Sir, I purchased a new Mobile Micromax Canvas Duet 2 Model No. EG 111 (Rs. 15000 Aprx.) On 15 April, 2014.That time more problems in when it start like more heating, play Store not work. After 2 days I called micromax helpline they advised that reset your phone then your phone will work properly if it not work you have to visit micromax service centre.Next day i went to services centre they solved play store problems but heating problem not solved. After about one and half month, play store not work again. I visit again services centre and play store work again but heating problem remain same. After two or three months play store again not work and one more problems added SIM-2(GSM) not work and heating problem is remain same. I visit again services centre they said that you have to leave your handset for 45 days they send it to the company for this problems. I leave it there for 45 days. When it comes form company play store and SIM-2 (GSM) worked but heating problem and volume down key not worked. Now play store not working again and volume key, heating problems also in it. Today i went to services centre again they said that you have to leave handset for 45 days we will send to it company for resolve problems. Now i am very tired to visit to services centre again & again and company make me fool. Services Centre never repair it properly. And now i want to replaced my mobile from new mobile or returned it to company.

    Sir, I bought a canvas in the month of May 2014, it stopped working in October 2014, I submitted that in the service center on 6th October 2014, still I have not received my handset back, such a pathetic service by micromax, if they wont respond i will go to consumer forum.       Hi Hi My name is Maya Balmiki. I had purchased Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 on 15 September 2014 and it is just 1 month, my phone is facing network drop problem. I had a word with the customer care dept and thereafter, i submitted it to gurgaon service center on 13th November, 2014. My job sheet number is N[protected]. Its been 22 days my phone is not delivered to me. Whenever i call them, their response please wait for 1 week. I don't know what the problem is.Now, Getting no reply from the concerned Micromax team, finally being frustrated i went to the head office at around 11 am on 4/12.14. I had a word with Vishal, an executive of the firm. I asked him to replace the phone, he said ok, but replacement would take 2-3 days. He took my mail id and said you would recieve a mail in an hour. However, i have got no mail by 2 pm. I called up again and another executive received the phone. I talked with him, he said Vishal is out for lunch. I asked him you can send me a mail. He smiled at me and talked very rudly. My concern is a customer is so much troubled by the service of the firm and the executive is smiling. Pathetic company. I am very serious about it now. I want a proper solution for the same. I want my money to get refunded by today as i think Micromax is no worth. Look into the matter as soon as possible.

          Dear Sir /Madam, As micromax is caputring market very fast . But, its service is very very poor .i purchase new mobile A106 on 12/08/2014. I submit my mobile to Service center haridwar on 14/11/2014 for no audio.But, after several telephone conversation & many follow up my phone is not repiared . They told me parts are not available. Please, take action . so that like me other peoples also do not get disappointed. Regards, sandeep

            Hi, My name is subramanyam and i have given my micromax bolt a26 mobile in my nearest service center (NO.164 KESHAVA COMPLEX, FF, SHOP NO.-02 27TH CROSS, OPP YEDIYUR BUS STOP, NR BAJAJ POPULAR SHOWROOM, JAYANAGAR, 6TH BLOCK - 560082) on 4th November'14 due to lock/unlock button problem.Already 30days completed and still i didnot got my phone back..Thier response is "We have sent your mobile to head office for servicing and it is in processing state and it will take some more days".This is very bad servicing, Iam expecting quick response..Already i hv sent email to micromax people, but no response from them.             Hi,
            No one has resolved my problem and no one contacted me.If i call to micromax people(gurgon), they are telling another 30days it will take..Already 30days completed and now another 30days for lock/unlock button problem.This is very bad servicing and negligible response they are giving for me.

                From: Himanshu Misra 18/88, Saray Mansing Aligarh.(U.P.) 202001 Dear Sir, I, hereby want to inform you that due to some hanging problem, I leaveed my cell phone Micromax A63 in service center (M/s Jain Computers, Flat No.6, First Floor, Mangalam Complex, Samad Road, Aligarh-202001) on dtd:19/09/2014. But, regretfully, I have to say that despite many visit to service center I have not got my cell so far. The mobile in question has not been given adequate service by this service center beside this aforesaid service center has replaced the substandard parts damaged body of my mobile and they are threatening me to file a case against them in respect of services So, I therefore, request to you to take legal action against abovesaid service center immediately and make a fine of Rs.25000/ for my mental agony and harassment by which I have been undergoing since three months. Thanking you, hope to quick action regarding this complaint at your end

                  Dear sir, I was purchased micromax canvas (A120-GREY) on may 2014, after six month mobile not working properly, as mobile is on warranty period so i have submitted my mobile to delight services (near shadipur metro station) new delhi for reparing. One month has to go but my problem not resolved.He is not able to solve the problem and said for change with new mobile but yet decision pending at company side approval.So I requested to u pls.resolve my problem as soon as problem. i am getting frustated with daily follow up.

                    Respected Team, I am Nayan Mondal, a service holder of private bank, suffering by the service of Micromax mobile service centre. My Mobile model no is X097(Black). I found a problem after buying few months later, problem was power switch was not working & mobile was not being turn on. I went to the service centre on 4/november/2014 to repair. The service centre was "San infosys- 27/1 G.T.Road, east end, near baranilpur, Burdwan-713103 (Cont.No. :[protected]/[protected]. They gave me a paper taking the mobile after a long begging request. The docket no.is E[protected]. According to their comment, I will receive a message from the micromax company about the repairing details. But till now I did not recieve any message. Many times I went but returned home after being dissatisfied. After 20 days later, I went again finally to get my mobile or to get the information about repairing condition. They told me " it will not be repaired", the mobile had been sent to delhi & the uppermanagement decided that you will get a new mobile. But it will take one month more time. Now whenever I am going, they are telling, your mobile till not coming & we will inform you. I am trying to contact them over telephone but no-one picking up the phone. Kindly look into this matter & I have lots of mobiles of micromax in my family but the service centre is making bad the company image & perception.

                          I purchased model A96 before six months. The phone was not working properly as it was hanging. I had given the handset to service centre. After waiting for two weeks I got my handset back. Once again the handset is having the same problem. The handset is in warranty period. The handset quality is so poor.

                            I purchased a micromax handset A-290 on 23.10.2014 from The Mobile Store, at V3S Mall, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi having IMEI No.[protected].For the last 3-4 days I was facing problem in charging my mobile. Today at about 10.10 am I visited your service centre near Maharaja Banquet Hall, Laxmi Nagar. I was given token no.8. On my turn, I narrated the problem in mobile to the representative and I was told to wait for some time so that the problem can be looked into. I was told again to wait for some time and the problem shall be resolved shortly. After waiting for about 2 hours I was told that the problem has been resolved and I can take my handset after checking the same. On my sayning to show as to whether the handset was getting charged they showed me that the mobile was getting charged. I asked the representative as to whether they will give me the job sheet in turn they said that since my problem has been resolved there is no need for the same. Happily i came to my office but to my strange now the mobile was not getting charged instead after putting it for charging for more than 30 minutes the charged got reduced from 20% to 16% without using the same. Amazingly for the last one hour the mobile is put on charge and the charge has been reduced to 8% from 10 %. Tomorrow again I shall visit the same service centre and if problem of my handset is not resolved, then please look into the same and resolve the issue well in time at the earliest as I am an advocate and handset is very essential for me. this is for your information and necessary action please.                               I HAVE GIVEN MY PHONE (MICROMAX A250) BLUE TO MICROMAX CELLQ COMMUNICATION BHANDUP SERVICE CENTER . HAS THE DISPLAY WASN'T WORKING SO I GAVE MY PHONE ON 29/09/2014 AND ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS THEY HAVEN'T RETURNED MY PHONE. THEY ARE REPLYING THAT ITS STILL PENDING FROM THE COMPANY . JOB SHEET NO.                                 Dear sir/madam I brought Micromax canvaxA111 online purchase through flipkart. It's warranty period of 1yr is completed one month back. Now the phone is not functioing and the service center people in chennai says that it is board problem and needs 5000 to fix it. The charges is 50 % of the mobile cost, eventhough they are not assuring the mobile condition after service. I came to know many like complaints from a number of micromax users.                                   Micromax colors A-120 phone under warranty, was submitted to M/S care jone Ranchi, an authorized service centre of micromax for repair/replacement of touch screen the job sheet no. is[protected] dated 20th nov. 2014. Message came from micromax on 21st nov. that phone is repaired and I should collect it from the service centre, but at the service centre they are saying that the phone is not ready and they will call after that I will get the phone. Please resolve the problem.

As it is in warranty period i used to follow up them from last 2.5 months and even i called Micromax central customer care on 20/10/2014 and given compliant on delay over phone and that time they promised me it will get resolved in 20 Business days. 2 days back i visited Micromax Service center where i have given my mobile and they told me it will take time to get it resolved. So, i thought to check with customer care directly but surprisingly when i called them today on update they are saying it will take 30 more days to resolve the issue. I have asked them last time also you told me same way as it will take 20days and i called you again after around 45 days and now you are saying 30 more days is this the correct way like that for that they saying it will take time no other option. Now i am really fed up with the Micromax Service and i just wanted to file a compliant on their lazy response. Please help me how to proceed on this and resolve it.

                                      sir plz solve my problem I bought CANVAS A1 Model number micromax AQ4501 dt.[protected] first day when i connect phone with wifi . the wifi atomacally disconnected afeter few mintues. I complate to you service no. [protected] for 6 to 8 times but my problem not solve. wifi connected for few mintues and go to disconnect. WI-FI logo on my mobile screen show connected but WI-FI not worked.

                                        Micromax service is very much poor, i haven't seen such a poor service anywhere else, i have submitted my phone for repairing as it was having some hang issue, firstly they took 45 days to give me service and i am very much shocked how such a big brand can do this they told me that we can't provide service to Micromax canvas magnus-A117 so we are giving you another mobile A11Q with higher specification but i have checked it is with much more lower specifications, after waiting for 45 days i am with some other mobile with low cost, it's like they are giving me mobile of cost 12, 000 by taking 15, 000 from me How they can do these without giving any idea to customer?
