I am love Sachdeva, I Had purchased a new Micro Max mobile A-120 IMEI No.[protected]/[protected] from the Cell well communication, Shop No. A-117, Main Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Opp. Metro Pillar No. 35, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi for a sum of Rs. 9600/- dated on 18/05/2014. during the use of the Mobile Hand Set which is under warranty period facing display touch screen problem touch didn’t work of my hand set. I had contacted to cell well communication to solve the problem, but cell well communication refused to solve the problem and said that you should be contact with service center. I had visited the service center office M/s Shree Sai Telecom, Shop No. 1, Devi palace, opp. Raj Cinema, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon on dated 05/10/2014 and the service center given to me Job Sheet No N[protected] problem reported display touch screen not working. That after seven days service center gives my mobile. The touch screen is working but the after one month again the same problem comes in my mobile. I visited again the service center on dated 11/11/2014 facing the same problem again service center gives me again the Job Sheet no. N[protected], problem reported applications: phone lock up, not responding, display touch screen not working. I had visited many time in the office of service center but service center did not reply regarding my hand set to till date 24/11/2014.
