have buyed micromax canvas 4 on 14/12/2013 in Flipkart but on 3/11/2014 when i want use camera suddenly it showed cant connect camera ..on3/11/2014 i given it local micromax care for service after 15days they called me and gave my mobile back when i used back camera it worked but the next day when i want use front camera for selfie it is not working i immediately called micromax care they asked me to come tomorrow ...i agree but the next day mrng when i woke up and turn on my mble screen colour is decreased ..all colour seems to be decreased and even camera is not working it is showing cannt connect camera ... i am totally dis pleased .. i want value for my money or otherwise replacement of my mobile..i mobile is still in warranty

    I have submitted my smart phone A117 to Ameerper Micromax service center. It's more than one month that I have submitted my phone to them but still its not repaired. Job sheet ID is S[protected].

    You can search with my mobile number [protected] in your records. Actually I have submitted my mobile on 13 Sep 2014 and they called me after a month that your mobile had been repaired but when I checked still that was not repaired. I didn't want to submit my mobile again but I hadn't any option. Now again When I call them, everytime they are saying that parts are not available and your mobile has sent to Bangalore.

    I got frustrated with all these if you are unable repair the mobile so directly refuse the customer to submit the phones.
    Phone has one year warranty period but if it remains in service center for more than two months then what is the use of mobile for me? I am facing so many problems from previous 2 months.
    If you can't repair the phone then please give me a new mobile headset.

    Yesterday I made a call to Service center, but again got the same reply, It will take 15 more days to repair your phone because parts are not in stock. What the hell they are doing with my phone from more than past two months.
    What's the use of warranty if my phone remains in service center for 3 months?

      I had submitted my micromax A40 handset IMEI No. [protected]/[protected] on[protected] at micromax service centre ( M/S FONZ UNLIMITED, rabia mansion, Dr.B.N.Verma road, aminabad, lucknow) regarding touch problem as well as handsed heating problem. Its been over 2 months and whenever i call them they say that the mobile has not repaired. Their response have been highly unsatisfactory . when i said to them that i will conplain against them in CONSUMER COURT OF INDIA regarding my matter, they replied that you can do so. Its funny that mobile has not rapaired whereas it takes less than 5 days for a courier to come from anywhere in India. The service is really bad.. i have registered my complain against micromax pvt ltd and M/S FONZ UNLIMITED service center in CONSUMER COURT OF INDIA. My jobsheet number is 12032107.         Arunava Dutta i submitted my micromax bolt a67 which is under warranty on 16th september 2014 jobsheet number E[protected]­­1 to kolkata service center M/S SABSONIC RGM-170, VIP ROAD KOLKATA-700059 they told that my handset is in head office after 44days 30th october 2014 they returned my handset... After checking it i again found problem of not charging not vibrating and over heating and again on 31st october i submitted it on same service center.. New jobsheet number E[protected]­­6 my ph is under warranty yet u people are delaying it..., sent many emails to head office no reply..called at head office no one picking up... Enough is enough.. You dnt knw the power of consumer court if i dnt get my ph completly repaired by friday... I will file a case...get lost from indian mobile market... Worst after sales service...           This is with reference of the faulty product Micromax A210 IMEI1 - [protected] / IMEI2 - [protected].

          I have purchased this instrument in the month of Feb-2014, since then I am facing issues like
          1) Battery Drains faster
          2) Wifi is not getting connected from one room to another (Where as my wife is using a76 and wifi is getting connected)
          3) Instrumental gets restart frequently
          4) Faulty Mother Board
          5) Issues with Power Key
          6) Over Heating Problem

          I did visit service centers twice and they resolved my problems after keeping the instrument with them for more than weeks time.

          Recently I have got my phone back but still problems persist.

          I request you to look into this matter on priority.

            I had purchased MICOMAX FUNBOOK MINI P410 from ORBIT, Colaba, Mumbai on 21st January 2014.After 2 month we are facing a lot of problems in the functions of tab and meanwhile touch pad of the same was broken.We visited to your Micromax service centre of fort branch, they kept our tab for more than 2 month and after they charged us Rs.1900.After that we are facing problems regarding battery then again today we visited the same service centre for battery regarding problem they said that Micromax company doesn't repair the tab because we are not getting the parts from company and we were told that we can keep our tab with the gallery for2-3 months and they are not responsible for the same.our warranty is still continuing for 3months.Please kindly look into this matter and give us advice what to do.

                Dear Team, This my big mistake that I ever made my life to buy Micromax Mobile. I purchased one Micromax mobile 3 months before (if require I will provide the exact date with Invoice no.), After 1 and half o[censored]sing there was display problem. I has bring that mobile to my local shop and they told me there is a LCD problem. Then I went to my shop 'Take n Talk" Shyambazar, Kolkata, and they told they will arrange for repairing the same. After one month being it with customer care they told that they will provide phone today with charges as I open my phone through local shop, hence my warranty is no longer valid. Today evening I received a mail from shop representative that they need another 10-15 days to resolve it. So, if I bought a phone for just 3 months back and 1 and half months it is laying with your service centre, so there is no need to use that phone any more. Hence I am requesting you to either you have to provide me a new phone else returned back my phone immediately. If you are unable to do so, then I have to move the case to the Consumer Forum Court, in Kolkata.

                  Dear Sir I deposited my device under Job sheet No.[protected] in your servicing centre located at Lalpur Chowk, Ranchi, Jharkhand as the display of my phone was not working. The device was repaired and handed over to my on 19.11.2014. While receiving the set i asked for the replaced part but the servicing centre denied to give the replaced part. It is pertinent to state here that it is well within our right to ask for replaced part when any replacement has been done by the servicing centre. In the light of above, we request you to verify whether the display has been actually changed or the same display has been left in my set with some repairing. kindly confirm.

                      I have bought A -290 from Aditya Mega mall Indirapuram, which gone dead within a week of purchase . I have visited Micromax service centre in Indirapuram . On my third visit only they have accepted my complaint & submitted the phone for further action after 15 days I got a call from the service centre that we have not been able to rectify the fault you come & collect your mobile . Than we have visited the Nirman vihar service centre in Delhi wher on my first visit they refused to accept the mobile as there working time was over although I have been waiting for last 4 hours with a token given by them . On my second visit after a waiting time of 5 hours they have taken the mobile for further action . Till date they have opened two new job sheets without giving any solution ( Job Sheet num.[protected]/[protected]); We have made 10 visits to their service centre no outcome has come still they are keeping my mobile with them. I have sent around 15 mails to customer care & Mr Rajat Tripathi, Mr Jitender Sehrawat ( Micromax Executive ) but there is positive response till date. First time I have seen the worst service centre where daily number of visitors is more than 300 & they are strugling as the staff their is inefficient. I have been talking to Mr Rajat Tripathi whose number is mentioned on the display board in service centre ([protected]), he has accepted that there is a quality issue with this unit we will replace the unit soon but now he has also stopped responding to my calls . I am keeping the records of visits I have made to Micromax service centres & mails I have sent . Number of times I have called their customer care but it seems its a face off as they simply said very oon we will come out with some solution. Now I am exploring legal option Now Mr. Rajat is also not returning my calls .Micromax is holding my new phone for more than two months . Theey are not responding to any of my mail whenever we contact service centre they said there is no update on my phone . It seems Micromax has no intention to return my mobile

                        Here i am using micromax canvas knight.. The issue which i found in My mobile is, while i install my micro sim.. Here sim contacts is not ready.. sometime its works.there is no any contacts in sim.. i know sim contacts are hidden. is there any solution for solve this issue... reply

My Complain is regarding that i m facing charging issue on my micromax gold A300 so that i went to the micromax service centre and submitted my mobile on 15/10/2014.They told me that we will call u back and nextday i get a call back they said that there is motherboard issue on ur mobile it willl take 20-25 days to repair and we will give u new fresh mobile. But now after 1 month i didnt receive any call back from u and didn't get any confirmation. Whenever i call up to the service center no. they are not picking up the calls and whenever they receive the call they told me that mobile is sended to the company and again it will take 7-10 days and we will call u back.Recently I visited to the service centre and they are repeating the same thing again and again even they behaves rudely to me.I m frustrated with the services.Now a days there is so much competition on mobiles and i[censored] will this type of services u cannot retain any customer.I have suggested my friends to take micromax but actually i m wrong. Now i want my mobile within 4 days other wise i wii escalate this matter to the cunsumer count and complain regarding this. with regards bishnu boral

                              1. battery : really the worst in this class, must be a firmware issue release an update or i want refund. 2. Screen ; Clarity is too minimal, why are you making customers stupid. 3. Apps: why is the launcher 3 always crashing when i say always i mean always 4.Keys the left key is so insensitive, its worst than any other phones, even Karbon is more sensitive than that. Im a phone reviewer and app developer im trying micromax for the first time and this is really bad . Being an Indian i wanted to try an Indian Brand and this quality which i felt made me rethink. i wasted 13, 000 and your service centres, they are simply great my friend left his canvas knight in June still its pending .

                                Hello sir/madam i have purchased micro max canvas A108 from my nearest store in the 2nd week it started troubling me i've noticed problem with the screen touch. i took it to the nearest micro max authorised service centre in hyderabad on 7th october 2014. m/sss enterprisers(hyd) plot no.103, vijetha golden empire, moosarambhagh, dilsukhnagar, hyderabad[protected]. Shop No 8 CISION complex, Montieth road, chennai - 8 on[protected]. Job No : S[protected] But still it is not repaired and returned me. I enquired with them and they replied that they spare parts yet to come. It's already 44 days over. I have a good faith in MICROMAX. For this only I have purchased this model.                                       My Mobile cover under 1 year warranty. There was some problem in my mobile. i had given mobile to Micromax service Center, Bhopal, M.P. for repairing on 11 Aug 2014. on 15 Sep 2014. i got a call from Micromax Service Center that your mobile has been repaired you can collect. when i went to collect mobile they told me that your mobile is not repaired till now and it will take around 15 days to repair as some part is not available. it happened till around September end. when i called to Micromax service center (customer care ) they told me that your service request has been already closed. you can collect your mobile from local service center. it has been 3 months now and stil my mobile is not repaired, . till now i have not received my mobile. it very serious issue as no one is replying regarding my mobile. if within a week i will not receive my mobile then i will open a case in consumer forum and claim my mobile along with compensation.                                         I have given my Micromax Canvas A210 phone for service with Micromax authorised service center - Deprosys on 20Oct14 in Chennai. The only response i get from these folks are the spares are not available and its yet to come from the Micromax Delhi office and for further escalation, they asked me call Micromax call center[protected]. Unfortunately, call to this toll free number is not going. Very poor and pathetic service by Micromax.
