Hi I am Sagar. I have a micromax A110 mobile. My issue is regarding the service from you. Month back i gave an order for my mobile's broken camera glass. But still I haven't got any reply from your Shiva electronics service center. Their constant reply is we haven't received the spare part. Kindly look into the matter and get it done soon.     Sir I am Arunava Dutta, I submitted my Micromax bolt a67 which is under warranty on 16th september 2014 jobsheet number E[protected]­­­1 to kolkata service center M/S SABSONIC RGM-170, VIP ROAD KOLKATA-700059. they told that my handset is in head office after 44days 30th october 2014 they returned my handset... After checking it i again found problem of not charging not vibrating and over heating and again on 31st october i submitted it on same service center.. New jobsheet number E[protected]... I contacted MS SABSONIC they told me ph is again sent in head office...Today its 1st december but still now i didnt recieved my handset... I called head office on 28th november as MS SABSONIC told to do... I got a complaint number MMX[protected] and they again told to wait 30days., isint this enough harrasment of a customer from 16th sep to 1st dec they cant repair and give my ph... I need help i need my ph by this week.. Its the 3rd time i am posting no one from micromax is contacting me

    I bought a mobile Bharat 1 model number V409. On its company site it claims and internal memory of 512 MB and in rest all other sites on the internet it claims are internal memory of 4 GB ...
    so I buy this mobile next day I find that its internal memory shows only 82. 21 MB so I go to the service centre and request them to fix this problem...
    after 1 week they give my mobile back to me without any fixing saying that the company site doesn't States the following facts of 512 MB or 4 GB internal memory they give me all kind of excuses and I have a long Evil verbal war with them which bought me physical and mental discomfort this is my first handset with Micromax, I swear to God I will never buy Micromax mobiles again and I will never let my family my batchmates do the same mistake which I did.
    Micromax you are the worst company in India and you know what I am going to spread this message as long as I live.

      I bought a Micromax Canvas Fire 2 A104 from Dialogmobile, Thamarassery, Kerala on 7/11/14 and start using in U.K where I have excellent data connection and wifi but unfortunately if I play a video it only works few minutes and cut off.(lagging) If I reboot it will work again as same. Also the screen is hard (is that way ?) (imie [protected]) Can you pl help

          Dear Micromax, I'm sorry to say that I'm fed up with your' service centre M/S Divya Mobiles 17 B GST Road chengalpattu 603001 Tel.[protected] Mob:- [protected]. My job-sheet number is[protected] and my name is Mr. Srikanth, I'd given my Micromax fun-book IMEI No. [protected] on 22/09/2014 to repair it and 500/- as an advance but till now their is no response from service centre and they are saying the same thing for last two months that "spare part not received from Delhi". Some times they hang-up the phone when they hear my name and job-sheet no. now I'm not able to do anything and need your full support to get my product back. I'm requesting you to do the needful help, I don't mind if it is not repaired but I want my tab back that's it. my contact number is [protected] and I will be happy if I get proper reply from you and solution.

            I am sathish kumar given My mobile Micromax Canvas A77 to the service center on 28/08/2014. I walked to the service center for 7 times for the enquiry about my mobile there is no proper response from the service center. Today(1/12/2014) they(service center) said u got a new mobile as a replacement from Micromax. So i went there to recieve my mobile but they gave me Micromax Canvas A71 which is not my mobile model. Service Center Guy said me both have same configuration but i checked suddenly in internet it has worst configuration than my mobile . When i asked about the cheat the service center guy(Mr.Shiva) said "go and ask customer care we are not responsible for your Mobile".This is great BowDown to Micromax. This service center guys are very worst trying to cheat customers mostly. I haven't taken my mobile delivery and requested for best model or my model as replacement. Kindly do me the favor to get mobile back and get back to the same mail Address to the communication. I need My mobile Back Kindly help me .

              I purchased a micromax 210g dongle lately from a retail shop of my town.As soon as i tried to use it, the dongle behaves abnormally. I am very much disappointed with the dongle received, and the service provided by the micromax service centre.I would rate the service of micromax with a null.It is very much disappointing.I hope maybe now I could get my issue resolved as soon as possible.

                Dear, I need to know the details of my phone Canvas 4 A210 series, which I gave for service center on 18th Nov. I have no clue on what is going on with my phone, every time I visit the service center they say the hardware is not shipped.                     Today i had phone call from sangli service center for replacement of my phone.But they are offering me micromax canvas 2(A110) instead of magnus(A117). so haven't accept the offer.I just want the same model as of mine. Otherwise i want the repayment for my piece.

THEY JUST SAY THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE A MESSAGE FROM COMPANY AND THEN YOU CAN COLLECT YOUR CELL PHONE.                           I am disgusted with the service of my phone (under warranty). Job sheet # S[protected] Complaint # MMX[protected] Almost 1 month after i gave for repair I am said I have to raise a comlaint post which it is 2 weeks, but no update.. almost 70 days now and I was told it will take 30 working days...after 30 days it says another 30 days..It's a fraud company... I will make sure no1, whom I knw ever buy this kind of products. Have lost hope of getting it back.

                            I am wanted the phone within 4 days otherwise I will move leagally. So Kindly am saying that give back my phone very soon.

                                respected sir/madam, i am facing problem with my MICROMAX CANVAS POWER A96. i am not able access any of the application like whatsapp, facebook, phonebook, contact etc. touch stops responding when you are working, the sim card doesnt get detected. people in micromax service center in my area do not respond properly. i have given the cell phone to service twice before but the problem has arised again.even the people in micromax service centre also do not respond properly to our quaries. please help me and look into the prolem.

                                      Micro max funbook mini p410i Ordered through - Snap deal Ordered dot - 17.10.2014 delivered dot - 29.10.2014 Compliant - Loud speaker not working. Not able to hear any sound in application / ringtone. Service point - Allied Electronics, Salem. Job sheet no. - S[protected] dot 17.11.2014 Service station feedback - Need send this device to Gurgaon / Bangalore to change the board. If not possibile, they will provide you a new device as replacement.It will take 40 days minimum. We will call you once we have got you device from Micro max Factory. Kindly let us know the status of the device, when will I get it rectified / new product.

                                        Sir, I have purchased a Micromax Mobile Phone (Micromax Canvas two colours) from a SHop at Tirur, Malappuram District, Kerala (Contact No.[protected]) on[protected]. But yesterday ie on[protected] the phone showed some problem to its display. Today on[protected] i approached the shop from where i purchased the phone, but they replies that, the phone could not be replaced and can be replaced within 7 days you lodged the compaint before Micromax Customer Care/Service Centre. In turn i rushed to your Service Centre at Kozhikkode, but the centre was seen closed. I also contacted your Palakkad Centre by phone, but both the land line and mobile phone are switched off.This is not fair. Sir, I already pointed out the complaint before 6 days, but your service centre is not working. I feel so bad . How can i get the justice in this regard. You please contact me in my phone [protected] (Kerala) or let my grievanec redressed. I want to replace my phone. The problem is from your end. So please consider this complaint urgently.
