Micromax is very cheap company and employess are also cheap they have no sence how to talk their customers. i have purchased Micromax L A108 last month after 15 days i am facing problem with this. After given 20 days to service center In that mobile Network Work problem on the few day, so I went to micromax service center on 06/10/2014 the service enginer told after 20 days and can collect the mobile told, each and every week i am going, keep on next week, past 30 days they are telling the reason till now I am not receive the mobile no one service center delhi.       I bought a micromax modu T in Feb 2013 from snapdeal.com. I was excited when i ordered that phone but after using that phone for a month i was highly dissappointed with that phone.The touchscreen of that phone got failed, started getting hang and restart at several time. when i went to the service centre then they said that the phone is now discontinued and now we can't repair the display of the ohne. Is this the way you deal with the customers. i am highly dissappointed with this company now.Please resolve my problem as i really wanted to use that phone but i am not able to.Please help me with that phone or exchange that phone with a good phone with some extra charges.Please contact me as soon as possible.Thank you

        hi this is shakti ranjan nag from sodepur kolkata, my mobile no is [protected]...i bought a micromax doodle a111 from flip kart on 13 th june 2014..after using 2 months i saw there was a problem regarding the phone power on/off...i went my nearest service centre which is at barrackpore..i gave my mobile there for servicing...but almost 3 months have passed out i haven't received my mobile...everyday they are showing excuses & doesn't give my mobile back...in this way they are harasing me..pls take my complain seriously...i need my mobile back...

          really poor Micromax serice... my phone Micromax a110 was accidentally switched off and the screen showed that 'you need to do factory reset'... I took the phone to the service centre... they took the phone and told me to wait...after sometime they gave the phone back to me in a dead state...ie the phone now even doesn't starts and not even gets charged as it was happening before...when enquired there was no one to give me satisfactory answer... the person inside operating was not able. to explain me the reason for this... I just want to ask why the company keeps such amateur people who don't have the ability to deal with phones...and why do they accept phones that they can't operate upon... I just want to get back my phone atleast in the state I gave it to them... please if possible take action in this regard... I belong to indore... service centre- Akhil traders, yeshwant plaza, indore

          I have that phone too. Take out the battery and re insert it. Make sure that atleast the battery should have 1% charge, it will work. Press both the volume buttons then without leaving press the power button and keep it for two or three sec. A menu should open else your batt is dead. Press vol down button to go down to "Wipe data..." and press the power button once, if doesnt works then press then press the menu button on the bottom on ur phone. restart and ur phone should open as a new one.

I had a probem with it of Sutting down automatically.Its within the gurantee period and i have reported it on 5/11/2014 and till now no news have been provided from the service end i am highly dissapointed with the service they provide its been almost 13 days and am highly disspointed with there service.

                My mobile micromax canvas A77 is under warranty period. I had submitted it to service certre in noida sector 22 on 10 nov '14. It had two problems of receiver and headphone Jack. People in service centre called me and have given me the phone again and again because they are not solving the issue properly. They said its okay now but it has shown more more problems than the previous twos like mike voice, network problem, sim slots not working, power switch problem. I have visited here two times and spent more 3 hours for both days. Finally they were able to give me phone in working condition and i have accepted that because I have no more options or other phone to use. But on the next day I faced the network and mike voice problem again. Please suggest me what to do because they were not giving me a good service. I am facing problems again again and there is no time to spend for cervice centre in my daily busy life. So request you to please give me a solution from this problem. As it was not working properly. They have given me 7-10 days time for this job. But, after more than 20 days no job has been done. Kindly look into the matter and get it done as early as possible.

                        i visited on 17/11/2014 to one of the micromax customer care centre to get mine micromax mobile to be repaired but there the customer care stated that mobile problem incurrs due to liquid and they ask to change the panel for the cost of rs 2100 for model no. A 76 . though i know that no such incident incurred . yet they are not ready to give in written that the set is first time opened by them nor that the problems they specified . please give me solution regarding this on mine mail id. Respected sir, The servicing provided by your company is very unsatisfactory and low, The newly branded piece with model no. " A300 " Micro max canvas gold with IMEI number [protected] is defective. The mobile has being purchased on November 6, 2014 and it has been found faulty and defected.I paid 15, 000 rupees not for this purpose that my new phone has to be send into repair center and it will take more then 30 days for repairing. I don't want any repaired piece now kindly exchanged the mobile with new one.                               Servicing of my micro max phone (model no. A.87) being done at your service centre at Sakchi, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand against bill no. 938 dated 15.10.14. While servicing it has been advised to replace its battery as phone is getting off frequently. As battery was out of stock at service centre that time, I have been asked to deposit the amount (Rs 650/-) for procurement with in a week. II have deposited it immediately. As informed, once battery procured same to communicate me over phone. Unfortunately after one month, battery till not procured nor any communication from your service centre. I was inquired before one week but could not receive any satisfactory communication. After waiting of one hr, just told battery not come.

Also i have paid 3065 Rs in Advance as stated by service center your handset is not repairable. So i have to pay in advance to get new handset.                                 yesterday i.e 20/11/2014 i got one call from service center, your tab is ready & i visited there. they cheated me they said show me your Log sheet and taken from me & returned my TAB in same condition stated that it's not repairable. & even they didn't returned my back cover of Tab. when i ask for back cover they said where it is mentioned show us.


                                when i asked them for new log sheet copy which they have generated in my absence they said we are not going to provide you.

                                  I had buy Micro max CANVAS HD A116 I (canvas 2) on 30st January 2014 and I have face some charging port issue under warranty period, that is on September 2014 and I have submit my handset for repair in the SATGURU COMMUNICATION MICROMAX service center situated at SEC-27 NEAR VINAYAK HOSPITAL, UTTAR PRADESH, and they have given the assurance that your handset will return to you within 7 days. But after 7 days they have told me that it will take time, how much we don't know and you can talk to the customer care. Then I had make a call to the customer care and they again given me the assurance that you get your handset within 20 days, after 20 days they have told that it will take another 20 days, and after more 20 days they are telling that wait for another 25 days. My job sheet no.N[protected]

                                  I have given a canvas phone model no Micro max CANVAS HD A116 I (canvas 2) in repair warranty period. The IMEI / ESN no are: [protected]. I gave for repair in but still it is not repaired and returned me other set canvas phone model no Micro max CANVAS HD A116 I (canvas 2) with IMEI No-[protected] and when going to star still this is not start and found this is mother board is damage in internal circuit after this I am going for returned to service center they deny for taking and deny for giving my original hand set. I enquired with them and they replied that they spare parts yet to come. It's already 65 days over. I have a good faith in MICROMAX. For this only I have purchased this model. If any delay for the spare parts kindly exchange and give me a other good model as early as possible. Thanking...

I have get the problem of touch screen in 21 days. If I touch on screen it gets touch on another side. After 2 days ago I have Reset my mobile phone. Then also the same problem apper again. Then after 40 days i get the problem of Speaker that means on 19 oct 2014. I have get the harsh voice from mobile & cannot get voice clearly hear. Again i reset my mobile but the problem was same. I have gone to service centre and give my mobile their. This service centre was in dadar mumbai. M/S Allied Services D Block 1st Floor, Ranjot Studio Compound, DS Phalke Road, Dadarr East, Mumbai-14. Maharashtra Pin-400014 Contact - [protected]/ [protected] Tin - [protected] Mumbai - 400014 Tel[protected] Moible-[protected] / [protected] on counter no.4. they said me that your mobile will be given to you with in 10 -12 days. Then after i recevie my mobile on 13th day. After receiving my mobile i again found the touch screen problem. But they said that your mobile is ok now. Then after when i click on camera to take photo immediately my mobile gets restart automatically. And my mobile gets hang. Then after all the 3rd problem occurs that the head point was not working my headphone was not working with that point. After all this i get fedup of all this things. Today on 14th nov I have again given my mobile phone to service centre. They again tell me it will take 10 -12 days to get repair. So this all problem occurs again & again. I request you to kindly provide me a new mobile phone.
