    Dear Sir/ Madam I have Micromax TAB ( Model No.- P255 )that is within warranty period. In my TAB screen display is gone discolour and unreadable. I went to Micromax Customer Care with TAB in16, Princep Street, Opposite- Hotel Embassy, Kolkata-700072. They told me that LCD of my TAB is Broken from inside and they are charging to repair Rs.2170/-. I did not understand why I have to pay. How is it possible that a LCD is broken from inside. From outside nothing is happened. How can I believe that its broken from inside. Whether its broken it should be from outside. I request you to please repair or replace my TAB as soon as possible.       sir Ihave purchaseda mobile from micromaxa114 imeicanvas 2.2 on 7/03/2014from shubham export shastri nagar sigra varanasi.My mobile was not working properly from aug 2014 so I have given for repair to its service center Milan mobile shakti plaga sigra Varanasi on 27/09/2014 invoice no is n[protected] my mobile is under warranty period. I cannot found my mobile till date 29/11/2014 and when I contact with service center I always received massage, we take 15 days for deliver you mobile .but when I contact last Wednesday date27/11/2014 with Mr. Amit gupta mobile no[protected], he told me we will deliver you mobile in December .when I want to request regarding my problem he told me we are nothing do something for you request and he has threaded me. . sir kindly consider my request because I am suffering from last two month.         Since 27th Sept. my Canavs-4 phone is in service center in Noida. I have no luck either with SC or your care team. No SLA no date.The service center just says - Sir your phone is in Narayana and PSU - mother board is crashed and we will give you new phone. Can I have a date? 60 days is enough is it not? to serve a request. Please avoid this is pathetic situation. I preferred Indian phone over others to take pride and I am not feeling good now. This is going no where. I have attached my job sheet. And request your urgent attention and escalation of this case. Please update me. Job sheet no# - N[protected]

          Dear sir it is intimated that on 08 Nov 2014 a data card 219W was deposited with authorised service centre ie Shri Laxmi Enterprise Uttam Nagar New Delhi vide job sheet No N[protected] with a promise that it will be repaired /replaced with in 7-10 day but the same has not been given till date. severally i have contacted them on telephone and send a mail to their srvice centre but all is vein. A very negative attitude towards their customers have been shown by the micromax. you are requested to take necessary action to save right of the customer thanks with regards vipin kumar

            I have purchased a micromax smart phone unfortunately it has got some problem so I took it to micromax care centre since my mobile is under warranty period but people working there note the complaint and took my mobile telling me that since the mobile has got some internal problem and some parts needs to be changed so they gave me 15 days time as they have to order the part (i dont know from where) after 15 days when i inquired about the phone they again ask me to wait for another 15 days now its almost one month past but they are not in the position of repairing it whenever i call to them I got the same reply i.e they have not recieved the part. If such type of response is always continue how can i can stay without my mobile for a long month should i buy a new one. This is a serious issue try resolving the problem in short duration taking one month is too much and at the same time if you are keeping a servicing centre please make sure that parts are available in particular centre like other service centre of other company today iam regretting for purchasing this product now i feel like I should stop person from buying this product. My request is solve the problem in time and almost all the servicing centre of micromax in any part of India do not have spare parts with them so make sure parts are available we do not purchased those product for waiting one month while resolving the problem. Today I feel shame to those who have purchased other company product as they never face problem like this.

              SIr, This is in regard to the pathetic service shown to me by the Micromax centre. I had submitted my phone with complaints of "Blinking screen" on 04/09/2104 to "M/S AVJ COMMUNICATION", stationed at Shop No.20, 2nd Floor Hudson Lane, Kingsway Camp, near GTB metro station, New Delhi-110033. Attached information reads as; Jobsheet Date;04/09/2014 jobsheet No. N[protected]. Mobile Model number : Canvas A210, with Model code SERMOB0298 Mobile IMEI/ESN No. [protected]/ [protected] The problem, reported as, was "4902 Display fading" At the submission of time, I was assured of my phone being delivered in a span of 10 days. But, even after a period of three long months, the phone is still languishing at the service centre, with no further assurance or any stipulated time. my frequent visit at the centre fell on deaf ears. And they merely assured me of few days.And my subsequent visit was meted out with same disregard. A week later after submission of phone, I received a call from an unknown person, who was complaining of "Data manipulation." On complaining of the same to the concerned centre, I was told of some Data of my phone got feeded in another phone. Given the aforementioned information, I, therefore request you to take some quick and necessary actions so that i can get my phone repaired.

                  mera cell mene 13 oct ko care me diya tha . in my mobile earlly battery low ki problem thi because internal problem in the socket this type of reason give me from care . then after care says ye cell company me forward karna padega for resolved problem . thats y i m on 13 oct submitted my cell. uske bad care ne muje bola 15-20 days lagege . uske bad mene 20 days after call kiya which status of my cell, care reply me like next week conform aapka cell return hoga . but 1 month ho gya abhi bhi care vale muje 1 week ka time de rahe he. conform nhi keh rahe he kya he mere cell ka status.

                      Hi,
                      As i was getting my micromax canvas elanza A121 phone before 1.5 years back. From that day i was getting problems of mobile heating, battery, and also storage.
                      But before some days i was getting problem of IMEI number, automatically the phone restarted and imei number automatically removed. I went to mobile shop and they repaired it. After few days the same problem occured. I was also done repairing once again. Now recently the incident happened that, my phones imei number again deleted by system and phone gets off. Now the service center persons said you have to change board of mobile. (With no guarantee ), with cost 3000 Rs.. if you have any suitable solution for this then please let me know.
                      I will never use micromax again.

So I have given my phone to service centre for repairing last month and they told me that hardly it took 8-10 days for repaired. But now till date my phone not repaired and every time when I call to service centre they told me that they don't received the parts yet.

                              Yesterday I have visit the service centre after confirming the senior person of service centre that my phone is repaired but after reaching there I konw that my phone didn't repaired yet and while repair my phone they also damage my phone touch also and now they told we need some time to replace the touch of phone and they took the previous jobsheet from me and give the new jobsheet.
                              Below I have provide the jobsheet number for your quick refrence: N[protected].
                              Please look into this issue on urgent basis and esclate this issue to Micromax higher authorised person that how people suffred from theire service centres mistake.

                                  I had submitted my mobile at Pune service center for repairing, as service center representative informed have to send to company to get it repaired it will taken around 20 days for this. I accepted and submitted by mobile with Job sheet reference no. W[protected] dated 10/10/2014. After couple of days I called customer care and registered my complaint with complain no. MMX[protected] and told you will get resolution within 21 days. But till today 28.11.14 i had not received any feedback on this, several times I had mailed them but no response. My mobile in under warranty period and if company is not able to resolve the issue they should issue replacement for the same. How many days customer shall wait and take follow up from company. It company responsibility to satisfy customer on time. It's humble requested to look into this matter and let me know when I will get my mobile back in my hand. Regards Pankaj Dhamija +91 [protected]

                                    Hello sir, by default I purchased darkman game in my Micromax A58 model which i regreat and want to cancel the game and it's purchasing cost yet in that till now my 20 Rs have been deducted, the cost to purchase that game is 50 Rs.Now the remaining 30 Rs I don't want to pay and I deleted clear data of the game from settings.so please try to help me out.

                                      I have submitted my mobile Canvas Cameo 290 on 27/10/2014 for socket problem at Ahuja service center at Gwalior which is under warranty. Docket No is[protected]. They said that it will be repaired in 15-20 days. After regular visit for asking about servicing position of phone, they did not respond to me and when i visited on 26/11/2014, they told that action will be taken soon. today when i called them they are telling that socket problem has been solved now new problem of motherboard had arrived and it will take 40 days. how a costumer can believe this and tolerate this the delay in mobile repair.

                                      Kindly take this matter very seriously as it is grave violation of costumer satisfaction and right.
                                      hoping very positive response from you and my mobile should repair soon.

                                        Hi, My name is "Darakshan Naaz" and This is to inform you that I have bought New Micromax Mobile Handset model no: Micromax X253, which I bough from the Shop name The Mobile Park, from Kormangala-Bangalore and the Date I bought was[protected], it's almost 4 months completed and from the day I bought this handset for my dad to gave him as a gift, So from the day he started using mobile from that day he is facing problem of speaker and volume and sound which is not coming clear at all for that purpose he has submitted Mobile handset to Micromax service center number of times, even I only don't remember how many times my dad has been to the service center to ask to either repair my mobile properly or give a new handset, every time they are repairing I don't know how they are repairing they are simply giving mobile back not doing any thing and if he is asking for new handset, So they are refusing him to give new handset, it's almost 4 months and in this 4 months hardly my dad has used this mobile max to max 1 week not more than that, So just wanted to letting you know, that I have got defective piece and my problem is too much serious, I am not able to handle the situation because Micromax people are not ready to give new handset, and my dad are facing these many problems, I thought of giving gift to my dad, but rather than giving happiness, I have given big tension to my dad in terms of this Micromax mobile, So I just need a justice, either they just give me new handset/Mobile or refund my amount which is Rs.1800, So please Sir I am really very help less, So please kindly help me and my dad to get a justice my resolving this matter, and one more than please ask them not to repair because my mobile is in Micromax service center still with those people and still it's not been repaired and it almost 4 months, they are telling the same thing again and again. So, please please Sir help us to get a new mobile or our money back. Looking forward to hear from you soon.
