AFTER 1 MONTH ITS FACING A PROBLEM OF BLUETOOTH AS ITS NOT WORKING AND I HAVE DEPOSIT THE PHONE AT DATTA ENTERPRISES SHOP NO7, GENERAL BUS STAND JAMMU 180001. AND TILL DATE I DID'NT GET ANY UPDATE OF THAT MOBILE. THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE BY ANY MOBILE COMPANY I HAVE FACE. IF YOU ARE ABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM PLEASE SOT IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. OTHERWISE SEND MY MOBILE BACK AS I HAVE GIVEN TO YOU. MY JOB SHEET NO IS N[protected]

I purchased phone from ebay.in in september 2014, in just 7 days this phone died & I rushed to nearest Micromax service center. Since then its with Micromax & service center is reporting that the phone is under replacement. From last 2 months I am waiting for the phone to come. Please help me.

Actually I purchased Micromax AQ4501 and within a month i got a problem, earphone was not working so i went your service centre which is situated opposite V3S Mall Nirman vihar, service is very poor and they provided me local earphone rather than Micromax... Is it your policy to provide local brand accesories rather than Company... I am very dissatisfied with your companies service... And the staff is also so rude there.. I don't think so your staff should do misbehave with the customer.

Dear Concern i have a handset micromax a74 i was purchase this phone jan 9 2014. last sunday i have face the problem in my phone my lock button is not working so reach micromax care in radhey puri opp karkarduma court executive said your pin is dead this your physical damage this is chargeble she ask me for 750 Rs which kind of service provide by micromax no physical damage in my phone i am unhappy i will take harsh action Regards Sunil Yadav advocate

I bought a Micromax Andriod 1 phone a month back. Its working well. Performance is good. But I faced a visible defect. In the backside of the phone where the camera and flash light is located, the frame the camera and flash light has some round black patches in it. This has formed two weeks back. I tried to rub and erase it with cloth and all...nothing happened. New patches are progressing day by day. I am attaching an image of the back side of the phone..seeing this you can understand it...what should I do?. I am ashamed of calling using this phone because when I place the phone facing my ear, everyone can see these patches. Please give some method to remove these patches Or can you replace that frame.

Dear Sir, My self, Abijitsinh Parmar, from Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Sir, I had purchased Micromax Canvas Colours (A120) on date 17/05/2014, Bill No. GNR/R0001658/1415. And the after few months the headphone pin is not working so I went to the service station at gandhinagar, gujarat. I didn't get the proper solution on that day 17/10/2014 even my speaker is working and phone is working in good situation after giving to the service station the phone's speaker was not working properly means no one can hear my voice and i can't hear anyone voice from the other side. With the help of the Job Sheet Date -17/10/2014 and The Job Sheet No : W[protected]IMEI No. [protected].I went to the service station on 19th of Nov'2014 but they didn't give me the exact answer they are just replying that the phone is coming back from Delhi without any repair work. Even I didn't see the cellphone in the service center on that day.So please do the needful otherwise Consumer Redressal is the final way to get my phone ready.My Cell No is [protected]. i was purchase a micromax canvas hd mobile phone on 26.2.2014 after, few months the same was become defactive i.e. always key pad light on and one black circle/spot on lcd. thereafter i visited at service centre and he has assured the he will send the same to kolkata for repairing of the same and ur mobile phone will be provide within 10 to 15 days, but i have not get any redponce. then i have visited at service centre after one month and discuss with customer support executive told me that same has been despath for new delhi and you will wait for 10 days and company call you. after 10 days neither he has called me nor respond my call, after that i visited service centre on 24th nov-2014 and again told me that you will wait some time again. sir today i.e.24.12.3014 has become 03 months without any concrete reply from company/ service centre when he will provde my mobile. so you r therefore requested to kindly takeup my matter and arrange to solve my problems.

Dear Sir/Madam, This is in reference to your poor and unsatisfactory customer service by Micromax. I have submitted my cell phone to your Service Station at Borivali West (Mumbai) outlet for repairing on 4-November-2014. The person-in charge told me that I should come after 15 days for the status (which itself is a long time). However, when we went to collect our phone, we were told it will take more 15-20 days.We were not given any sure date. Also, when I asked what is the issue with my cell phone I did not get any answer. Also the person-in-charge changed the job sheet number to that date. Moreover the staff is extremely rude. We are Doctors and do not like being treated like this. I have decided henceforth I will never be buying any product from Micromax and going to spread my dissatisfaction towards this company. Thanks. IBought a mocromax A61 on 27 March. Iused It for 2 days and I noticed nothing was downloading From broweser and camera was not working then on 30th march I went to the dealer Laxmi music center from where I have purchased the phone he said it was setting Problem and told me to bring it to service center. then on 5th april Iwent to service center M/s Vaishno Communication In Malviya nagar they didn't tell me the problem and told me they'll call tomorrow and take away my phone . next day they didn't call me then Iwent a day after and they told me it was a problem they couldn't Solve and told me to leave my phone for 30-40 days and I left it there . My job sheet no. is N[protected] then I again went after 40 days they again told me to come after 15 days. it was almost 2 month when I got my phone in June . after using it for 15-20 days same problem occurred Iwent to service center Again they kept my phone for 40 days and made me a new job sheet almost after 1 month I got my pone then using some time it was same problem happened then on 21st October I Again submitted my phone in sigma teleink in kotla mubarakpurthey my jobsheet no. is N[protected] said to come after 2-3 days to get my phone. on 28th October and know service center was permanently closed there and I called on costumer care they told me to submitted my job sheet copy in lajpat nagar service center. I've submitted my copy there and they told me they will call me. But Haven't got any call till now. Kindly listen to my problem and please solve it. I HAVE DEPOSITED MY MICROMAX MOBILE FONE A 117 AT DWARKA SERVICE CENTRE ON 08 NOV 14 VIDE JOB CARD NO NO[protected]. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL BE REPAIRED WITHIN A WEEK OR 10 DAYS OF A MAXIMUM, TILL DATE MY FONE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED AND ON CALLING THE SERVICE CENTRE NO SATISFACTORY ANSWER IS GIVEN. IT IS VERY UPSETTING ON THE PART OF SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY. NO BEFITTING REPLY IS BEING GIVEN BY THE STAFF. KINDLY DELVE INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFULL.

I deposited my MICROMAX CANVAS Model A116 to the service centre (being under warranty), after facing problems in the set on 09.10.2014. Job Sheet No. N[protected]. But till date i.e. on 24.11.2014 (already 1 month 15 days passed) but the said handset has not yet been returned by service centre. On query, it has been replied by the service centre that they dispatched the set to other centre and not yet received by them. I have purchased Micromax LED 40 inches television 7 days back from Vijay sales, Prabhadevi, Mumbai. At the time of purchase, it has been told that TV would be installed by Micromax personnel within next two days. But till date no one has turned out. I had called Vijay sales executive repeatedly but nothing has happened. Two days back on Saturday, someone from Micromax called me and told me that he would come to install TV and asked me to be at home. I waited for him whole day wasting my holiday. Neither he appeared nor he answered my phone call. I have never experienced such bad service and such anguish. Television which I bought 7 days back is still uninstalled and packed. I do not have table to mount it. I think such bad quality service differentiates Micromax like companies from other Big (Multinational) players in industry. There is urgent need to improve your services. I wish I had listened to reviews on internet seriously!

Hi, I inform u that i am really unsatisfied with service provided by your service station at Bharuch. I have given my Micromax Colour 2 mobile for touch screen damaged at Bharuch, with job No. W[protected]. After 1 month i get my mobile back. I still found below problems. 1. Mobile camera resolution & Video resolution are change as before. 2. At any time, even showing 100% battery i[censored] restart your mobile then it will show 5% to 10%. and after that mobile will not start even after 4 hrs charging, To start that mobile I have to taken battery outside & charging separately & then it will start. I have again given my mobile to your service center at Bharuch, with job No. W[protected]-13425851. With in 5 month I am suffering 2 times problem, I dont know after 1 year how it works. Hi, I brought Canvas HD A116 about less than 1.5 years ago. I started facing problem in the charging point of phone about 2 months back, but I was able to use it by charging the battery with another phone. I gave my phone in the Micromax service center at Care Jone P1 Paras Complex, Ranchi on 25th of October for repairing. I was told it will cost me Rs 250. I don't know what the person there at our service center did with the phone, when I received my phone I was not able to Switch ON the phone along with the charging point issue. Then I went to another Micromax service center at Max Care F30 Roshpa Tower, Ranchi. Then I was told as the mother board is not working I have to pay Rs 7800 for repairing it. After some day my father got a call from the service center that if he wants to sell the phone. I must say your service is very bad. Instead of repairing, your service center damaged my phone.
