I BUY A MICROMAX MOBILR UNIT 106 ON 11.6.2014 FROM PINJORE, AFTER 3 MONTHS THERE IS PROBLEM IN ON/OFF BUTTON SBMIT IN CARE CENTRE baddi ( h.p ) after 1 month recevied phone not in ok condition touch screen loose, sensor not work speaker give very bad sound & software not working, when ask to care centre IN charge not take any action

    Respected sir, I am TUSHAR PHADTARE, JOB SHEET NO:- W[protected] had submitted my Micromax canvas A-290 to M/S. VASHI TELECOM NAVI MUMBAI. My mobile is facing charging and use connector problem. They told me that the handset will go to company for repairing and will take 15 days.Whenever i call them, the service centre is still telling me that it will take 25-30 days more. i am really unsatisfied with service provided by your service center. So please sir repair mobile immediately.

      My jobsheet number for Micromaxcanvas 4 is E[protected]-3968.I have given my phone at the micromax centre (Asansol) Westbengal almost 100days ago, but still have not got a single response, even when i contact them they have no proper idea by when i will be getting back my phone.neither does Delhi service centre has any proper answers to my queries, I will be highly grateful if you kindly look into this mail, and give me the status of my phone and by what time will i be getting it back.

        Sir, I ANKIT KUMAR SAHA had ordered Micromax Unite A106 from Flipkart on 29th September 2014 and i received the mobile on 5th October 2014. After using 1 month &
        10 days my mobile started hanged very badly. I had given the mobile to
        your authorised service centre M/S GLOBAL MOBILE CENTRE, LG- 24, Sri Ram Plaza, Bank More, Dhanbad -826001, Jharkhand,
        and they answered me it will take 7 to 10 days to repair, but till now
        24th December 2014 my phone hasn't repaired they regularly telling that
        it will take some more days to repair. I had already submitted my
        complain in your company but i havn't got any help from your company. So, I want you to take some actions otherwise i will file my complain in consumer forum against the company.

          Hi, I inform u that i am really unsatisfied with service provided by your service station at Bharuch. I have given my Micromax Colour 2 mobile for touch screen damaged at Bharuch, with job No. W[protected]. After 1 month i get my mobile back. I still found below problems. 1. Mobile camera resolution & Video resolution are change as before. 2. At any time, even showing 100% battery i[censored] restart your mobile then it will show 5% to 10%. and after that mobile will not start even after 4 hrs charging, To start that mobile I have to taken battery outside & charging separately & then it will start. I have again given my mobile to your service center at Bharuch, with job No. W[protected]-13425851. With in 5 month I am suffering 2 times problem, I dont know after 1 year how it works.                 Hi sir, i had recently bought a micromax canvas nitro..the product was found to be faulty after one and half week..the problem was that the proximity sensor was not working properly...so gave it to micromax service centre at jayanagar 6th block in bangalore..initially they said it will take a week to replace the sensor..then after that they said it has gone for higher repairs and may take 20 working days..now after that they are still delaying the delivery of the serviced product..I gave them the product on 12/11/2014 my job sheet number is S[protected]..so any suggestions?? They told me that the handset will go to company for repairing and will take 15 days. But now its more than 25 day had gone and the service centre is still telling me that it will take 20-25 days more. I no more have any trust on you so I request you to cancel my repair and return my handset to me as I provided to you within 7 working days. otherwise I will have to take a strict action against you. if you fail to provide my handset within 7 working days . I am going to file a complaint against my inconvenience, your poor service and the problem I faced during this all process Not only this I am further going to share my experience with micromax on social media and other wesite .                       sir, I have experienced a worst customer service ever from your service center ever. I bought your phone from a local dealer on 17 of january 2014, on august a problem occured in wifi, display, and sim detection . On August 28 I have given it to the service center and they kept the phone for nearly three months and given it on November 11. After a week again I got a problem with the software and till now i haven't got repaired . I hope you will soon rectify my problem. I will specified the address of the service center below .                         i bought my mobile phone A-290 on 10 th oct 2014, and within a week its audio mic had some problem after that in next week it stopped charging. i went to micromax service centre at ramesh nagar delhi on 3rd november 2014 and they told it had some motherboard problem, they have to replace it i gave my phone to them . today it had been over a month i have asked them many time about the phone but they always give me some further dates giving excuse that part has not arrived from the company . i suffering alot because of this and if no further action is taken i would surely go to consumer court. service jobsheet no. is "N[protected]". my name is Abhimanyu

                            I bought a micromax p-280 tablet on 7/10/14. I found that the front camera was not working. I was asked to make a software update on my tab. but even aftr doing so the problem was still there. So i did submit my tablet for a D.O.A on 9/10/14 and i was told dat i would get a return within 3-4 days. Its almost 2 months. now they told me today that "actually sir humlog D.O.A nai krte h jo log krta h vo abhi h nai." the people working there were not even able to tell me where my product is. aftr alot of asking they told me to take it back. This is the worst service service that anyone can get from a branded company like micromax I bought this tablet with a lot of hope and i did trust your brand but i think i was wrong. i would be really grateful to you if you take some serious actions on this case.

One person had called me stating that one person will come from micromax and he will collect the phone and the same time he will provide me a new one phone but still there is no any response from Micromax.                                 Dear Sir, I had bought micromax doodle mobile phone in the month sept 2014 and in the month of nov 2014, i have faced a problem of sim signal not coming. When i reached to the service station they said charging point of mobile is damaged and there is a link between IME no of sim and charging point. They assured me that after replacing charging point, the phone will work ok but when i reached there after 3-4 days to collect my mobile, they said you have to pay Rs500/ but your phone can't be repaired as it is not under warrantee because charging point was found damage. They have deliberately replaced charging point also. I told them i have no problem of charging as the charging of phone is working perfectly alright but they said without replacing charging point, phone can't be repaired.Now they are considering it without warrantee.After so many request they said we will send it to the main office and you can collect it after 6 weeks.What I will do in these days?Phone which i have purchased for rs 8000/= has got problem within 2 months and your service center is saying because the charging point is damage it cannot be repaired. If i would have been facing problem of charging then i can understand that charging point need replacement but I have never face any charging problem in the mobile. You are requested to do the needful immediately as i am facing lot of problem without phone. regards kishore [protected]

                                    I had bought a micromax mobile model-canvas turbo A 250 on 30th January 2014 via flipkart.i found that within 6 months my phone got hanged by routine 2 times a day while typing. then suddenly the screen fluctuates while playing background music also the 2nd last row in keyboard doesn't work also any option on display in that area of the screen doesnt work.i showed my phone to the service center in teghoria kolkata. the working staff, the desk person, were rude in replies also couldn't understand my problem and wrote my name wrong in my jobsheet itself after spelling out it for 3 times at a slow pace, my understanding says he was less qualified for the chair. A request do not appoint any job seeker for the post if they fail to even understand the problems of their own customers.i told the desk person to help me and tell me what can be a probable solution he kept mum and they fail to provide any standby handset for help while they keep the phones for months. i went to get my phone serviced twice once she told me the whole display doesn't work in that area. so we need to change it. and subsequently the other person said it we can give your phone after repairing within 2 hours minimum he couldnt understand the problem himslef and passed on the wrong information to his working staffs this stretches my wait for more two days.my jobsheet no. is.-E[protected], My handset stands still with the service centre. It's been 2 months. How much more time your company can take to make a satisfied customer. I'm waiting still for your response. Also this helpline of MMX doesn't work I have tired calling on more than 50 times.[protected].Two business days are cleared. Yet I'm waiting.

                                      I went to one of the service center of Micro max for replacing my A116 Touch screen. After changing I found that my mobile mic and speaker not working properly. then I checked with them why its happen, I ask you people to change my mobile touch screen now getting issue with mic and speaker. I found that they are changing the spare parts from another mobile which comes for the service. so i got clear picture this people are change spare parts for other mobile for which they charging for from us. i fought with them for they are saying we just for set whether its working or not. but at last they given me the phone with damaged screen and mic problem. Saying that submit your phone we will repair and your phone will be ready in one week. i thought to not to lose my phone to this guys (fraud).

                                        Sir, I purchased a new Mobile Micromax Canvas Duet 2 Model No. EG 111 (Rs. 15000 Aprx.) On 15 April, 2014.That time more problems in when it start like more heating, play Store not work. After 2 days I called micromax helpline they advised that reset your phone then your phone will work properly if it not work you have to visit micromax service centre.Next day i went to services centre they solved play store problems but heating problem not solved. After about one and half month, play store not work again. I visit again services centre and play store work again but heating problem remain same. After two or three months play store again not work and one more problems added SIM-2(GSM) not work and heating problem is remain same. I visit again services centre they said that you have to leave your handset for 45 days they send it to the company for this problems. I leave it there for 45 days. When it comes form company play store and SIM-2 (GSM) worked but heating problem and volume down key not worked. Now play store not working again and volume key, heating problems also in it. Today i went to services centre again they said that you have to leave handset for 45 days we will send to it company for resolve problems. Now i am very tired to visit to services centre again & again and company make me fool. Services Centre never repair it properly. And now i want to replaced my mobile from new mobile or returned it to company.
