This is in regard to the pathetic service shown to me by the Micromax centre. I had submitted my phone with complaints of "Blinking screen" on 04/09/2104 to "M/S AVJ COMMUNICATION", stationed at Shop No.20, 2nd Floor Hudson Lane, Kingsway Camp, near GTB metro station, New Delhi-110033.
Attached information reads as; Jobsheet Date;04/09/2014

Mobile Model number : Canvas A210, with Model code SERMOB0298
Mobile IMEI/ESN No. [protected]/ [protected]
The problem, reported as, was "4902 Display fading"
At the submission of time, I was assured of my phone being delivered in a span of 10 days. But, even after a period of three long months, the phone is still languishing at the service centre, with no further assurance or any stipulated time. my frequent visit at the centre fell on deaf ears. And they merely assured me of few days.And my subsequent visit was meted out with same disregard.
A week later after submission of phone, I received a call from an unknown person, who was complaining of "Data manipulation."
On complaining of the same to the concerned centre, I was told of some Data of my phone got feeded in another phone.
Given the aforementioned information, I, therefore request you to take some quick and necessary actions so that i can get my phone repaired.
