Sir, I am Souvik Chakraborty, i bought a Micromax canvas engage(A091) in[protected] from Uluberia, Howrah.There was some problem to hear from handsfree.So i had gone to nearby micromax service centre at Uluberia in Howrah, WEST BENGAL in[protected].They received my handsfree and told to come after 7 days. But after 7days they provided a used handsfree and told that company did not send same hadsfree(model A091).I denied to receive and they told again to come after 7 days.I have gone to the service center but they told that company did not send the same handsfree and told to come after 4days.I needs the handsfree as early as possible.My contact no-[protected], Email-souvik.[protected]@gmail.com.       on oct 2nd i bought a micromax knight cameo mobile no- [protected]. from store, but after a time it was having pcb hardware problem.., in which service center give me assurance of replacement of phone... and it has been now 3 months ... they are not giving my phone back... and they happily mocked me and consumer court by saying " what consumer forum will do in this.".. kindly requested you to look over this almaring situation and gives the consumer their satisfactory. enough said.! i would kindly request you to help me out in getting refund.               Sir, I have submitted my Micromax Canvas A117 set to service center ( “M/S SHRI SAI ENTERPRISES” S.K.SHOPING CENTE, 1ST FLOOR, NAUDRA BRIDGE, MAINMARKET JABALPUR PH.[protected] MO.[protected]), For touch screen replacement on "13/09/2014" "job sheet no. *N[protected]*". I visited service center many many many times but they didn't return my cell and tell me come after few (7) days. it is reapitted again and again. I am facing lots of problem without my phone. i have seen not only me but many costumers are facing problems to get there cell back. specially this service center is very poor and they don't repair cell at time and costumer care no.                 sir my name is ravi i am a ragular coustmor of micromax i was purchase a mobile a117 11 april 2014 and i was use olny 15 day's the problem was start and i submit my mobile m.care he changed his tuch after 10 days again this problem he changed his mother bord and i was used 15 days but again this problem then last time he changed his tuch i was used 2 month but again problem was start after one month my phone used by me very shrot time but your co. was used long time and now this hang problem is same to same i was purchased this mobile with joy and happyness but now l loss faith on your co. now i subbmited my mobile for one week he says ten days my mobile sand me that is not good pls do any thing and repair my mobile fastly my old job sheet no. is no[protected] and new job sheet no. n[protected]

                  I have given my cell phone on 2 DEC 2014 for repairing in Micromax Service Center. They have told me a specific period under which they would be able to repair the cell phone. It has been 10 days and till now they have not repaired. They are telling that the it will take 20 more days for repairing.Either they have lack of facility or they actually don't want to do the job. This is not the first time it is happening. I have gone to this service centre earlier also for repairing my cell phone. At that time also they have take around 1 month for repairing and they had told me 10 days would take for it.                     i have submitted my mobile for the 5th time (micromax a111) and last time i gave it on 17th nov and at that time i received it on 14th nov after mending from micromax care consuming a total of 30 days, they said it is bearing battery problem and you need to change it so i did the same, even though the set was not all correct, then after they asked for the submission of the set again but to my surprise i havenot received any call from your side, i purchased it for my easeness not for visiting micromax care again and again.this time they said there is problem regarding battery storing. i just need to know that how much i have to wait for my mobile. i donot want to go to consumer court for this pity amount but the harassment i have got from your side is inexplicable and values higher than the amount of this mobile. is there any way out of this problem. i need a call from your side so that i can fell your hospitality and care towards your customer early disposal will be highly appreciated i again repeat i need your early assistance thanks awadhesh singh [protected]

                      I have handed over my tel BTY-A66 at Hosur Service center in tamilnadu for hanging complaint on 25/11/2014 vide doc sheet no s[protected]. It has not been repaired so far. On enquiry on 8th they said that the battery is to be replaced and they are awaiting for supply.I am without the tel for almost more than 3 weeks and i am not sure when i will get back mine.Till now there is no supply of battery.pl supply the battery immediately and give me back my tel without which i am suffering .                       i have micromax x 098 mobile this mobiles battery was leaking and is in guarantee period i have submitted the battery in raebareli customer care center in october month but till now no replacement came when asking to customer care then keep on saying after one week but no positive feedback kindly solve this issue

                        I have purchased one handset of Micromax doodle 2 six months back and with in six months this handset has repaired three times from your customer centre in Chandigarh sec-20 and every time they used to say some issues in motherboard and they never gave me the proper justification regarding this.and today its once again switch off ..every time its switch off by default. I have to visit your customer care they are taking 15 days to get it in working conditions once again... i m fed up from micromax services and will not suggets anyone to purchase micromax at All.. very bad feedback for micromax it should be replaced or give my money 14000 which i spent on purchasing this bloody handset...                             i have purchased micromax bolt a69, on 02-05-14, with one year warranty, but today i.e. on[protected], touch screen has stopped working. Since phone's one year warranty is not completed, so i want to get my phone repaired with warranty benefits, but at service center they are asking to pay for the repair. i have used this phone only for few months and facing such problem, also there is no support from service center. i want to get solution for this matter as soon as possible.                               Hi, I submitted my Canvas turbo A250 which is covered in Warrenty at your service centre in Malviya Nagar on 27/10/2014 for repair as it was causing lots of trouble to me.On submission I was asked to collect the handset in 2-3 working days and now also after 45 days they are still saying me same thing.I contacted your service center 9-10 times and eyery time they told me to wait for another week, same happened yesterday also.Please help me.                                 Its been almost one month when I Deposited My Cellphone to the Micromax Service Center, every time when i visit the service center they told me that your cell phone has been repaired and u can collect it in 2-3 days, but this excuses are heared by me till now .                                       I have purchased one Micomax ( p 255)fun book on 16.10.2013 . It was having a problem in charging ( Not getting charged at all)though the charger was alright and blurred camera pictures with spreaded pixels. The hand set was submitted to your customer service centre M/S Sigma Telelink, 139 A, 2nd floor, front portion, Arjun Nagar Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi-110003 first on 15.07.2014 . The same was received back after one month on 19.08.2014 . But the problem was not resolved and persist in the same condition. With no other option the same was again submitted to same service centre on 23.08.2014 for the same problem. Then after a gap of almost one month the funbook was received back in the morning of 25.09.2014. But since the problem was still not resolved and so finally the funbook was again submitted on the same day itself in the afternoon i.e., 25.09.2014 vide Invoice no. N[protected] ( IMEI/ESN NO. 2500890E04cc48A)in the name of Sh.Arjun Singh ( my friend)to the same service centre. After a gap of 20 days when I went to the Service centre to enquire about the status of my funbook, I was shocked to hear that the service centre has been closed down with no whereabouts of the staff. Then I called up in the customer care centre and they advised me to visit their Lajpat Nagar Service centre and report this matter. I went their alongwith the copy of above mentioned Invoice letter. But there they inform me that the M/S Sigma Service centre is again opened so you takeup this matter there only. Sir, I again went there on 11.11.2014 and was assured that my problem (funbook) will be resolved (repaired) within 15 days time. Ever since than ( first on 15.07.2014 then 23.08.2014 and finally on 25.09.2014) no body is entertaining me and the funbook is still with the service centre. The only answer I am getting from them is that your funbook is sent to the company for repair and the same will be handed over as and when received. The head of this service centre, Mr.Faizaan, Mobile no. [protected] has now started disconnecting my phone calls and not talking to me even. My funbook was under warranty since than I submitted it to Service centre. The period of my warranty during this problematic period ( 15.07.2014 to till now)should also be extended . Sir, I am realy helpless and fed up with all theseissues/matters. I am a B.P. patient and regular on B.P medicines. Sir, the above problem is giving me a lot of mental and emotional stress, which can lead to depression, anxiety and other medical issues. I sincerely seek your intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest.                                         Dear Sir, I had brought Micromax Canvas Model No. A108, IMEI No. [protected] & [protected] from M/s Ajay Enterprises, Sector -11, Panchkula (HARYANA) on dated 17.09.2014 (copy of bill enclosed as Annexure-1). It is informed that the Data Cable/ Charger and Touch Screen of above said mobile is not working properly from Day-1 & giving problem OR you can say it is a defective piece. I brought the same to the notice of your service centre on dated 27.09.2014 i.e. after 10 days of purchase. They informed that touch screen needs to be replaced and it will take approx. 10-15 days to repair. I agreed and left my mobile for repair at service centre. Due to festival season, I requested to standby set but they refused to provide me standby set and they asked me to come after one month i.e. after festivals. Their behavior was not up to the mark. Accordingly, I again visited the service centre on 28.10.2014 and handed over the set for repair (copy of Jobsheet enclosed as Annexure-2). They assured me to repair the same within 10-15 days but inspite of my repeated visits to service centre, the set has not been repaired and handed over. Every time I was assured to come after 7 days on the basis that part required to repair the set is not available with them, but the same is not arrived yet (till date). On my cross questioning, they started behaving rudely, their language was not up to the mark, their head Mr. Arvind (Mob. No. [protected]) has even said that “Jayada Jaldi Hai Toh Uttha Kar Le Jao Apna Moble” & get it repaired from where it can be repaired. I just came back disappointed as I have no other option. I am pained to say that this type of behavior and business relation was not expected from such a reputed firm, as even after a period of 40 days, my mobile is still unrepaired and they rudely told that “Humhe Nahi Pata Ki Kitne Din Aur Lagenge Spare Part Aane Mae”. Sir, this type of repeated insult & visits to service centre has broke me mentally & physically. Now, I request you to refund my money as I do not want to go with your company who is selling sub-standard quality products; not having spare parts of newly launched products and whose representative does not know how to deal with customers. I, once again, requested you to keep your mobile set and refund my money. I shall be very thankful to you. Assem Goyal
