Iwish to inform you that, I have purchase the Micromax canvas turbo new handset from online shopping withSnapdeal.com dated on 24.03.2014. And it is received our end on 28.03.2014.
From the date of receiving it is workingwell, but after few month it will create problem with video shot mode, it isnot come on in video mode from camera mod, then we go to service center and sowthe same, he will suggested to me, to take all the important data for software up-gradation, and i will again came to theservice center for suggested work, and they will take approx 2-3 hour and toldme, the handset haveing internal problem in touch screen, and it need to sendDelhi service center for resolving problem and it take 15 to 20 days, then we deposit the handsetfor repairing on that date, 26.09.2014, (job no- N[protected])and after elapsing the given time i call the service center and, his representative tolled to meit will take some another 15 days, to repairing the phone. And from thisdata to till date I will call the service center and call center (complain no-[protected]) several time but i did not get any proper response, in between i acknowledge from service center that handset received to his office without repairing and the service center again send myphone to micromax head office for repairing without, any information of me. Andwe again call the call center and he generate the another complain no ([protected]), and he arrange the back callfrom head office, behalf of my request. And i received the call By Mr. Varun. from head office dated on 25.11.2014, and he commitment to me for providing the service handset for your conveyance and thedefective handset provide to our end it well working condition from 20 working days, but it fails, he cannotfull fill the commitment, and after 10 day he again call, behalf of my another request, he told me, thehandset take another 15 -20 working day for repairing.
Theabove mentioned complain the period taking of repairing the mobile is not clarified, it will already take approx 2.5 month and i thing it is gonein non ending process, so i want be a new handset with warranty extended for that period. If i not satisfied i have to go the consumer courtfor that case.
