actually i had purchased Misromax A310 Nitro on 20 Nov 2014. now 4-5 times my phone goes to switched off suddenly without giving any notification related to Battery is going to be switched off. sudden blinking is occured on the screen and phone is off and then i have to plugged in charger then battery shows after 2 min charging 1%. so please resolved my poblem and give me suggestion what to do.       I purchased model micromax A091 (Canvas HD) on12/05/13 (It is still in warranty period). My mobile's not working better, so I went to micromax service center "V-care mobitron", above IDBI bank Ghatkopar (E) Mumbai-77. I submitted my it on 08/10 /14. I took 47 days for them to repair .My mobile didn't provide me I went there, I told about this problem to them.They asked me problem in mother board. I submitted my mobile on 08/10/14 and till now I haven't received my mobile. Today(08/12/14) when I went there and talked to *manager*regarding the problems I m facing because of the delay in your service and reminding him about previous commitment which they made that it would get repaired on 11/11//14, He started shouting on me and furiously said "I won't get it repaired, do whatever you want". This is very bad on part of micromax. Seriously fed up of those people, and fed up of MICROMAX Please help me regarding this, Please help me bring me back my mobile as early as possible. Manager didn't even apologise for his behavior.         We had ordered a Micromax 32-inch LED following the announcement that it is sold on Snap Deal for Rs. 15000. We bought it with a sense of joy and i thought it would be a good surprise gift to my parents. But what we received was a damaged product and later on the entire experience has been a nightmare and this issue is still open. The first time the TV was received it was damaged so we filed a replacement. After two weeks the replacement TV was received and this one too was of bad quality where the display is aweful. The Micromax technician acknowledged the display issue and told us to file a replacement again. We have done it and after 3 weeks still there is no response from Micromax. I have called the service Manager named Maheshwaran who promised a week back that replacement TV would be sent but it has been a week and there is no TV received and no response from him either. Frustrated and hoping that this complaint would yield some result i am writing to you. Rafiulla Khan

          Dear Sir, micromax product is good but service is very bad i bought micromax unite 2 in before 2 month. having start problem in touch i have go to service center Delhi Lajpat Nagar M/s B.R Sevice Center. in 25/11/2014. i have submit my phone in 25.11.2014.               Dear Sir/Madam, Iwish to inform you that, I have purchase the Micromax canvas turbo new handset from online shopping withSnapdeal.com dated on 24.03.2014. And it is received our end on 28.03.2014. From the date of receiving it is workingwell, but after few month it will create problem with video shot mode, it isnot come on in video mode from camera mod, then we go to service center and sowthe same, he will suggested to me, to take all the important data for software up-gradation, and i will again came to theservice center for suggested work, and they will take approx 2-3 hour and toldme, the handset haveing internal problem in touch screen, and it need to sendDelhi service center for resolving problem and it take 15 to 20 days, then we deposit the handsetfor repairing on that date, 26.09.2014, (job no- N[protected])and after elapsing the given time i call the service center and, his representative tolled to meit will take some another 15 days, to repairing the phone. And from thisdata to till date I will call the service center and call center (complain no-[protected]) several time but i did not get any proper response, in between i acknowledge from service center that handset received to his office without repairing and the service center again send myphone to micromax head office for repairing without, any information of me. Andwe again call the call center and he generate the another complain no ([protected]), and he arrange the back callfrom head office, behalf of my request. And i received the call By Mr. Varun. from head office dated on 25.11.2014, and he commitment to me for providing the service handset for your conveyance and thedefective handset provide to our end it well working condition from 20 working days, but it fails, he cannotfull fill the commitment, and after 10 day he again call, behalf of my another request, he told me, thehandset take another 15 -20 working day for repairing. Theabove mentioned complain the period taking of repairing the mobile is not clarified, it will already take approx 2.5 month and i thing it is gonein non ending process, so i want be a new handset with warranty extended for that period.                 This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Bijay Kumar Das, S/O Lt Shiw Ratan Das, resident of R P Gupta Path, Titagarh Kolkata-119, purchased an Android hand set Model- Micromax- A117 Canvas magnus worth of Rs. 13, 000/-( Thirteen thousand ) on dated -05/02/2014 vide invoice No. 7780 from Planet M- Barrackpore, Kolkata-120. In order to upgrade the software of above said hand set I had given it to SK Safikul Islam an employee of M/S Optimal Solutions, 195 Barasat road, Nonachandan pukur, Barrackpore, Kolkata-122 on dated – 16/10/2014 in running condition as it was within the stipulated warranty period provided by the Micromax company. After half an hour Mr SK Safikul Islam reported me that hand set gone dead during upgrading the software, and then he assured me to return the handset in running condition after 15 days. After 15 days I made a contact to M/S Optimal Solutions by phone regarding my hand set but in-vain they replied me to that my hand set was successfully repaired and was about to come after 07 days from head quarter Delhi. Thereby After 07 days I made a contact again regarding the hand set, I was told that my hand set was lying unrepaired and again they promised me to hand over the above said set in running condition after 04 days. On 12th of November 2014, I went to M/S Optimal Solution Micromax service center to get back my hand set as per assurance given by them, they in turn frame a false charge against me about mishandling of the set by saying that the PCB CAN was open which they did not mentioned at the time of receiving the hand set. Then, Mr SK. Safikul Islam returned the unrepaired dead set and said the servicing is impossible. I, thereby, in order to get back my Android hand set in running condition, request your end to look into the matter.

                  1. I purchased A63 model of your company regd no [protected] on 14 Dec 2013. In Oct 2013 the touch screen stopped working. I contacted your customer care & deposited my mobile handset with Cliff electronics, Ooty-643001 on 04 Nov 2014, as recommended by them.(Order No 970) I was assured of repair within 14 days as also of a telephonic confirmation of repair. 2. I have been waitinf their call since then but to no avail. Not only this I have been tring to contact them on phone for last 10 days but have got no response from them, even after 20 - 30 missed calls from me. On 07 Decd(today) I decided to myself go to the service centre, which is at a distance of 20 Km from my working place. The centre was closed, despite the information provided by the service centre employee that it remains open on Sundays. I again got another mobile number from the centre's hoarding & tried to contact, but none responded again. 3. It needs to be appreciated that I am a Govt employee & cannot visit service centre every day. It has been an irresponsible behaviour from your service centre, as I have been left with no mobile for my use & am using an old second hand mobile set at the moment. I also need to apprise you that this the worst experience I have had till date of dealing with any of the product manufacturers. 4. May I request you to look into matter & intimate me at the earliest. I also expect the service centre to deliver the product to me as I am not in a position to visit the service centre agian & again. After one month o[censored]sage it got problem in charging the Battery where the batter was not getting charged, and there was no Audio outgoing. I have given the mobile to Micromax service center in Bangalore on 03/11/2014 they have intimated that it will take 15days after 15days when I went to the service center still the mobile was not repaired and they told that it will take time as they don’t have any idea about it they just said that your phone is with Micromax company for repair and they have not told when they can give the mobile, when I asked about the same, they told to check it out with customer care, I have called many times the Micromax service center, and customer care and even many times I have mailed to the mail Id [protected]@micromaxinfo.com but there was no proper response from them. Now they were telling it will take another one month but they were not assuring whether it will be repaired or not, I don’t no when I will get my mobile, I request to you please help me in getting back my phone as it is, or replace it with another one...                     but they are not confirming when they can give the mobile back, they are not giving any proper response and they are very irresponsible about our request. Please, do the needful. We need your help in this regards.

                        I Have Purchase a Duel Sim Mobile (IMEI No. [protected] & [protected] ) on 17.05.2014 from Mobile Store at Naihati, But Since Day 1 I have face a lot of problems with this set. I repeatedly said the mobile store to my problem but have not given me any satisfactory reply & at the same time they send me the service centre. Then I go the service centre at Naihati. They have noticed the LCD Problem. They have prepare a job sheet against my LCD Problem & send it to me after 20 days . But They Create a new Problem on the same day on Touch. After that they have prepare a Job Sheet against my Touch Problem & give me the set after 18 to 20 Days Further The said set given to Tollygunge Service Centre takes 20 days & also at Hatibagan Service Centre, Takes 22 Days another for the same problem and now at again Deposit at Naihati Service Centre for the same problem. Job sheet No. E[protected] on 03.12.2014.They have replace the touch at the same day & also create a new problem at motherboard & at the same time they have taken the set & assure me that the said set will send to Kolkata service centre. If they not repair the set they also sent it to Delhi Office which takes another 45 Days. From Micromax Company given me a 1 Year Warranty on which 5 Months (approx) it stays on Service Centre. Therefore I request your good self please look into this matter as an urgent basis. Now we can hear that Micromax is leading Number 1 Brands but I feel very much unfortunate with this experience.                         its really sad to hear it...from u...actually I also sent to repair my micromax a63 on naihati Durga infotel center...on 26.12.2014...they told me that it takes 30-45 days for repair...but till now(2.2.15) they havn't replied anything...bad servicing...really...dnt know what is going to happen...:(

                          Sir, It is very much shocking experience in your Service center, Darbhanga, Bihar. My smartphone A105 touch screen was damaged, display LCD was working smoothly, I went to Darbhanga Micomax Service Center for replacing touchscreen. He told me the charges are 1500, I had given my set for replacement on 27.10.2014 after ten days I got my set but damaged display LCD. The Service center was not accepting his fault and told me it was damaged by me. But before handing over to Service center it was showing crystal clear images and graphics. Than I went to Patna Micromax Service center in DakBuglow and the cost charged of display LCD of A105 was 1850. I have got receipt and necessary detail for that. So, are you going to pressurise Darbhanga Service center to refund the money of LCD because it was damaged by then while replacing my touchscreen.                             Hi Team, I am Sham Raut, I have purchased your Micromax Mobile Model # L-108 on 14/09/2014 from Pune. After 2 months, I found that the Touch Pannel of the handset is dead & it has stopped its working. So I reported this incident to your Authorized Service Centre in Pimpri, Pune on 05/11/2014. After investigating this handset by Technician he confirmed that Touch Pannel is dead & asked me to submit the handset for 15 days, so I have submitted it accordingly in order to get it repaired ASAP. I have tried calling many times on their land line number[protected] after 15 days, to know the status but I didn't received proper response from them. Now today 05/12/2014 its been more than a month, I visited again to service centre & requested them to repair my handset immediately. Henceforth, I got a feedback that again I have to wait for another 1 month as we haven't received the replacement part. For repairing if it requires 2 month then what is the use of service. Here, I am not at all happy with the service & much disappointed and this is very worst & pathetic service that I have ever got in my life. Customer Name: Sham Raut Residential Address: S. Then i have submitted it to micromax care and from then it already passed near about 1 year but till now my micromax mobile was at micromax care.                                   the written letter to the coustmer care of micromax is as follows:-sir i have bought a micromax A065 mobile on 27/8/14. after buying the mobile started giving me range problem, so on 7/10/14 i submitted my mobile to care centre at swargate pune. where they sent my mobile to the head office for further assistance & told me that i'll get back in 45 days but they faild to do so. Then i revisited the care centre & i got to know that they had given me micromax A075 mobile phone in replace to my A065 which was totally unfair. so did not accept the given phone to me & so i got a "complaint number- MMX[protected]". but i am not getting a good response. so i request to look after this mail & re-contact me on this. and i would also like to say that the given time has exceeded far from the real date of time so please look after this & give me A065 replaced or similar to it not like as A075 or i need to go to the CONSUMER FORUM.                                     Sir/Ma'am I purchased a mobile phone with the following particulars on[protected] from "Dashmesh Jee Telecom, GTB Nagar, Delhi (ph no.:[protected], [protected]): Micromax Canvas A114 IMEI/ESN No.[protected] [protected] with a cash payment of Rs, 10, 600/- with a warranty period of 1 year. After a few months o[censored]sage I started facing grave issues with the phone such as: Despite being fully charged the phone would switch off and then would take hours and several repeated attempts to be switched on again.. The phone was then reported with the above mentioned problem to a Micromax Service centre at M/S AV Communications, Hudson lane, Kingsway camp, New delhi(mob no [protected]/[protected]) with model code-SERMOB0392 job sheet no.-NO[protected]. The phone was then taken for repair and was returned to us after almost a month and a half. On inquiring about the delay we were told that the phone has been couriered out of Delhi for repair. The problem in the phone still exists and has not been looked into. Moreover the issues are aggravated to such a level that the phone is practically non functional and unfit for use. The problems being: 1)The phone shows certain issues with the software not responding to commands and hence would hang indefinitely and repeatedly. The phone swtiches off on its own. The screen hangs and the display on the screen shows multiple horizontal and vertical lines . Many a times the screen turns red and starts vibrating incessantly making screeching noises. Being a doctor it has become a nuisance to carry such a dumb smart phone. It makes me miss calls and makes it even more difficult to make one. It hampers my work and affects my entire schedule. Such a lousy and incompetent service and irresponsible behavior from a company of such high repute makes me feel CHEATED. I regret my decision to be a Micromax customer and would not recommend anyone else to become one. Purchasing Micromax phones is money gone down the drain. More than the money it is my precious time which I wasted waiting for the repairs to be done with the negative results for the same. Not to mention the mental trauma and frustration I went through each time I tried to use this phone or make it functional. Even with the phone I am practically without one.                                       My mobile was sent to customer care for 3 time, each time it was with the service center for an avg of 15 days for each time. even then my power button was not working. The service provided by the authority of the service center mad me surprised. They gave me a reply that they can do nothing of there was a problem with power button. I addition they said me that the micromax products will be much sensitive than any other products and they asked me to leave as they cant do anything. When i was thinking what to about the phone i came to know the same problem has occurred with another customer who was a country man travelled from his village to service center and went disappointed.
