    Sir/ Madam, I have lodged complaint on 08.11.14, but regret to record that not received suitable solutions from Micromax Mobile co. till today. Once again referring my complaint to get proper response... My Micromax mobile Canvas Fire A 104, Model code SERMOB0519 totally knocked off on 6th November'14 ( Purchased on 8th August 2014) & I have given to company's authorised service centre Akhil Traders, G-1 Yashwant Plaza, Indore (M.P.) after getting receipt from them. Again after 3 days & 20 days, when I checked up the status of my handset they informed me that it has sent to company head office, ( Earlier when I have gone to lodged complainant with the, Race Course Road Globle Infotech, Indore M.P. Centre ( Met Mr. Gourav Mehata & front desk Rep. Ms. Jaya). They didn't understand the problem first, my handset they want to kept to check with new battery & for arranging new battery, which they don't have in their stock. I was ready to keep the mobile but after waiting 1 hour in the line just to get receipt... & ultimately I came back, because they are unable to issue me receipt.) Why you are appointed such type of Service provider !! Please let us know your feedback on my handset, I am awaiting your suitable reply to get from you a proper solutions about my handset immediately by return mail.       My new micromax mob Model No A290 (Black) started charging problem. I handed over my faulty handset to micromax authorized service centre i.e. M/S Service City Shop No 167/17 (FF), Part A, Near Vijay Rattan Chowk, Ambala Cantt, Haryana-133001 vide Jobsheet No[protected] dated 09/09/2014 as asked by auth service centre. More than 75 days have lapsed but my mob set has not been returned by the service centre. It is pertinent to mention that I am being mentally harassed by visiting the above mentioned service centre again and again.

        Hi all, My name is chandru i purchased a micromax canvas A300 phone on 04.08.14 on the same day the display got damage and given to micromax service centre in Yellahanka new town (Sri Sai Phone Care Centre) phone no [protected]. i got my phone serviced after a month ago they charged Rs 8500.(06.09.14) and given the warranty for 3 months for display which they have installed to my phone after i got a problem that the display was not working properly and again i went to the service centre for repalcement of the display. on 26.09.14 .they gave a job sheet refrence no (s[protected] that the phone will be serviced by 7 working days inspite of regular visiting and several phone calls the company people didnt solve the issue and started giving the unwanted reason like the phone has been sent to the company the spares are not available we will get back to u soon .But after 62 days the service centre people has not get back to me till now. I approched the service team manager ( Joseph) regarding the issues of my phone but he is also not responding me and not picking my call from 20 days the warranty of phone is getting expired and nobody cares to resolve the problem nor the company r the call centre people. I have invested totally Rs 30000.to my phone and the service centre people holding my phone since 3 months .my money is deadly invested. Kindly help me to resolve the issues and get back my phone with extended warranty due to delay of the company.

          Dear Sir, My Name is ANOOP P C from KERALA Cochin district, my Phone modal A106 its seems as hardware compliant and i given to your service center at ernakulam- SP- gallexy services, they told me that it will take 1 month time to resolve the problem, am asked for a standby phone for this 1month they did not provide any thing and am very sorry to say its not good for a multinational company.             I have purchased Canvas 4 A 210 in October 2013 costs Rs. 16000. After 6 months it start showing problem of network ( Network comes and goes). I have submit it 5 times to service center. Every time they repair it but the same problem is there again and again. Finally they submitted my mobile( as the warranty period was going to over) by saying that we will send it to company office and will change the motherboard. After 1 month they give my mobile back to me and i checked it at the service center but the same problem was still there and they send it again to company. Now they are not replying and says only next week, next week... i am very frustrated. I have called custormer care of micromax many time but no positive reply is there. What should i do now.

                Respect sir/madam I bought a phone micromax a121 on 1rd agust 2014, so the phone started giving problem after 4 month when I bought, now I am give this phone to service centre of micromax at star mobile on 27 November 2014, and said to come after 10 to 15 days so I am gone for days after they said but regret to give me phone back and said that phone will not repaired yet because of board pcb problem it will take more time to repair so come again after few days, I said ok and again after few days gone service centre to check its repaired or not but again they start giving me some stupid excuse that the part of your phone come from company two to three days more it take ti fix problem so please come on which day request you to come, this time hundred 100% we will give your phone with ready condition but before come just call us to check that phone is ready or not they give me personal number[protected] now I am try to contact and asking for they are always giving me excuses, so please its my humble request to take some action on them .                   SIR I HAD DEPOSITED MY HANDSET CANVAS 4 MODEL A210 WITH M/S SERVICE ZONE TELECENTRE SHOP NO. -F-109 GHAZIABALD FOR REPAIR OF TOUCH ON 27 OCT 14 VIDE JOB SHEET NO. N[protected]. AFTER A PERIOD OF ONE MONTH WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE AND WHENEVER I TRIED TO CONTAC THEM TELEPHONE NUMBER PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY WAS NOT BEING PICKED BY ANYBODY. ON 26 NOV 14 I PERSONALLY VISITED THE SERVICE CENTRE TO ENQUIRE. ON ENQUIRY I CAME TO KNOW THAT MY HANDSET HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED AFTER ONE MONTH ALSO DUE TO WANT OF AWAITING PART. SERVICE CENTRE REP WAS ASKED THAT HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE MORE TO GET MY HAND SET REPAIRED ONE THE SERVICE CENTRE REP. MR ROHIT CHAUHAN CAME AND REPLIED IN A VERY ARROGANT MANNER AND LOUDLY THAT I CANNOT TELL U HOW MUCH LONG TIME IT WILL TAKE AND I[censored] WANT TO KNOW ASK FROM MY COMPANY AND FROM MY MD.                     Dear Team, I have submitted my Canvas 4 A210 to Reliable Service Center Pune on 8th November14. They said you will get sms with in 15 days when it will get repaired. After 10 days I went to service center to enquire as I have not received any sms, I double checked the job sheet number and found that the executive has enter incorrect mobile number.i.e instead of 91 he has entered 97. I went there and they said we have not received the touch screen from company and come when you will receive the sms. I said you peple have entered incorrect mobile number and hence I will never receive the sms. They said we will correct it and he started writing then I dictated 91681.. and he started writing 97687... This kind of illiterate people micromax has hired who cannot enter simple correct number. Again after keeping my handset for 18 days they called me and said that handset needs to be sent to company for repair and you may have to wait for 1 or 2 months more. After keeping handset idle for 18 days in the service center, they are telling you might have to wait for 2 months more. They said they will send to Noida Company. I do not understand what a pathetic service micromax is providing. They should have sent to company before instead of waiting for 18 days and again 2 months more. Micromax is the good indian company which is growing and I appreciate that it is giving good competitions to foreign companies. They should take care of their customers also by providing good service. This kind of service from Micromax may loose their customer. After buying my micromax mobile I convince my 12-15 family members to go for micromax. From now I will never suggest. If possible though this complaint site if anyone can do something, it is a request please do that. My job sheet number is W[protected]

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I, KUNJESH KANJARIYA, have given my smart phone micromax Canvas MAD A94 to service center names as SP - MAHADEV SERVICE UL-7/8, PRAMUKH SWAMI AARCADE, MALAVIYA CHOKE, GONDAL ROAD, RAJKOT, RAJKOT-360001, on 07/10/2014, located in RAJKOT (GUJARAT). They told it will take at most 25 days for repairing. But they failed on their commitment and I called them many times but their response was very poor. I also contacted Micromax Service Center many times, they used to give a time duration of 30 days again and again . I received very dis satisfactory response from them too. Today, it is 49 days from the day. I request you to help me regarding the PROBLEM IS PRIMARY AND SECONDARY CAMERA NOT WORKING, LOCK & UNLOCK KEY NOT WORKING PROPERLY & CHARGING(DATA) CABLE IS NOT CONNECT TO DATA TRANSFER FOR LAPTOP TO CELL PHONE. I would be very thankful to you.                         I have micromax Unite 2 8gb modle just one month ago I had bye this, there was very few app space in mobile, but my phone storage is full empty(5.20gb and also I have a 8 gb memory card but I was installing some new app or update apps there was same error "There in insufficient space on the device". What was I do.. please help me. Customer care toll free number is also not working[protected]. whats the cheapest service for micromax and also service center technician is not well knowledgeable. He knows only moble format and re installation.

                          4 months before I buyed Micromax A120.this phone gave me touch screen problems in less than 3 months. then I gave it to service center they took about 30 days to change the display screen after that my phone was working properly.its not been 1 month after servicing, my phone is giving me the same problems again. Now tell me what should I do..? Such a pathetic company and brand that your products don't even work properly for about 4 months? After replacement of the entire display then also same problem occurred, did u guys put a duplicate display? Seriously I will never buy a Micromax phone ever again and recommend everyone not to buy this phones. I want a replacement for my phone...!!

                          There is an ugly white spot in the bottom left corner of my screen. It has been there since a week. I'm frustrated because i had bought this phone last month and I am getting this problem now. What is the use of spending so much cash if i have to use the phone like this. Infact it is indirectly affecting the company. One of my friend just changed his mind and went for htc. I'd be happy if you the company does something about the problem.

                            My Phone A94 IMEI No: [protected] not received yet from 1 month and 10 days. Whenever is visit the center they are replying "HOGA TABHI HOGA". what is this???? Customer Care is also the same. One Executive says it is done collect from the Service center. Other says not repaired yet and give the time span of 20 days. What is this???? I Ashok Bakhai had purchased an MicroMax Canvas Duet brand new phone on 28th September 2014 after just 1 month it started giving problems like applications didn't use to open, phone gets hanged, bluetooth not working etc. After going to the Service Centre and reporting them with the above problems (M/S V CARE MOBITRON 105, 1st FLOOR, RUPA PLAZA, JAWAHAR ROAD, OPP GHATKOPAR STATION, GHATKOPAR (E), MUMBAI-400077. TEL:[protected], MOB NO:[protected]) they upgraded the Software then too the problem has not been solved now again the phone has been given to your authorised service centre that is M/S V CARE MOBITRON. The service centre has given a Job Sheet No:W[protected]. Dated:05th November 2014. promising to change the phone's motherboard but it has passed 15days still the phone has not been repaired after regularly going to the service centre the people there do not reply and talk very roughly. The service centre people just claim that they have not received the part that is MOTHERBOARD from MicroMax and say us to talk with MicroMax. We are totally dissatisfied by the service provided. It has passed 15days and still the part has not been received by the Service Centre. If the service continues to be the same none of the people would recommend other users to buy MICROMAX MOBILE. We request you to Change our Phone at earliest and compensate with an New Phone taking in view with the Brand Image of the Company. I can't understand why does it take so long to just get an MOTHERBOARD replaced. If the Company hasn't have any Motherboard it should change the Phone and give us an Brand New Phone. After sending email's to MicroMax directly still the issue has not been solved. THANKS & REGARDS ASHOK BAKHAI

                                Hi Sir/Madam, I have purchased a Phone of Micromax company model A120 (IMEI [protected]) under bill no. 1551 from "Electroinic Ways" Rajouri Garden. Now its touch has stopped working for the 3 back buttons & phone is still under warranty. I went to the service center "The Delight Service" located near Shadipur Metro station on 14th Oct 2014 & submit my phone. They called me 1 week later. I reached there after 1 week & they said your phone is not repairable, hence needs to be replaced. Since then they are calling me every week, however not replacing the phone. I have raised the complaint in the consumer court under the complaint no. 549622 & now they are with me in this matter. Would request you to please take appropriate action on this matter & replace my phone withing this week otherwise I have to proceed further according to the Consumer Court directions.                                   Hi, This is to highlight you that I have bought Micromax Mobile Model A290 in the month of Aug'14. After running for 2 months is start giving issue. Issue was that the Battery of the Mobile was not getting Charged. Same was submitted to your Service Centre on 18th Oct'14 at the Simram Communication at Faridabad for the Battery Issue. Job #[protected]. I was following with the Service centre form last 45days but issue is not resolved. In the menwhile Service centre has given be the Mobile # of Mr. Amit who is the Service head for Delhi and NCR. Amit has given me the commitment that phone will be OK but Turesday that is 25th Nov after 40 days of submission but still I have not received my phone. Now he is not picking up my phone for the solution. I have also called the called calll centre also for the issue but the agent has no clue for the same and she has told me that it will take 20 days more and she has told me the her senior will call me for the solution. I have received a call from her senior but the that Guy also has no clue about the issue. He was asking me about the issue which he supposed to know. I really don't have belive now whether I will get my phoe bacl or not. Dont you think Micromax is Harrssing customers alot and also want to know what is Replacement policy of the New phone not working. Micromax should also give priority on the complaints with the sales.                                     I am purchased micromax tab p280 @ Digital solutIons Delhi_92. But the item was not worked properly from the date of receipt. The item was handed over to your service centre, Vijayawada Andhra pradesh with job No. 3730. The service centre staff was inform me mother board problem and the same to be handed over to me after rectificarion. Nearly 3 weeks of time is over. Today i am contacted by phone to the service cetre staff. Your staff not answering properly and not inform me how much time taken for repairs. Your product was delivered wIthout proper checking a the of delivery. This is exposed your carelessness on your customers. Please rectify the problem and handedover the item immediately

                                      Locking the phone while using Some apps like Mx player, I cannot unlock it immediately.. I need to wait for around 15 seconds. It get hang for sometimes. Also getting an error "unfortunately Com.android.systemui stopped " while playing app like MX player Please suggest me.

                                        Hi My name is Maya Balmiki. I had purchased Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 on 15 September 2014 and it is just 1 month, my phone is facing network drop problem. I had a word with the customer care dept and thereafter, i submitted it to gurgaon service center on 13th November, 2014. My job sheet number is N[protected]. Its been 15 days my phone is not delivered to me. Whenever i call them, their response please wait for 1 week. I don't know what the problem is. I want a proper solution for the same. Either refund the money or replace my phone as soon as possible.
