I have a micromax A092.Recentely it had a problem and i have given my phone to the micromax service center Which is located in m/s smart solutions (ker) saphire plaza at pattom trivandrum please do some thing.The phone have no problem it just not have a IMEI number and the sim is not working i want a answer call me in [protected] / [protected]

    Hi I m vishal raval.i have micromaxA111.my mobile not charge by charger.only show mobile is charging bt realy not it is charge.so I had go service center he was take 680rs for mobile repair. After wark. I sow my mobile not charging.second day I had go he was take my mobile for 12 hour but after 2nd time wrk mobile not charged.3rd time I had go he take may mobile after say take new charger.i buy ner charger 200rs. but mobile not charge.so I will go conseumer court for complaint on your compuny.[protected]/vishalvishalraval.[protected]@gmail.com

        I am a Micromax mobile phone user and I have the CDMA mobile AE90. I had problems regarding running of applications and heating of the phone. So I took it to the Micromax customer care centre in Rajarampuri, Kolhapur. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I have given my phone for repair at this centre on the 5th of Nov. 2014. At that time I was being told that only the software needed to be updated. But on further inspection, I was told that the internal PCB needed to be changed. Today is the 23rd of Nov. and there is still no response. Whenever I call them or go to the centre for my phone, the only response I get is 'your handset will be ready by tomorrow'. So today I finally decided to put up an online complaint. There is nobody responsible at this centre and no one is giving me any concrete answers. This is the worst customer service I have experienced.

          Sir dt[protected] On[protected] I deposited my micromax mobile with the authorised service centre of your's at kharagpur, west bengal!they run this service centre in the name of 'belief'!I had a display problem and the lady on counter told me that she will inform me the details of service required in the afternoon!Till date i am waiting for her phone call!on the contrary I called the centre twice and the recipient lady uttered the same words of informing me at the afternoon!I want to know from you, is this service centre a fake one?if not when the "phone call"in waiting will reach me?I like Micromax mobiles for their large ranges of sets and the service threrafter!Now due to this callousness of your service centre i am to purchase a new set and Sir please tell me under this circumstances can I opt for a micromax mobile? Till today it doesn't repair. is company stop making the part of A94? After one month it goes to worst condition in service center. Now after repairing they are not returning the battery and saying that the battery is with somebody named Nilesh who work in their service centre but he is absent from the office.                 Dear Sir / Madam,

                I have submitted my Micromax Mobile (A-94) in your service center before 21 days (on 24th December 2014). But till date your executives is giving me only next date and next dates.

                Please note that I purchased Micromax Mad (A-94) in the month of February 2014. It was absolutely working fine. But in the month of December 2014, its camera suddenly stopped working. I submitted my mobile to your Kalka Ji (New Delhi) service center (Job Sheet is attached) on 24 December 2014 and advised me to come after 7-10 days.

                Regularly I am going to your service center but every time they are giving me next date. I don’t know why you are presenting so poor service. Even phone number of this service center not working. I asked to give me any alternate number or their personal number but they denied. I also requested them to give me my mobile for use in the meantime camera arrives at your service center. I suggested him to call me whenever you got camera from your Bangalore center and I will come on the same day. But they declined to do so.

                I also lodged a customer care complain (No.[protected]) through telecom method. Can you please suggest me what I have to do. But definitely I will not refer any of my colleague to buy this micromax product only because of your very unsatisfactory & poor customer service response.

                Please help me in the matter and arrange to give me my mobile back with working condition or if not I hope to get new mobile because it is still under Guarantee period and half of month has been passed without mobile.

                  I have purchased a data card from M/s KISHORE WATCH &MOBILES, 64 Near Rawat College, Station Road, Ajmer 305001 through invoice no. 24205 dated[protected] Quantity one no only ( [protected]) for Rs. 1400/- Waranty one year, but after few days said data card was not working properly accordingly I reported said shopkeeper. The shopkeeper advised me to contact service centre(M/S Shri Sai Mobile, shop no. 3 O/S.Kotwali gate Ajmer) I went service centre and they accepted that the data card is faulty and they issued a job sheet and advised me that the data card would be replaced by newer one. On[protected]Friday ) evening I contact said service centre they issued me a new data card No. [protected]. I requested them for showing me that whether it is working or not working properly, but they did not show me but assured me that the replaced data card is newer one and will work properly. I reached home and after inserting sim card I tried to operate it on my computer but data card blog showed that "No Sim ". On.[protected]Saturday ) I contacted said service centre but it was informed that the complete staff has gone to Jaipur .on[protected] I again contact to service centre they told me that sim socket is damaged and out of warranty. Accordingly they endorsed the remarks on the said bill . I told them that I have not damaged the sim socket but they were not ready to listen any thing. Sir, This is the case of carelessness by said service centre because they neither show me the working of replaced data card and nor accepting that the data card replaced by them was already having damaged sim socket. This has caused lots of embarassment to me. I request your selves to impress upon said service centre to replace the faulty data card as early as possible.                     Since the day I purchased the phone I was not able to connect to Internet. I went to Andheri Micromax Service Centre. The said there is problem and it will take about 15 days as they will have to send it to Head Office for repairs. I consented for the same, hoping that after it is repaired it will function properly. But this 15 days prolonged to about 45 days. After I received the phone I checked the Phone. CDMA was not working and was not able to connect to Internet. Again I visited the Andheri Gallery on[protected], they said they don't know anything and they will have to send it to HO and will take about 15 days. I visited Gallery after 15 days, they said there is problem with Motherboard and it will take another 15 days. Till date I don't have the phone with me. 1. I had purchased the Phone in Mid Feb'2014 with a Guarantee/Warranty of 1 year. More than two months the phone is lying with the Gallary. 2. Mobile is such a necessity these days. How does the Company expect that user can remain without it for 2 months. I had asked them (Andheri Gallery) since U R going to take such a long time, give me, for the time being, any service piece. 3. If the phone takes such a long time to repair why can't company issue a fresh piece ?? My Job sheet date With (Tamana Infotech - Andheri Gallery) is[protected] and Bar Code bearing No. W[protected].                       Sir, I have buy new micromax A106 mobile 0n 13th Nov, 2014. This mobile have problem with WiFi Connection. When i turn the WiFi on then internet access get started but after 5 to 10 minutes the internet access stop automatically at that same time my frnds access the Internet without any WiFi problem...then what can i do to solve this problem...

                        I submit my mobile phone hand set for repairing under warranty to micromax service center at ( M/S ABACUS SYSTEMS, SCO-824, NAC, MANIMAJARA, CHANDIGARH) on dated 08/11/2014. They told me that it will take 7 to 10 days for repairing of the mobile handset but I am not getting my handset upto till date. And also when I contact to customer care via phone they said it will take another 15 days for the repairing. .

                          Hi Team I had given my phone (Job sheet No. S[protected]) to S3 communications micromax service centre, Jayanagar 3rd block, Bangalore-560011 on 08-Nov-2014. But I have no updates after that. I have tried calling on their telephone nos. +[protected], +[protected] but number never seems to be connected, it always says number is busy on some other call. Its been two weeks as of now, they are not even responding to my emails. I have dropped almost 3-4 emails to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com. But there is no use at all. This is really frustating and ridiculous. How can micromax service centre play with customer's emotions like this. This way, we are losing faith in Micromax. For your reference, Please find the jobsheet in the attachment. Please help me asap. Your prompt response would be highly appreciated.

                          This is just ridiculous services provided by Micromax service centre, I ever had. Your team is simply giving false promises to your customers.

                          I have been promised by your team that I will be assisted by one of your customer executive shortly on 25-Nov-2014 itself. But no response till

                          I truely understand that you have communicated my issue to the concerned team but will that complete your duty. Ofcourse not, the same status, you gave me on 25-Nov-2014 as well. Don't you think so, its been more than a week and you are still saying same story that they will call you soon. Its been more that 3 weeks as of now, I gave my phone to service centre on 08-Nov-2014 itself and i have no idea what the crap happening with my phone. Do you really respect your customers or Can't you see my frustration. I am simply running behind you people and you people are playing hide and seek with your customers. How long would it take again to get my phone back. Are you expecting, your customer to give the phone to service centre with unknown deadlines to get that back and keep silent. This is just ridiculous . I want the concerned team conatcts, if you people don't have courtsey to follow up on customers issues and update them time to time. I would like you to escalate this issue to your higher authority and please contact me asap.

                          what is this ridiculous service provided by Micromax customer care ? Really, as per customer perspective, Micromax should stop manufacturing the mobile products, unless they have effective service centre to serve their customers. This is just unbelievable, it has been passed more than 40 days now and there is not action being taken care. At least, now Micromax should be shameful and contact me to resolve my queries.

                            Sir, My name is Rajendra Rajpurohit, R/o Wardha. Sir, I purchased the your company made cell just before 3 months, but it started crashing its applicationsand other problems before week.I submit the said cell along with bill with your service center at Wardha by name M/S NAWAZ MOBILES, MAHADEOPURA, WARHDA, Cell No. [protected] on[protected]. My cell model code is SERMOB0461 and IMEI No. is [protected] my cell no. is [protected]. The service center boy told that this mobile is repaired but when i handled it again malfunctioning, as soon as i reported with the service center he refused to take complaint and told that this handset is not repaired. We told him that please see it or give us in writing as i am businessman and having huge trouble without cell. Please to the need full on urgent basis, i herewith attached job card of my cell.                                   Hi Team, I have purchased Micromax mobile model Bolt A27 (S/N - V[protected] on 04 January'14 at Pune and it is still under warranty. On 18th November'14 morning whilst I was talking on mobile it suddenly went switched off. When tried to restart it refused to come up. I tried couple of times to switch on the mobile but in vain. So finally I went to Micro max service centre and when checked by your technician, he said that the motherboard of mobile is burnt due to voltage fluctuation and repair or replacement can't be covered under warranty. I would like to inform you that I have voltage fluctuation regulator switches installed at my house. We have other electronic equipments running on electricity at my house and none of them have any issues due to voltage fluctuation. Plus I regularly charge my other 2 mobiles on the same electric points for last one year and they never faced such issue so far. So if at all there is voltage fluctuation the voltage regulator switches will get affected first OR even other equipments will face same burning issue. So I strongly do not agree with the voltage fluctuation part. Hence I urge you to look into this issue and request you to cover the replacement or repair of this mobile under warranty.                                       My self applicant Bharat R. Dihicha.my mobile no is [protected] and [protected]. I have purchase a Mobile Micromax A 106 on 9/09/2014. I have get the problem of touch screen in 21 days. If I touch on screen it gets touch on another side. After 2 days ago I have Reset my mobile phone. Then also the same problem apper again. Then after 40 days i get the problem of Speaker that means on 19 oct 2014. I have get the harsh voice from mobile & cannot get voice clearly hear. Again i reset my mobile but the problem was same. I have gone to service centre and give my mobile their. This service centre was in dadar mumbai. M/S Allied Services D Block 1st Floor, Ranjot Studio Compound, DS Phalke Road, Dadarr East, Mumbai-14. Maharashtra Pin-400014 Contact - [protected]/ [protected] Tin - [protected] Mumbai - 400014 Tel[protected] Moible-[protected] / [protected] on counter no.4. they said me that your mobile will be given to you with in 10 -12 days. Then after i recevie my mobile on 13th day. After receiving my mobile i again found the touch screen problem. But they said that your mobile is ok now. Then after when i click on camera to take photo immediately my mobile gets restart automatically. And my mobile gets hang. Then after all the 3rd problem occurs that the head point was not working my headphone was not working with that point. After all this i get fedup of all this things. Today on 14th nov I have again given my mobile phone to service centre. They again tell me it will take 10 -12 days to get repair. So this all problem occurs again & again. I request you to kindly provide me a new mobile phone. Thank you Bharat R. Dihicha

                                        I have purchased A121 phone 3 months back . there is a problem in phone with display when i on the phone there is a lite break in phone i didnt know that there is break and it increased day by day and black in screen. service centre is asking for 4500 where the mobile price is 8000 only. i didnt even lift my mobile withoutcare. always be aware of mobile but now without any of my fault. i need solution for this because in last 3 years i have recommended 4 mobiles of micromax to my friends but now i am the person spreading not to buy the micromax products. very very low quality and low response for the customers and totally dissatisfied. customer dissatisfaction will down the market. Awaiting for your reply without fail.
