone (Micromax Canvas A74 - Blue Color) started misfunctioning within 1yr from purchase and the phone was given to Micromax authorised service centre since it was within the warranty period. Phone was ensured to be rectified and returned within 20 days but is not returned even after 45 days. The service centre personnel doesn't reply properly to the queries and doesn't even pick the phone. Further they provided me with a wrong phone number initially.                         sir i have micromax a94 mobile ( imei no. [protected] and [protected]) purchased on april 30, 2014. i was facing netwark and internet problem in this so i had given to service center at kota ( m/s diya enterprises, c-20, opp. fotomek, choupati road shopping center, kota- 324006) on oct.11, 2014. then mobile was returned me after replacement on nov.10, 2014 but there was still a problem with new mobile phone that its sim#2 port was not working so again mobile given for repair on nov.11, 2014 to the same service center with job sheet no. W[protected] and says that it will be repair within 10 days but after a vast delay i got it on dec.26, 2014( after 46 days). when i checked the phone the problem of sim port was same and mobile found unrepaired. when i complained them about it they again taken it for repair and says to wait for next 10 days also. so, still i am not satisfied with your product as well as your service. so pls respond me positively as soon as can or mind my complain...

                          i m your customer since last 8 months i bought a new bolt a068 of your company. no doubt i was happy with the performance o[censored]r phone but 2 months before i faced a problem with low network level i went to your customer care centre in rohtak which is my city i had a very bad experience with your customer care people. there was no existance of managment. nobody was adressing the customer well. i went to the counter the lady siiting behind the table was buzy with a phone call after more than 15 mins she asked me about my problem thn she gave my phone to one of her coworker to get it checked then after an hour she asked me to leave my phone to them for a month bcz it needed to be sent in the company i said it ohk and came back. and after a month i went to them and asked for my phone she replied so rudely nd said " abhi nhi hoa time lageyga ek mahine or lageyga tb ana" i said u teel me an exact date and plz try to make it fast bcz i needed my phn dn whn i turned she said to one of his co workers that " robh to aesey maar rha tha jaise mujhe paisey diye hon " i felt so angry at that time but i left that office without creationg any nuesence. and now it has been more than 40 days their is no news of my phone till yet. plz look into dis matter as soon else or i have to go to the consumer court to file a complaint against your comapny.

                            i bought a micromax data card 219 w on 20/09/2014...after 15 days of its purchasing it stopped working...then i went to the micromax service centre in delhi ( m/s the mobile care B-36 guru nank pura opp.v3s mall laxmi nagar delhi ) on 07/11/2014.. they submitted my data card and said that you will get it replaced with a new one within 8 days and asked me to come after 8 days...job sheet id is- ( N[protected] ...after 8 days when i went to them to fetch my data card they said that it has not come yet and it will take another week to come and asked me to come after 8 days...after 8 days again i went to them and they said the same thing...iwent to them again and again and they repeated the same thing...on one of my visit there, i asked that from where it is supposed to come.one mada ( anjali madam ) told me that it will come from china and if you are in a hurry then GO TO CHINA...now i still have not get my data card...i wonder if micromax gives this kind of a treatment to its customers...if we will ask about our product, they will send us to the CHINA...totally disappointed.

After one month o[censored]sage it got problem in charging the Battery where the batter was not getting charged, and there was no Audio outgoing. I have given the mobile to Micromax service center in Bangalore on 03/11/2014 they have intimated that it will take 15days after 15days when I went to the service center still the mobile was not repaired and they told that it will take time as they dont have any idea about it they just said that your phone is with Micromax company for repair and they have not told when they can give the mobile, when I asked about the same, they told to check it out with customer care, I have called many times the Micromax service center, and customer care and even many times I have mailed to the mail Id [protected]@micromaxinfo.com but there was no proper response from them. Now they were telling it will take another one month but they were not assuring whether it will be repaired or not, I dont no when I will get my mobile, I request to you please help me in getting back my phone as it is, or replace it with another one... THEY SAID IT WILL BE GIVEN BACK TO ME WITHIN 30 DAYS TIME. 30 DAYS HAS BEEN OVER NOW. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY CALL YET.                                   Service Code : S[protected]. I have purchased Canvas model smart phone two months back. After one month the button of the mobile was not working so I gave for service/replacement on 7/11/14. Stil I have not received my phone back. You made me to regret for purchasing your company mobile. More worst situation is that no body is there to respond properly or reply/confirm that when I can get back the replacement.                                       i gave my micromax canvas a76 to the nearest service centre of micromax (i.e. 223/3, MAHENDRA BHATTACHARYA ROAD HOWRAH, WEST BENGAL, PIN 711104), i gave my mobile almost 2 weeks ago for changing touch pannel, they told me within one week they will solve the problem, after one week when i called them they told it will take one more week..after second week when i called them today firstly they were busy in some other work when i am in call..secondly they told me casually it will take more time because we did not get parts, it is still pending and told me casually u can call next week...i asked them when or which day? they replied any day you want..but there is no gurantee that we will able to solve the problem..i am really dissatisfied with this kind of after service of a brand like micromax

                                        I had bought 2 micro max mobile sets (Canvas Knight A 290) in the month of August. After 2 months o[censored]se both the sets became unserviceable. One set was given for replacement but came back after 1 month with some so called repair which again after 1 month o[censored]se has again become unserviceable. The second set could not be given for repair as the same was being used by my daughter abroad and she had to again buy another set. The customer service centre in Bangalore states that as this is an electronic item it can become unserviceable anytime. Does that mean that customers have to spend so much of money for 2 months o[censored]se of your set. This is the quality being maintained by Micromax.
