Dear Team, Only launching the smart, company responsibility does not finish, service and product quality is also matters. We liked your product and same we purchased Model No. Micromax Canvas 4 A210 on dated[protected].11.2013 in the price of 17586 but our satisfactory level is zero from the product and services: with in 1 year phone has gone 3 times in the service center for 1 to 2 months, in the 1st attempt mobile have miner problem which done within the day but after that mobile have problem in power key so i went your service center for that problem the had opened it and my screen and touch gone so they said it will take 1 month for repair i had wait i did get proper response from your people after long follow up they had returned mobile but power key problem is same after that also. so I went again service center on 19.11.14 and mobile have problem of power key but the lady(Ms. Neha) who has opened it by screwdriver and broken the again screen and touch and mother board now i am fed up from your services till my phone laying in your service center they had taken customer signature on the challan when we had submit mobile so we don't have chance to say anything. we gifted this phone to someone on her special occasion, kindly understand pain o[censored]sers, we are the middle man we can not afford to buy every time new phone. kindly take this request in your consideration on priority and replace my phone, we cannot accept the defected product because of your staff mistake. if you guys can not do this ...then we have to think some other way we are the users we don't want to go for further legal discussion, kindly do the need full so we can also suggest your product and services for different user Complain number N[protected] Name : Dipti Chhajed Mail Id: dipti.[protected]@gmail.com -- Regards, Dipti Chhajed [protected]

    WORK ORDER - w[protected] so basically i m so sick o[censored]sing micromax canvas turbo phone.. it's going to be more than 5-6 months still this MICROMAX MOBILES cant solve the issue and call themself technicians are unable to repair my smart phone.. if this people cannot repair my phone then why cant they just replace my phone and give me the new phone. i have buyed phone by paying more than 16k. to use for my own personal use rather then spending 5-6 months in service center.. on 12th march-14 purchased of canvas turbo. on 11th may-14 experienced the problem. on 2or 3rd july got back my phone. with the same issues. then again on 12august14 i have gave my phone for the same issue to the service center through pickme india insurance. co. on 9th nov. i got my phone back. and guess what the camera of the phone doesnt work. is this kind of service i expect for waiting for more than 4 months.??? i m sick of this phone as i dint get the prior service as expected, no satisfaction with the phone. waited for more than 5 months still the phone is same. My dad scoldes me daily for wasting the money on this kind of phone. going through depression as i dont have other source to call people. they are not providing a standby phone. This is the worsest deal i ever done. i want to get my phone replaced or want my money back as i dont want this phone . it has taken 6 months already in getting serviced and i cant waste more 6 months. the service center is not providing me any help. i havre a proof that headofficers can replace the phone if service centers says but service center is not ready to agree or replace my phone.

            Dear Sir/ Madam, On 10 Nov, 2014 I bought a Micromax A290 from one of their Authorized dealership from Faridabad. I have discovered that the phone has some charging problem.I took the same to the Service Center in Hapur, UP. There I was told there is some processor issue in the phone. It was hardly 8th of Dec. They have taken my phone for repairing and when I now confirm my status, they are saying that it will take another 30 days. It is almost 18 days and still they have not given me any update on the same and when I have called on their customer care"[protected]" and shared my Complaint Number "MMX[protected]", they are asking for more 30 days time.             I bought Xolo QC 800 Bill dated : - 24/09/2014, Bill no 35955, IMEI no [protected].


            This is to inform you that in the month of April 2014 my screen ( touch pad ) had got damaged and same i had given for repair at your authorized service center address - Micro Mobile Vile Parle ( Mumbai ) .
            After rigorous flow up i was been made to run from pillars to pole and finally after charging me Rs.4500/- they gave me my Tab after one and half month.

            For some days it was working in normal condition few days later it started giving error for SIM Card detection, I took the issue to the same centre on 2nd September 2014, but this time i was told that it will take minimum months time for repaired, As i did not have any option but to wait, i agreed and waited for the revert .

            After a month on 1st October 2014 i received message from sender - ADLAVAMO


            ( '' Dear Customer expected delivery date for the product submitted Vide- Notification No.[protected] will be 14/11/2014 for any query call us at 91 [protected]" )


            I tried reaching on the above no. for more than fifty time but could not get through so I personally visited at your Vile Parle centre, I was shocked and surprise to know that this time my screen ( Touch Pad ) is damaged and it is send for repair to the factory and it will be given to me after one more month.


            I would like to have clarification as why and how my screen was damaged, to understand the same again I visited several times at your centre but no one was interested to attend my compliant so I approached your customer care id - [protected]@xolo.in on 8th October 2014. 3 days later on 11/10/2014 I got below revert :

            After 2 months ( Time given to me by your customer service center) today I was hoping that I will get my Tab, but again I was shocked to know that my screen is broken and the SIM card is not dectecting.
            After going through above matter I hope you understand the concern and the pain i have gone through. The purpose of buying this Tab from reputed brand like you was completely defeated, I as a consumer had faith that your customer care and service center will provide reasonable service but it is painful to inform you that the overall response from each unit was pathetic and help less.

              I bought micromax mad A94 model on jul 2014 from flipkart In my phone i think signal problem because often my phone shows no signal strength. i have to restart it after restart i shows signal strength. due to this problem i missed lot of phone calls from my buddies. My friends scold me. I asked in micromax service point in coimabtore, they told me i have to wait 25 days for replacing my mobile, i cant wait that so much of time. as soon as possible try to clear this problem.

                Hi, I bought a Micromax canvas juice (A177)phone on april 2014.From november 2014, it's LCD light at one corner of screen started blinking and after few days, that left corner went in dark .I am using that phone anyway. On 21st december I visited Jabil center Gurgaon(mirco-max customer care) to give it for repairing, they are telling me that it will be repaired out of warranty and I need to pay 1100. I just want to say why Micromax offer warranty if they are not going to repair it under warranty. I think people should buy a china phone instead buying micromax, at least that will be cheaper. My money (Rs 7500)went in waste and I am using that defected phone somehow. I had proud of purchasing an Indian company phone. Now I regret for my decision.

                    I have purchase A94 handset last march 2014.First i give the handset for repair when tuch not work the repairing time of M/S krishna ent siliguri is approx one month.after some time phone got faulty and i deposit in same care on 10 Dec 2014 they didn, t repair after 1 days. pl tell what is the max time for repair & What is the warranty regarding issue in only in 8 month of purchasing of handset 2 month it is in care for repair .Who will be responsible for that issue.                     My phone no [protected]&amp;amp; [protected]. I am in Siliguri West Bengal. Service center M/S Krishna enterprise Siliguri (WB).My job sheet no E[protected]. date 10 Dec 2014.Handset A94.(MAD) Phone no of of M/S Krshna enterprises is[protected]

                    Sir they give two phone no and said call at those phone nos. Those phone are not pick by nobody and also told me that my handset parts not deliver from company.
                    Last time they repair handset in 35 days what a rubbish thing they do i don&#039;t know. In 8 month of service you will take 60 days for repair. tell me This your company policy. Ok i know any electronics item got faulty but for during repair company should must give another handset for 60 days. In these days if any body can leave without phone for 60 days is it possible.


                    i know you will also do nothing so I will go in consumer court against micromax on 29 Dec 14.
                    I am really tired from micromax care and my handset A94. So I am going to purchase new handset of Sam sang company.
                    Micromax A94 MAD handset purchased in May 2014 still in warranty period. Developed problems in switching on may be due to Board problem. I could not find service centres in both Kannur and Kasargod Districts in Kerala. The handset was sent to Kozhikkode service station through the Reliance Digital Kannur from where I purchased the handset. After 18 days also they are still waiting for the spares from the company. They do not pick the phone in Kozhikkode centre. Kindly do the needful to get back my phone urgently. VALSAN KARIVELLUR.. [protected]

                      Dear Micromax, This is 3rd time I have found problem in my mobile (PCB problem) with in 6 months, I really tired to take follow up. I ma again give to service centre at Bharuch with job sheet No. W[protected]. Take action immidiately otherwise I will do a case notice to Micromax. I don’t want this mobile please give me new mobile as in this mobile 3 times problem comes with in 6 months, or extend warranty up to 2 year. Story of my handset. I have given my MicromaxColour 2 mobile for touch screen damaged at Bharuch, with job No. W[protected]. After 1 month i get my mobile back. I still found below problems. 1. Mobile camera resolution & Video resolution are change as before. 2. At any time, even showing 100% battery i[censored] restart your mobile then it will show 5% to 10%. and after that mobile will not start even after 4 hrs charging, To start that mobile I have to taken battery outside & charging separately & then it will start. I have again given my mobile to your service centre at Bharuch, with job No. W[protected]-13425851. With in 6 month I am suffering 3 times problem, I dont know after 1 year how it works. Yesterday I go at service centre they told that your mobile come back but still same problem is there. What I understand from this, Ahmedabad centre has not done work proper.                               If we repair phone in one center then we have to make our service there for at least 6 months, in that period no other center will repair that phone. There is no relation that in which care i repair my product at least it should be a mmx care. I was to leave my state for my work and i already serviced my phone here in my state and now if i go to other state and there if my phone has some issues then i have to come back my my state and get my phone serviced from the same center. Thats not a solution. That is the worst thing in mmx service.

                                dear sir, Sir I had a micromax mobile phone model no X089 having IMEI no. [protected] & [protected] given to the M/s. Mobile mania First floor Narayan Krupa B/H. Dandiya Bazar Bus stand Dandia Bazaar main road Vadodara 390001. (manager Mr Kaushal Thakkar).for solving the problem of not charging the phone in online mode. Sir I had purchase the phone in june 2014 and from October 2014 it has been with the Mobile Mania solving the problem, still date after more than 60days they are not providing the phone not solving the query and also not providing the proper answer. Everytime I asked about the phone they told me it is in company and will receive shortly but not the exact date. So it is a humble request from my side sir please provide me proper answer or I had to walk to consumer court and also to the police station near by. I am providing you the Job Work sheet number also. W[protected]. Further the manager Mr.Kaushal does not know how to handle the customer and talking rudely every time so please if you can able please change the manager as the reputation of the company is going to be worst. I will be waiting for your reply as soon as possible below is the cell number please contact urgently or I shall walk to consumer court.

                                  Sir, I bought a micromax canvas 2.2 A114 on 20/09/14 from Sundram Telecom, Shop no. 3 Balaji market, Near Bhagwati Plaza, Nahari ka Naka, Jaipur.It got internally damaged, its touch is not working from 15/11/14 and I handed over the product in service center, SP-First mobile 540, Indira tower 2 Near car parking, Mishra raja ji ka rasta, Indira bazar, Jaipur on 24/11//14. Since then they are saying that they will repair it in a day or two but since i din, t get my mobile back almost a month has passed. The service center is causing lot of trouble, every time they say it will get repair in a day tomorrow you can take it .Kindly proceed my request and get me my mobile repair within a week else i will report a complain in a consumer court.Other necessary details:-Job sheet no.- W[protected]IMEI/ESN no.- [protected]/[protected]Model Code- SERMOB0368My address- Sikar house shop no. 6, Jaipur-302019My contact no.-[protected]Hope you will clarify my problem and repair my phone as soon as possible waiting for your reply.

                                    Dear Sir/Ma'am, I bought a Micromax branded new phone Canvas A1 with android one from Amazon on 26th Sept, 2014. My phone became dead and then it didn't power up by pressing power button. I submitted this phone to Micromax authorized service centre with Address M/S MOBI TECH-DOOR NO. 29, 1ST FLOOR GST ROAD KADAPERI TAMBARAM CHENNAI 600045, POST CODE-600045, LANDLINE NO.[protected], MOBILE NO.-[protected] on 1st Nov, 2014. They said the its a case of motherboard failure and sent to Micromax. Job sheet No: S[protected] Dated 05th Nov, 2014. Its already 50 days passed and till now I didn't get any positive reply from Micromax Team. Now considering the difficulties I faced, I want a new handset from Micromax with Complete warranty and compensation from them. Since I saw many complaints similar to this regarding poor service and cheap product quality, I'm seriously thinking about filing complaints in consumer court. If you can help me and many others like me, Pl do needful and get a resolution. Hoping for your best support, Laya.K

                                    Please do the needful. 2 MONTHS are over after I submitted my phone and they are still just sending polished mails with NO content in it.

                                      cell phone : MICROMAX CANVAS NITRO A310 my cellphone is under warranty battery problem; my cellphone battery is autometically low from 97, 98, 60, 74% and the mobile is shutted down. slow service: i had given order for a new battery 20 days before and they told me that it will come in 8-10 days and they will call me whenever it come but there is no information about my new battery.

                                        Earlier day my phone A 092 was software corrupt then company was change my phone with A93 with in 40 days but it also has many problem just like IMEI number corrupted. And it has repaired 2-3 times in 10 days Company was submitted my phone[protected] and new phone given[protected], and now today the new phone A 93 submit in Ahuja Mobile service center, indraganj gwalior MP, for repair . Please tell me I don't know what to do. They say if it will not repaired then they will send it company for changing . All these process take again 40-60 days please help me to save my money and time
