MICROMAX CANAVAS HD A116 Job Sheet Number : S[protected] Job Sheet Date : 30th August, 2014 Submitted to Service Centre : M/S Mobile Suva, D No. 791, Shop No. 6 (FF), Narayan Reddy Building, Marathalli Ring Road Junction, Marathalli, Bangalore. I have submitted my Mobile 2 months ago and still they are telling that come after 15 days and so. They didn't provide any alternate Mobile phone unless like others. They are not having manners to treat customers, they are only shouting on me. They have provided a customer care number:([protected]) which is not getting even connected and Email Id ([protected]@micromaxinfo.com) to which i mailed but they didn't sent any response. I told them also that don't repair and return it like that only.. But i don't know what they are up to..

Sir/Madam, I, Bhoopendra Singh, have given my smart phone micromax Canvas Turbo A250 to service center names as M/S South India Solutions V.A.G Complex place, katpadi Road Vellore 632004 on 12/09/2014, located in Vellore (Tamilnadu). They told it will take at most 25 days for repairing it else they will provide a replaced new phone. But they failed on their commitment and I called them many times but their response was very poor. I also contacted Micromax Service Center many times, they used to give a time duration of 20 days again and again. I received very dissatisfactory response from them too. Today, it is 60 days from the day I handover my cell phone and still there is no notification from neither of them. I request you to help me regarding the problem mentioned. I would be very thankful to you. I purchased a micromax eleza A121 black on the month of august, 2014. But after using it for 1month some problems arises on the phone . So i have given it on service centrr(Dibrugarh, Assam) and even after 2month they are not yet confirmed the delivery date and worst response from micromax service centre. They are saying that the parts are not recieving from the company and still not repaired.so the problem may kindly be solved as early as earlier. Thank you...

My Micromax A250 (Turbo) was not switching on. I gave it to service center as mentioned above. They said, the device needs to be sent to Delhi and gave me Work order copy accordingly. Too date, evenafter so many followups, I have not received the device.

My phone namely Micromax Bolt A37B was not even switching on properly..It was within the warranty period and I gave it to a certified service centre of Micromax...at the Kamalgachi branch of Kolkata..I was been told that it would take a maximum of 25-30 days to be repaired..today is 36th day..and I have still not received my phone..a necessity like mobile phone being detained for so many days is extremely frustrating and irritating.Please help.

I have a micromax A114 bought in Jan 2014. I had a problem and checked the service centre Deprosys Technologies Tnagar, Chennai. Changed the display but still had a problem with charging. Again took my mobile to the same service centre and since there was a board problem was asked to give my mobile. I gave my mobile on september 6th 2014. I was told I would be receiving a call. It has been more than 2 months, I have not received any call from micromax. Then I called the service centre after a month in october when i was informed that my mobile was still at the headoffice and they have no idea about when it would be delivered back to me. I was asked to call one week later and since then every time I call, the response is that they are unable to check the status. I have hardly used the mobile and with such a poor response from the service centre i feel like why i had bought this mobile in the first place. With such a poor service i am not sure if i would ever get back my mobile. I think that the Rs. 11000 that i spent on the mobile has sunk.

My job sheet number is : N[protected]. I have bought micromax nitro 310 on oct 18th 2014.Since from 2nd day i am facing software issue & batree problem they told me to reset my mobile & told me to watch for one day. But again same problem, On oct 24th they updated software & told me to watch another 2 days but this time mobile is automatically getting switch off & batree is discharging in 4-5 hrs.I again visited on 27th oct but they did n't gave me any job sheet number on that day but after 3days they had gave job sheet that they have recieved on oct30th.Today also i went there for information but they are responding very badly i told them that i will file at consumer court, they are saying very rudely that what ever you want to do you carry on but your mobile will not get back to you at any case.I tried to inform this to the head at rajahmundry but they are not responding to calls.

My Mobile cover under 1 year warranty. There was some problem in my mobile. i had given mobile to Micromax service Center, Bhopal, M.P. for repairing on 11 Aug 2014. on 15 Sep 2014. i got a call from Micromax Service Center that your mobile has been repaired you can collect. when i went to collect mobile they told me that your mobile is not repaired till now and it will take around 15 days to repair as some part is not available. it happened till around September end. when i called to Micromax service center (customer care ) they told me that your service request has been already closed. you can collect your mobile from local service center. it has been 3 months now and stil my mobile is not repaired, . till now i have not received my mobile. it very serious issue as no one is replying regarding my mobile. if within a week i will not receive my mobile then i will open a case in consumer forum and claim my mobile along with compensation. Reg: Complaint against Micromax cellular phone (SERMOB0375, A-61).

Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that on[protected] I have purchased a Micromax mobile phone (SERMOB0375, A-61) ONLINE for Rs.4, 700/- Invoice No- TIL/14-15/N/DL/12146797 which is yet under warranty period.

The said mobile phone has started giving me problems of self-locks up, 5402 & 5403 applications i.e. restarts and reboots. I went to service center, M/s S.R. Comm, Govindpuri, New Delhi-19 (closed now) for doing the needful (copy of the jobsheet dt. 6/9/14 enclosed). Thereafter, after contacting Customer Care, I was directed to contact the service center, M/s Perfect Solution, E-3, LGF, Near Dena Bank, Main Mkt., Desh Bandhu College, Kalkaji, New Delhi. They had assured me that the phone device will come soon from Micromax Company.

Now, I have been asked to contact Micromax Company directly to know the status of my phone instrument. I am surprised to note such defects and delay in getting the same repaired. As I have already faced a lot of inconveniences and spent unnecessarily expenses on local travels, you are now requested to please replace my defective cellular phone with a new-one device, and avoid my approaching consumer grievances cell for such a trivial issue. Since I need the phone immediately, an immediate action from your side is solicited.

Disapponted with Micromax service. I gave my phone as the display
needed to be on 20th Nov 2014 and I still do not have any clue
when I'd get my phone back? Tirupati Service center (in Pune) people are
extreme rude and they do not value Micromax's customers.
My job sheet number is W[protected].
I received following message on 19th from Micromax "Dear
Customer, Your device deposited with us under jobsheet no.
W[protected] has been repaired. Please collect it from the
service centre. Regards, Micromax Service"
And I trusted it, but out of cautiousness i tried calling the service
center 30-40 times on 20th dec, throughout the day number was busy (not
that they were talking to customers, but they simply left it off hook).
Seeking that on 21st, they must not be working after pleasing customers
thoroughout the week, i went ahead and visited the sacred New Tirupati
service center at 15 km from my location, to know that they were so busy
that they didn't even saw my case just asked if I got any call. I said
no, but I do have SMS, to which the person replied that this is sent by
company and not by us. On requesting number of times, he agreed to gave
it a look. And it was not there. Now is it expected 1. To keep a person near service centre to check if my phone landed in Pune?2. To call 100 times to service center to see if they take my call by chance?3. Take a days off just to get my phone back ? (They do not start their work prior to 10:30 officially and 11:00 actually)?I
believe it's expected that you do not purchase a Micromax phone, and if
you do, Pray God that it never breaks.. Because if it does, only God
can save you!!! Frustrating experience Indeed !!!

I have ordered Micro max Canvas knight A350 which is one of the high end mobile of Micro max on 13/10 via online retailer Amazon, on 24/10 evening same was delivered to my office by speed post and on 25/10 my IMEI got registered with Micro max., After 3 days noted some software issue. Tried to call customer service for unfortunate I could not reach them always busy and finally I wrote email on 29/10 and got revertion on 04/11 to reset mobile as per given instruction in mail or visit nearest service center. Again while charging on 07/11 found smoke from back side and back battery cover which is undetectable is getting opened due to heavy heat. Went to service centre and they confirmed mobile phone is having some issue and need to repair & battery needs to be changed. Again tried to call customer care and after 2/3 hours of contionous efforts got someone in line, when informed her all the history she clearly denied to help and ask to send mail, mail was sent on 07/11 with request for replacement of set. Today again on 8/11 when called their customer service they informed they will not replace the set and also for servicing it will take 20days, I have been fooled & cheated by sending/selling of defective product, Hence request concerns to help me out as even the phone was purchased with help of others (loan)and still I have not made the payments,
