I had purchased a Micromax Canvas Fun A74 on 25th December, 2013 from Univercell in Bangalore. The system couldn't even work for 2 months and started giving trouble from February 2014 onwards. It is a faulty set and this has also been confirmed by the Micromax service center itself. It is utterly surprising that though this mobile was used just for calling purpose and was kept at only one place at home, but still then it turned out to be so much problematic ! Then it was given for repair but was returned without rectifying the defect. It was once again given for repair on 16th September, reference - Job sheet number :[protected]enclosed). Since the past 2 months we have been contacting the service center at Jayanagar, Bangalore but they are not giving any satisfactory response and they are saying that the phone has been sent to Head office, Delhi and they don't know when it will be repaired. They say that the status is - "Pending dispatch to technician". And they are suggesting me to contact the head office, Delhi at this number - [protected] which is not at all responding. Since the past 5 months I have not been able to use the phone. Now please let me know why is the status stuck at "Pending dispatch to technician" since such a long time ? This status signifies that the phone has not been sent to the technician yet !! Then what are they doing with my phone in head office ? As a customer, the minimal thing which I expect is at least a response from them regarding the status of my phone. But they are completely silent about it. I am totally disappointed with the service as there is no response from the Micromax team even after such inordinate delay.I need to know is this the level of customer service in Micromax, India?     My name is zen dcruz from Thane Maharashtra . I have given my Micromax hd A116 for service since my speakers were not working on 16/08/2014. With job sheet number W[protected]. I was promised four times in these entire three months and i was promise today that i would receive the phone today by Rushab shah but was disappointed by your services by telling me to wait for more 12 days. Sadly being your customer i am disappointed with your services on how many times i have to run around just to get my phone. After these 3 months of running around i have run out of patience and will be taking the necessary action on your company. On behalf of all your customers your services has disappointed us which includes me. I sure this mail will fall on deaf ears.

      Sir, My complaint is about the battery life of my micromax a250 canvas turbo.Since i bought my mobile i have to give it in service center due to motherboard problem, they replaced it and after that the battery life of my smartphone gets very less and at present time it goes from 100% to 0% in 1.5 hours without any usage just listning to songs.iam really uunsatisfied with this.           During September 2014 I bought Micromax Canvas A1 with Android ONe (Magnetic Black). But to my shock and surpise the key pad (on and off button) is not working. Hence, I have given my set to micromax service centre - no *S[protected] - job sheet date 22/11/2014 - but till date my set has been serviced though the problem is very simple. If you do not service it by 26/11/2014 i will approach the concerned appellate authority.

            Dear sir
            On 15/10/14 i have submitted my mobile with battery model no: canvas doodle3 a-102 to your service provider m/s satguru c ommunication its three month old phone & has extended warranty battery back up is also very poor nearly one& half month is over they are unable to answer today i call on your toll free no. My complaint request no is [protected] either repair or replace my mobile at the earliest as i have not enough money to buy the new one i have shocked by my my new mobile its my request to you pl replace my mobile with new one because this problem is in the motherboard & it cannot be rectified permanentely


            Your service centre employee says on saturday22/11/14 to collect your mobile on monday morning when i reached there to collect the mobile they said mobile is been returned from the company to us they will not rectify it the problem is in the motherboard you(Frenchise noida service centre) have to rectify at your end this is the cummunication of co. Like micromax

                    I gave my canvas 4 a 210 model in mumbai bandhup service center because i was facing a problem in touch pad. They sent it to the company for replacing the touch pad. I gave it on sep 30, 2014. But still now they have not returned yet. They told that they will return it within 20 days. but its going to be almost 2 months. I have a complaint also.                     I have provided the details which you have already asked. But till now you haven't retuned my phone. Why this much delay. You can rectify this within 2 days. But you have taken almost 3 months. This is going too far. I am going to consult an advocate to file a case against you in the consumer court.
                    Today from micromax they have given me a same model phone which is different in colour. I think they have lost my phone. Anyhow it is working in a good condition. They told that company has given u a new phone. The functional properties are good. But i could see little damage here and there over the outer silver case which wont affect the phones basic functions. So i have accepted it. They also told that they have extended the warranty for 3 more months. So if a face a problem in nearby future i will surely sue them. Anyhow thanks.

                      Sir, I have given P410 tab for servicing due to battery problem. Battery is not charging properly. After examine the tab service center people told me that spare parts for tab are not available in the company and they will give a suitable replacement. After two days they phoned me that Canvas Doodle model will be given as a replacement for tab. I agreed for that. The display of the tab was broken and they told me to pay an amount of Rs. 3000/- while replacing. I agreed for this also. Now i.e after two weeks service center people informed that your tab is ready for collection. Then I told about the replacement but they informed that we repaired your tab and it is ready for collection. I am very much confused in their stand. Please help me in this regard.                       My mobile under repair & cover under warranty period. I handed over to micromax service centre on 22 April.but still not serviced my mobile.Whenever. I call the service centre. They give some default answers.finally I told them to give my mobile without service. Without my manager knowledge we wonlo 't give you & the service centre manger out area. He ll return after One Week .

                        sir i want to file a complain against the customer care executives o[censored]r company working in Gandhinagar Gujarat.I had problem with network connection because no sim card was working in my phone.They took my mobile inside and beoke the Screen of my moble allegedly.They broke the screen of my mobile knowingly due to their sluggishness and madness.My mobile is in warranty sir and now they are deniying to replace my mobles screen and they are also denying to resolve the network issue.I know sir that physical damage isnt covered under warranty but they have allegedly broken the screen of my mobile. So i request the concerned authorities to take corrective action and help me to resolve this issue

                          i feel very shame while mention it again again and bring it repeatedly into the notice of Micromax authority.As my case is concerned i gave my handset Micromax A210 Convas4 for repairing of touch on 13/9/2014 till this date i was given excuses and was not given any exact status.The docked number first provided by the authorised center was given as N[protected] later it was regenerated as[protected] as the old job sheet was turned into pieces.I have communicated the costumer care they registered the complaint bearing number [protected] and i was told that you will get your handset within 20days.this company has only cheating and fraudulent ways to attract the costumers.                             I by Micromax Canvas Knight Cemro A290 Whit gold phone on[protected]. But only two slot of this phone When I want to use dual SIM and Memory Card it is unable to use, because One slot is use micro SIM and another neno SIM or SD card. The neno SIM and memory card both use one time cannot possible. In this product only two try given. I am very sad to by this phone.                               Sir/Madam, Hi this is Bhushan Kolhe from Mumbai, I brought Micro-max canvas-4 phone in the moth of Jan 2014 which is under warrantee. All of a sudden, on 30/10/2014 I was unable to operate it. I tried to remove and insert the battery but it wont turn-on (no power) So I have submitted the phone to Authorized Micro-max service center i.e.Tamanna Infotech at Andheri East on 01/11/2014. Plz note the Job sheet no "Wo[protected]" When ever I called they reply that it is handed over to Level-3. As conveyed they don't know the current status, also they are not in a position to commit the date of repair of the phone. It is request to do the needful at the earliest as I am without phone since last 25 days.

                                HI Micromax, My Micromax Colors A120 having the charging problem, that is not able to charge fully and the charge come down to zero.No battery problem and the problem is in the Board.                                   Dear Sir, I am love Sachdeva, I Had purchased a new Micro Max mobile A-120 IMEI No.[protected]/[protected] from the Cell well communication, Shop No. A-117, Main Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Opp. Metro Pillar No. 35, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi for a sum of Rs. 9600/- dated on 18/05/2014. during the use of the Mobile Hand Set which is under warranty period facing display touch screen problem touch didn’t work of my hand set. I had contacted to cell well communication to solve the problem, but cell well communication refused to solve the problem and said that you should be contact with service center. I had visited the service center office M/s Shree Sai Telecom, Shop No. 1, Devi palace, opp. Raj Cinema, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon on dated 05/10/2014 and the service center given to me Job Sheet No N[protected] problem reported display touch screen not working. That after seven days service center gives my mobile. The touch screen is working but the after one month again the same problem comes in my mobile. I visited again the service center on dated 11/11/2014 facing the same problem again service center gives me again the Job Sheet no. N[protected], problem reported applications: phone lock up, not responding, display touch screen not working.                                     Dear Sir, i want to inform you that i have given my mobile(smart phone) set of Micromax model A177 to service centre of ghazipur named PRASHU COMMUNICATION, lal darwaza, Ghazipur (u.p.) actual address-malgodam road, ghazipur for repairing the mobile.They charged for repairing the set of Rs.2950/- for touch screen and LCD.after that set was not prepare properly.touch was not working and sim card, front camera, outgoing voice too. then further they have submit my set at their service centre in guaranty period and give me a slip dated 08/09/2014 and take time of one month for set repairing, from that time to till today I have not get my mobile.i have call many times at toll free no. and Mr.Gyan ji (mob.[protected]) and also at the service centre but their only answer was wait for 20 days. I am very bother for my mobile, many works of my job are pending due to mobile. now I want a new mobile and compensation. my complaint barcode no.is-N[protected]

                                      I purchase A120 canvas color 2 mobile of micromax on 19/10/2014 after 7 days problem incurred for touch then mobile given to service center after 20 days mobile found another old mobile with 1 gb internal memory with scratch on mobile. but I use mobile only 7 days, with 8 gb internal memory when I given to service center no scratch on mobile but e m i no. is same. I given to again service center ask about problem the said motherboard will be change for 8 gb internal memory, please suggest me what to do.

                                        i live in malad i buy micromax mobile but suddenly it is stop to work then i gone customer care centre of malad west which situated in abhishek apartment but they r not agree to repair my mobile and they talk roudly with me and i demanded the online manual receipt but she says the internet is not working pls give the satisfactory feedback to my complain
