I gave my calling tab(p410i) for repair in Micromax service centre, at -solution point- 58, g.t.road.bally. Howrah-711201.which is under warranty preiod.purchase date-29.08.2014.it was blank display problem.jobsheet date-06.10.2014.docket no-e[protected].they said, iwill receive my tab under 20days but it is more than a month, they failed to give me.now they say spare parts not available.they do not give me any proper date to handover it.what should i do?     I bought Micromax Canvas4 A210 in November 3rd 2013. It worked fine for the first 4 months. Then later on started facing multiple issue in the mobile. I gave the mobile in the service center for the first time in Deprosys Technologies( authorised service center by micromax ) which is in chennai T Nagar for Camera issue. Initially they Said ill get the mobile in 1 week, But got the mobile only after 1 month, That too my issue was not resolved. I continued to use in the same way. Then new issue came up with the power button by which i was not able to use the mobile anymore and i had to go to the service center again. I gave my mobile in service center on 11-OCT-2014 and was said ill get mobile in 1 week. Till date i didn't get any response from them. In spite of calling them everyday and dropping multiple mails to them and Micromax team(which is of no use) got no response from them. Everyday i call them and get an update saying we are following with Head office we didn't get any response from them. Got fed up and asked to return my mobile, they don't have an response for that as well. Thinking to support INDIAN brands i have brought an MICROMAX mobile. I will never recommend other to buy MICROMAX mobile.

    Worst service from Micromax. I have also faced the same problem.

    Never ever buy a Micromax Mobiles.

    I gave my mobile in service center on 11-OCT-2014 and was said ill get
    mobile in 1 week. Till date i didn't get any response from them.

    In spite of calling them everyday and dropping multiple mails to them
    and Micromax team(which is of no use) got no response from them.

    Everyday i call them and get an update saying we are following with Head
    office we didn't get any response from them.

    Got fed up and asked to return my mobile, they don't have an response
    for that as well.

      Sir, I am Deepak Tauro I purchased a Micromax Bolt A089 Black. I bought it online from snapdeal company. It served well only for a short time. Sometimes It would not charge at all and often would not store the power charged. Since i travel regularly, . I gave twice to the service centre in Ranchi, Jharkhand. They did a bad job and the problem continued. On the 31 October I gave it in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. They were better. They promised to return it in 10 days. I have not received it yet. I rang up to them this evening and they told me that they had placed order for charging connector and a new battery. The company has not sent it yet. Please look into my grievance and do the needful at the earliest. My jocky no as reported by your service centre at Muzaffarpur is[protected] I will count on you for a speedy action.       Just 6 month back i purchased mircomax A121 model handset and got incoming voice problem and given mobile to
      mircomax service centre at sec 27 noida branch.

      It's 10 days now i didn't get my mobile till day while asking for same they rudely behave with me.

      Please do the needful otherwise i will go to consumer court for legal action.

        I had buy Micromax A240 (Doodle 2) on December 2013 and I have face some touch related issue under waranty period, that is on September 2014 and I have submit my handset for repair in the service center situated at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, and they have given the assurance that your handset will return to you within 7 days. But after 7 days they have told me that it will take time, how much we don't know and you can talk to the customer care. Then I had make a call to the customer care and they again given me the assurance that you get your handset within 20 days, after 20 days they have told that it will take another 20 days, and after more 20 days they are telling that wait for another 25 days. My job sheet no. N[protected] My complaint no. MMX[protected]

            Dear Sir, I have face some issue on phone Touch then I vested on Uttam nager (Delhi) services center .Your service engineer check the phone and told me it ok and it will be repair on warranty then I had received the receipt and go home. After 3 days I have received the call and your engineer told be your device ready and you have to pay 2600 Rs . I had shocked and he is told me your phone is damaged .After few conversation he told be your device out of warranty and you need to pay .Without any conformation Center repaired my phone. After one days service center return my device without repair. Note : Now after three day I received message “job sheet no.NO[protected]” has been repaired. Me and my all friend Very disappointed of Micromax service .Please consider my problem. Regards

I am recieving sms to collect my phone on daily basis but the kanpur, express road service centre employee are not giving my phone and making excuses . AND I AM GOING TO FILE COMPLAIN AGAINST IT IN CONSUMER FORUM...

BUT STILL TODAY 70TH DAY THEY ARE STILL SAYING JUST WAIT FOR MORE 10 DAYS AND ALL..                   I am getting through software and launcher problem issue back since i bought the handset, i visited the service centre though they updated the software but could not resolve the issue I didn't clicked pics of text or a selfie since i bought the phone, but now when i was trying to click some, i came to know that both the front and the back camera are having problems and they need to be replaced. The software problem is a great issue to me. A lot many times if i put up the phone in silent mode, it happens that after 10 to 15 mins it automatically goes off to general mode and the phone rings up. Being an engineering student i need to click many text pics for my study purpose, which i am unable to. Thus, not only software and launcher problem along with it camera problem, i request to the company for replacement of my handset . I have attached some screenshots which describes the issue i face with it. Along with it i have also attached the purchase bill and the customer care job-sheet. IMEI No. : [protected], [protected].                     I had purchased MICROMAX CONVASS 4(A210) from Friend’s mobile Bharuch on 06th APRIL-2014. On 25TH August-2014 I had contacted Bharuch service center for hanging and getting off itself issue .They had deposited the said phone saying that this is Level -3 problem and they have to send it to company for maintenance. The job sheet no was W[protected]. On 3rd Sept-14 the service center informed that company was going to replace the said phone with new on as the piece in maint. was irreparable. The new replacement mobile received by BHARUCH service center on 20th October-2014 and they informed me the same. On 29th October-14, I went to receive the mobile but it was not operated after placing the battery of old mobile. Then service center made a request for new battery and asked me to come after 4-5 days. On 3rd November-14 they informed to collect the mobile as they had received the new battery. On 4th November-14 when I again reached the service center but the new phone did not worked with new battery. Then they informed me that they again send this mobile to company for new piece. On 6th Nov.-14 they again called me that the mobile is made ok by attending some software issue now you can collect the mobile it is working. On 7th Nov.2014 the new mobile with COMPANY SEAL IN OPEN CONDITION received by me in working condition. Again the said new replacement is got self-off on 16 th November-14 22:30hrs.

                      I purchased my micromax phone first time this brand in my life on 26 September 2014 in Mumbai. After some days I got battery draining and heating issue.I am in Patna now, and submitted my phone thrice in service center.Firstly, they told its battery problem and replace the battery and gave to me after 5 days, again I face the same problem again I submitted and they said may be its board issue they gave back to me after 10 days. Then again the issue was remain the same.Thrice I submitted on 4th november and now its been 15 days I called so many times, the service centre people said we sent the phone to the company and there is no response till now.My jobsheet no is- E[protected].I asked them to replace my set wholly and return back to me a new set or refund my money.I wrote so many mail to micromax against this but didn't get a single reply from them, tried so many times to call them but the customer care number is invalid. Now I want to lodge a complaint against them and will take a severe action on this matter.This is also a case of mental harassment of the customer, which I am suffering from 2 months.                         I purchased my mobile from flip kart model MICROMAX CANVAS DODDLE A111 on 13th july 2014. My mobile battery back up is 0% and whenever i charged my mobile it get heat up at the back side of camera area and takes approximately 2 hrs. to charge which is really painful. In a day i have to charge my mobile at least for 3 times instead i don't play any games also and no extra applications are also installed. From the last one month it also started hanging very badly. I request you to please help me in this regard as soon as possible. I am fed up with the mobile . my mobile is still in its warranty period i.e. 1 year.I stay in hebbal bangalore.

                          I have ordered a micromax canvas A310 nitro phone through PAYTM online shopping on 08.11.2014 and they mention that my order will be delivered within 4 days. The beauty is still I didn't get any information about my order and the most worst thing is I cant able to track my order. There is no any proper updation from Javas courier service. I will put the same complain to Micromax and Paytm about the thing happened. respond me within 24 hours, otherwise you want to face the consequences. Don't make customers rude.                             dear sir/madam I own micromax funbook mini P410. I gave my tab to micromax service centre lalpur ranchi for repairment of the broken screen. After few weeks I got it repaired, costed me Rs 3500, but then i found out that the internet connection was not working as it used to work before. And also the screen started flickering, so again i submitted my tab. The employee of the service centre said it would take 1 month to be repaired because it was the ‘motherboard problem’. Its been 2 months now. They never called. I tried calling them but the given number in the sheet doesnt work. They said to talk to the incharge. I called him many times, he never answers his phone and also he is hardly present in the service centre. Pathetic service. Luckly one day I met the manager, he said the tab could not be repaired and would be replaced in a few days. After few days i went back, now he is saying it is being repaired. I am fed up.                               I HAVE PURCHASED THE PHONE IN APRIL AFTER 4 MONTHS PROBLEM STARTED WITH CHRGING AND EXCESSIVE HEATING OF THE DEVICE THOUGH TEMPORARIY RECTIFIIED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDER AFTER I GOT IT BACK IN ABOUT ONE MONTH AGAIN PROBLEM WITH NWTWORK IT SHOWS NO NETWORK EVERY 2-3 MIN AND ONCE DATA CONNECTED THEN NETWORK WOULD NEVER START AND BATTERY WILL DRAIN FAST IT IS ABOUT 15 DAYS I HAVE GIVEN FOR SERVICING THE SECOND TIME DONT KNOW IF I WILL EVER GET MY PHONE BACK ANY BODY OUT THERE WHO HAS GOT BACK THEIR PHONE AFTER SERVICE AND THE WORST PART IS THE TOLL FREE NO WILL NEVER CONNECT

                                  i hv bought A290canvas night cameo within 10 dayz it can not charged internal problem then submit to service center but after 20 dayz stil i hv not received its world class poor service if dont get within a weak take help of consumer court

                                    Hi, I have submitted my handset to Micromax Service Center M/S Vaishno Communication, Malviya Nagar on 9th September 2014 for Network Issue. I was promised that the handset will be delivered at my address within 10 working days. When I enquired about the handset after 10 working days the service center guy replied that the handset was sent to other location and contact customer care for details. When I communicate with customer care they asked for 15 working days to deliver the handset. When I enquired after 15 working days the customer care guy reply the same that they need another 15 working days. Now its more than 2 months and no one is ready to reply me regarding the delivery of handset other than they need more time.

                                      I had purchased a Micromax Unite A092 Smart Phone on 15/07/2014 (IMEI No. [protected]; Battery No. [protected]; Charger No. 23138) from a local Vendor. This was the first Micromax product I had purchased. And now it seems to be one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Right from the very start, the mobile needed charge in every 3-3.5 hours. I immediately contacted the vendor regarding this, he said me to observe the same for 1 more week. When the problem persisted, he said me to approach the service centre. I went to the service centre on 5th August. The micromax service centre said me that there is some problem, but they cannot replace the handset which could be done in the first week after sale only.They took the handset and asked me to contact after 15 days. After 15 days, they said that the problem has not yet been resolved and some part needed to be replaced. After repeated follow-ups, I got the handset back after around 1 month. But even after that, the problem persisted and so I again contacted them on 28/10/2014. They checked and said that the battery is to be replaced. They took the battery and gave me a receipt (Job Sheet No. E[protected] dtd: 28/10/2014) and asked me to contact after 15 days. When I contacted them on 12th Nov, they said to come after 5 days. When I went today, they are now asking me to come again after 3 days on Thursday. Please look into the matter as urgent and provided me an instant replacement of the phone. I had already bore a lot of problems relating to the handset, to the extent that I am deeply frustrated with Micromax. If I dont get a prompt response and an instant replacement, I will loose my trust for Micromax and wont ever buy a Micromax product.

                                        My job sheet number E[protected]..MY mobile A110Q has been with faulty parts since inception ...I have placed it within warranty 3 times in a year but the same problem exits but till now my parts have not arrived and also you people are not having any VALID ph number so call me ASAP in [protected] my warrenty is going to over soon what should i do..
