Sir! I purchased Micromax Canvas HD 116i at a LOT store at Vidhyanager, Ramnager gundu, Hyderabad, Telangana in the month of December 2013. With in a few days i found that there is something wrong in memory. Though i was using the apps of around 650MB, repeatedly phone is giving caution of low memory and to delete some apps. This has been met several times by resetting to factory versions by your service center at SecBad, Hyderabad. I approached many times they said they replaced the old mother board by the new one. But the problem remains there. Recently, i went to service center with the same problem on 25/9/20014 to SRI DHARTE MOBILES at Secunderabad. They asked me to come after 20days from the date of complaint to get replaced with a new mother board which has to be brought from some where in India. Even after 45 days they did not turn to respond to my problem. All the time of warranty, I am losing in going round with problems. More over every time they are asking to keep the mobile with them. This about 10th month of my phone's purchase, I haven't yet enjoyed using it. It always showing the internal memory full, at present also TOTAL SPACE 0.98MB Available 17.74MB APPS 589MB CACHED DATA 1.18MB WHERE IS THE REMANING SPACE OF THE DISK? This is the problem complained many time at your service center, but they did no good service. Now my request to replace either the phone or refund my amount WITH IN THIS WEEK.     Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased one of your products Mocromax A 37 phone on 9 Aug-14 and wihtin one month I had problems with touch screen. I submitted my phone for repairs at Micromax Service Center at Prime Mall, Irla lAne, Vile PArle West on 06-Sept-2014. Till today I havent received it, and there is no sign of phone calls from your end to inform me what is happening with my phone. I went to center couple of times and only got an answer that I will get replacement which is pending from Company's end and that Service center is waitig for delivery from Company itself. Its been 2 months now and still no sign of replacement. I would request an immediate Resolution for this issue please. I am already in touch with my lawyer and I am planning to put a formal complaint in Consumer Court if I dont get satisfactory resolution.       VERY DISAPPOINTING, POOR and PATHETIC service by Micromax in Agra, Uttar Pradesh by Name: M/S Simran Electronics (UP W) Address: G-9 Narian Towar Opp Police Chowki, Sanjay Place, Agra-282001 Tel:[protected], Mobile No: [protected], [protected](this number is unanswered everytime) Being and Indian I was willing to support the Indian firm. So i decided to buy mobile from Micromax. I bought Canvas A116 from snapdeal as soon as it was launched. The mobile worked absolutely fine for an year without any problem or lag, there was problem with GPS but according to online forums most of the people was facing this problem so i ignored this issue and continued using the mobile. After approximately 18 months the back camera of Canvas A116 stopped working. As my Canvas A116 was out of Warrenty so i decide pay for the repairs and went to the Micromax Service Center in my region (mentioned above as M/S Simran Electronics (UP W) ) At the service center I was given a job sheet. The details of the Job sheet is given below Jobsheet Number: N[protected] Jobsheet Date: 13/09/2014 Advance given: 1000 /- INR Approximate Estimate: 4200 /- INR (32% of the original Canvas A116 cost) Later on the Approximate Estimate for repairing my cell was increased to 6500 /- INR (its 50% of the original Canvas A116 Cost) I was fine with everything, because I trusted the Indian brand Micromax and felt proud after purchasing it and hence helping the Indian Economy and Indian Brand. Estimated time for repair was 15 to 20 days. I was fine that too. After few days I received a msg stating my cell phone was repaired. I was really happy and boosted about micromax fast and efficient service to my friends. But after reaching the service station I showed them the message and asked for my Canvas A116. But i was told by the service center guy that I will receive such message everytime a part is ordered for the repair of my Canvas A116. I was a bit confused with the logic given to me by the service center guy but i didnt had any other option but to believe him, So I asked him when will I get my cell phone and again he said 15 to 20 days. I thought ok, lets wait for 15 more days. Now the nightmare started. I kept receiving msgs that my mobile is repaired but I ignored those msgs. I reached service station after 15 days and I asked for my repaired Canvas A116 but I was again told by the service center guy that it will take 15-20 days more. This time he said that mobile has gone to Delhi because it has some major flaw and it can only be repaired at the Delhi service center. Again I thought this sounds logical and I decided to wait for 15-20 days. I went back after 15 days and again asked for my mobile but I was again told that it will take 20-25 days more because the Delhi service center guys were not able to fix the flaw and they have sent the mobile to the manufacturing factory for repair. Again I thought this sounds logical and I decided to wait for 20-25 days. At time point of time I was loosing my faith and patience level in Micromax : The Indian Mobile Brand. Now after 15 days I decided to call the service center to check the status of Canvas A116. On call Mr. Anuj from M/S Simran Electronics spoke rudely to me and asked me never to call them back again. I was shocked by there actions. So i decided to call the toll free number mentioned at the micormax website ([protected]) I told the customer care guy everything and I lodged a complaint. The complaint number is [protected]. I also wrote a mail to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com. But not even a single reply of confirmation mail was sent to me. After few days I went to Micromax Service center and there Mr. Anuj assured me that I will get my Canvas A116 back on 10/11/2014 and he also gave me his mobile number. On 10/11/2014 I tried called Mr .Anuj but the call was unanswered. So I again called the toll free number and requested them if they can tell me the status of my Canvas A116 but they asked me to wait for 20 days. I again called M/S Simran Electronics and asked for Mr. Anuj and finally after waiting for 15 mins he spoke to me and told me that my cell phone is going under replacement process because Micromax has stopped the manufacturing of Canvas A116 so it will be replaced, this explanation sounded logical. On 11/11/2014 out of curiosity I called the toll free number to check the status for replacement of my Canvas A116 but there i was told that i have to wait again for 20-25 days. Now I am really ANGRY, PISSED OFF, CONFUSED, FEELING BETRAYED and CHEATED. Its been approximately 60 days and I have not gotten my Canvas A116 back and all I get to hear from customer care or Mr Anuj is to wait for 20-25 days more. I have lost all the FAITH in the Indian Brand Micromax. Moreover I will advise my family, friend and acquaintances to buy any mobile except Micromax. Sony Mobile, Samsung Mobile, Htc Mobiles, Google, LG Mobile #Sony, #Samsung, #HTC, #Google, #Micromax

        i purchased micromax A116 smartphone on 16-september-2013 through Mobile Store Kurukshetra. recently when its warranty was to over, 3 days before its battery got suddenly discharged. i gave the phone to your authorized service center "MS.ADITYA COMMUNICATION (Kurukshetra) Haryana.They changed its touch after 1 week as they bought it from your service center first. The touch was not upto the mark as was before. suddenly on same day, WIFI stopped working. I gave the phone back on date 27-September-2014. Now its been more than a month, no satisfactory answer has been given nor from their side and your side. Your Customer Care number is always busy whenever called. Authorized Center says that phone is in micromax office and they will send automatically when ok. its been a month and i even dont know whats its status it?? is this your customer service??? i am very disappointed that the thing that can be set ok within 2 days has taken 2 month over and still counting and no status about it. please solve my problem as soon as possible.           Hello I buy Micromax mobile mobile is good but service in my city jammu soooi bad our service center of Micromax dealer Sawhney communication is just very rude don't even have behaviour of talk and doesn't pick up Micromax customers any calls please suspended this dealer and make big authorised Centre like Sony or Samsung or Nokia even better than Micromax sorry to say I will never buy this Micromax mobiles again and never prefer anyone to buy Micromax please make big authorised Centre otherwise just a rude company ever Hope u understand

            Dear Sir/ Madam, On 24.10.14 I was submitted my Micromax CANVAS 4 (A210) for maintenance at your service center (M/S SRI BALAJI ELECTRONICS- trichy, Tamil nadu). Job sheet NO- S[protected]. Till Date 15.11.14 there is no progress about my phone maintenance, always I got only one response from very first day that is spares is not available. if really your company have no spares to solve my phone problem why you are not replacing my phone or give me a new phone or return my money????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Till today 22 day is completed and and I am waiting for my phone. today i called at service center she said pls call after 12 days only. I am very much disappointed by Micromax mobile and their service and maybe I will not be the customer of Micromax Company for future if same thing will be continue. I like to inform you that I bought this CANVAS 4 mobile online from flipkart and after getting this mobile within 4 days its stopped working so again I requested to flipkart to replace it. After using continue 7 month it’s again start creating problem and on 22.10.14 its display totally black. Till today it is in warranty period but I am not confident that after maintenance it will work well for further 2 more month. As you know I was invested 16000 rupees for this phone and its a big amount for me so I need your support. Kindly try to make over my phone display problem as immediately and extend my warranty period for further at least 06 month. if really you are not able to make my phone return my money i dont will bev micromax customer in future. I already mailed 3 times to your customer care email id ie [protected]@micromaxinfo.com but no one is responding.

              I bought CANVAS A140 FIRE, on 4th nov. And suddenly on 11th night my phone's touch is not working, I went to service center on 13th, on returning to my town, and they asked me to come back on 14th, and now they refuse to replace the handset. I am highly disappointed. Please help to get immediate solution to my complaint. This is not how i should be rewarded for my trust in new emerging brands.

              I am Gufran Qureshi from Jogeshwari(W), Mumbai. One month ago I had deposited my Micromax A106 Handset which was under warranty to Micormax Customer care office Malad(W). They assure me that the product will be replace within a week & we will call you for the same; now it's more than a month & I had not got my product yet. Whenever I call to them they don't answer the call & if by chance they pickup the call then saying that we will call you once it will be replace.

                i was having voice related issues with my set and so i gave it in micromax service center in jaipur itself on new sanganer road. They charged me 500/- but after two days the problem emerged again i gave them again there i was told that they will have to send the set company or repair because they were unable to identify the problem.they told me that you take your set within 4 to 5 days but they returned me after 20 days. after getting back my cell i called somewhere and got to know the problem was still there, the same problem of voice issue. my voice was not going to other side. now i am fed up of going again and again to the service center which doesn't resolve my problem. what is going on, please kindly resolve the issue an pay attention on it. It's urgent

                  My Micromax Canvas Fire A104 model Code SERM0B05189 mobile started giving problems on 06th November 14, , totally knocked off ( Purchased on 8th August 2014) & as per Authorised Service Centre M/s Akhil Traders, G-1 Yashwant Plaza, Indore they are unable to sorted out problem. Earlier on 07th November 14, when I have gone to lodged complainant with Micromax Service Centre-- Globle Infotech, Indore M.P. Centre, Race Course Road ( Met Mr. Gourav Mehata & front desk Rep. Ms. Jaya). They didn't understand the problem first, my handset they want to kept to check with new battery & for arranging new battery !!, Which they don't have in their stock.) I was ready to keep the mobile but after waiting 1 hour in the line just to get receipt... & ultimately I came back, because they are unable to issue me receipt. Why you are appointed such type of Service provider !! Today when I checked up the status they informed me that set would have to send the company, & not in position to give specific time frame to get back your handset. .May I get proper reply about the status of my Handset from you, immediately !!!                     Please find few scenarios happened with me Just 6-7 months before i purchased product Micromax juice A77 from authorised retailer. Within 6 months i found problem with power switch. So obviously i went to ur service station (Dev Enterprise, bodakdev, Ahmadabad job sheet no w[protected] and time line given was 7 days.. After 5 days when i reminded, they inform me additional problem of motherboard. Also told that we have to send it to Head office(Bapunagar, Ahmedabad). Meanwhile, we receive msg that your insrument is repaired and collect fm the service station. When i contact to service station (taken holiday just to collect) they informed that that was wrong message which leads to wastage of my precious leave. Again when i contacted, the reply received was instrument is not repairable..so the first jobsheet no closed and given new jobsheet no. (W[protected]) also informed that we have to send this instrument to Delhi for replace or repair on 13-oct-14. Again after too many try when i able to contact toll free no.they again given me one more complain no. (MMX[protected]) which as always useless for me. Still the status was no action taken after 42 days I m not able to receive my mob status Service centre person doesnt give me any timeline to receive phone Please help me sir

                      Dear sir, I had a problem with my phones battery charging and discharging, it would charge to 60-70 % and drain back to 20% within minutes.I reported this to the service center in Pune and submitted the phone.They said there is some problem with the phone's motherboard and would have to send it to the company for its replacement. How ever after 10 days I received a message on my phone that my phone has been repaired and should be collected from the service center. When I went to the service center they said my phone has been returned without repaired(RWR) due to the battery problem and they will have to re login. I don't understand if the phone was submitted for battery problem why was it returned without repair for the same problem I doubt that something has happened to my phone from the service center.Please provide me the details why my phone was returned without repair. Phone details: Micromax Doodle 2 A240 Job Sheet No: W[protected] Date of submitting the phone:27/10/2014 Date message was received:6/11/2014 Service Center:Tech Solutions, Pasalkar Bhavan, Shivaji Nagar, Pune. The service center has taken this job sheet from me and given a new one.                         the screen of my Canvas A110Q broke, since i had an insurance with Smart Mobile Total Solutions(DL-33679), so i gave it to them. it was under Job Sheet no.-3281 (Always Progressive Mobile Solutions). After many calls and arguments, they returned my phone 1.5 month later and then my phone was not working properly. I contacted the shopkeeper, who gave my phone then to Micromax Shalimar Bagh Service center. They returned it after 2 days saying that they upgraded its software and NOW MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING EVEN IN A FINE CONDITION, many apps just crash on their own, the screen responds late, my phone lags, it's not detecting memory card. And now they are saying that they've contacted the Micromax company but there's no reply yet. it's been 2 months and ive already incurred so much loss due to this, and i am regretting buying such an expensive phone.                             Dear Sir, This is to bring to your attention to my mails sent to your official id [protected]@micromaxinfo.com regarding unresolved issue of my service request s[protected]. The actual issue started from end Aug 2014 first time when I took the phone they said it is a software problem and they reloaded the software. it was not a satisfactory job and I took the phone to them 2nd time in mid Sep that time they said reloaded the software again but the display was not proper. When I complaint again they checked and agreed there is a display problem and issue with the mike. They generated a job sheet s[protected]. It never got completed as the service center claimed they did not receive parts from HO in spite of me receiving many sms that work is complete and please collect the instrument. After repeated requests to speedup the process and trying to resolve the issue they agreed to generate a new job sheet bearing no S[protected] on 27/11/2014 after checking for the complaints again. Today I received call from service center (Tambaram - Chennai) that they have received the parts and the instrument can be readied I visited the center to collect the phone, the service center is informing me I have to pay for the parts!!! It was really shocking and painful after such a long wait. The phone is under warranty and issue is running for past 2 months. They dragged the problem this long, making the phone practically useless to me after investing so much amount and at the end of it they are now trying to take advantage of the issue by charging for the parts. Concerned authorities please note the phone is under warranty and the issue started purely because of faulty parts. I am not ready to pay any charges for no faults of mine and I request esteemed senior officials inform the concerned service center to complete the job sheet without any payment as the necessary parts are already available with them. Failing which I have no other option but to approach the consumer court for assistance. I have a;ready suffered a lot by way of making several trips to the service center and my work affecting negatively without having the phone working etc. Hope the senior authorities will understand this and help me to resolve the issue without any further delay and without forcing me to take tough stance of approaching the consumer court for resolving the matter. I have forwarded my earlier mails for your reference to this id and also attached them below for your easy reference.                               Dear Sir, I have bought my Micromax canvas 4 last February ( It is very much within warranty period ) last day the mobile slipped from my PC table to floor. It is the first time that my phone slips and drops. But the gorilla glass got broke at that time and i approached Micromax service centre to get the same replaced as it is in warranty period but they told me it will cost 2500/- and warranty will not be applied. Kindly help to get the warranty for the same.

                                with all regret bring it to your notice that I ashish had given my mobile to your service centre to get it repaired.I was assured that it would not take more than 20 days to fix the problem.But after twenty days they extended for next 15 days once again assuring us.After those 15 days I was again asked to come after 20 days.My visit again after 20 days was in vein as your dedicated customer care people again wanted 20 days.I have visited your place in person for more than 5 times, each time for being turned down giving false assurances.                                   I have purchase Micromax A250 on Aug 20 2014 through Snap deal. The handset became dead within 10 days, have given for service on Sep 06 2014 to Care Point, Richmond road. They have taken nearly 20 days for replacing the mother board which is faulty. Now again the hand set became dead. I am very frustrated to have a faulty handset. I cannot walk in to your service centre every month for service after spending 14400 Rs.

                                      Sir, im shahid khan I submit my mobile phone as mentioned above on your micromax customers care centre at m/s carino telecom 302, 3rd floor manglam place sector -3, m2k rohini 110085 on 20/09/2014 I can't get my mobile phone till now (11/11/2014) I just submitted my mobile phone for the following problems÷ 5003 camera no functionality 5002 charging/battery low battery capacity/battery dr 5303 charging/battery Battery overheating Sir my product details is ... Imei/esn no. [protected]/[protected] Sir maximum time period is also exceeded. .(52 day from the date of submit and till now 11/11//2014).
