I have purchased one Micomax
( p 255)fun book on 16.10.2013 . It was having a problem in charging ( Not
getting charged at all)though the charger was alright and blurred camera
pictures with spreaded pixels. The hand set was submitted to your customer
service centre M/S Sigma Telelink, 139 A, 2nd floor, front portion, Arjun Nagar Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi-110003 first on 15.07.2014 . The
same was received back after one month
on 19.08.2014 . But the problem was not resolved and persist in the same condition.
With no other option the same was again submitted to same service centre on
23.08.2014 for the same problem. Then after a gap of almost one month the
funbook was received back in the morning of 25.09.2014. But since the problem was still
not resolved and so finally the funbook
was again submitted on the same day
itself in the afternoon i.e., 25.09.2014 vide Invoice no. N[protected] (
IMEI/ESN NO. 2500890E04cc48A)in the name of Sh.Arjun Singh ( my friend)to the
same service centre. After a gap of 20 days when I went to the Service centre to enquire
about the status of my funbook, I was
shocked to hear that the service centre has been closed down with no whereabouts of the staff. Then I called up in the customer care centre
and they advised me to visit their Lajpat Nagar Service centre and report this
matter. I went their alongwith the copy of above mentioned Invoice letter. But
there they inform me that the M/S Sigma Service centre is again opened so you
takeup this matter there only. Sir, I again went there on 11.11.2014 and was assured that my problem
(funbook) will be resolved (repaired) within 15 days time. Ever since than (
first on 15.07.2014 then 23.08.2014 and finally on 25.09.2014) no body is
entertaining me and the funbook is still with the service centre. The only
answer I am getting from them is that your funbook is sent to the company for
repair and the same will be handed over as and when received. The head of this
service centre, Mr.Faizaan, Mobile no.
[protected] has now started disconnecting my phone calls and not talking
to me even.
My funbook was under warranty since than I submitted it to
Service centre. The period of my warranty during this problematic period (
15.07.2014 to till now)should also be extended
.
Sir, I am realy helpless and fed up with all theseissues/matters. I am a B.P. patient and regular on B.P
medicines. Sir, the above problem is giving me a lot of mental and emotional
stress, which can lead to
depression, anxiety and other medical issues. I sincerely seek your
intervention to resolve
this matter at the earliest.
