I have given my mobile MAD A94 model code SERMOB0381 to M/S MSN COMMUNICATION NO 164 KESHAVA COMPLEX, 1ST FLOOR, SHOP NO-02, 27TH CROSS, JAYANAGAR, 6TH BLOCK, BANGALORE. My job sheet number is S[protected] dated on 05/11/2014. From second sim call was connecting so i gave it to customer care for servicing. They said that it would take 20 days to return my mobile, but now they are telling that it would take another month for repairing. But I cant wait upto a month. So give my mobile back or money back with in 2 days. They are not responding properly now.

    I had registered a complain for data cable on service center and they said you will get a new one in 12 days, when i visited again after 12 days they said our policies are changed and you should submit your data cable for another 15 days and they took my data cable for replacement and said we will give you a new one in 15 days but didn't gave me the replacement for some days to use. When i asked they said we do not provide the facility for replacement.I want the replacement for 15 days otherwise how would i charge my mobile. When i contacted the customer care micromax they said there is a facility for replacement for 15 days and after that you will get the new one after submitting that replacement.       A mobile no. [protected] model sermob0381 has gave to service centre m/s exclusive care, usnaz tower Cochin on 12/11/2014. but the mobile is not repaired. The same mobile has already been repaired before one month by the said service centre. The mobile is being again/repeatdly got defective. so I want to know why the mobile repeatedly defective. It is requested to suggest the concerned service centre to repair the mobile at the earliest and check the complaint. The mobile is purchased nearly.( with in seven month).         I purchused micromax a 94 at snapdeal 3 months back... My bad luck is after one week i faced touch problem... From there it was not solved by ur services... And now i gave it to hyderabad center... They took my phone for 2 months and said that the parts are not available... Then they sent to head office.. So please help me... Or please exchange my phone.. This is my humbble request... Please exchange my phone vith that piece only because i didnt use that phone for one week serially... and now 1 has been completing.. Again if it gets any problm i cant ask u when my free servicing period is completed... So please exchange my phone.. Please please please

          Dear Team, My name is Dr. Shraddha Gupta and I am from Mumbai. I purchased Micromax Canvas 4 in Nov 2013. From past 1 month I am going through terrible time. I had issue with network drop and calls were getting disconnected. I submitted my cellphone to Micromax Service Center on 4 Nov 2014. I have visited the service center (D G Telecom, Borivali West, Mumbai) 4 times only to be called after 1 week. Finally after lot of arguments I made them give me my cell back on 2nd Dec, 2014; since I had to travel abroad. However, the problem is still persisting and nothing has been done. I had even called on the Customer Care number on 19 Nov, 2014 4:11pm (Complain number: [protected] attended by Justin). But nothing was done further. I gave my cell on 4th Nov 2014 when my cell phone was in warranty. They kept the phone with them for a month and did nothing. I have been duped and cheated by the company, so that once my warranty period expires I will have to pay for the services. This is extremely unprofessional. Twice when I went to the service station, the cell phone was in their service station and they told me its done. I checked it in front of the staff and told them that the problem is still there; which they accepted and told me we will be sending it to Gurgaon. However, on my third visit it was still with them ad they told me its done and still the same issue. After a long heated argument I was told that this may take even 2 months. In today's era a company like Micromax can take such a long time for repairing the product. They have done this only to take money from the customer and fool them. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided to us and the quality of Micromax handsets. Moreover, to add to our woes, the staff at service station is extremely rude and do not attend to the customer with any interest. I am a Doctor and do not like to be treated like this; only because our fault is we bought Micromax product. The staff even did not have courtesy to apologize for this indecent behaviour, that too when speaking to a lady in such a manner. I want to bring this to your notice so that somebody reads this and never buys their products. In addition when I called up at the service station before nobody attends to the phone call. I visited the office again to find a deserted phone at one corner, ringing and nobody attending to it. The Branch Manger Poonam Sharma was very rude in telling me that it was not her job and you are not the only customer. Can you beat that!!! Also, please arrange for a training session for Micromax employees on how to deal with customers and if they are so frustrated for working for a company like Micromax they better quit this job and look out for something which will give them happiness and not spoil anybody else's mood. As for my problem it still remain unresolved. Please do something in this aspect and get in touch with me on [protected]/[protected]@yahoo.co.in.Please let me know what action needs to be taken in this regard.             I had submitted my Micromax canvas A-77 to the service centre for rectification of a small problem i.e voice is not coming out from ear piece of the phone, they rectified it by replacing the part but then another problem occur, Network is not coming out in any of the SIM. I immediately inform this to the service centre personnel and they again deposited it (Job card No; N[protected] dated 02 Sep 14). On 05 Sep 14 the service centre personnel told me that sir we have done our best but nothing happens and now your phone needs software to be updated After that on 12 Sep 14 service centre personnel told me that sir we had updated the software but now your phone is not starting up and we think that there is somethin gone wrong with the hardware of phone, thus your phone need to be sent to company's main service centre NOIDA for repair. They gave another job card (Job card No: N[protected] dated 12 Sep 14). Now after depositing phone on 12 Sep 14 they sent the mobile to NOIDA on 27 Sep 14. Now Question arises Why they were keeping Mobile for 15 days when the can't do anything on it? After waiting for nearly three months on 29 Nov 14 service centre personnel told me that sir your mobile is rectified and came back from NOIDA and you can come and collect it. But when I saw the Mobile I was shocked it was not of mine. The service centre personnel told that sir "aapka mobile set repair nahi ho sakta hai isiliye company ne handset replace kar ke naya set Micrmax bolt A-71( IMEI No; [protected]) diya hai aur ye hi hai aapko lena parega". I was shocked to here that. How can Micromax replace my set with an old and used set (Micrmax bolt A-71 IMEI No; [protected]) of lower specification without even consulting me? TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I want my set or if not then a brand new set of nearly same specification. Why not a legal action be initiated against the company for this stupid company's decision?

              Respected sir i have submitted my phone to Micromax service centre at 3/11/2014 . my phone was out of warranty, it had completed one year, and i informed about it to micromax service centre, they said that they would analyze problem and would send me information so that i could repair it from outside as i am poor .without my permission they send my phone in company as i had informed them to tell me full analysis cause i can't afford higher price for repairment, after one month the person at service centre told me that your phone has motherboard problem and you can get your phone after approximate one week and it would cost 4000 INR.respected sir please help me i can't afford 4000.so tell me exact price of motherboard so i can purchase it from outside and fix from any other mobile repairing centre, .mmx service centre took my one month and now they informed about 4000 rs. that i can't afford.my phone model is micromax canvas hd a116i.

                I bought CANVASA1 Moder number AD4501, It got locked on patternlock and handed over to your service station KANISHKHA MOBILE CARE at Coimbatore, tamilnadu on 14 october 2014 job card number 7391 and box number 5113. They were not able to solve the problem and forwarded to you on 03 nov 2014 with new Job card number S[protected].

                I made a complaint to you regarding the long delay with complaint number [protected].
                I wrote a mail to you and Thanks for the reply though late by 14 days.

                I contacted your customer care number:[protected] today(2nd dec 2014) as advised . As per them my mobile is not ready and will take another 30 days even though more than 50 days passed already. They say they don't know the current position of my mobile.
                But your mail says you escalated the priority. I don't know what you really mean it. Already close to 2 months over still I have not recd my mobile . Can you please attend to it immediately?

                It is already about 2 months passed and unable to use the mobile phone. kindly attend to the said problem and return the mobile set to me at the earliest.

                As requested by Team Micromax I wrote a mail to them with relevant details, I received a mail and a call from one of the executives promissing to finish off within 10 working days, Today 19 dec 2014 I called customer care number:[protected] and shocked to find that they ask me to wait for 30 days from dec 4th is valid and no change is made to finish earlier. and asked for some supervisor contack number and they refused to provide. and give again and again customer care number:[protected] and webid at @micromaxinfo.com, which are already known to all and could do nothing to help. Now I am totally frustrated even I doughy god can help me.

                  I have given a Mobile phone for service from Micromax Company, Model No. A106 Unite-2 for repairing which has under warranty period. I have given this mobile on dt.14.10.2014. My Mobile has touch problem while using it, The Service center executive checked it & said, that they would give it within the week time, but till dt. they didn't give the phone. I have visited many time (5-6 time) their service centre, But they always says that your mobile hasn't came from warehouse or their department & says you will receive the call, Mail or message, whenever it will repair. I have attach the Job Sheet which I have received from their service centre.

                    As the tab P4101 was submitted to the service centre at R.K. Mobile Services, Dehradun on 11.10.2014 with the problem that the POWER DOES NOT SWITCH ON as under job sheet no. E[protected] and was given a time of 30 days but not received yet. On 13 Nov the message was sent by the head office that the tab has been repaired, please collect from the service centre But service centre says that they have not received my tab P4101 from the company. Now tell me who is saying the truth company or the service centre. If I not received the my tab P4101 within a week then I am logging the complaint to the consumer form.

                      You have 3rd class customer care, bcoz u not care of your customer
                      He choose you. I have gone 15 to 20 times to your service centre for those
                      Problems -
                      1 - camera is not working
                      2 - charger plug is not working
                      3 - phone is unusually slow
                      4 - its not chared by it's originol charger
                      My mobile go for service 10 to 15time in 6 month of periods
                      But my problem was not solved so i m tottaly disgusted with this mobile

                        I was giving my Micromex Canvas A93 Mobile Phone for Repairing(4904 DISPLAY BLACK LINES) in TRIPS COMMUNICATION CANARA BANK, COMPANY BAGH, BARABANKI on 24/Sept/2014.
                        70 days was completed but my handset is not take to me and the Service Centre Executive is telling to One more month to take my phone.

                          Hi, I am vijay kumar .. i given my micromax canvasL a108 to the micromax service center on 11 october 2014 . i had visited there 11 times as they were always giving me further dates with their promises . last time on 15th november 2014 they said that i will recieve a new piece within 10 days, but there is still no reply. i m suffering from this cheap services since last 2 months and because of that i will not be more able to believe in micromax, as i buy this product because of an indian brand tag, but now i m tired by the repeated scheduled answers of micromax service center person .. i am asking to micromax team that how far i have to wait for my problem and what would be the permanent solution for this ..

                            Dear Concern, I purchased Micromax A- 290 Night from Bonfone Mobile Store, Raj Nagar (RDC), Ghaziabad on 13th August 2014. In just 2 months time, the mobile has a charging problem. We went to the store as well as Your service center RDC, Ghaziabad in the month of November 2014. They said : The charging unit will be replaced and we will charge Rs. 1250/- for it. (I need to understand that what is the meaning of warranty), still I said that its ok you get my mobile repaired and i personally requested the concern to get the set repaired in 7- 8 days as I my family lives alone in ghaziabad and i stay out of ghaziabad, to which he said ok. Today was the eight day, my wife called at the service centre number to my biggest shock the concern person over phone said that we don't know when the part will come or when your mobile will come. It might take 20 or 30 or even more days. And even then you have a problem you can contact on[protected]which is showing wrong number). I am really shocked and surprised to see that employees from such a known brand like Micromax don't know how to talk with the customers. Sorry to say if this is your customer relationship than I would better switch from MixcroMax to any tom dick and harry mobile company where atleast I can assume about the same treatment well in advance. Please suggest what I should do next. should I purchase new set of other company and think that I have been ditched for Rd. 13000/- by a company called Micromax or should I expect any positive response from Micromax.                               I submitted my A115 micromax mobile at Gopal Telecom, Jalandhar Punjab. When I submitted my mobile then 20 to 30 days time for repairing was given to me. Now today is about 60 days to go and no response from Gopal Telecom as well as Micromax. This is dam . Even I submit the complaint vide complaint No. MMS [protected]. When eve I call the representative give me 20 to 30 days time for repairing. No one can tell me exact time how much time to repair my mobile. Now I will waiting next 2 days if my mobile or my mobile status was not confirm by your site then I go to consumer form. Take this matter VERY URGENT. Regards Rajiv Soni

                                I have given my micromax a117 mobile to sai InfoTech service centre maninagar, Ahmedabad. I have submitted my mobile on 28/10/2014. but till now they have not resolved problem. they first inform me to have touchpad problem, after 15 days they told me to send mobile to company after 15 days they told me mobile transfer from company to head office. whats this? is this your real procedure? plz look into matter. it is more than 1 month and still they told more 15 days we want...plz look into matter or replace mobile with new one.

                                  i purchased a Micromax canvas knight A350 ( IMEI / ESN NO: [protected] / [protected] ) via Amazon. The order was placed on 6th November 2014 and i received the item on 10th November 2014. The phone was in a good condition for the first 2-3 days. Then i could find over heating and continuous turn off. The phone dint switch up on 26th November even after charging it i contacted a Micromax service centre at Calicut and handed over the phone for the solution. They reported that the phones motherboard is damaged and is short circuited. the spare board will arrive only after 15 days. Their feedback was not satisfactory. They couldnt recognise the problem even after a week. The phone enjoys a warranty time of 12 months after the purchase. i humbly request you to do the needful and settle my issue as far as possible. i cant ask for a replacement via Amazon as their replacement period for electronics is within 7 days. i feel pathetically bad for this miserable condition of my phone. Waiting for your favourable reply very soon.

                                    i am sorry to say micromax is too worst service center in rajahmundry My mobile has keypad problem.it is on warranty period, so submitted in service centere in 09/10/2014.they said its major issue we have to send company show room, from last month onwards they are saying it was not resolved can u come again, it's very bad part on your service centre.. iam going to service center again and agnain 4 and 5 times.                                       Thank you for the consideration.

                                      But let me explain you about my handset.

                                      I got a call from the service center. I went there to collect it. But i was shocked when i saw my phone.

                                      1. There were a lot of scratches around the phone.

                                      2. Whoever repaired my phone was totally unprofessional, only formality
                                      was performed from that person because the back cover was not pasted and
                                      anyone can remove it easily. as you are already aware about the A290 does not have a removable back.

                                      3. The most shocking thing that my phone was in the same condition in which i have submitted it. I mean the problem was still there. The phone was still not getting charged.

                                      I have denied to receive it in this condition. Now please advise me what is next.

                                      I need my phone to be replaced with a new one. Because i can not accept it with lot of scratches and with the same fault.

                                      You have taken two months to repair it and now i have received my phone back with the same fault. What does it mean.

                                      Please take it on a priority base otherwise I am going to involve your top management in this case.
