I am holding the Micromax A110 canvas 2 mobile since last 2 year.This a110 mobile why did not support to Gujarat gov revenue dept site any for any where in Gujarati language fonts and secondly is reason of that mobile A110 has been no any update new version for android system up to kitket version. I hope you consider my quary solve nearly time in your compay i wait for your repaly

    I with all regret bring it to your notice that I Abdulla had given my mobile to your service centre to get it repaired.I was assured that it would not take more than 20 days to fix the problem.But after twenty days they extended for next 15 days once again assuring us.After those 15 days I was again asked to come after 20 days.My visit again after 20 days was in vein as your dedicated customer care people again wanted 20 days.I have visited your place in person for more than 5 times, each time for being turned down giving false assurances.       Dear Sir, I have brought New Micromax Nitro before One month and I am facing automatic restart problem since first day after purchase also it gets so heat while opening any applications . this is the worst experience for me. Your service center told me it will take 15-20 days, how i can leave my set for such a long period. Please do the need full. Thanks and regards, Amit Singh

        Sir, My name is Pradeep. I have purchased Mircromax Canvas Lite (A92) mobile. In a year of purchased the phone had a problem with hanging. I give this mobile to Lajpat Nagar Service Center in july 2014. Now the Problem is not solved till. And they changed my job sheet three times. But phone is not given. So I Was complaining about that how many times will take for solving my mobile problem. I attach my Last Job Sheet.

          Sir, I have purchased a Micromax 3G Tab P410i. After one months later a battery problem appread. I went to micromax service center named M/S Smart Solutions (KER) Saphire Plaza TC11/1955/2lamoodu, Pattom, Trivandrum. They told board damaged .I submitted my phone service centre job sheet no. S[protected] dated 22/09/2014. After receiving message from micromax service centre saying my phone is repaired. I went to collect it but they told me come after 2-3 days. I have went there a many times but received no response.

              Dear sir, I have purchased a micromax mobile model A - 210 dt 26/03/2014 fromM/s Arun Electronics. After only six month its display in not working (Display blank). There in no incoming & out going sound. I went to micromax service center at M/s B.R. SERVICES, E-84GF KRISHNA MKT. NEW DELHI- 110024 dt 15/10/2014. He told me after one weak u can take revert. But after one month he is saying pl. take your phone after one weak. Every time he is saying pl. take after one weak.what i do???? Pl. Suggest me. nobody is replying me. Or

                I have brought micromax x351 mobile phone in 19/05/2014.After two months later a display problem appread.I submitted it at VIP Kakurgachi service center, but they give me a old phohe and ater two week later several problem appread like low batery, when calling or call received the phone automatically go to head phone mode.Then I submitted it to the service centre.But ater one week later they returned the phone and not repaired it

                  I am having Micromax canvas knight a350 and its Internet does not work I have tried it in different browsers as same phone as well as other phones in other phone Internet works so fast but in this phone internet dosent work only and this phone heats up very fast if doing voice calling and other things and I bought this phone 10-11 fays back and is in warranty I want a replacement of this phone.

                    I Purchased MM canvas w 121 through snap deal invoice no 28206B/14-15/26090 dated 06 Oct 14 which was delivered to me on 11 Oct 14. As Only PDF file was not getting open. I contacted at your service center M/s BR Services at Lajapat nagar New Delhi. After inspection the said service center deposited the mobile on 18 Oct 14 vice Complain no 12858057.Promising to rectify within a week. After repeated enquiry complain is not yet rectified . It is just mental and physical harassment to visit every now and then. As it is New Mobile and not even used for a weak can it be replaced. I also want to know are the service center coming under RTI. If so name the authority to whom i can pay the money for getting information.

                      Micromax magnus canvas handset purchased on 4th january 2014 stopped working after 8 months. The icons for back is not visible, handset gets hang up, gets switched off anytime, audio is not audible and battery gets discharged completely without being used . Handset was sent to service centre for repair on 13 September 2013 but the service centre people doesn't responds to the complaints and the phone is not repaired even after still under the warrenty period

                        My mobile micromax E 390 purchased from flipkart e-shopping stopped working. I submitted my phone through job sheet no.[protected] dated 08 Oct' 2014. After receiving message from micromax service centre on 18th Oct' 2014 saying my phone is repaired, I went to collect it but they told me "Due to server error, wrong message was delivered to you. Your phone is not repaired. Come after 2-3 days." On 21st Oct' 2014 they generated a new job sheet for my phone, job sheet no.[protected]. I have went there a many times but received no response. It is 10th November today and I have no information about my device.

                          Sir, I have purchased a Micromax A290 (Black) mob from Hello World Communication, Shop No 264/2932, Old Civil Hospital Chow, Jadaghri Gate Road, Ambala City vide their Bill No 2334 dated 15 Aug 2014 for Rs. 12, 200/- and its IMEI No is [protected] and Bty No is [protected]. After using it for fifteen days, the bty's response in charging is not well and even not charging. Hence, I have submitted the same to service centre named M/s Service City, Shop No 167/17 (FF), PART A, Near Vijay Rattan Chowk, Ambala Cantt-133001 on 09 September 2014 with outside warranty charges for Rs. 250/-. It is requested that either a new mobile be replaced or my original mob be returned duly rectified within short period or otherwise i am compelled to file a complaint with consumer court.                               I had given my phone to laxmi nagar micromqx service centre to repair they said that they return my phone in 10-12 days when i went there they said it will take time so come after 20 days its about one &half month they said that they will return my phone in coming 15 days

                                i have given my Micromax Magnus A117 mobile in service center on 09/09/2014 as the display was having some issues.. which was purchased on 02/03/2014 for Rs. 16, 000/-.. till today on 10/11/2014 i have not got my cell.. its more than two months.. i have visited the Service center number of times but all the time they say that the mobile is not made by them.. on 06/11/2014 they say that the mobile is been sent to Headoffice and they said that i will get a call directly and service center is no longer responsible for the mobile.. i dont know what to do now.. as its been more that 2 months now.. WORST SERVICE and WORST SERVICE CENTER by Micromax.. please help me out..                                   I had bought a micromax canvas A290 cameo smartphone of micromax but after three days this phone's battery has stopped to charge.So i went to concern shop where i purchase this phone sector 22b chandigarh Anmol watches and electronic shop but this shop owner didn't give any response against my complaint. Eventually i went to micromax service centre they sealed my phone and said that go to mobile shop where there you have bought this phone show this sealed phone and after that shop owner will give you new mobile. but when i went in mobile shop then shop owner has refused to me.He says he has no more stock of this mobile set write now. It will taken 7 or more than one month.So now i confused i have given full amount of this mobile to shop owner.then who is responsible that customer has paid money and he remains without phone. this problem has been come with in three days after buy this phone.till date the shopkeeper not provide to me new phone.                                       sir, I'm writing this with my total frustration.last two months back I handover my micromaxA121 model(switch problem) in tirupati(andhrapradesh).job sheet no:S[protected].still i getting delay.Sorry to say your the worst service ever and ever and careless about customers.do u have any common sense at least1% return my mobile. please this not right way to deal customer.im slapping with my slipper(cheppal) to buy micromax.30 times i visited tirupati sevice point.finally he said send leagel notice to company then only that ...wakeup (sorry this words I'm mentioning) and this is my 2nd mail to consumer court very soon i will put my job sheet scan into face book and social media. i will educate people don't buy micromaxxxxxxx

                                        helllo my name is vikas dhawan and i hereby inform u that regarding to my mobile handset canvas 2 plus (A110Q) was given for sim tray replacement in sevice center in bhanduo west on 17 september 2014 At that time my handset was in warantee period but after 45 days when i got my handset in dead condition it was out of warantee period and acording to my company last email i was told to return my handset in center for further process but as i call the manager of that center he told me that i would be charge for my handset as it is out of warantee so i need help that my mobile was in warantee period at the time of submmition but the warantee is over during the mobile was in company my request is that i should get my handset repaired free of the cost
